Get PDFThis research was conducted against the background of important asset and wealth management in educational institutions, especially Islamic educational institutions. This is because many Islamic educational institutions do not know the potential of their assets. Asset management using wealth management with Robert\u27s quadrant cashflow approach. T. Kiyosaki can be used as a reference in mapping the assets owned by Islamic educational institutions, to then be developed and can have an impact on aspects of education support, one of which is wealth management facilities and infrastructure conducted in sunan drajat boarding school is done with the aim that the foundation can meet the needs independently without depending on other parties, especially in the development of educational facilities and infrastructure. This study includes qualitative research. Data is collected through interviews, documentation and observations. The results of the study showed that: 1) Wealth management, especially finance is carried out with a closed-transparent principle, with the division between educational financial institutions (BKK) and business financial institutions (Perkom) while holding the concept of financial management and financial management principles. 2) Wealth management conducted in sunan drajat boarding school using cashflow quadrant submitted by Robert T. Kyoosakai that has been modified in accordance with the educational environment, shows that Sunan Drajat boarding school is close to financial freedom in the management of his wealth. 3) The impact of Wealth Management in the development of educational facilities and infrastructure in Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat, among others, the first, the completeness of educational facilities and infrastructure. Storytelling is one of the scopes of public speaking, which requires repeated practice to create confidence. The scope of public speaking includes: speeches, master of ceremonies (MC), preachers and rhetoric. Confidence needs to be created so that a person can easily interact with other people, so that by being a confident person will lead to success. The covid pandemic has made teaching and learning facilities difficult, so online is a solution that can be taken so that teaching and learning activities can continue. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the interaction between teachers and students became more tenuous. Therefore, storytelling learning is intended so that students are accustomed to speaking so that it will bring up an interaction relationship between teachers and students and will create confident students. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the researchers conducted research at elementary school of Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan because public speaking was an extracurricular that had just been held there. The Development of Naturalism Intelligence as an Effort to Improve the Quality of Education in Schools

The quality of school education will be low, if the management of Human Resources (HR) has not carried out their duties optimally. Many schools have good accreditation, but there are still few teachers who have not implemented their learning management properly, so that students who should behave well towards their surrounding environment, actually act the opposite. The only way to improve quality education is to develop naturalistic intelligence. The purpose of this study is to interpret the development of naturalism intelligence as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools. This research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is Miles, Huberman and Saldana with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that to improve the quality of education in schools is to develop students\u27 naturalistic intelligence. The strategy carried out by the STP Khoiru Ummah teacher in developing naturalism intelligence is that students are asked to sense and pay attention to the surrounding environment, students are asked to reflect on everything they sense, then students are invited to think about who created the universe, life, and humans. In conclusion, the policies implemented at STP Khoiru Ummah starting from the methods, curriculum and learning are very in line with Islamic education and refer to the Al-Qur\u27an and Al-Hadith, then the school should be said to be of high quality. Not only from qualified teachers and principals, but also students become the best generation of intelligent and qualified people

This Madrasah is very thick with its religious atmosphere, because it stands in a pesantren environment. This madrasah has good quality education seen for the several programs it has, namely 8 excellent programs., as well as standart operational for learning noble character and habituation of noble character. In addition, this madrasah also has several prominent programs, they are: 1) discipline, 2) dhuha prayer activities and reading yaaseen, 3) complete facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, the author wants to examine how the principal’s strategy in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum.This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. To check the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses interaction model analysis techniques with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.The results of the study, the principla’s strategy in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang are namely, 1) improving the quality of educators and education, 2) fostering the discipline of teachers and students, 3) increasing the effectiveness of learning, 4) improving madrasah facilities and infrastructure, 5) improving the quality of learning and stucent achievement, 6) evaluation of teaching and learning process, and 7) promoting madrasah

The existence of the PSBB policy (large-scale social restrictions), social distancing and stay at home forced everyone during this pandemic to carry out all activities from home on an online basis. Likewise in the education sector, which must adapt to new habits related to policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing student management at the Mohammad Hatta Islamic Elementary School during the Covid-19 pandemic based on research. This research is a case study research using a descriptive qualitative research approach to describe the findings obtained after the research. The data in this study were collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation study. The research results show that in a managerial system, the activities in this institution have been systematically organized even though they are still adapting to the latest policy updates from the government. This things certainly makes proud of all the components that are in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah. But since of corona virus or commonly called covid - 19, the institution of education is predicted is the easiest place for covid - 19 to spread, because of the activities that are always done in groups. This is what makes the interest of the author to investigate this issue further. The existence of covid – 19 pandemic seems to be a test for educational institutions. All educational institutions in Indonesia is required to be able to keep running the learning process in this pandemic situation. The government decided to do online learning because of this situation. as what SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah has done, they are also implementing online learning in this pandemic situation.This study uses a qualitative method in the form of interviews, in addition, this study also carried out by way of review of the literature to corroborate the explanation of the results of the interview. The higher the motivation of a student in learning, the higher the level of absorption of a student in the subject. In increasing student learning motivation, it takes many roles from schools, parents, teachers, and even the role of the students themselves. In this study, the focus is on increasing students\u27 learning motivation through the role of the fourth grade Jurisprudence teacher at MI Thoriqul Huda Wagir, as well as the existing constraints and obstacles. To achieve the research objectives, a qualitative research approach was used using a descriptive type of research. The research location is MI Thoriqul Huda Wagir. The data collection technique used is by using observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed by reducing irrelevant data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, it is known that the teacher\u27s role in increasing student learning motivation through the role of the fourth grade fiqh teacherat MI Thoriqul Huda Wagir is indicated by the presence of the teacher as creating aconducive and pleasant classroom atmosphere, providing direction and advice and evaluating every face-to-face. KH. Ahmad Dahlan memandang bahwa penyajian pendidikan sudah saatnya melihat dan menyesuaikan siatusi dan kondisi serta kebutuhan peserta didik, bahkan harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman, sehingga pendidikan Islam dapat inklusif, dinamis dan progresif. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan tentang pembaharuan dalam pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, yaitu penelitian yang sumber data utamanya literatur, dengan pendekatan normatif dan historis-sosiologis. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode deskripsi-analisis. Temuan artikel menyatakan bahwa: Pertama, kiprah KH. Ahmad Dahlan dalam membangun madrasah dan organisasi massa Muhammadiyyah menjadi salah satu bentuk pembaharuan pendidikan di Indonesia. Kedua, pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan dalam pembaharuan pendidikan Islam meliputi aspek tujuan dan moderasi pendidikan. Ketiga, makna pembaharuan dalam pendidikan Islam adalah keselarasan antara pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan dengan kaidah al-muhafazhatu ‘ala al-qadim al-shalih wa al-akhdzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah.
