    Teachers as the frontline of the world of education must be technologically literate, keep up with the latest developments, and adjust and utilize them in learning. The world of education must adapt to this progress to improve the quality of education, especially by adjusting the use of information and communication technology in education, especially in the learning process. And educators are competing to present innovations and new colors in learning. Technology is very helpful in the learning process, the material is so easy to get, training or the learning process can be done online or anywhere, one of which is through the Google Slides platform. This study uses a quantitative approach and a type of True Experimental Design research, used to determine the scores of students from classes that are treated (experimental), and classes that are not treated (control) by improvement. Posttest Only Control Design research design. The results of the research on the Independent Sample T-Test were obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) .000 < 0.05, so there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes in class VI A as a control class that uses conventional media and class VI B as an experimental class that uses Google Slides media. And based on the results of the N-Gain score test, it shows that the average N-gain score for the experimental class (Google Slide-Based Digital Platform) is 87.11 or 87.11% included in the effective category. With an N-gain score of at least 80% and a maximum of 98%. Meanwhile, the N-gain of the control class (conventional method) has an average score of 61.68% and is included in the category of quite effective with a minimum N-gain score of 45% and a maximum score of 78%. Then H0 is rejected and HA is accepted

    Learning strategies are patterns of teacher and student interaction to achieve learning objectives. The use of learning media, such as PowerPoint, is effective in conveying information and increasing student motivation, especially in learning fiqh. Jurisprudence focuses on the basic competencies of performing fard prayers which are expected to form disciplined behavior. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with the researcher acting as a data collection instrument through observation, interviews, and documentation. . The learning process of fiqh with power point media strategy runs smoothly although there are some obstacles, fiqh learning strategy with power point media has a very big contribution and can help teachers in the learning process. As well as being able to increase student learning motivation and increase student courage in question and answer. Student motivation can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes after learning strategies with animation-based power point media. The obstacles found in the learning strategy of fiqh with animation-based power point media are problems related to teacher competence, problems from students, problems from learning media

    Abstract This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many students who have difficulty in reading the Al-Quran, the lack of motivation and support from parents in reading the Al-Quran and the interest of students in participating in extracurricular recitations is still very minimal at the \u27Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup Primary School. , even though recitations are one of the appropriate methods to overcome problems for students who cannot read the Al-Quran fluently properly and correctly according to the rules of the science of recitation. The aims of this research are: (1) To determine the implementation of extracurricular recitations to improve students\u27 ability to read the Al-Quran at the \u27Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup Primary School. (2) To determine students\u27 ability to read the Al-Quran after taking part in extracurricular recitations at the \u27Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup Primary School. This research is a descriptive qualitative case study research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification as well as testing the credibility of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques (methods). The results of the research that we want to know are about extracurricular recitation activities in developing students\u27 ability to read the Al-Quran and see the quality of the art of reading the Al-Quran of students who take part in extracurricular recitations at the \u27Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup Primary School. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh masih banyak peserta didik yang memiliki kesulitan dalam membaca Al Quran, kurangnya motivasi dan dukungan dari orang tua dalam membaca Al Quran serta minat dari peserta didik untuk mengikuti ekstrakurikuler tilawah ini masih sangat minim di SD Unggulan ‘Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup, padahal tilawah merupakan salah satu metode yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah bagi peserta didik yang belum bisa membaca Al Quran dengan lancar secara baik dan benar sesuai kaidah ilmu tajwid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Untuk mengetahui Implementasi Ekstrakurikuler tilawah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan seni membaca Al Quran peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Unggulan ‘Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup. (2) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan seni membaca Al Quran peserta didik setelah mengikuti ekstrakurikuler tilawah di SD Unggulan ‘Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Studi Kasus yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi serta uji kredibilitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik (metode). Hasil penelitian yang ingin diketahui ialah tentang kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tilawah dalam pengembangan kemampuan seni membaca Al Quran peserta didik dan melihat kualitas seni membaca Al Quran peserta didik yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler tilawah di SD Unggulan ‘Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup.     ABSTRACT The main issue in this study is emotional intelligence and learning activity, the purpose of this study is to find out whether the emotional intelligence in students has an influence or no influence on student learning activity, the method used in this study is descriptive quantitative research with an associative approach, associative research is research that tests the presence or absence of relationships or influences between variables with other variables,  The results of this study showed that after testing with the help of the SPSS program, a Sig. result of 0.000 was obtained (can be seen in Table 1). Based on decision-making, it can be concluded that variable x has an effect on variable y. This means that emotional intelligence affects student learning activity. Isu pokok pada penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional, keaktifan belajar, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kecerdasan emosional yang ada pada diri siswa ada pengaruh atau tidak ada pengaruh terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, penelitian asosiatif adalah penelitian yang menguji ada tidaknya hubungan atau pengaruh antara variabel dengan variabel lainnya, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan bantuan program spss didapatkan hasil Sig. yaitu 0.000 (dapat dilihat pada tabel 1).     GAME DEVELOPMENT “GEMAS (MODIFIED DIVISION ENGKLEK GAME)” TO IMPROVE UNDERSTANDING OF CONCEPTSIN CLASS II ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

    This research aims to develop a game "GEMAS (Modified Division Engklek Game)” to improve understanding of concepts for class II elementary school students that meet the criteria of valid, practical and effective. This research uses R&D research with the ASSURE development model. Participants in this research were 16 students. Data collected through questionnaires and tests. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, paired sample t-test and n-gain test. Based on the research results, it shows that the game GEMAS very worthy to use, where the average score from the validation results of media experts is 99% and material experts 77% . The results of the analysis are related to the practicality of the game GEMAS very practical, where the teacher response was 99% and student response was 99,4%. Based on the test scores for understanding the concept of division, the average results were obtained pretest 62 and posttest 85,44 there was an increase of 0,64 in the medium category. As well as the results of the paired sample t-test, the Sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0,000 < 0,05. So, it can be concluded that game media GEMAS can be declared effective in increasing students\u27 understanding of the concept of division

    Abstract : The aim of this research is to present a comprehensive analysis of how student character development is influenced by the regularity of the Dhuha prayer at Minu Asrikaton. The investigation was carried out using qualitative methodology. Data collection was carried out through various techniques, using instruments in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Next, careful observation and documentation is carried out, with students as the subjects. The data analysis methodology used involves three different stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing concluding. The validity of the data was assessed using technical triangulation and source triangulation. Research findings show that by getting used to the Dhuha prayer, students develop a strong sense of discipline. They are able to arrange the time for ablution, prepare prayer materials, and immediately carry out Dhuha prayers effectively without disturbing their daily activities. Postpone studying until another time. Character education involves instilling certain virtues and values in students, equipping them with the tools necessary to develop their own distinct character as they move through life.     Abstract : Teachers are one of the most important components in the learning process. The role of the teacher is not only as a teacher but also as an educator, guide, evaluator and so on. Making the teacher a factor in achieving learning goals. This role influences students to want the ideal teacher for them. This research aims to determine the criteria for an ideal teacher according to grade 6 students at MI Raden Patah Pujon. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with survey methods. The data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire given to approximately 80 respondents consisting of all grade 6 students at MI Raden Patah Pujon and teachers. In this research, the questionnaire acts as a research instrument. The resulting data is in the form of students\u27 opinions regarding the ideal teacher. The research results show that the criteria for an ideal teacher include preparing material and learning plans (RPP) before teaching, getting to know students, knowing students\u27 abilities, paying attention to students, always providing motivation at every meeting, delivering material clearly, creatively, applying appropriate learning methods and media. interesting, always answers students\u27 questions, uses technology in learning, does not give many assignments, always gives homework (PR), respects students\u27 work, is not angry, humorous, patient, firm, disciplined and objective, responsible, and is an example or a good role model for students. There are several criteria for an ideal teacher that do not match the opinions of experts, namely the teacher does not give many assignments and on the other hand students expect the teacher to always give homework (PR).     “The contextual teaching and learning model is Among several student management developed by combining classical learning by teaching staff at MTs Putri Nurul Huda Situbondo. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants in this research were school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques employed observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In this research, researchers used several stages of data analysis, namely the data condensation stage, data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions, and verification activities. The research results concluded that there are four stages of student management in improving multilingual communication competence: classroom layout management skills, time management skills and material coverage, and student management skills through language games. The CTL learning model is carried out in the planning stage, namely by making a learning implementation plan that refers to the independent curriculum, then the implementation stage, which contains three activity stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities, which contain the components of constructivism, inquiry, asking, learning community, modeling, reflection, then Closing activities use authentic assessment.

Jika ruang lingkup kepala sekolah maka kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam memanajemen segala yang berkaitan dengan sekolah. Peneliti memiliki tujuan yang menjadi acuan dalam pembahasan penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah wanita, peningkatan prestasi peserta didik, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah wanita dalam peningkatan prestasi peserta didik, serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat kepemimpinan kepala sekolah wanita dalam peningkatan prestasi peserta didik. Dengan melihat judul secara otomatis metode yang sangat cocok adalah kualitatif dengan pemanfaatan studi kasus sebagai jenisnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertama Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah wanita di MAPM (Madrasah Aliyah Perguruan Mu’allimat) Cukir Diwek Jombang terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan konsep dari kepemimpinan. Kedua peningkatan prestasi peserta didik di MAPM Cukir Diwek Jombang sangat mewadahi kebutuhan peserta didik sesuai bakat dan minat yang mereka miliki. Ketiga kepemimpinan kepala sekolah wanita dalam peningkatan prestasi peserta didik di MAPM Cukir Diwek Jombang yang mana peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dimana prestasi peserta didik bisa meningkat karena adanya dukungan penuh dari pihak madrasah. Keempat didalamnya ada faktor pendukung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah wanita diantaranya adanya dukungan penuh dari para guru yang lain yang selalu mensupport dan mendukung konsep dari madrasah.     CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STRATEGY IN PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

    Conflict is one of the problems faced by many organizations, especially non-profit organizations such as educational institutions (schools). School leaders or principals play an important role in managing conflict in order to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization. This article aims to describe first, the nature, activities and management of conflict. Second, the nature and role of school principal leadership. Third, conflict management strategies in the leadership of school principals from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is literature study, researchers collect data from various sources, reduce and analyze, and draw conclusions. The research results show that: first, the essence of conflict is differences of opinion, while conflict activities are related to competition, conflict management is carried out through introspection, evaluation, identification, and knowing options. Second, the essence of leadership is influencing, while the principal\u27s leadership role includes as a formal official, manager, leader, supervisor, administrator, educator, and as staff. Third, conflict management strategies in Islamic perspective principal leadership are leadership perspectives and behavior. Pemimpin atau kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam mengelola konflik agar dapat mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang pertama, hakikat, aktivitas dan pengelolaan konflik. Kedua, hakikat dan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Ketiga, strategi pengelolaan konflik dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber, mereduksi, dan menganalisis, serta mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, hakikat konflik adalah perbedaan pendapat, sedangkan aktivitas konflik berkenaan dengan kompetisi, pengelolaan konflik dilakukan dengan Introspeksi, evaluasi, identifikasi, dan mengetahui pilihan. Kedua, hakikat kepemimpinan adalah mempengaruhi sedangkan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diantaranya sebagai pejabat formal, manajer, pemimpin, supervisor, administrator, pendidik, dan sebagai staff. Ketiga, strategi pengelolaan konflik dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perspektif Islam diantaranya meliputi cara pandang dan perilaku kepemimpinan.
