    DISSECTING SCHOOL DYNAMICS AS A SOCIAL INTERACTION SYSTEM: SOCIAL NETWORKS, POWER, AND IDENTITY AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

    This study examines the classroom as a social system and the factors that influence social interaction in schools, especially in the classroom environment. From the perspective of the sociology of education, schools are understood as complex social systems with teachers, students, curriculum, and rules that interact with each other for educational purposes. The classroom not only functions as a place to learn, but also becomes a vital arena for social interaction between students and between students and teachers. Complex classroom dynamics are formed from the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, interests, personalities, and individual abilities of students. Positive interactions in the classroom are essential to creating a conducive and enjoyable learning environment, while less harmonious interactions can be an obstacle to the learning process. Through interviews with homeroom teachers, it was found that student heterogeneity (economic background, family, and learning readiness) is the main challenge that teachers must address wisely. The dynamics of communication between students vary, from those who are sociable to those who are selective in finding friends, requiring special guidance, especially in group work. The dynamics of communication between teachers and students are generally good, although there are differences in teaching styles among many subject teachers that require students to adapt. Individual differences in interests, personality, and abilities (IQ) also greatly affect social dynamics. Students with low abilities require more attention and motivation, while early interest direction is important to help students focus on the appropriate educational path. Understanding the class as a social system and the interactions within it is very relevant to creating a humanistic and meaningful learning environment. Keywords: Class as a Social System; Social Interaction; Class Dynamics; Sociology of Education; Learning Environment.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang ruang kelas sebagai suatu sistem sosial dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi interaksi sosial di sekolah, khususnya di lingkungan kelas. Dari sudut pandang sosiologi pendidikan, sekolah dipahami sebagai suatu sistem sosial yang kompleks yang terdiri dari guru, siswa, kurikulum, dan aturan yang saling berinteraksi untuk tujuan pendidikan. Ruang kelas tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat belajar, tetapi juga menjadi arena vital terjadinya interaksi sosial antar siswa dan antara siswa dengan guru. Dinamika ruang kelas yang kompleks terbentuk dari keberagaman latar belakang, pengalaman, minat, kepribadian, dan kemampuan individu siswa. Interaksi yang positif di dalam kelas sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan menyenangkan, sedangkan interaksi yang kurang harmonis dapat menjadi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran. Melalui wawancara dengan wali kelas, ditemukan bahwa heterogenitas siswa (latar belakang ekonomi, keluarga, dan kesiapan belajar) merupakan tantangan utama yang harus dihadapi oleh guru secara bijaksana. Dinamika komunikasi antar siswa bervariasi, ada yang mudah bergaul, ada yang selektif dalam mencari teman, sehingga memerlukan bimbingan khusus, terutama dalam kerja kelompok. Dinamika komunikasi antara guru dan siswa pada umumnya baik, meskipun terdapat perbedaan gaya mengajar di antara banyak guru mata pelajaran yang mengharuskan siswa untuk beradaptasi. Perbedaan individu dalam hal minat, kepribadian, dan kemampuan (IQ) juga sangat memengaruhi dinamika sosial. Siswa dengan kemampuan rendah memerlukan lebih banyak perhatian dan motivasi, sedangkan arahan minat sejak dini penting untuk membantu siswa fokus pada jalur pendidikan yang tepat. Memahami kelas sebagai sistem sosial dan interaksi di dalamnya sangat relevan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang humanis dan bermakna.     Abstract The teaching of Arabic language began in Indonesia a long time ago, when Islam entered this country, and we learn this language as the language of the Islamic Religion, then it is taught in schools and boarding schools, both under the supervision of the Ministry of Religion. Ministry of Education and Culture, both government and local. For good Arabic teaching, the teacher must pay attention to and think about the curriculum and teaching methods used in teaching Arabic language, because both are two means of success in the learning process along with other factors. Many Arabic teachers don\u27t really care about Arabic teaching methods. There are many schools and schools of Islamic education in Indonesia that revolve around the advancement of science and technology or philosophy, psychology and sociology so that Muslims who come are not late for things they will accept and explain in their future lives. Among them is Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar. This doctoral dissertation aims to reveal and find out the steps used in learning imla at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar, to reveal and find out the steps used to teach vocabulary at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar. Detect and find out about the method used to teach superposition at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar.The results of this study are: The steps used for learning dictation are: Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar uses the method, listen, read and write for dictation letters, sentences and essay. The steps used for teaching vocabulary are: starting from the dormitory by giving vocabulary every day after the morning prayer. Each student repeats what the language movement from each dormitory says and writes it down and orders them to memorize it and put the vocabulary in sentences and continue teaching it in class according to their respective classes. and writing vocabulary in several places according to their vocabulary. The steps used for superposition learning at Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Kunir Blitar, the teacher starts writing examples on the blackboard then asks the lesson of yesterday\u27s lesson and explains the relationship between yesterday\u27s lesson and the new lesson and explains the rules of nahwu science and shorof by example.     The digital era has a significant impact on the behavioral development of adolescents, including students in Islamic educational institutions. Unlimited access to information technology often triggers deviant behavior such as gadget addiction, a decline in manners, and the erosion of Islamic values. This study aims to examine relevant Islamic Religious Education approaches to addressing student deviant behavior in the digital era, with a contextual focus on the Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School in Kuripan Lor. Using a library study method, data was obtained from various relevant scientific literature. The study results indicate that exemplary behavior, habituation of pious deeds, and a psychological-religious approach are highly effective in fostering student character in the digital era. The implementation of these approaches at Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School has proven effective in strengthening students\u27 spiritual values and minimizing the negative influence of digital media. This study supports the important role of Islamic Religious Education teachers as spiritual guides and moral role models in facing the challenges of the times

    The aim of this study is to analyze the concept of moral education according to Shaykh Muhammad Syakir compared with the concept of moral education according to Shaykh Umar Bin Achmad Baradja in the book Waşāyā Al-Ābā’ Lil Abnā’ and books Al-Akhlaq Lil Banin’ The following are the differences and similarities. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a character study method. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. This study found that the concept of moral education of Syaikh Muhammad Syakir in the book Waşāyā Al-Ābā’ Lil Abnā’ includes several concepts, namely the concept of morality towards Allah and His Messenger, morality towards oneself, morality towards parents, teachers, and friends, and the concept of morality towards other people and society. Meanwhile, the concept of moral education of Sheikh Umar Bin Achmad Baradja in the book Al-Akhlaq Lil Banin’ includes several concepts, namely the concept of loved students, student morals before going to school, student morals on the way, student morals in school, student morals in maintaining school equipment, student morals towards teachers, and student morals towards friends. The differences lie in the discussion, student situations, nuances of thought, student morals in preparation before learning, student morals when dealing with teachers, and student morals when dealing with friends. The similarities lie in important points, namely regarding the purpose of seeking knowledge, morals towards teachers which include morals of respecting teachers, morals when studying and morals of being patient with the harsh behavior of teachers, and morals towards friends

    This study examines the strategic role of Indonesian Islamic Religious Higher Education (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam/PTKI) in fostering digital ethics (akhlak digital) among the social media generation. The rapid digitalization in Indonesia has created a paradox: while offering unprecedented connectivity, it also exacerbates moral crises such as the spread of hoaxes, hate speech, and cyberbullying. This research argues that PTKI, with its dual mission of developing intellect and character, is uniquely positioned to address this gap. Through a systematic review and conceptual analysis of relevant literature, this study constructs a framework of akhlak digital by contextualizing classical Islamic ethical values (e.g., shiddiq, amanah) into the digital realm. The findings map PTKI\u27s potential roles across three domains: curricular (integrating ethics into courses), co-curricular (training and campaigns), and institutional (policy and culture). The study also identifies key internal and external challenges to implementation. This research concludes that PTKI must adopt a holistic and multi-strategy approach to effectively build digital character, offering both a theoretical contribution to Islamic education and practical recommendations for educators and policymakers

    Evaluation of Vocational Training Programs with CIPP Evaluation Model and CSE-UCLA Evaluation Model

    This study aims to evaluate the vocational training program at the Semarang Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP) using 2 evaluation models, namely CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) and CSE-UCLA (Planning, Development, Implementation, Improvement, Certification). The background of this research departs from the phenomenon of competency gap due to digital disruption, automation, and green transition that requires the vocational world to be more adaptive to the needs of the global industry. In Islamic education management, this evaluation is understood as a form of effort to improve the quality of human resources in accordance with the principle of self-change as stated in QS. Ar-Ra\u27d: 11. This study uses an evaluative qualitative approach with observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which includes three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that the training program is effective in improving the technical skills and soft skills of participants, especially in the fields of office administration, Administrative Assistant, Digital Marketing. However, several obstacles were found such as the limitations of print teaching modules, the variety of instructors, and the need to improve vocational terms or business terms. Overall, both the CIPP and CSE-UCLA models have been shown to provide a holistic picture of the effectiveness, relevance, and sustainability of the program. This study concludes that BBPVP Semarang has successfully carried out vocational training that is relevant to the needs of the industry, but needs to be improved in terms of curriculum, facilities, and digitalization. The researcher recommends that institutions continue to update the curriculum based on industry needs, expand cooperation with the industrial world, and implement a practice-based learning approach and soft skills to strengthen the competitiveness of the vocational workforce in the era of digital transformation.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebutuhan instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran, validitas, dan kepraktisan instrumen evaluasi evaluasi berbasis TPACK berbantuan Kahoot pada pembelajaran Al-Qur’an hadis di MTsN Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Pengembangan (Research & Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII H MTsN Palopo tahun ajaran 2024/2025 dengan mengambil 1 kelas yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hasil analisis kebutuhan diperoleh bahwa dibutuhkan evaluasi yang lebih menarik, serta guru membutuhkan alat evaluasi yang memudahkan proses evaluasi dan penilain.(2) uji validitas oleh ahli materi memperoleh skor 80% dan 82% dari ahli media dengan kriteria sangat valid, sehingga rata-rata persentase yang diperoleh yakni 81%  dengan kriteria sangat praktis.(3)Uji praktikalitas dari respon guru memperoleh skor 97% dari uji coba skala kecil 91% dan dari uji coba skala besar 88% dengan kriteria sangat praktis.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangan media evaluasi, validitas,dan praktikalitas media evaluasi berbantuan platform wordwall pada muatan pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam kelas IV SDN 656 Lauwa, Kec. Belopa Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan R&D (penelitian dan pengembangan) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek pada penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 656 Lauwa Kec. Belopa Utara tahun pengajaran 2024/2025 dengan jumlah 18 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif, dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: evaluasi media pengembangan yang dikembangkan ini telah melewati tahapan pengembangan sesuai model ADDIE. Validasi media memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dengan perolehan skor dari ahli materi 91% dan ahli media 90%, dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan validasi diperoleh persentase sebesar 90,5% dengan kategori sangat valid. Adapun hasil uji praktikalitas oleh pendidik memperoleh persentase 80% dengan kategori praktis dan hasil uji praktikalitas oleh peserta didik memperoleh persentase 98% dengan kriteria sangat praktis.

    This study aims to describe how to plan character education for children in order to form a good personality in children. This research is literature-based with a desk research component. Data collection involves information from various literature sources, not only limited to books, but also including magazines, materials and other research. The main focus of desk research is to find various theories, laws, arguments, principles, opinions, ideas and other materials that can be used to examine and solve the problem under study. The conclusion of this research is that character education planning must be done immediately to foster the next generation of the nation. Through the use of these character-building elements, the goals of the national education system will be achieved

    Implementasi Program Eco Masjid (Idarah, ‘Imarah, Ri’ayah) di Masjid Nur Muhammad Desa Randuagung Singosari Malang

    Abstract The concept of Green Mosques (Ecomosques) in Indonesia remain an elitist issue and have not yet developed into a widespread and popular movement. Therefore, a collective effort is needed to realize this program, one of which is through community service activities. The community service method employed is Service Learning (SL) based on Kolb’s Experiential Learning model, which consists of Concrete Experience (CE), Reflective Observation (RO), Abstract Conceptualization (AC), and Active Experimentation (AE). The outcomes of this community service activity include the implementation of three work programs aligned with the functions of Idarah (administration and management), ‘Imarah (welfare and religious activities), and Ri’ayah (maintenance and facilities). First, assistance to the takmir (mosque management board) as a representation of the Idarah function, focusing on coordination, facilitation, and initiation by the service team to help ease managerial duties and responsibilities related to the ecomosque concept. Second, optimization of Majelis Ta’lim as a representation of the ‘Imarah function, emphasizing the active participation of the service team in consultation, socialization, and ecomosque education through Majelis Ta’lim sessions held after the Fajr and Maghrib prayers, discussing Qur’anic exegesis, creed (aqidah), jurisprudence (fiqh), and Sufism (tasawuf). Third, preservation of facilities and infrastructure as a representation of the Ri’ayah function, focusing on the active role of the service team in maintaining cleanliness, sanctity, health, and the aesthetic quality of the mosque in accordance with ecomosque criteria. Maka diperlukan gerakan bersama untuk mewujudkan program tersebut, dan salah satunya dengan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Service Learning (SL) berbasis Experiential Learning model Kolb yang terdiri dari Concrete Experience (CE), Reflection Observation (RO), Abstract Conceptualization (AC) dan Active Experimentation (AE). Kedua, Optimalisasi Majelis Ta’lim sebagai representasi fungsi ‘Imarah yang difokuskan pada partisipasi aktif tim pengabdi untuk konsultasi, sosialisasi dan edukasi ecomasjid melalui Majelis Ta’lim ba’da Shubuh dan Maghrib yang membahas Tafsir Al-Qur’an, Akidah, Fikih dan Tasawuf. Ketiga, Pelestarian Sarana dan Prasarana sebagai representasi fungsi Ri’ayah yang difokuskan pada peran aktif tim pengabdi dalam menjaga kebersihan, kesucian, kesehatan dan keindahan masjid sesuai kriteria ecomasjid.
