THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING STRATEGIES ON ENHANCEMENT OF PKN CONCEPTS IN STUDENTS IN CLASS IV PRIMARY SCHOOL / PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP PKN SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR
The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of using differentiating teaching strategies on students\u27 understanding of concept knowledge in PKN IV classrooms at SDN Pelandakan 2 Kota Cirebon. This study is a quantitative study using a pre-experimental design with a single group pretest-posttest layout. The techniques used for data collection are observation and testing techniques. On the other hand, the sample preparation technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of about 20 participants. Furthermore, the data used in the analysis study includes observational data analysis, N-Gain, and non-parametric Wilcoxon hypothesis testing. The research results showed that the activity of teachers who used differentiation learning strategies when teaching PKN at the last meeting was in the very good category at 96%, and students\u27 understanding of the PKN concept increased by 0.4091, which is included in the medium category. H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, based on the results of non-parametric hypothesis testing with the Wilcoxon test, which shows that the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. In class IV of SDN Pelandakan 2 Cirebon City, there was a significant relationship between the application of differentiation learning strategies and increasing students\u27 understanding of PKN concepts regarding material unit 4 My Country, Indonesia
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA, TEMAN SEBAYA DAN SMARTPHONE TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA / THE INFLUENCE OF FAMILY, PEER AND SMARTPHONE ENVIRONMENT ON STUDENTS\u27 LEARNING MOTIVATION
This research aims to explain the influence of the family environment on student learning motivation, the influence of peers on student learning motivation, and the influence of smartphones on student learning motivation, the influence of the family environment, peers and smartphones together on student learning motivation. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach. The research population was all Al-Faqih Pakis students in Malang Regency, totaling 110 students. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used random sampling and a sample of 86 students was obtained. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis of the partial test (T test) and simultaneous test (F test), it can be concluded that the family environment variable and peer variables have a significant effect on the learning motivation variable, while the smartphone variable has less influence on the learning motivation variable. And simultaneously, family environment variables, peers and smartphones have an influence on learning motivation variables
IMPLEMENTASI KEPALA MADRASAH SEBAGAI LEADER DAN EDUCATOR DI MA RAUDLATUL ULUM PUTRI
The head of a professional madrasah is the head of a madrasa who can carry out his main duties in accordance with regulations, so as to carry out his role in managing and developing the madrasah comprehensively. There are many roles of the madrasah head covered in the acronym EMASLIM-FM. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as a Leader in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri, 2) know the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as an Educator in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri. The approach to this research is descriptive qualitative with a type of case study. The research was conducted from October-December 2022 at MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri Ganjaran Gondanglegi Malang. The data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is data reduction, presentation, and verification (conclusion). The results of this study are: 1) the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as a leader in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri is the existence of pathfinding by planning and having a madrasa vision and mission, aligning that prioritizes verbal social relations with stakeholders, empowering the madrasah by being a good and authoritative person so that he can be a role model for his subordinates in the madrasah, 2) the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as an educator in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri is The head performs his role as a guide for students in the classroom by teaching as many as 6 hours of lessons, and other educator tasks guide teachers, education staff, staff following the development of science and technology, and become an example in the learning process.Keywords. ANALISIS PERUMUSAN VISI, MISI DAN TUJUAN MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI 9 INDRAMAYU
Visi, misi, dan tujuan sebuah lembaga pendidikan adalah elemen yang paling penting digunakan untuk menggambarkan trackrecord kepada semua stakeholder madrasah, dengan tujuan mencapai kondisi yang diinginkan sebagai manifestasi dari tujuan pendidikan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis perumusan visi, misi, dan tujuan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, melibatkan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visi, misi, dan tujuan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Indramayu dirumuskan dengan mempertimbangkan semua pemangku kepentingan madrasah. Visi Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Indramayu dirumuskan melalui nilai-nilai yang akan dikembangkan dan aspirasi madrasah di masa depan. Sementara itu, misi Madrasah Negeri 9 Indramayu memiliki tingkat urgensi yang sama dalam mencapai visi yang telah ditetapkan, menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan program jangka pendek, menengah, dan jangka panjang. Tujuan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Indramayu bersifat untuk membimbing perumusan target, kebijakan, dan program-program untuk merealisasikan visi dan misi yang telah dirumuskan
INOVASI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN DI MTS PERSIS 37 SUMEDANG
The head of the madrasah as an education leader needs to have innovation and creative ideas to improve the quality of education. Innovative and creative leaders are very important to create madrasahs that are in demand by the community and education stakeholders, increase competitiveness and be able to answer the challenges of the times. This study aims to describe the leadership innovations of madrasah heads and the efforts of madrasah heads in improving the quality of education in MTs Persis 37 Sumedang. The method used in this study is qualitative with interview data collection techniques, observation and document analysis. The results of this study show that the leadership innovation of madrasah heads at MTs Persis 37 Sumedang conducted through several programs and activities such as adab-based curriculum, literacy activities, reading the Qur\u27an, reading books, writing verses of the Qur’an, summarizing books and featured programs, namely "Kejar Cemerlang 37". Meanwhile, the attempts of madrasah heads in improving the quality of education at MTs Persis 37 Sumedang are carried out, including creative and innovative ideas that are participatory, collaborative, transformative, integrity and effective.

ABSTRAK
Kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan perlu memiliki inovasi dan ide-ide kreatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Pemimpin yang inovatif dan kreatif sangat penting untuk menciptakan madrasah yang diminati oleh masayarakat dan stakeholder pendidikan, meningkatkan daya saing dan mampu menjawab tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTs persis 37 Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa inovasi kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs persis 37 Sumedang diantaranya melalui beberapa program dan kegiatan seperti kurikulum berbasis adab, kegiatan literasi, membaca Al Qur’an, membaca buku, menulis ayat Al Quran, merangkum buku dan program unggulan yakni “Kejar Cemerlang 37”. Sedangkan upaya kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTs persis 37 Sumedang dilakukan diantaranya dengan ide kreatif dan inovatif parsipatif, kolaboratif, transformatif, integritas dan efektif.

Pendampingan Sistem Pemasaran Berbasis Online pada Produk Batik Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Mulya Abadi di Dusun Tirta Mulya Kabupaten Bungo
Abstract
The Mulya Abadi Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) which is engaged in batik marking business activities known as Batik Tirta Mulya is a business activity that has prospects from a social and economic perspective. However, so far BUMDes Mulya Abadi products are still marketed or sold only to local residents, even though by utilizing technological developments, the sales system can be carried out online as a promotional medium, with the hope that the marketing segment will not only be local, but can reach the national level. and even international. The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge and skills to BUMDes management staff through the use of e-commerce technology to expand product sales marketing. The results obtained from this service are in the form of an e-commerce website, which can reach wider marketing and it is hoped that product sales will increase. Apart from that, consumers can also save time, costs and energy and make it easier to make transactions or get to know Batik Tirta Mulya even though they don’t come to Dusun Tirta Mulya.

Abstrak
Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Mulya Abadi yang bergerak dalam kegiatan usaha penandaan batik yang dikenal dengan nama Batik Tirta Mulya merupakan kegiatan usaha yang mempunyai prospek dari segi sosial maupun ekonomi. Namun, selama ini produk-produk BUMDes Mulya Abadi masih dipasarkan atau dijual hanya kepada warga sekitar, padahal dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi, sistem penjualan dapat dilakukan berbasis online sebagai media promosinya, yang diharapkan segmen pemasarannya tidak hanya bersifat lokal, namun dapat menjangkau hingga tingkat nasional dan bahkan internasional. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada perangkat pengelola BUMDes melalui pemanfaatan teknologi e-commerce untuk memperluas pemasaran penjualan produk. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini berupa website e-commerce, yang dapat menjangkau pemasaran menjadi lebih luas dan diharapkan penjualan produk semakin meningkat. Selain itu, konsumen juga dapat menghemat waktu, biaya, dan tenaga serta memudahkan dalam bertransaksi atau mengenal Batik Tirta Mulya meskipun tidak datang ke Dusun Tirta Mulya.

Pendampingan Outbound Fun Kids: Membangun Kasih Sayang Bersama Anak dan Orang Tua
Abstract
Early childhood is a critical period where proper stimulation can significantly influence a child\u27s overall development, including physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional growth. This community service focused on enhancing the gross motor skills of young children through an Outbound Kids and Parent program at RA Hidayatul Islamiyah, Plumpang Tuban. The program involved active participation from both children and parents, guided by PIAUD IAINU Tuban students. The methodology included preparation, implementation, and evaluation phases, emphasizing experiential learning through outdoor activities. The results demonstrated improved motor coordination in children and increased creativity and experience for students. The conclusion highlights the effectiveness of outbound activities in promoting physical development and strengthening the parent-child bond while providing practical learning experiences for future educators.

Abstrak
Masa kanak-kanak awal merupakan periode kritis di mana stimulasi yang tepat dapat memengaruhi perkembangan anak secara keseluruhan, termasuk perkembangan fisik, kognitif, dan sosial-emosional. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan motorik kasar anak-anak melalui program Outbound Kids and Parent di RA Hidayatul Islamiyah, Plumpang Tuban. Program ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari anak-anak dan orang tua, dengan bimbingan mahasiswa PIAUD IAINU Tuban. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan penekanan pada pembelajaran melalui pengalaman langsung di alam terbuka. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan koordinasi motorik pada anak-anak serta peningkatan kreativitas dan pengalaman bagi mahasiswa. Kesimpulan menyoroti efektivitas kegiatan outbound dalam mendukung perkembangan fisik dan memperkuat ikatan antara orang tua dan anak, sambil memberikan pengalaman belajar praktis bagi calon pendidik.

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP: TRADITIONAL PESANTREN TOWARDS SUFISM-BASED ENTREPRENEURIAL PESANTREN
This study aims first, to explore and interpret the implementation of Kiai Muhammad Holid\u27s transformational leadership. Second, to explore Kiai\u27s leadership strategies in the transformation process from traditional pesantren to Sufism-based entrepreneurial pesantren. Third, to explore the effectiveness of Kiai Muhammad Holid\u27s transformational leadership. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research conducted at the Salafiyah Abu Zairi Pakisan Tlogosari Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques utilize documentation, deep interviews, and passive participation observation. Furthermore, the data validity test uses observation persistence, triangulation of sources and techniques by adopting the Miles, Huberman and Saldana interactive model data analysis which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that first, Kiai Muhammad Holid successfully implemented transformational leadership through the main elements of Bass\u27 (1999) theory which include: Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration to all pesantren residents. Second, to realize Sufism-based entrepreneurial pesantren, Kiai Muhammad Holid formed an active entrepreneurial education system in formal instution and tasawuf amaliyah education in pesantren. Third, Kiai Muhammad Holid\u27s transformational leadership provides real effectiveness in increasing the commitment, involvement, and loyalty of educators and students in the boarding school.

Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama, untuk mengeksplorasi serta menginterpretasikan implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional Kiai Muhammad Holid. Kedua, mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan Kiai dalam proses transformasi dari pesantren tradisional menuju pesantren entrepreneur berbasis sufisme. Ketiga, mengeksplorasi efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional kiai Muhammad Holid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis field research yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Abu Zairi Pakisan Tlogosari Bondowoso. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan dokumentasi, deep interview, dan observasi partisipasi pasif. Selanjutnya uji keabsahan data menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi sumber dan teknik dengan mengadopsi analisis data model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/ Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Kiai Muhammad Holid berhasil menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional melalui unsur-unsur utama dari teori Bass (1999) yang meliputi: Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, dan Individualized Consideration kepada seluruh warga pesantren. Kedua, untuk mewujudkan pesantren entrepreneur berbasis sufisme Kiai Muhammad Holid membentuk sistem pendidikan entrepreneur aktif di lembaga formal dan pendidikan tasawuf amaliyah di pesantren. Ketiga, Kepemimpinan transformasional Kiai Muhammad Holid memberikan efektifitas nyata dalam meningkatkan komitmen, keterlibatan, dan loyalitas pendidik dan santri di pondok pesantren.

IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA FLASHCARD PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS 1 MI MIFTAHUL ULUM KOTA BATU
Abstract : MI Miftahul Ulum has applied learning media to create innovative teaching and learning activities. The learning media in the form of flashcards can provide activity, increase student interest in learning and increase student interest in learning as has been done at MI Miftahul Ulum. The aim of this research is to determine the planning for using flashcard media in Mathematics learning at MI Miftahul Ulum Batu City, the implementation of flashcard media in Mathematics learning at MI Miftahul Ulum Batu City, and identifying student learning outcomes using flashcard media in Mathematics learning at MI Miftahul Ulum Batu City. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research type method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique goes through the stages of data condensation, data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of source triangulation data, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of this research are 1) Planning for the implementation of flashcard media in mathematics learning in increasing class 1 students\u27 interest in learning, 2) Implementation of flashcard media in mathematics learning in increasing students\u27 interest in learning, and analyzing student learning outcomes using flashcard media in Mathematics learning at MI Miftahul Ulum Kota Batu, 3) The results of the implementation of mathematics learning with the teacher\u27s efforts to improve student learning outcomes by using flashcard media went well, emphasizing students\u27 self-understanding and minimizing the difficulties experienced by students.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DRIVING SCHOOL (SEKOLAH PENGGERAK) AND DRIVING TEACHERS (GURU PENGGERAK) PROGRAM AS EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION IN THE SOCIETY 5.0 ERA
In the Society 5.0 era, educational challenges have become increasingly complex, requiring innovations that support school transformation and the improvement of teacher quality. The Driving School Program and Driving Teachers Program are Indonesia\u27s government responses to these needs. The School Empowerment Program aims to digitalize schools, strengthen governance, and create a more interactive and technology-adaptive learning environment. Meanwhile, the Teacher Empowerment Program focuses on human resource development through continuous training and study comparisons, aiming to enhance teachers\u27 skills and competencies in facing the demands of the digital era. Teachers are expected to become agents of change capable of applying innovations within school environments, improving collaboration, and leading the educational transformation process. This research uses a literature review method, analyzing various relevant sources regarding the implementation of these two programs. The results show that these programs positively impact the improvement of teachers\u27 competencies, particularly in mastering technology and teaching methodologies relevant to Society 5.0. Additionally, the implementation of the School Empowerment Program supports the role of schools in enhancing the quality of education through digitalization and innovation. Thus, the School Empowerment Program and Teacher Empowerment Program can be considered significant innovations in preparing Indonesia\u27s young generation to compete in the continuously evolving digital era.

Abstrak
Di era Society 5.0, tantangan pendidikan semakin kompleks, memerlukan inovasi yang mendukung transformasi sekolah dan peningkatan kualitas guru. Program Sekolah Penggerak dan Guru Penggerak merupakan respon pemerintah Indonesia terhadap kebutuhan ini. Program Sekolah Penggerak bertujuan untuk mendigitalisasi sekolah, memperkuat tata kelola, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan adaptif terhadap teknologi. Di sisi lain, Program Guru Penggerak berfokus pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan dan studi banding berkelanjutan, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi tuntutan era digital. Guru diharapkan menjadi agen perubahan yang mampu menerapkan inovasi di lingkungan sekolah, meningkatkan kolaborasi, serta memimpin dalam proses transformasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang relevan mengenai implementasi kedua program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru, terutama dalam hal penguasaan teknologi dan metodologi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan Society 5.0. Selain itu, implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak juga mendukung peran sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui digitalisasi dan inovasi. Program Sekolah Penggerak dan Guru Penggerak dapat dianggap sebagai inovasi penting yang mempersiapkan generasi muda Indonesia untuk berkompetisi di era digital yang terus berkembang.
