    Technology is one of the main triggers for the dynamics of life in various sectors, including the education sector, such as curriculum development. Currently, Indonesia is implementing the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka). The aim is to produce graduates who have a Pancasila Student Profile (Profil Pelajar Pancasila) with six indicators: 1) Faith and devotion to Almighty God and noble character, 2) Global diversity, 3) Working together, 4) Independence, 5) Thinking critically, and 6) Thinking creative. These six indicators were internalized at Islamic Junior High School (SMPI) Almaarif 01 Singosari, Malang Regency, in the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila P5) through the Ubudiyah Skill Requirements (Syarat Kecakapan Ubudiyah; SKU) program.  This research aims to answer the problem statement: 1) How is P5 implemented through SKU at SMPI Almaarif 01 Singosari? 2) What are the results of implementing P5 through SKU at SMPI Almaarif 01 Singosari. This article uses a qualitative approach and case study research type. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman & Saldana interactive model which includes data condensation, data display and conclusion.  The research findings are that the implementation of P5 through the SKU Program at SMPI Almaarif 01 Singosari consists of planning, implementation and results. Planning phase refers to the SKU Guidebook. Implementation is based on the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. The result is improvement of students’ cognitive, affective and psychomotor qualities. Teknologi menjadi salah satu pemicu utama dinamika kehidupan di berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor pendidikan, seperti pengembangan kurikulum. Saat ini, Indonesia menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Tujuannya untuk membentuk lulusan yang memiliki Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan enam indikator: 1) Beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Mahaesa serta berakhlak mulia, 2) Berkebinekaan global, 3) Bergotong-royong, 4) Mandiri, 5) Berpikir kritis, dan 6) Berpikir kreatif. Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam (SMPI) Almaarif 01 Singosari, Kabupaten Malang, keenam indikator tersebut diinternalisasikan dalam Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) melalui program Syarat Kecakapan Ubudiyah (SKU). Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lalu dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman & Saldana yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian adalah implementasi P5 melalui Program SKU di SMPI Almaarif 01 Singosari terdiri dari perencanaan, implementasi dan hasil implementasi. Perencanaan mengacu pada Buku Pedoman SKU. Implementasi didasarkan pada enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Hasil implementasi meliputi peningkatan kualitas kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa.     This article aims to find out how kitab kuning (Islamic textbooks) learning program is implemented to improve the religious character of students at MA Hasyim Asy\u27ari Bangsri Jepara. Researchers use qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. There are two research results. First, the implementation of kitab kuning learning program at MA Hasyim Asy’ari is supported by competent teachers; students who have diverse backgrounds in terms of ability to read kitab kuning; the main goal is the internalization of religious character; The material includes various kitab kuning that support Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam or PAI) subjects, namely Al-Qur’an Hadis, Aqidah Akhlak, Fiqh and Arabic Language; many learning methods are used, such as bandongan (collective method) and sorogan (individual method); learning evaluation is carried out in each lesson as a formative evaluation and in each semester as a summative evaluation. Second, kitab kuning learning program at MA Hasyim Asy\u27ari has been proven to have a positive impact on strengthening students\u27 religious character, as a provision to be applied in daily life inside and outside the madrasah, such as in family and community environment. Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana penerapan program pembelajaran kitab kuning untuk meningkatkan karakter religius siswa di MA Hasyim Asy’ari Bangsri Jepara. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualititatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Ada dua hasil penelitian. Pertama, penerapan program pembelajaran kitab kuning di MA Hasyim Asy’ari didukung oleh guru pengampu kitab kuning yang berkompeten; siswa yang memiliki latar-belakang beragam dari segi kemampuan membaca kitab kuning; tujuan utamanya adalah internalisasi karakter religius; materinya meliputi berbagai kitab kuning yang mendukung mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), yaitu Al-Qur’an Hadis, Akidah Akhlak, Fikih dan Bahasa Arab; banyak metode pembelajaran yang digunakan, seperti bandongan dan sorogan; evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan pada setiap pembelajaran sebagai evaluasi formatif dan pada setiap semester sebagai evaluasi sumatif. Kedua, program pembelajaran kitab kuning di MA Hasyim Asy’ari terbukti memberi dampak positif terhadap penguatan karakter religius peserta didik, sebagai bekal untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di dalam madrasah dan di luar madrasah, seperti di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat.     TECHNOLOGY-BASED EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN SALAF ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS

    This research aims to explore how salaf pesantren that are thick with traditional nuances can manage educational technology in their environment. This qualitative research with a case study approach involves in-depth observation and interviews with kyai, pesantren administrators, teachers, and students as an important part of collecting data which is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Research conducted at the Al Fadhlu salaf Islamic boarding school, Brangsong District, Kendal Regency, shows that in managing the use of technology, pesantren packages it into online and offline learning forms. Online technology is implemented through the use of social media such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram as da\u27wah media, while offline technology management relies on simple technology such as the use of PowerPoint in learning and laptops as a means of correspondence. In the aspect of curriculum management, the findings of this study show that pesantren have developed effective strategies for technology implementation, such as providing information technology subjects to students. This finding rejects the assumption that salaf pesantren only rely on traditional learning, on the contrary, proving that even though it seems traditional, salaf pesantren still adopts and teaches technology to its students. This research makes a significant contribution by showing that the use of technology can update education in salaf Islamic boarding schools, combining traditional values with technological advances to improve the overall quality of education

    PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN FIQIH DI MTS AHMAD YANI JABUNG

    One of the problems found at MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung is the lack of understanding and ability of students in understanding Islamic Religious Education lessons, especially zakat material. One of the proposed models is discovery learning, which is known to train students\u27 abilities in critical, analytical, and creative thinking. The purpose of this research is to know: (1) to know the effect of the discovery learning model on improving student learning outcomes in fiqh material at MTS Ahmad Yani Jabung. (2) to know the students\u27 response to the discovery learning learning model. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the type of quasi-experimental design using two classes, the first class using the lecture model and the second class using the discovery learning model on the same material using tests. The results showed that the use of discovery learning model has a significant effect on students\u27 learning outcomes in zakat material. Through paired t-test between pre-test and post-test in the experimental class, it was found that the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000, smaller than 0.05, which indicated a significant difference between students\u27 learning outcomes before and after using the discovery learning model. This confirms the positive influence of this learning model on students\u27 understanding of fiqh material. In addition, students\u27 responses to the discovery learning model were also positive, with a high percentage of satisfaction, indicating that students at MTs Ahmad Yani Jabung liked the use of this learning model

    Model Integrasi Islam dan Sains di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam: Integration Model of Islam and Science at Islamic University

    The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze how the concept of integration of Islam and science at PTKI (Islamic university) and (2) to analyze the model of the paradigm of science and integrative education at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This study uses a library research type. The results of this study are: (1) The concept of integration of Islam with science (and technology) is an effort to develop one modern science in a particular field that is based on the foundation of divine awareness and the values ​​of Islamic teachings (belief, morals, worship, muamalah). (2) The integrative scientific paradigm at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is an integrative scientific paradigm between sciences sourced from the Qur’an and Hadith (verses of Qauliyyah) with sciences from the results of observation, experiments, and logical reasoning (verses of Kauniyyah). The integrative education model at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is the integration of higher education institutions (as a place for sowing science) with Ma’had Aly (as a place for sowing Islam) and the integration of Islamic and scientific knowledge in the form of courses in each faculty. Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep integrasi Islam dan sain di PTKI; (2) untuk menganalisis model paradigma keilmuan dan pendidikan integratif di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pustaka. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini: (1) Konsep integrasi Islam dengan sains (dan teknologi) yaitu sebagai upaya dalam mengembangkan satu keilmuan sains modern di bidang tertentu yang dilandasi pondasi kesadaran ketuhanan dan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam (akidah, akhlak, ibadah, muamalah); (2) Paradigma keilmuan integratif yang ada di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang merupakan paradigma keilmuan integratif antara ilmu-ilmu yang bersumber Al-Qur’an dan Hadis (Ayat-ayat Qauliyyah) dengan ilmu-ilmu dari hasil observasi, eksperimen, maupun penalaran logis (ayat-ayat Kauniyyah). Adapun model pendidikan integratif yang ada di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yaitu integrasi kelembagaan pendidikan tinggi (sebagai wadah penyemai sains) dengan Ma’had Aly (sebagai wadah penyemai Islam) dan integrasi keilmuan Islam dan sains yang berbentuk matakuliah di masing-masing fakultas.     Pendampingan Pembentukan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan bagi Pelajar Melalui Pengelolaan Sampah

    Abstract The indifferent attitude of elementary school age children towards the surrounding environment due to their tendency to play gadgets and online games requires efforts to cultivate environmentally caring characters by utilizing waste management programs from an economic and educational perspective. This program aims to overcome the problems of target partners, namely: diverting non-productive activities into positive and productive activities by honing children\u27s sensitivity to the surrounding environment; as well as increasing the work ethic and enthusiasm for learning of 30 children who are members of the waste soldiers. The method used in this program is empowering the target community through intensive assistance in the form of work ethic development and tutoring through study houses and literacy corners. Work ethic development is carried out through instilling the values ​​of discipline and a culture of hard work through class explanations and socialization. Meanwhile, increasing the target partner\u27s enthusiasm for learning is carried out through guidance and additional lessons at home. Coaching and learning activities are guided by coaching and learning modules that have been previously designed by the service team. Keywords: Character, Environment, Garbage, Early Age. Abstrak Sikap acuh anak usia sekolah dasar terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya yang disebabkan kecenderungan bermain gadget dan game online memerlukan usaha dalam penanaman karakter peduli lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan program pengelolaan sampah perspektif ekonomi dan edukasi. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra sasaran, yakni: mengalihkan kegiatan non produktif menjadi kegiatan positif dan produktif dengan mengasah sensitifitas anak terhadap lingkungan sekitar; serta meningkatkan etos kerja dan semangat belajar 30 anak yang tergabung dalam prajurit sampah. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam program ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat sasaran melalui pendampingan intensif dalam bentuk pembinaan etos kerja dan bimbingan belajar melalui rumah belajar serta pojok literasi. Pembinaan etos kerja dilakukan melalui penanaman nilai-nilai disiplin dan budaya kerja keras melalui penjelasan dan sosialisasi kelas. Sedangkan peningkatan semangat belajar mitra sasaran dilakukan melalui bimbingan dan tambahan pelajaran di rumah belajar yang dikondisikan.     Pelatihan Pengumandangan Adzan Dan Iqomah di Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ)

    Abstract Adzan is the sound of certain words that indicate that the time for the fadhu prayer has arrived, and iqomah indicates that the prayer is ready to be performed. As a form of worship that falls into the category of sunna, it is not appropriate to sound the iqomah and adhan carelessly. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service in the form of training activities that use the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the community service show that training in calling the adhan and iqomah is very beneficial in teaching and improving the sounding of the adhan and iqomah properly and correctly, and can broaden children\u27s understanding of the theories underlying the adzan and iqomah. Abstrak Adzan merupakan kumandang lafad-lafadz tertentu yang menandakan bahwa telah tiba waktu shalat fadhu, dan iqomah menunjukkan bahwa shalat sudah siap untuk dilaksanakan. Sebagai ibadah yang masuk kategori sunna maka tidak seharusnya mengumandangkan iqomah dan azan secara sembarangan. Maka perlu dilaksanakan pengabdian dengan bentuk kegiatan pelatihan yang menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community development (ABCD). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengumandangan azan dan iqomah sangat memberikan manfaat dalam pengajaran dan perbaikan pengumandangan adzan dan iqomah secara baik dan benar, serta dapat memperluas pemahaman anak-anak tentang teori-teori yang mendasari azan dan iqomah.     Public relations management is integral to the success of an institution in building and maintaining its public image. Especially in the context of education, public relations management plays an important role in attracting public interest, building trust, and managing positive perceptions of institutions. This study aims to analyze the public relations management practices carried out by Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Amiriyah Blokagung and its impact on the image of the institution. This study used a qualitative approach with interview and observation data collection methods as well as docuentation. The result of this study is that effective public relations management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Amiriyah Blokagung has helped improve the image of the institution. Through active communication, transparency, and the use of social media, this institution is able to build good relationships with its stakeholders and strengthen its position in the eyes of the public. This research provides insight into the importance of public relations management in the educational context and can be a reference for other educational institutions in improving their image through effective practices in public relations management

    Abstract Research on school principal strategies in increasing teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction is based on the importance of strategy in creating a cooperative work environment that respects each other and has a spirit of achievement. The aim of this research is to describe school principal strategies in increasing teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction. This research uses the library research research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The data sources in this research are scientific articles and books related to the topic. The results of this research indicate that school principals play an important role in creating the environment that can increase achievement motivation and job satisfaction. The strategies used by school principals to increase teacher achievement motivation and job satisfaction include: First, implementation of participatory leadership involving teachers in decision making and learning planning. Second, school principals carry out regular academic supervision to provide constructive feedback to teachers. Third, school principals create a positive organizational culture in schools, where cooperation, mutual respect and a spirit of achievement are the values ​​that are instilled. Fourth, school principals provide adequate support and facilities for teachers in conducting their duties. Keywords: Principal Strategy; Achievement motivation; Teacher Job Satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian mengenai strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dilatarbelakangi bahwa pentingnya sebuah strategi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja kooperatif yang saling menghargai dan semangat berprestasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan tentang strategi kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru serta strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian library research. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari artikel ilmiah dan buku. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja. Strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan kerja guru diantaranya: pertama, dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan partisipatif yang melibatkan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan pembelajaran. Kedua, melakukan supervisi akademik secara teratur untuk memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada guru. Ketiga, menciptakan budaya organisasi yang positif di sekolah, di mana kerjasama, saling menghargai, dan semangat berprestasi menjadi nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan.     The teacher\u27s method in conveying learning to students is by choosing a method that makes it easier for students to understand the lesson being delivered, therefore the teacher chooses the syawir method in which there is deliberation in the method that makes students active in learning so that students are happy in learning and easily understand lessons. This study has the following objectives: To find out the implementation of the syawir method in increasing students\u27 understanding of the Book of Fathul Qorib at Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittihad and to describe the results of implementing the syawir method in increasing students\u27 understanding of the Book of Fathul Qorib at Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittihad. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data collection techniques are: interviews, observation, documentation and data analysis. There are 3 data analysis namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: the students are enthusiastic in learning and enthusiastic, the knowledge achieved by the students related to understanding fiqh becomes wider, the students easily understand what is being learned, the students\u27 self-confidence increases, the students easily remember the meaning of each word in the book, the students are able to read the book smoothly and correctly, smoothly working on questions during the exam
