STUDI PERBANDINGAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QUR’AN METODE TILAWATI DENGAN METODE UMMI
ABSTRACT
Following up on previous research which stated that the Tilawati and Ummi methods both had a positive impact on the development of students\u27 Al-Qur\u27an reading. The aim of this research is to describe the ability to read the Al-Qur\u27an of santri using the Tilawati method at TPQ Nurul Furqan Palangka Raya, the ability to read the Al-Qur\u27an of santri using the Ummi method at RQ Al-Hijaz Palangka Raya. This research uses a quantitative method by comparing the results of the ability to read the Al-Qur\u27an using these two methods. The research instrument used was an oral test. The samples in this study were 10 students at TPQ Nurul Furqan and 10 students at RQ Al-Hijaz who were in the Al-Qur\u27an class. Data analysis uses the "t" test formula to test the hypothesis of differences in ability to read the Al-Qur\u27an. The results of this research show that 1) The ability to read the Al-Qur\u27an of students using the Tilawati method at TPQ Nurul Furqan Palangka Raya is included in the good category, namely with an average score of 68.39. 2) The ability to read the Al-Qur\u27an of students using the Ummi method at RQ Al-Hijaz Palangka Raya is included in the sufficient category, with an average score of 46.07. 3) The results of hypothesis testing show that the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05) it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, which means there is a difference in the ability to read the Al-Qur\u27an between those using the method Tilawati at TPQ Nurul Furqan with the Ummi method at RQ Al-Hijaz Palangka Raya.
Abstrak
Menindaklanjuti penelitian terdahulu yang menyatakan bahwa metode Tilawati dan Ummi sama-sama memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap perkembangan bacaan Al-Qur’an santri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri dengan menggunakan metode Tilawati di TPQ Nurul Furqan Palangka Raya, kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri dengan menggunakan metode Ummi di RQ Al-Hijaz Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan membandingkan hasil kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an penggunaan dua metode tersebut. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes lisan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 10 santri TPQ Nurul Furqan dan 10 santri di RQ Al-Hijaz yang berada di kelas Al-Qur’an. Analisis data menggunakan rumus uji “t” dengan menguji hipotesis perbedaan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri yang menggunakan metode Tilawati di TPQ Nurul Furqan Palangka Raya termasuk dalam kategori baik yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata 68,39. 2) Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an santri yang menggunakan metode Ummi di RQ Al-Hijaz Palangka Raya termasuk dalam kategori cukup yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata 46,07. 3) Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05) dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima, yang berarti ada perbedaan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an antara yang menggunakan metode Tilawati di TPQ Nurul Furqan dengan metode Ummi di RQ Al-Hijaz Palangka Raya.

PERAN KEPALA TATA USAHA DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN PENGELOLAAN ARSIP PERKANTORAN
Tata usaha merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dari unit pelaksana teknik penyelenggara sistem administrasi serta infomasi pendidikan di kantor. Informasi yang tata usaha kelola sangat penting karena sebagai basis pelayanan serta bahan pengambilan sebuah keputusan di kantor, Peran administrasi tata usaha dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan yaitu membantu pelaksanaan pekerjaan-pekerjaan induk untuk mencapai tujuan tujuan dari kantor tesebut, serta menyediakan keterangan-keterangan bagi pimpinan tata usaha atau kepala kantor, tenaga ASN kantor, atau personal lain, terutama untuk keperluan pembuatan keputusan serta pengendalian yang menjadi tugas pokoknya. Dapat di lihat terlihat betapa pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan konsepnya yaitu peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip di Kantor di Rejang Lebong, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui betapa pentingnya peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip Kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala Kantor , kepala tata usaha, dan staf tata usaha. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini pertama Peran tata usaha dalam pengelolaan arsip Kantor sudah cukup baik. Peran tata usaha antara lain yaitu: pertama, kepala tata usaha sebagai penanggung jawab sekaligus sebagai panutan operator tata usaha yang bertugas mengkordinasikan seluru aktipitas dan seluruh kegiatan administrasi Kantor. Kedua pola kerja tata usaha dalam mengelola arsipnya sudah baik karena para tata usaha sudah melakukan pengelolaan arsip sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing dan dalam pengelolaan arsip kepala tata usaha telah mengarahkana seluruh stap untuk pola kerja dalama mengelola arsip sesuai dengan sistem serta masih menggunakan sistem harkdis internal dan eksternal, dan belum banyak yang menyimpan datanya di email atau google drive
PERAN PENTING KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DALAM PROSES PENGEMBANGAN MADRASAH
Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in the development of madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions. This qualitative research aims to understand the significance of transformational leadership in madrasah development. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores relevant journals to gain a deeper understanding of the role of transformational leadership in madrasah development. The findings of this study indicate that transformational leadership significantly contributes to madrasah development. Transformational leaders have the ability to inspire, empower, and create a supportive work climate that fosters change and innovation in the context of education and teaching. Transformational leadership also facilitates constructive assessment and feedback, as well as continuous development of teacher competencies. It is crucial for madrasah leaders to develop effective transformational leadership skills. By doing so, madrasah leaders can create an inspirational, empowering, and motivating learning environment for teachers and students. This contributes to the overall development of madrasahs, including enhancing the quality of education, addressing challenges and issues, and improving teacher performance and student motivation
LECTURER RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DESIGN OF DARUNNAJAH UNIVERSITY JAKARTA FROM 2023 TO 2031
Three colleges—STII Darunnajah Jakarta, STAI Darunnajah Bogor, and STAI Darunnajah Jakarta—that were part of the Darunnajah Foundation gave birth to Darunnajah University. Following their 2022 merger to form Darunnajah University, the first thing to be mapped and designed is the Lecturer Resources. This is looking at the state of existing lecturers, and then the birth of five new study programs. This study used a case study methodology, employing a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were collected, reduced, presented, and conclusions drawn. The study\u27s findings demonstrated Darunnajah University\u27s seriousness in planning its teaching workforce for 2023–2031. Where the HR bureau is guided by the strategic plan and renovation; 1) Development of existing lecturers by encouraging them to continue their studies, providing scholarships, and providing recommendations for scholarships. 2) Cultivating the values of panca jiwa, panca bina, panca jangka, and panca dharma towards lecturers 3) Recruitment of linear lecturers. 4) Benchmarking good practices of HR development for lecturers to UNIDA Gontor. 5) Targeted in 2031, there are 13 professors
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOL PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP IN ENHANCING TEACHER PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AT SMK MIFTAHUL ULUM TUMPENG WONOSARI, BONDOWOSO
Effective leadership of school principals is considered a crucial factor in creating a supportive learning environment. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the principal\u27s leadership in enhancing teachers\u27 professional skills at SMK Miftahul Ulum Tumpeng Wonosari, Bondowoso. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher observed the effectiveness of the principal\u27s leadership by taking notes and recordings. Additionally, the researcher conducted interviews with the principal, teachers, and administrative staff at SMK Miftahul Ulum. Once the data was collected, the researcher performed data reduction, classification, validation, and coding based on the data types, followed by interpretation. The results showed that there were three aspects observed in the principal\u27s leadership at SMK Miftahul Ulum, namely strategies to improve teachers\u27 professional competence, challenges faced in this process, and the impact of the principal\u27s leadership on enhancing teachers\u27 professional competence. The strategies to enhance teachers\u27 competence include training programs, workshops, performance assessments, and evaluations. Meanwhile, the challenges faced include global competition and changes in the educational curriculum. The positive impact of the principal\u27s leadership is evident in the improvement of teachers\u27 teaching quality, the creation of a conducive work environment, and the enhancement of students\u27 academic achievements. Thus, this study concludes that the principal\u27s leadership at SMK Miftahul Ulum Tumpeng has proven effective in improving teachers\u27 professional competence. These findings provide practical implications for other educational institutions in efforts to improve education quality by focusing on teacher competence development. The suggested recommendations include increasing policy support, allocating adequate resources, and enhancing the frequency and quality of professional development programs
OPTIMALISASI MANAJEMEN WAKTU MAHASISWA DALAM PERSPEKTIF TAFSIR TARBAWI
Kegagalan mahasiswa dalam mengelola waktu mengakibatkan beragam dampak negatif, seperti prokrastinasi akademik, burnout syndrome, serta minimnya study-life balance dan prestasi belajar. Artikel ini disusun menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian pustaka dan analisis tafsir tarbawi yang berintikan pada analisis lughawi (bahasa), tahlili (tafsir) dan tarbawi (kependidikan). Ada empat temuan artikel yang didasarkan pada empat dampak negatif problem manajemen waktu di kalangan mahasiswa. Pertama, prokrastinasi akademik bisa disebabkan oleh rasa malas (kasl) dan lalai (sahw). Formulasi solusi untuk meminimalisasi prokrastinasi akademik adalah aktualisasi nilai-nilai dalam ayat-ayat yang memuat terma waqt dan ajal, yang meliputi: Penjadwalan, Penyegeraan, Fleksibilitas dan Dedikasi. Kedua, burnout syndrome bisa disebabkan oleh kelelahan fisik (nashb) dan psikis (dhiq). Formulasi solusi untuk meminimalisasi burnout syndrome adalah aktualisasi nilai-nilai dalam ayat-ayat yang memuat terma yaum, syahr dan sanah, yang meliputi: Variasi kegiatan harian, Produktif di masa perkuliahan dan healing di masa liburan dan Motivasi lulus kuliah tepat waktu. Ketiga, study-life balance mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh mindset adil (‘adl) dan moderat (tawassuth). Formulasi solusi untuk optimalisasi study-life balance mahasiswa adalah aktualisasi nilai-nilai dalam ayat-ayat yang memuat terma nahar dan lail, yang meliputi: Keseimbangan aktivitas siang dan malam, Keseimbangan aktivitas dan istirahat serta Keseimbangan perkuliahan dan ibadah. Keempat, prestasi belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh mentalitas juara (sabq) dan sukses (falah). Formulasi solusi untuk optimalisasi prestasi belajar mahasiswa adalah aktualisasi nilai-nilai dalam ayat-ayat yang memuat terma ‘ashr dan ghudwah-ghadah, yang meliputi: Fungsionalisasi waktu, Pembiasaan bangun pagi dan Disiplin evaluasi diri.
University students’ failure to manage their time results in various negative impacts, such as academic procrastination, burnout syndrome, and lack of study-life balance and learning achievement. This article was prepared using a qualitative approach, a type of library research and analysis of Qur’anic educational interpretation (tafsir tarbawi) which has as its core an analysis of lughawi (language), tahlili (interpretation) and tarbawi (education). There are four article findings based on four negative impacts of time management problems among university students. First, academic procrastination can be caused by a laziness (kasl) which results in negligent attitude (sahw). The formulation of a solution to minimize academic procrastination is the actualization of values in verses containing the terms waqt and ajal, which include: Time scheduling, Act immediately, Flexibility and Dedication. Second, burnout syndrome can be caused by physical (nasb) and psychological (diq) fatigue. The formulation of a solution to minimize burnout syndrome is the actualization of values in verses containing the terms yaum, shahr and sanah, which include: Variation of daily activities, Productivity during study time and healing during holidays, and Motivation to graduate from university on time. Third, students’ study-life balance is influenced by a fair (\u27adl) and moderate (tawassut) mindset. The formulation of a solution for optimizing students\u27 study-life balance is the actualization of the values in the verses which contain the terms nahr and lail, which include: Balance of day and night activities, Balance of activities and rest, and Balance of study and worship. Fourth, student learning achievement is influenced by the mentality of winning (sabq) and success (falah). The formulation of a solution for optimizing student learning achievement is the actualization of values in verses that contain the terms \u27ash and ghudwah-ghadah, which include: Functionalization of time, the Habit of getting up early and the Discipline of self-evaluation
INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN ISLAMIC HIGHER EDUCATION: PESANTREN-BASED INSTITUTIONS
This research examines the intellectual capital (IC) at STAI Attanwir Bojonegoro, an Islamic higher education institution based on pesantren principles. The objective is to analyze the institution\u27s human capital, structural capital, and relational capital, along with the challenges faced in managing IC in the digital era. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, gathering data through in-depth interviews and documentary studies. The findings reveal that STAI Attanwir possesses strong human capital in terms of academic competence and Islamic knowledge among teaching staff and educational personnel. Structural capital is evident in the physical infrastructure and integrated information systems such as SIM STAI Attanwir, while relational capital is demonstrated through partnerships with community organizations, government entities, and alumni. Key challenges identified include adapting to technological advancements and managing social and political issues like radicalism. The research concludes by emphasizing the critical role of IC management as a strategy to enhance educational quality and institutional competitiveness in an increasingly competitive future
Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Karakter Religius pada Peserta Didik Melalui Program Bina Baca Qur’an (BBQ) di MTs Surya Buana Malang: Instilling Religious Character Values in Students through Bina Baca Qur’an (BBQ) Program at MTs Surya Buana Malang
This article discusses the Qur’an Reading Development (Bina Baca Qur’an or BBQ) Program at MTs Surya Buana Malang which acts as an integral means of religious character education, with a focus on increasing understanding of religion, forming good habits and supporting the development of students\u27 religious character. Through the BBQ Program, students are expected to be able to internalize religious character values. BBQ programs are often accompanied by reflection activities and discussions about the values taught in the Holy Qur’an, which helps students to relate these values to everyday life. The type of research is descriptive qualitative and field research. The data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: First, coaching for Al-Qur\u27an learning through the BBQ Program in the form of coaching for Tahsin, Tajwid, Tahfizh and group patterns. Second, the method of instilling religious character in students through the BBQ Program is a method of habituation, example, advice and reward and punishment.
Artikel ini membahas tentang Program Bina Baca Qur’an (BBQ) di MTs Surya Buana Malang yang berperan sebagai sarana integral dalam pendidikan karakter religius, dengan fokus pada peningkatan pemahaman agama, pembentukan kebiasaan baik dan mendukung perkembangan karakter religius peserta didik. Melalui Program BBQ, peserta didik diharapkan dapat menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter religius. Program BBQ seringkali disertai dengan kegiatan refleksi dan diskusi tentang nilai-nilai yang diajarkan dalam Al-Qur’an, yang membantu peserta didik untuk mengaitkan nilai-nilai tersebut dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Jenis penelitiannya adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah: Pertama, pembinaan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an melalui Program BBQ berupa pembinaan Tahsin, Tajwid, Tahfizh dan pola berkelompok. Kedua, Metode penanaman karakter religius peserta didik melalui Program BBQ adalah metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat serta reward and punishment.

The importance of education in Islam and its role in maintaining the noble existence of humanity is also at the center of the discussion. The Qur\u27an is considered the most important guide for Islamic education, covering aspects such as monotheism, morality, sexuality, and the cosmos. It also emphasizes the central role of parents in raising their children with strong faith and noble morals. This research uses the library research method to collect the required data. Tantangan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Era Modern dalam Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI): Challenges for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in the Modern Era in the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
In the modern era, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has become an integral part of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam; PAI) learning. However, PAI teachers face many challenges in using AI. The article was prepared using a qualitative approach and library research type of research. The article’s findings are divided into three. First, PAI teachers are required to carry out their roles as Mudarris, Mu\u27allim, Mu\u27addib and Murabbi. Second, AI has an important role in PAI learning, such as making it easier for teachers and students to access information. Third, there are six types of challenges for PAI teachers in using AI, namely digital literacy problems, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of preparation, problems related to ethics, theological problems and educational interaction problems. Therefore, PAI teachers are required to overcome these various challenges, so that the use of AI really has a positive impact on PAI learning.
Di era modern, penggunaan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah menjadi bagian integral dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Namun, guru PAI menghadapi banyak tantangan dalam penggunaan AI. Artikel disusun menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Temuan artikel dibagi menjadi tiga. Pertama, guru PAI dituntut menjalankan perannya sebagai Mudarris, Mu’allim, Mu’addib dan Murabbi. Kedua, AI memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran PAI, seperti mempermudah guru dan siswa untuk mengakses informasi. Ketiga, ada enam jenis tantangan guru PAI dalam penggunaan AI, yaitu problem literasi digital, minimnya sarana-prasarana, kurangnya persiapan, problem terkait etika, problem teologis dan problem interaksi edukatif. Oleh sebab itu, guru PAI dituntut untuk menanggulangi berbagai tantangan tersebut, agar penggunaan AI benar-benar memberikan dampak positif bagi pembelajaran PAI.
