PENDEKATAN KOGNITIF SOSIAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out about the form of social cognitive theory approach from Bandura which can be applied to the learning of Islamic Education in Schools. Based on several previous studies, the cognitive approach has widely applied to learned was the cognitive approach from Piaget. The method used in this research is qualitative research with library research approach. Based on the analysis of the literature study, the approach of the social cognitive theory that can be applied to the learning of Islamic Education learning is through observational learning or modeling which includes four processes namely the process of attentional, retention, reproduction, and motivational processes. The social-cognitive approach that can be applied to Islamic education learning is on the application; curriculum, teaching, and assessment. In addition, the application of social learning theory by means of modeling is not contrary to the teachings of Islam that encourage people to make the Prophet as a model or role model in life.

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pendekatan teori kognitif sosial dari Bandura yang dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian terdahulu, pendekatan kognitif yang banyak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran adalah pendekatan kognitif dari Piaget. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Berdasarkan analisis studi literatur, pendekatan teori kognitif sosial yang dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah melalui pembelajaran observasional atau pemodelan yang mencakup empat proses yaitu proses atensi, retensi, reproduksi, dan motivasi. . Pendekatan sosial-kognitif yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam ada pada penerapan; kurikulum, pengajaran, dan penilaian. Selain itu, penerapan teori pembelajaran sosial melalui keteladanan tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam yang menganjurkan umat untuk menjadikan Nabi sebagai teladan atau panutan dalam kehidupan.

PESANTREN EFFECTIVENESS: THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN ENHANCING PERFORMANCE IN PESANTREN INSTITUTIONS
Abstract. The aim of this research was to plan and elucidate a framework of cultural structure for organization mainly for the advancement of its implementation. The object of the study was observed under the longitudinal research method and based on constructive organizational culture. The study employs a qualitative research design utilizing the grounded theory method. The key informants for this research comprise four individuals, namely the pesantren leader, deputy leader, and two teachers who serve as coordinators for student activities. Based on empirical data, Al Muslim has shown the potential to become a prominent pesantren in Aceh, utilizing a development model that prioritizes concentrated efforts in three key areas: work flexibility through institutional structural efficiency, curriculum revitalization and integration, and partnership development. KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN AKADEMIK
The quality of school academic services is an effort provided by educational institutions in the form of responsive, friendly and accurate service, providing individual attention, providing adequate facilities and administration to meet the expectations and satisfaction of users of educational services in the field of learning. The aim of this research is to describe the influence of transformational leadership on the quality of academic services at A-accredited private MTs in Pamijahan Bogor District. The number of samples taken was 102 teachers, using a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on the quality of academic services. This shows that the stronger the transformational leadership, the higher the quality of academic services available at the school. Therefore, to improve the quality of academic services, we hope to pay more attention to the transformational leadership of school principals in order to improve the quality of academic services

When discussing the results of educational provision, of course you will question the quality of educational provision, and to measure the quality of education you can look at the graduates or output. IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH / IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDEPENDENT LEARNING CURRICULUM IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
The independent learning curriculum has become the main focus in efforts to reform education in Indonesia. This article aims to find out and analyze how the Independent Learning Curriculum is implemented in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) lessons at the MIN 2 Bantul School. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in SKI lessons at MIN 2 Bantul has brought about significant changes in the learning approach. Teachers are freer to design lessons that suit student needs and local conditions. Project-based learning methods, collaborative learning, and problem-based learning have become more common and result in students\u27 active involvement in learning. In addition, learning evaluation in the context of the Independent Learning curriculum has changed to focus more on measuring student competence. Regular formative assessments provide meaningful feedback. Meanwhile, competency-based summative assessments measure understanding of concepts and application of knowledge in practical contexts. The challenges faced in implementation include the need for more in-depth teacher training in innovative learning strategies and the use of technology. In addition, continuous monitoring and ongoing support from the school and government are needed to ensure the full success of implementing the independent learning curriculum in SKI lessons at MIN 2 Bantul
MANAJEMEN PEMBINAAN PEMAHAMAN AGAMA ISLAM DI LEMBAGA NON KEPENDIDIKAN
To provide an understanding of the Islamic religion to someone, religious development management is needed as all activities carried out by a person in order to provide assistance to other people who experience spiritual difficulties in their living environment with the aim that the person is able to overcome it themselves because awareness or self-surrender arises. the power of God Almighty. This article looks at the management of Islamic religious development from various backgrounds in a person\u27s environment in non-educational institutions, using qualitative descriptive research methods based on observations in the military, police, correctional institutions and public market schools. The results and conclusions from the discussion of this article are that Islamic religious formation is carried out well in various institutions by using existing facilities and infrastructure to support religious formation activities and by using certain media and methods, for example through vocational lectures or oral recitation, istigasah, yasinan, tahlilan, and commemoration of Islamic holiday
PENINGKATAN KUALITAS LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MELALUI PENERAPAN SIX SIGMA PADA MTsS AL MUSLIMUN: تحسين جودة المؤسسات التعليمية الإسلامية من خلال تطبيق سداسية سيجما في مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة الإسلامية
Abstrak
MTsS Al-Muslimun adalah lembaga pendidikan memiliki komitmen untuk memberikan pendidikan berkualitas tinggi kepada siswa. Namun, tantangan dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan yang kompleks membutuhkan pendekatan yang sistematis dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) Untuk mendiskripsikan bentuk desain penerapan Six Sigma dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan di MTsS Al-Muslimun. 2) Untuk mendiskripsikan penerapan Six Sigma pada manajemen kepala madrasah di MTsS Al-Muslimun. 3) Untuk mendiskripsikan hambatan penerapan Six Sigma pada aspek manajemen kepala madrasah di MTsS Al-Muslimun. Adapun metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif analisis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sehingga peneliti dapat mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) MTsS Al-Muslimun telah mendesain penerapan Six Sigma untuk meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Kepala madrasah, guru, dan staf kependidikan bekerja sama dalam menerapkan langkah-langkah Six Sigma sehingga berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pendidikan. 2) Penerapan Six Sigma dalam manajemen kepala madrasah di MTsS Al-Muslimun dengan menggunakan data dan analisis sebagai landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan optimalisasi sumber daya. 3) Dua faktor hambatan penerapan six sigma manajemen kepala madrasah di MTsS Al-Muslimun yakni faktor internal dan eksternal.

Abstract
MTsS Al-Muslimun is an educational institution committed to providing high quality education to students. However, the challenges of managing complex educational institutions require a systematic and efficient approach. The objectives of this research are: 1) To describe the design form for implementing Six Sigma in improving the quality of educational institutions at MTsS Al-Muslimun. 2) To describe the application of Six Sigma in the management of madrasa heads at MTsS Al-Muslimun. 3) To describe the obstacles to implementing Six Sigma in the management aspects of madrasah heads at MTsS Al-Muslimun. The research method chosen is qualitative with a descriptive analysis research approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation, so that researchers could draw conclusions. The research results show that: 1) MTsS Al-Muslimun has designed the application of Six Sigma to improve the quality of educational institutions. Madrasah principals, teachers and educational staff work together to implement Six Sigma steps so that they succeed in increasing the efficiency and quality of education. 2) Application of Six Sigma in the management of madrasa heads at MTsS Al-Muslimun by using data and analysis as a basis for making better decisions and optimizing resources. 3) Two factors hinder the implementation of six sigma management of madrasah principals at MTsS Al-Muslimun, namely internal and external factors.

مستخلص البحث
مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة هي مؤسسة تعليمية ملتزمة بتوفير تعليم عالي الجودة للطلاب. ولكن، فإن التحديات التي تواجه إدارة مؤسسة تعليمية معقدة تتطلب اتباع مدخل منهجي وفعال. تشمل أهداف هذه الدراسة ما يلي: 1) وصف النموذج التصميمي لتطبيق سداسية سيجما في تحسين جودة المؤسسات التعليمية في مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة. 2) وصف تطبيق سداسية سيجما على إدارة مدير المدرسة في مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة. 3) وصف معوقات تطبيق سداسية سيجما في الجانب الإداري لمدير مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة. منهجية البحث التي اختارها الباحث هي المنهج الكيفي بنوع البحث التحليلي الوصفي. وقد تم جمع البيانات بطريقة الملاحظة والمقابلة والوثائقة، حتى يتمكن الباحث من استخلاص نتائج البحث. ونتائج هذا البحث ما يلي 1) صممت مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة تطبيق نظام سداسية سيجما لتحسين جودة المؤسسات التعليمية. يعمل مدير المدرسة والمدرسون والهيئة التعليمية كلهم في تنفيذ خطوات سداسية سيجما من أجل تحسين كفاءة التعليم وجودته بنجاح. 2) تطبيق سداسية سيجما في إدارة مدير المدرسة في مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة باستخدام البيانات والتحليل كأساس اتخاذ القرارات الأفضل وتحسين الموارد. 3) عاملان يعيقان تطبيق سداسية سيجما في إدارة مدير المدرسة في مدرسة المسلمون المتوسطة يعني العاملان الداخلي والخارجي.

Pengembangan Media Q-Joy (Aqidah Enjoy Learning) pada Mata Pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di Madrasah Aliyah Nizhamiyah Ploso: Development of Q-Joy Media (Aqidah Enjoy Learning) in Aqidah Akhlak Learning at Madrasah Aliyah Nizhamiyah Ploso
This research is to purpose all students to learn easily and spiritedly by using Q-Joy Media Learning in the other hands, students would understand lessons in learning process. Methods Research is used by Research and Development (RnD). This research is using ADDIE model includes of Analysis, Designing, Development, Impelementation, and Evaluation. The result of this research is from observation result which is needed, validation lessons, validation media. The reaserchist uses observation and questionnaires to get valid data. Media validation obtains 92 and validation lessons obtains 100 which both of them are “Very Worth It”.
Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah media pembelajaran Q-Joy Learning untuk memudahkan dan meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik dalam memahami materi pada proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang meliputi Analysis, Designing, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan sesuai kebutuhan, validasi materi, validasi media. Peneliti menggunakan observasi dan angket untuk mendapatkan data. Validasi media mendapat skor 92 yang mana dikategorikan “sangat baik” dan validasi materi mendapatkan skor 100 yang juga dikategorikan “sangat layak”.

Gerontology Curriculum in the Aisyiyah Senior School (ASS) Program in Condong Catur Sleman
This research analyses the gerontology curriculum at Aisyiyah Senior School in Condong Catur. Through a qualitative approach, this study aims to understand how the gerontology curriculum is designed and implemented in the context of senior education. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teaching staff, and curriculum document studies. The research results indicate that the gerontology curriculum at this school has been designed considering the unique needs of senior learners, focusing on improving their quality of life through continuing education. These findings provide important insights into how senior education can be tailored to meet the needs and aspirations of older generations. The results show that the gerontology curriculum at Aisyiyah Senior School incorporates various essential aspects of senior life, including physical and mental health, social relationships, and participation in meaningful activities. This curriculum is designed to promote healthy and active ageing and enhance senior learners\u27 quality of life. In addition, this school shows a solid commitment to a lifelong learning approach by providing opportunities for seniors to continue learning and growing. In conclusion, this study indicates that the gerontology curriculum at Aisyiyah Senior School is an effective model for senior education. These findings can provide valuable guidance for other institutions wishing to develop or improve their educational programs for older generations
THE LEADERSHIP OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD: AN ETHICAL MODELIN FACING MODERN LEADERSHIP CRISES
This article highlights the relevance of Prophet Muhammad\u27s leadership values in addressing modern leadership challenges, such as moral crises, corruption, and authoritarian tendencies. The study aims to analyze how the principles of transparency, accountability, and ethics demonstrated by Prophet Muhammad can be applied in contemporary leadership contexts, including government, organizations, and business sectors. The method used is a literature review and analysis of Prophet Muhammad\u27s leadership concepts, then aligned with the needs of modern leadership. The results of this study show that applying ethical leadership values can help resolve trust deficits and injustices in society, particularly by fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Additionally, strategies for enhancing ethical leadership in the corporate world and education are crucial for shaping future leaders with integrity. Implementing Prophet Muhammad\u27s leadership values, such as honesty, justice, simplicity, and public participation, is proven to be relevant and effective in addressing various global challenges while offering sustainable solutions. The article recommends developing leadership education programs based on values and enhancing public accountability mechanisms as concrete steps to improve leadership systems across different sectors.

Abstrak
Artikel ini menyoroti relevansi nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam menghadapi tantangan kepemimpinan modern, seperti krisis moral, korupsi, dan kecenderungan otoriter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana prinsip-prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan etika yang ditunjukkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW dapat diterapkan dalam konteks kepemimpinan kontemporer, termasuk pemerintahan, organisasi, dan sektor bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dan analisis konsep kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad, kemudian diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan kepemimpinan modern. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan etis dapat membantu mengatasi defisit kepercayaan dan ketidakadilan dalam masyarakat, terutama dengan menumbuhkan budaya transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Selain itu, strategi untuk meningkatkan kepemimpinan etis di dunia korporat dan pendidikan sangat penting untuk membentuk pemimpin masa depan yang berintegritas. Menerapkan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, kesederhanaan, dan partisipasi publik, terbukti relevan dan efektif dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan global sekaligus menawarkan solusi yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pendidikan kepemimpinan berdasarkan nilai-nilai dan peningkatan mekanisme akuntabilitas publik sebagai langkah konkret untuk meningkatkan sistem kepemimpinan di berbagai sektor.
