INTEGRASI MAKNA RA’A DAN NAZHARA DALAM CERITA RAKYAT: ANTARA KEPERCAYAAN DAN KEARIFAN LOKAL BERDASARKAN AL-QURAN: Integration the Meaning of Ra’a and Nazara in Folkore: Between Beliefs and Local Wisdom Based on Al-Qur’an
The integration of Al-Qur\u27an values in folklore is an interesting phenomenon that shows the relationship between religious teachings and local wisdom. Folklore not only functions as entertainment, but also as a means of education that transfers moral and ethical values to society. In this context, Ra’a and Nazara can be understood as important symbols that reflect human relationships with God and each other. Al-Qur’an, as the main source of Islamic teachings, provides relevant guidance in exploring the meaning of these two elements. to use qualitative methods with a literature review approach. The literature review aims to explain and summarize existing knowledge about the topic of Ra’a and Nazara in folklore. Thus, the discovery of similar values in education and the spread of folklore and Islamic teachings is an interesting thing.
Integrasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dalam cerita rakyat merupakan fenomena menarik yang menunjukkan hubungan antara ajaran agama dan kearifan lokal. Cerita rakyat tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pendidikan yang mentransfer nilai-nilai moral dan etika kepada masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, Ra’a dan Nazhara dapat dipahami sebagai simbol-simbol penting yang mencerminkan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan dan sesama. Al-Qur’an, sebagai sumber utama ajaran Islam, memberikan panduan yang relevan dalam menggali makna kedua elemen ini untuk menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review. Adapun metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah literatur review dengan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan merangkum pengetahuan yang ada tentang topik Ra’a dan Nazhara dalam cerita rakyat. Sehingga, ditemukan adanya kesamaan nilai dalam pendidikan serta penyebaran dalam cerita rakyat dan ajaran Islam menjadi sebuah hal yang menarik.

PEMIKIRAN TAUHID DALAM PEMIKIRAN TASAWUF FALSAFI DAN SUNNI: Tawhid Thought in Falsafi and Sunni Sufism
Sufism represents a central dimension of Islam that emphasizes spiritual purification and closeness to Allah SWT through the attainment of pure monotheism (tauhid). Throughout Islamic intellectual history, Sufism has developed into various streams, notably falsafi (philosophical) Sufism and Sunni Sufism, each offering distinct approaches to understanding tauhid. This study aims to describe the characteristics of both streams and to analyze their differences in interpreting tauhid from philosophical and normative perspectives. This research employs a library-based qualitative approach by examining relevant books, journal articles, and contemporary scholarly works. The findings indicate that philosophical Sufism explains tauhid through metaphysical and mystical concepts such as fana’-baqa’, hulul, ittihad, and wahdat al-wujud. In contrast, Sunni Sufism emphasizes the purification of tauhid through adherence to the Qur’an and Hadith, moral cultivation, spiritual discipline, and the balance between shari‘ah and haqiqah. Both streams contribute to enriching the Islamic understanding of tauhid, though each through distinct methods and emphases.
Tasawuf merupakan dimensi penting dalam Islam yang menekankan penyucian jiwa serta upaya mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT melalui penghayatan tauhid yang murni. Sepanjang sejarah, tasawuf berkembang dalam berbagai corak, di antaranya Tasawuf Falsafi dan Tasawuf Sunni yang memiliki pendekatan berbeda dalam memahami tauhid. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan karakteristik kedua corak tasawuf tersebut dan menjelaskan perbedaannya dalam memaknai tauhid, baik secara filosofis maupun normatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis buku, artikel jurnal dan penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tasawuf Falsafi memahami tauhid melalui pendekatan filosofis-mistis dengan konsep seperti fana’-baqa’, hulul, ittihad dan wahdat al-wujud. Sementara Tasawuf Sunni menekankan pemurnian tauhid berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis melalui praktik akhlak, penyucian jiwa, serta keseimbangan syariat dan hakikat. Kedua corak tasawuf tersebut sama-sama berkontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman tauhid, namun melalui jalur dan penekanan yang berbeda
PENGARUH ORGANISASI KEMAHASISWAAN TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER KEPEMIMPINAN MAHASISWA DI STAI MA’HAD ALY AL-HIKAM MALANG
In order to preserve justice and the truth, student organizations and movements support students in expressing their goals. Along with developing their interests, skills, and innovations, students can also become more perceptive and logical. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether student groups at the Islamic College "Ma\u27had Aly Al-Hikam" in Malang have an impact on the development of leadership qualities. Quantitative research methodologies are used in this work. Researchers utilize questionnaires to gather data. Validity testing, reliability tests, traditional assumption tests, and hypothesis tests utilizing basic linear regression tests are all used by researchers during the data analysis and processing process. It is possible to draw the conclusion that student organizations significantly impact the development of leadership character based on the data analysis results. This can be demonstrated by comparing the significance value with a probability value of 0.05, which is the outcome of the simple linear regression analysis test. A significance value of 0.001 <0.05 was determined using the Coefficients table\u27s significance value. According to this study, student organizations have a 76.4% impact on how leadership character is formed; other factors account for the remaining 23.6%. Furthermore, it is believed that the independent variable has a significant impact on the dependent variable, as indicated by the R-Square determination coefficient (R2) of 0.764. This suggests that H1 is accepted and the hypothesis Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be said that the variable of leadership character building (Y) is influenced by the student organization variable (X)
PENERAPAN METODE WAFA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEBERHASILAN PROGRAM TAHFIDZUL QUR’AN DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM MOHAMMAD HATTA MALANG
This study aims to analyze in depth the implementation and success of the WAFA method in the Tahfidzul Qur\u27an program at Mohammad Hatta Islamic Elementary School, Malang. The WAFA method is an innovation in Qur\u27anic learning based on right-brain optimization, utilizing the TANDUR strategy and a multisensory approach. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies during the period of October–December 2021. The results showed that the implementation of the WAFA method was effective, carried out through five structured stages (5P) with an emphasis on the Hijaz rhythm and meaningful movements. Approximately 78.3% of fifth and sixth-grade students successfully memorized the entire juz 30, indicating a significant improvement compared to the previous method. This success is influenced by factors such as teacher creativity, a conducive learning environment, and systemic school support. The findings provide a theoretical contribution to the development of neuroscience-based Qur\u27anic learning methods and practical implications for managers of Islamic educational institutions. It is recommended that teacher training modules be developed and technology integrated into the implementation of the WAFA method
STRENGTHENING TOLERANCE BASED ON RELIGIOUS EDUCATION THROUGH MULTICULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
This research aims to analyze and develop a strategy for strengthening tolerance based on religious education through a multicultural communication approach in Primary Schools. In the context of Indonesia\u27s diverse society, religious education plays a crucial role in fostering mutual respect and reinforcing the values of togetherness among students. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, to explore the relationship between religious instruction, tolerance, and intercultural communication in schools. Quantitative data were obtained through student surveys to measure their level of tolerance, while qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students to understand the dynamics of multicultural communication in religious teaching. The research findings indicate that the integration of tolerance values into religious subject matter, supported by effective multicultural communication, can enhance students\u27 understanding and acceptance of cultural diversity within the school environment. Furthermore, this study also reveals that inclusive communication strategies and multicultural-based teaching materials have a positive impact on students\u27 attitudes towards differences. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing religious education programs that not only build students\u27 spiritual depth but also strengthen harmony and social solidarity in a pluralistic society
TEACHER HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT BASED ON ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL PRINCIPLES
This study aims to analyze the management of teacher human resources based on the core principles of Islamic Educational Management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maarif Daarut Taqwa, Cibatu Garut. The research focuses on six key components of human resource management: planning, recruitment and selection, teacher development, performance appraisal, reward systems, and work discipline and ethics. A qualitative case study approach was employed, using interviews, observations, document analysis, and Likert-scale questionnaires to obtain comprehensive empirical data. The findings indicate that all aspects of teacher human resource management fall within the good to very good categories. Islamic work culture, the exemplary leadership of the principal, and the integration of amanah and ihsan values emerge as the most influential factors supporting the effectiveness of the management system. Nevertheless, several areas still require improvement, particularly the consistency of annual teacher workforce planning and the development of a competency-based promotion system. This study highlights that Islamic spiritual values function not only as ethical foundations but also as strategic frameworks in managing teachers within Islamic educational institutions. The results contribute to strengthening theoretical perspectives in Islamic Educational Management and offer practical recommendations for madrasahs to build a more integrated, value-based, and sustainable human resource management model.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sumber daya manusia guru berbasis prinsip Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maarif Daarut Taqwa Cibatu Garut. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada enam komponen inti pengelolaan SDM, yaitu perencanaan, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pembinaan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja, sistem penghargaan, serta disiplin dan etika kerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner skala Likert sebagai instrumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aspek pengelolaan SDM guru berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik. Budaya kerja Islami, keteladanan kepala madrasah, dan integrasi nilai amanah serta ihsan menjadi faktor dominan yang memperkuat kualitas manajerial madrasah. Namun, beberapa aspek masih memerlukan penguatan, terutama dalam perencanaan kebutuhan guru secara rutin dan pengembangan sistem promosi berbasis kompetensi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa nilai-nilai spiritual Islam tidak hanya menjadi landasan etik, tetapi juga kerangka kerja strategis dalam pengelolaan SDM guru. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan teori Manajemen Pendidikan Islam sekaligus menyediakan rekomendasi praktis bagi madrasah untuk mengembangkan model pengelolaan SDM yang lebih terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan.

Konsep Pendidikan Karakter Toleransi Untuk Membangun Persaudaraan Perspektif Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsir Al-Mishbah: The Concept of Tolerance Character Education for Building Brotherhood: Quraish Shihab’s Perspective in Tafsir Al-Mishbah
Indonesia is a nation rich in cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. However, this diversity also poses challenges to social harmony, as it can sometimes trigger conflicts, particularly those related to religion. In this context, character education for tolerance is a vital collective endeavour. M. Quraish Shihab offers a profound perspective on tolerance education in Islam through his Tafsir Al‑Mishbah. This study analyzes Shihab’s concepts of building brotherhood and of forming a tolerant character as presented in Tafsir Al‑Mishbah. Employing a qualitative library‑research approach, the study collects, reviews, and analyzes primary, secondary, and tertiary literature relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that Shihab’s concept of character education for tolerance is grounded in the principle of ukhuwah (brotherhood), which encompasses religious, national, and humanitarian dimensions. He advocates contextual, moderate, and humanistic approaches that promote inclusivity and respect for diversity. The study suggests that Qurʾanic‑based character education for tolerance should be integrated into Islamic education curricula to cultivate individuals who are tolerant, just, and capable of living peacefully in plural societies
Integrasi Nilai Adab dalam Kitab Riyadhus Sholihin pada Perencanaan dan Evaluasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam di Pondok Pesantren: Adab Values Integration in the Riyadhus Sholihin Book in Planning and Evaluation of Islamic Education Learning at Pesantren
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk integrasi nilai adab dalam kitab Riyadhus Sholihin pada proses perencanaan dan evaluasi di Pondok Putri Al Falah Duwet, sebuah pesantren tahfidz putri yang telah menerapkan pembinaan adab secara konsisten meskipun belum terdokumentasi dalam bentuk kurikulum tertulis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Putri Al Falah telah mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai adab seperti ikhlas, tawadhu’, amanah, sabar, menghormati guru, dan ukhuwah melalui pembiasaan harian, keteladanan ustadzah, kegiatan terstruktur seperti muhadhoroh, piket kebersihan, mentoring kamar, disiplin ibadah, serta penguatan adab dalam interaksi sosial. Perencanaan pendidikan dilakukan secara non-dokumen namun terinternalisasi kuat dalam aktivitas pesantren. Evaluasi pendidikan dilakukan melalui observasi sikap, kedisiplinan ibadah, etika belajar, dan konsistensi hafalan, serta dilengkapi dengan sistem reward and punishment (ta’zir). Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai adab dari Riyadhus Sholihin telah berjalan secara efektif di Pondok Putri Al Falah meskipun belum diformalkan dalam dokumen perencanaan dan standar evaluasi tertulis. Formalisasi kurikulum dan instrumen evaluasi berbasis adab direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan mutu, konsistensi, dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan
Pembudayaan Nilai-nilai Moderasi Beragama dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama: Cultivating the Religious Moderation Values in Islamic Religious Education Learning at the Junior High School Level
Pembudayaan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama pada tingkat sekolah merupakan kebutuhan strategis dalam membangun kultur toleransi dan keharmonisan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk praktik dan strategi pembudayaan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Babat. Sekolah dengan lokasi mayoritas Masyarakat berafiliasi Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), namun memiliki siswa dengan latarbelakang keberagaman agama dan kelompok keagamaan seperti dari Muhammadiyah, LDII, non Muslim. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembudayaan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dilaksanakan melalui penataan ekosistem sekolah yang inklusif, integrasi materi, penguatan praktik toleransi, serta pembiasaan dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Kebijakan sekolah dan dukungan dari guru menjadi factor pendukung terlaksananya praktik pembudayaan tersebut, sedangkan factor penghambat muncul dari siswa itu sendiri yang mempunyai cara pandang yang sudah dibentuk dari lingkungan keluarg
Penguatan Skill Entrepreneur Santri Melalui Unit Usaha Pondok Pesantren di Malang: Strengthening the Santri’s Entrepreneurial Skills Through Pesantren’s Business Units in Malang
Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot melakukan penguatan kelembagaan melalui beberapa aspek, diantaranya adalah penguatan skill entrepreneur santri dengan mendirikan toko-toko unit usaha dan koperasi syariah ikmal (KSI) yang fokus utamanya bergerak dibidang ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap penguatan skill entrepreneur santri melalui unit usaha pesantren, dengan sub fokus mencakup: 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, dan 3) evaluasi kepada skill entrepreneur santri. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan skill entrepreneur santri melalui unit usaha pesantren dilaksanakan dengan berlandaskan pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan disusun setiap awal tahun yang berlandaskan pada hasil evaluasi kerja tahunan. Terdapat 78 santri yang terlibat dalam penguatan skill entrepreneur melalui unit usaha pesantren dan tersebar dalam 13 unit usaha. Dalam praktik penguatan skill entrepreneur, santri diberikan pendidikan mulai cara pengadaan barang atau belanja, strategi penjualan dan pemasaran, dan evaluasi hasil penjuala
