Get PDFAbstraksi: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya berbagai macam problematika disintegrasi pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) di tri pusat pendidikan yang berorientasi pada mutu pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai problematika dan solusi adanya disintegrasi Pendidikan Agama Islam pada tri pusat pendidikan. Hubungan yang terjalin baik dalam tri pusat pendidikan, yakni lingkungan pendidikan keluarga (orang tua, wali siswa), sekolah (siswa, guru, karyawan, staf sekolah, pengurus yayasan) dan masyarakat (komite sekolah, LSM, pengusaha, berbagai kumpulan sosial) dapat menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif, aman dan menyenangkan. Sebaliknya jika komunitas tri pusat pendidikan berjalan tidak, harmonis maka dipastikan proses pendidikan agama Islam akan menemui banyak problemtika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research, yaitu menggunakan sumber data berupa jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, buku-buku referensi dan sumber bacaan lain, baik cetak maupun online (model e-research). STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN AL-QURAN HADIS DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0
Get PDFAl-Quran Hadith is one of the subjects in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Arabic language, this subject is important to learn without reducing the importance of other subjects that are still in the same family or other general subjects being taught. This article aims to provide strategies for finding appropriate and relevant patterns related to the development of science and technology, times have changed towards the era of society 5.0. Change is a strategy used by the tutors of Al-Quran Hadith subjects while continuing to update their knowledge to deal with changes, which changes cannot be restrained and inhibited. So that students have the stimulation to study the Al-Quran Hadith to make them become people who give benefit to themselves, their families, and society at large, case by case in this country can be minimized through students\u27 understanding of the Koran and Hadith. The research is in the form of library research using a descriptive qualitative approach, and techniques for collecting data through various articles and relevant books. then a descriptive analysis is carried out, and finally, conclusions are made. The result of this article is a strategy that must be owned by educators that is adapted to the times they are facing, especially the subjects of the Koran Hadith as the main guideline for Muslims
ANALISIS SWOT PONDOK PESANTREN AL-QURAN CIJANTUNG CIAMIS MENGHADAPI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0
Get PDFAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal pondok pesantren dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats) untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat bagi pondok pesantren dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Cijantung, Ciamis. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengikuti prosedur, sebagai berikut: tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data, tahap penarikan kesimpulan/ tahap verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menyoroti beberapa hal-hal berikut: 1) Strengths (misalnya, kekuatan pesantren termasuk infrastruktur yang baik, tingkat sekolah formal yang lengkap, penggunaan media sosial yang aktif, daya serap lulusan yang tinggi, dan kurikulum unggulan Tahfidz dan Tamyiz); 2) Weaknesses (misalnya, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni di bidang Informasi dan Teknologi dan kurangnya sistem manajemen informasi Pesantren); 3) Opportunities (misalnya, adanya sekolah formal yang terikat untuk memenuhi kesempatan pendidikan formal, kepuasan dan kepercayaan orang tua kepada sekolah yang ditunjukkan dengan kesediaannya menyekolahkan seluruh anaknya, dan perkembangan teknologi untuk melakukan promosi dan syiar), dan; 4) Threats (misalnya keberadaan pondok pesantren lain, sekolah negeri, dan sekolah swasta di sekitar pesantren).Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT, Pesantren, Islamic Boarding Schoo

IMPLEMENTASI BALANCE SCORE CARD PERSPEKTIF PENJAMINAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Get PDFAbstract The orientation of this article is to investigate and examine more deeply the meaning of the balance score card, aspects of the balance score card and its implementation in the perspective of quality assurance of Islamic education. In this paper, the author tries to analyze more deeply and systematically in implementing new management strategies that can encourage quality improvement in institutions by using a balanced score card approach based on Islamic principles. The type of research in this article uses a library research approach in which data collection techniques are obtained from various primary references and secondary data which are then reduced and keyed. Research results: (1). Application of Balance Score Card in Islamic Education Quality that is balanced both financially (profit) and non-financially (non-profit), (2). Standardization of Performance Measures from the Perspective of the Balance Score Card (in terms of finance, customers, internal business processes and learning and growth). With a comprehensive performance measurement that does not only measure financial but combines financial and non-financial measures, educational institutions can carry out better organizational performance. Abstrak Orientasi artikel ini untuk menyelisik dan menelaah lebih dalam makna balance score card, aspek balance score card dan implementasinya dalam perspektif penjaminan mutu Pendidikan Islam. Dalam tulisan ini penulis mencoba menganalisis lebih dalam serta sistematis dalam menerapkan strategi manajemen baru yang dapat mendorong peningkatan mutu di lembaga dengan menggunakan pendekatan balance score card disandari dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Jenis penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan Library research yang mana teknik pengumpumlan data diperoleh dari pelbagai referensi primer dan sekunder yang kemudian data direduksi dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian: (1). Penerapan Balance Score Card dalam Mutu Pendidikan Islam yang secara seimbang baik secara financial (profit) dan non-financial (non-profit), (2). Standarisasi Ukuran Keberhasilan Kinerja Perspektif Balance Score Card (dalam aspek keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan). Dengan pengukuran kinerja yang komprehensif tidak hanya mengukur keuangan tetapi menggabungkan ukuran keuangan dan non-keuangan, lembaga pendidikan dapat menjalankan kinerja organisasi yang lebih baik. This article examines the literature on six sigma which is usually applied to the business world and adapts it to the quality management of Islamic education. The authors use are applying the DMAIC methodology (define, measure, analyze, improve, control). The results of the discussion about six sigma there are two forms of application in education quality management. 1) implementation of six sigma in improving the quality of education. Elements that are directly related to the education process in schools are school supervisors, principals, and teachers. From these elements are able to apply six sigma in the process of improving the quality of education, able to overcome or reduce existing problems. 2) the application of six sigma in improving the organization in educational institutions. a) schools carry out designs, b) schools produce graduates who are able to master various cognitive fields, c) schools are able to design a good curriculum, d) schools are able to carry out the learning process in accordance with the curriculum, e) schools determine fair assessments according to the assessment instrument, f) schools have qualifications for competence and education personnel, g) are able to form RKS and RKAS.Keywords: six sigma; Quality management; Islamic educatio

With the enactment of online learning, it requires students to be independent in learning. From the results of this study are in developing the independence of grade I student online learning at MIS Al Hikmah PPPI Malang City is quite good. Its just that there are some obstacles that teacher face when teaching. The obstacles faced in fostering student independence are the teacher is difficult to monitor students and many are late in collecting asiignment due to not having a quota. The teacher\u27s efforts to overcome obstacles in fostering the independence by the teacher work with the parents of students and the teacher always give good encouragement and power to the students to collect assignments

Various learning models and learning media are increasingly diverse, this does not escape the creativity of the educators in creating an interesting learning environment that is liked by students. The use of interesting learning media in accordance with the material being taught will be able to foster learning motivation and improve student learning outcomes. one of them is to use animated films which are certainly interesting for children. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the use of learning media in the form of animated films to improve students\u27 skills in deciphering moral messages in stories in class III A MI Al-Fattah Malang City students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. While the subjects of this study were students of class III A MI Al-Fattah Malang City with a total of 26 students, with 14 male students and 12 female students. In this study, using observation, interviews and documentation as a technique for data collection. And using data reduction, presentation of new data verification for research data analysis. The results of this study indicate that animated film media is able to increase students\u27 creativity in parsing moral messages in stories and obtain satisfactory results, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of students and the creativity that appears during learning activities
