Get PDFThe study was to analyze the management of library services in uin mount djati bandung. The study USES a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques with participative observations, structured and unstructured interviews, and documentary studies. The analysis of the data in this study is done in three ways: data unitation, data categorization, and data interpretation. The search for library services management research found in mount dteal bandung shows that: 1) there are 11 types of service procedures; 2) service time on site for the update by 54 hours per week and online services can be obtained 24 hours nonstop via web and library applications; 3) services requiring an fee in the library, between which: a) the photoshop service, of rp500, rupiah/ page, b) the post - based member card service (lost) of rp100,000, d) 4) items for library services: a) physical products such as: a quick response code (QRC) visitors\u27 lists, multi-purpose station (MPS), identification (rfid) of body technology (rfid), book drop machine; B) non - physical product: web based and application; 5) library facilities and infrastructure covered by the requirements for library accreditation, So the central library of uin msan bandung falls in the highest category (a); 6) the competence of library service officers according to competence standards based on Indonesian national performance standards, including general standards, content standards, and special standards

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility, of ispring learning media in STEM-based science learning, to improve the character of student curiosity. This type of research is research and development Research and Development. Research and Development (R&D) with the ASSURE research model. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of this study obtained a percentage of the fesibility of the material aspect of 84.7% with the very valid category, the language aspect obtained by 84.2% with the very valid category, and the design aspect obtained by 75% with the valid category. So it can be concluded that the ispring learning media in STEM-based science learning to improve the character of student curiosity is feasible to use
The Root of Soft Skills: Shifting the Paradigm on Success

The main instrument in qualitative method was a researcher himself which collected the data from three activities such as interview, observation as well as documentation study. The result of this study has shown that soft skills are a crucial aspect for enhancing individual performance. Although, in formal education found that academics or hard skills have become main priority in school and formal education institutions. Thence, most efforts in education best practices always pay attention to the hard skills rather than soft skills. In fact, some researches shown that soft skills are important and crucial aspect to be improved in order to increase the understanding of hard skills or technical matters. Despite of the national education policy admitted indirectly that soft skills are a priority but in field and practices not all stakeholders such as teacher and school principals implement the best program to improve soft skills instead of hard skills

Get PDFPenulisan artikel ini didasari atas pengamatan yang dilakukan penulis pada Anak Tunarungu di SLB N Kotagajah Lampung Tengah. Pengamatan ini dilakukan sejak bulan Oktober tahun 2014 sampai dengan bulan September 2015. Ternyata pada kenyataan dilapangan Pendidikan Agama Islam belum mampu memasuki kehidupan anak-anak tunarungu bukan hanya sebagai pemahaman teoritis namun juga sebagai bentuk yang aplikatif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Langkah-langkah dapat diambil sebagai berikut: Langkah 1: gambaran iklim yang mendukung bagi perilaku moral dan prestasi yang tinggi; Langkah 2: Menumbuhkan keterampilan etika; Langkah 3: Gunakan pendekatan magang untuk instruksi (pemula-ke-pakar praktek dipandu); Langkah 4: Nurture keterampilan self-regulation; Langkah 5: Membangun struktur dukungan dengan masyarakat. Pihak sekolah dan masyarakat serta orang tua ikut serta menampilkan kebenaran-kebenaran tentang akhlak dilapangan yang disesuaikan dengan teori akhlak, seperti contoh: terkait pemahaman anak mengenai batasan pacaran, seharusnya masyarakat dan keluarga ketika dihadapan anak tunarungu dapat menampilkan pacaran secara islami, dalam artian tidak melakukan ciuman secara bebas, pegang-pegangan, dan hal-hal negatife lainnya

Karakter takdim bisa di dapat dari pendidikan yang disalurkan oleh guru, dari lingkup keluarga yang baik, yang mana orang tua berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter yang baik. Sehingga anak didik dapat mengimplementasikan apa yang diajarkannya pada masyarakat atau orang-orang yang ada di sekelilingnya. Karakter takdim juga bisa di dapat dalam pembelajaran yang ada di pondok pesantren. Menanamkan bagaimana menjadi seseorang yang berkarakter takdim terhadap guru merupakan hal yang wajib. Supaya anak didik dapat bersikap bagaimana sikap pencari ilmu yang baik. Guru dan orang tua tidak hanya memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter takdim seorang anak didik, tetapi sikapnya dalam mendidik juga harus di jaga agar tidak salah dalam mendidik karakter seorang anak didik. Nabi Muhammad Saw sudah mengajarkan lewat tindakan dan ucapannya dalam keseharian beliau. Teacher Skills in Classroom Management in Thematic Learning in Elementary Schools/Keterampilan Guru dalam Pengelolaan Kelas pada Pembelajaran Tematik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Get PDFIn service teachers are required to develop teaching skills as well as skill in managing classroom. The present study aims to explore the skills of the grade IV Islamic primary school teachers in Jember in managing classroom and to figure out the supporting and inhibiting factors emerged in thematic learning. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data isgarnered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are 1) the skills of fourth grade teachers of Darussalam 01 Islamic primary school are depicted from seating patterns arrangement, thematic decoration arrangement, wall magazines, student work display, learning media display, and the teacher carries out thematic learning with a variety of interesting methods and is able to provide meaningful experiences; 2) Supporting factors which have implications for classroom management include the K13 curriculum integration, teacher creativity, school principal support, student involvement, representative classroom conditions, and student guardian support. The inhibiting factors of class management include the teacher time limitation, the low level of student guardian support, and the low sense of ownership and responsibility of students towards their class

The approach in this research is qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at SDN X in Malang City. The results showed that the problem of the Reading Literacy Movement at SDN X in Malang was divided into 3 categories, namely the 15 minute reading habit, with the problem of reading and writing skills and the ability to understand student reading, limited reading time, low motivation and interest in reading. No full textThe ability to speak in English is very important for students to master the importance of English as an international language. However, the reality in Islamic Elementary School, students are not proficient in Speaking English. One of the factors is the method used does not encourage speaking skills, therefore, it is necessary to develop an English method to improve the speaking ability in Islamic Elementary School students. This study aims to produce a role-playing method design to improve speaking skills, to describe the implementation of English methods that have been developed to improve speaking skills, to describe the effectiveness of developing English methods to improve speaking skills. This type of research is a development research with reference to the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, including the analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate stages. The results showed that the development design of the role play method refers to the ADDIE development model, and is based on the principles of learnin device plans development including the accuracy of coverage and accuracy of content, completeness of components, presentation of language and appropriate illustrations. The implementation of the role play method was carried out 4 times in limited trials, and 6 meetings in broad trials. The development of the role play method was declared effective by the improvement of the students\u27 speaking skills in the psychomotor aspect with a mean pretest score of 73, and post-test 91, with an increase in N-Gain of 0.66 in the moderate category. From the cognitive aspect, the pretest results showed a mean score of 68.5, the mean post-test score was 85.75 with an increase in N-Gain 0.54 in the moderate category

No full textحجاج إندونيسيا معظمهم من المسنين، حيث بلغ عددهم 60٪ في عام 2018. وللأسف أن كبار السن يعاملون معاملة الحجاج الصحاح الذين ليس لهم أي موانع في القيام بمنسك الحج. مع أن لديهم جملة من الضعف الجسدي والنفسي. ولذلك، فإن الباحث يقدم بناء أحكام الحج للمسنين عن طريق الفقه المقارن للمذاهب الأربعة ونظرية المعرفة للقضايا الفقهية المعاصرة التي أعلنها جاسر عودة و التي تقوم على ثلاثة مبادئ رئيسة و هي: المصلحة و التيسير و التعبد. و في إطار تطبيق ذلك، قسم الباحث أحكام الحج إلى قسمين: أحكام واقعية وهي التي تكون ثابتة على مر الزمن؛ و أحكام موضوعية وهي التي تكون متغيرة في الأزمنة و الأحوال. كما قسمها إلى قسمين: أحكام تعبّدية وهي التي أغلقت مجال الاجتهاد و أحكام تعقلية و هي التي تتيح مجالا للاجتهاد. أما الأول من القسمين، فقد اختار الباحث أيسر الآراء من بين المذاهب الأربعة. و أما الثاني منهما، فقد بنى الباحث رأيه بناء على مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية لينتج المصلحة و التيسير للحجاج كبار السن
