PELATIHAN PIDATO UNTUK MENUMBUHKAN KETERAMPILAN PUBLIC SPEAKING SANTRI DI PANTI ASUHAN AT-TAWWABIN MALANG

Public speaking or the ability to speak in public is a skill that is not easy and requires practice. Public speaking practice can include speeches. This speech training was carried out in an orphanage because there were problems faced by students in orphanages, the majority of whom were children who no longer had parents. The problem is that mentally and the confidence to speak in public is of course still very minimal. The aim of this service is to train students\u27 public speaking skills through speech activities. The method used in this service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The result of this service is that through speech training students can increase their knowledge of speech skills by practicing making speech texts and practicing giving speeches. Apart from that, this speech training also produces students who have public speaking skills through speech competitions for interested students.

Abstrak
Public speaking atau kemampuan untuk berbicara di depan publik merupakan suatu keterampilan yang tidak mudah dan perlu adanya latihan. Latihan public speaking di antaranya bisa melalui pidato. Pelatihan pidato ini dilaksanakan di panti asuhan dikarenakan ada permasalahan yang dihadapi santri di panti asuhan yang mayoritas adalah anak yang sudah tidak mempunyai orang tua. Permasalahannya yaitu secara mental dan kepercayaan diri untuk berbicara di depan umum tentu mereka masih sangat minim. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk melatih keterampilan public speaking santri melalui kegiatan pidato. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu melalui pelatihan pidato dapat menambah pengetahuan ketrampilan berpidato santri dengan cara latihan membuat teks pidato dan praktik berpidato. Selain itu, pelatihan pidato ini juga menghasilkan santri yang mempunyai skill public speaking melalui lomba pidato bagi santri yang berminat.

The problem faced in UMKM Kriuknya is the marketing system, where when marketing products online they still use the old method, namely only by posting original product photos. This lack of marketing reach affects the turnover and profits earned. Based on these problems, a community service programme based on science and technology is carried out. This community service activity is to create content as an effort to increase the marketing of UMKM Kriuknya products in Pacarpeluk Village, Megaluh Jombang. The purpose of this activity is that UMKM can do digital marketing by utilising social media so that their marketing reach is even wider. In assisting the creation of interesting content for UMKM Kriuknya, the approach method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). this approach will help UMKM Kriuknya explore unique potential, such as special expertise, local resources, or interesting business stories. The content creation assistance that has been carried out includes; assistance in making pamphlet designs, making content for Whatsapp and Instgram social media consumption and assistance in making content through videos shared on the YouTube channel and making advertising scripts for the benefit of advertising videos.

Abstrak
Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam UMKM Kriuknya adalah pada sistem pemasaran, dimana ketika memasarkan produk secara online masih menggunakan cara lama yaitu hanya dengan posting foto asli produk saja. Kurang luasnya jangkauan pemasaran ini berpengaruh terhadap omset dan laba yang didapatkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berbasiskan iptek. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membuat konten sebagai upaya peningkatan pemasaran produk UMKM Kriuknya di Desa Pacarpeluk Megaluh Jombang. Maksud dari kegiatan ini adalah UMKM dapat melakukan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sehingga jangkauan pemasarannya lebih luas lagi.Dalam melakukan pendampingan pembuatan konten menarik UMKM Kriuknya, metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). pendekatan ini akan membantu UMKM Kriuknya menggali potensi unik, seperti keahlian khusus, sumber daya lokal, atau cerita bisnis yang menarik. Dalam pendampingan pembuatan konten yang telah dilakukan antara lain; pendampingan pembuatan desain pamflet, pembuatan konten untuk konsumsi media sosial Whatsapp dan Instgram dan pendampingan pembuatan konten melalui video yang dishare pada kanal youtube serta pembuatan script naskah iklan untuk kepentingan video iklan.

This type of research is library research. The results of this study are the concept of Islamic education according to Ibnu Sina including curriculum dimensions, educational method dimensions, educator dimensions, student dimensions, and punishment dimensions (education). The findings in this study are that Ibn Sina\u27s concept of education is in line with his view of human beings, namely human beings who are nurtured from all potential within themselves in a balanced and comprehensive manner. This research has implications for strengthening the concept of Islamic education which has been initiated by Islamic education experts, especially those in Indonesia

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to comprehensively discuss educational problems related to the latest curriculum policy, namely the independent curriculum. This curriculum emphasizes educational institutions to strengthen on three very basic aspects, namely independent sharing, independent learning and independent change. Three aspects are the benchmarks in making quality education for each educational institution in Indonesia. The author sees and provides an explanation of the three aspects contained in the independent curriculum. Is that really the answer to the national education system? The independence of each student is shackled from the previous curriculum, because 11 times the educational curriculum has changed in line with the changing policy makers. With the independent learning curriculum policy, it will be able to improve the character of students in educational institutions in Indonesia. The author uses a qualitative research approach and the type of research is literature study. The data collection is collected from various journals, articles and books that are appropriate to the research topic. No full textPendidikan Agama Islam mencakup suatu upaya untuk mendidik, mengasuh, dan melatih individu dalam hal etika dan kemampuan berpikir yang baik, baik dalam lingkungan formal maupun informal, dengan dasar pada prinsip-prinsip Islam. Salah satu topik pendidikan yang sering diperdebatkan secara serius di negara ini adalah masalah kekurangan adab. Tugas guru sebagai pendidik adalah membentuk sopan santun atau tata krama peserta didik agar menjadi baik dan sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh mempelajari materi adab Islami terhadap perilaku sosial siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 7 Karawang Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesies menggunakan uji T mendapatkan hasil nilai sig. 0,030 < 0,05, uji korelasi sebesar 0,291, uji regresi sebesar 0,224 dan uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,085. Dapat disimpulkan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah materi adab Islami berpengaruh positif, dan signifikan terhadap perilaku sosial siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 7 Karawang Barat sebesar 8,5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lai

This research is focused on examining the contents of textbooks that apply aspects of critical thinking to Islamic Religious Education textbooks, the Independent Curriculum, published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive research design, namely the description of the data is presented through the words contained in the Islamic Religious Education textbooks for class XI. The results of the study show that the textbooks for Class XI Islamic Religious Education published by the Ministry of Education and Culture as a whole contain aspects of critical thinking that are needed in today\u27s 21st century education

This article describes the relationship between Islamic religious values and healthy lifestyle habits originating from verses Al-Qur\u27an and Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu \u27Alaihi Wasallam. The method used is library research, carried out by collecting and researching data from books or writings that are in accordance with the discussion into primary sources and secondary sources. The results of this study are based on the research of two books with the same theme, namely there is a relationship between Islamic religious values and a healthy lifestyle. This is in accordance with what has been explained by health experts and even the World Health Organization (WHO), which must balance physical (physical) health and mental (spiritual) health to carry out activities in the world. The method used is review systematic in accordance with Preferred reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISM). Search process focused on article journal about " Post-Pandemic Post-Pandemic Student Teacher Candidate Analysis Abilities " and " Post-Pandemic Student Teacher Competency which will be published in 2021 - 2022. The results of the research show that the quality and competence of student teacher candidates has decreased, this is especially in terms of pedagogy and ability appropriate technology integration. Therefore, there is a need for support in the form of policies that can be implemented by tertiary institutions through faculties in the field of education related to changes in the education system based on blended learning or hybrid learning
