    Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Religius melalui Ektrakurikuler Pramuka di MTs dan MA Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Tasikmadu Malang: Internalization of Religious Values through Scouting Extraculricularies at MTs and MA Hidayatul Mubtadi\u27in Tasikmadu Malang

    This article compares the process of internalizing religious values ​​through Scout extracurricular activities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) and Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hidayatul Mubtadi\u27in, Tasikmadu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This article was prepared using a qualitative approach and a case study type of research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Then analyzed using the Miles & Huberman Interactive Model which consists of data condensation, data presentation and verification/conclusion drawing. There are three findings of the article, as well as three stages of value internalization. First, Transformasi Stage. At this stage, both at MTs and MA Hidayatul Mubtadi\u27in, both involve elements of Scoutmasters, as well as elements of Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Hidayatul Mubtadi\u27in (YPIHM) who actively give lectures regularly and incidentally, related to the values ​​of religiosity. In line with the Islamic values ​​of Ahlussunnah wal Jama\u27ah. Second, Transaksi Stage. At this stage, both at MTs and MA Hidayatul Mubtadi\u27in, both involve verbal discussions and through exemplary methods. In practice, Scoutmasters give instructions, then provide examples or role models directly; then imitated by students. Students are also permitted to ask or discuss the instructions at any time. Third, Trans-internalization Stage. At this stage, both at MTs and MA Hidayatul Mubtadi\u27in, religious values ​​are equally realized through concrete actions. Its manifestation is the realization of the three Dasa Dharma values: 1) Fear of God Almighty; 2) Love of nature and compassion for fellow humans; 3) Be pure in thoughts, words and deeds. Artikel ini membandingkan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai religius melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) dan Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Kelurahan Tasikmadu, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Artikel ini disusun menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lalu dianalisis dengan Model Interaktif Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Ada tiga temuan artikel, sebagaimana tiga tahap internalisasi nilai. Pertama, Tahap Transformasi Nilai. Pada tahap ini, baik di MTs maupun MA Hidayatul Mubtadi’in, sama-sama melibatkan unsur Pembina Pramuka, serta dari unsur Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Hidayatul Mubtadi’in (YPIHM) yang aktif memberikan ceramah secara rutin dan insidental, terkait nilai-nilai religiusitas yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai keIslaman Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah. Kedua,  Tahap Transaksi Nilai. Pada tahap ini, baik di MTs maupun MA Hidayatul Mubtadi’in, sama-sama melibatkan diskusi secara verbal maupun melalui metode keteladanan. Pada praktiknya, Pembina Pramuka memberikan instruksi, lalu memberikan contoh atau teladan secara langsung; kemudian ditiru oleh peserta didik. Peserta didik juga diperkenankan untuk sewaktu-waktu bertanya atau berdiskusi terkait instruksi tersebut. Ketiga, Tahap Trans-internalisasi Nilai. Pada tahap ini, baik di MTs maupun MA Hidayatul Mubtadi’in, nilai-nilai religius sama-sama direalisasikan melalui tindakan nyata. Wujudnya adalah realisasi tiga nilai Dasa Dharma: 1) Takwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa; 2) Cinta alam dan kasih sayang sesama manusia; 3) Suci dalam pikiran, perkataan dan perbuatan.     Microlearning-based learning content is a form of innovation that needs to be carried out to answer current challenges. Microlearning is a method of creating learning content into small, focused parts with the help of information technology. The content is usually created in the form of explanatory videos, motion graphics and infographics. This research aims to develop SIPEJAR content based on microlearning for Information Institution Management courses based on social inclusion for library science students. The research method applied in this study uses an applied research approach with the aim of overcoming practical problems or producing new product innovations that can be implemented directly. The findings from this applied research have practical application, and one of the approaches is the research and development method. This approach is used to produce concrete solutions that can provide direct benefits for practitioners, and has the potential to present innovative products as a result of the exploration and development carried out. Research results. Evaluation results by experts show that the overall validity of the media reached a score of 84 with an average value of 3.84 from a maximum score of 88. With a percentage of 95.45%, this media is categorized as very high and is considered suitable as an effective learning tool. Material validation by validators also gave positive results, with a total score of 52, an average of 3.55, and a percentage of 86.67%, indicating the validity of the material elements in the learning product. Furthermore, the design validation results showed an overall score of 78, an average of 3.91, and a percentage 97.50% (very valid), indicating that the product design is considered very valid and suitable for use in the context of library management learning. Product trials on students also produced positive numbers, with a total of 86.8, an average of 3.48, and a percentage of 86.84%, indicating that the product is suitable for use in the learning process, making a positive contribution to students\u27 understanding of library management. Overall, this research confirms that the evaluated learning products are of high quality and can be relied upon as effective learning tools in the context of library management

    This study examines the application of constructivism theory according to Jean Piaget and neuroscience theory in education. The aim of this research is based on several descriptions of constructivism theory according to Jean Piaget and neuroscience theory in education. It is hoped that it will be able to understand how students learn and its application and how students\u27 brains work so that they can learn according to their talents and interests so that learning becomes fun. The research method used is qualitative research using library research to obtain data from various sources, namely books, journals, articles and several other scientific works related to this topic. Then from these sources, they are studied, analyzed and described, giving rise to four discussions, namely the concept of constructivism theory, neuroscience theory, the application of constructivism and neuroscience in education, and the theory of constructivism and neuroscience in education according to Muslim scientists. The results of this research are constructivism theory in learning, namely that teachers are not the only source of learning, while neuroscience theory supports students in achieving what students want according to their brain abilities. The learning process takes into account the natural working processes of the student\u27s brain. Muslim scientists who developed learning theories similar to constructivism theory were Ibnu Khaldun, Ki Hajar Dewantara, and other scientists, while Muslim scientists who had discussions similar to neuroscience were Imam Ghazali, Ibnu Sina and Al-Farabi

    This research aims to examine the marketing strategy of educational services through the Bismart application information sistem at SMK Bina Informatika Bintaro, using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The subjects in this research were principals, related teachers (application admins), subject teachers, students, and parents at SMK Bina Informatika Bintaro. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, discussion, conclusions, and verification. I was checking the validity of the data in this research using the triangulation method. The triangulation used is source triangulation, as well as engineering triangulation. This research revealed that at SMK Bina Informatika, learning activities using information sistem s, namely an application called Bismart (Bina Informatika Sistem Information). Bismart is divided into three: Bismart Teacher used by teachers, Bismart Student used by students, and Bismart Parent used by parents. Teachers use Bismart Teacher to support the learning process and Bismart Student, so both applications are used by teachers and students almost every day. Parents use Bismart Parent to monitor children\u27s learning progress at school. The school\u27s strategy in increasing the effectiveness of using the Bismart application for its users is adjusted to the needs. In Bismart Teacher, the school will conduct work meetings and socialization about Bismart Teacher every semester. Increasing the effectiveness of Bismart Student, schools since students enter as students at SMK Bina Informatika are immediately given socialization of the use of Bismart Student, as well as Bismart Parent. Using Bismart as an information sistem in schools has inhibiting and supporting factors experienced by its users. Still, the school strives to provide good service to create quality student learning. Keywords: Educational Services Marketing Strategy; Information Sistem; Application.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan melalui sistem informasi aplikasi Bismart pada SMK Bina Informatika Bintaro, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru terkait (admin aplikasi), guru mata pelajaran, siswa, dan orang tua di SMK Bina Informatika Bintaro. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, pembahasan, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber, serta triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa di SMK Bina Informatika dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan sistem informasi yaitu sebuah apliaksi bernama Bismart (Bina Informatika Sistem Information). Dalam Bismart terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu Bismart Teacher yang digunakan oleh guru, Bismart Student yang digunakan oleh siswa, serta Bismart Parent yang digunakan oleh orang tua. Bismart Teacher digunakan oleh guru dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran, begitu pula dengan Bismart Student, jadi kedua aplikasi hampir digunakan setiap hari oleh guru dan siswa. Bismart Parent digunakan oleh orang tua untuk memantau perkembangan belajar anak di sekolah. Strategi sekolah dalam meningkatkan keefektifan dari penggunaan aplikasi Bismart bagi penggunanya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Dalam Bismart Teacher, setiap semester sekolah akan melakukan rapat kerja dan dilakukan sosialisasi mengenai Bismart Teacher. Meningkatkan keefektifan Bismart Student, sekolah sejak siswa masuk menjadi siswa di SMK Bina Informatika langsung diberi sosialisasi penggunaan Bismart Student, begitu juga dengan Bismart Parent. Penggunaan Bismart sebagai sistem informasi di sekolah memiliki faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung yang dialami oleh penggunanya, namun pihak sekolah berusaha untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik, demi terciptanya kualitas pembelajaran siswa.     The awareness of the importance of moral values is inherently present in everyone. However, it is often underestimated, indirectly creating a perspective that normalizes misbehavior among students. Therefore, the role of Islamic educational institutions becomes one of the solutions in addressing this issue. Similarly, SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri Islamic Boarding School in Malang Regency has designed moral education within the Hidayatullah Scout Movement (GPH). This research aims to explain the process, values, and implications derived from the internalization of moral education values through GPH. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method by interview techniques with relevant parties, observations at the research location, and reviews of supporting documents. The research findings indicate that the process of internalizing moral education values through the Hidayatullah Scout Movement (GPH) at SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri Islamic Boarding School in Malang Regency is carried out through three stages: values transformation by guidance, values transaction by habituation, and values transinternalization by moral change. Internalized moral values ​​include ethics towards Allah SWT, oneself, and others. This program impacts the students, leading to changes in several aspects such as worship, discipline, and manners. Kesadaran terkait pentingnya nilai akhlak sejatinya ada pada semua orang, namun seringkali dianggap remeh dan secara tidak langsung menciptakan sebuah prespektif untuk menormalisasikan kenakalan dikalangan siswa. Maka, kehadiran peran lembaga pendidikan Islam menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menghadapi hal tersebut. Sama halnya dengan SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri Islamic Boarding School Kabupaten Malang yang merancang pendidikan akhlak di dalam Gerakan Pandu Hidayatullah (GPH). Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan proses, nilai-nilai hingga implikasi yang didapat dari internalisasi nilai pendidikan akhlak melalui GPH. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskrisptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara terhadap pihak terkait, observasi pada lokasi penelitian dan telaah dokumen penunjang lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses internalisasi nilai pendidikan akhlak melalui Gerakan Pandu Hidayatullah (GPH) di SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri Islamic Boarding School Kabupaten Malang dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu transformasi nilai dengan pembinaan; transaksi nilai dengan pembiasaan; dan transinternalisasi nilai dengan perubahan. Nilai akhlak yang diinternalisasikan meliputi akhlak kepada Allah SWT, diri sendiri dan orang lain. Sedangkan implikasi dari program GPH adalah perubahan akhlak pada diri siswi, seperti ibadah, kedisiplinan hingga adab.     Pendampingan Kajian Tafsir Juz Amma Tematik di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Madyopuro Kedungkandang Kota Malang

    Abstract This article is a report on mentoring the study of thematic Tafsir Juz \u27Amma at the Masjid Al-Ikhlas Madyopuro, Kedungkandang, Malang City, which the author carries out every Wednesday, from May to August 2023, precisely after the Maghrib prayer until Isha\u27 time. This mentoring activity uses the Service Learning (SL) method which has three main elements, namely Civic Engagement, Practical Experience and Academic Study. There are three findings: First, mentoring activities consist of two stages, namely the preparation (tahammul phase) and the delivery (ada’ phase). Second, the impact of this mentoring activity includes changes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains of mentoring participants. Third, the mentoring activity for the study of thematic Tafsir Juz \u27Amma is a variation of the Living Qur\u27an which is in harmony with Indonesian local wisdom. Because Juz \u27Amma contains Chapters (Surah) that are familiar to the lives of Muslims in Indonesia. So, it has the potential to be replicated by lecturers who are entrusted with carrying out Qur’anic Interpretation studies in various mosques and other majelis ta’lim. Abstrak Artikel ini merupakan laporan kegiatan Pendampingan Kajian Tafsir Juz ‘Amma Tematik di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Madyopuro Kedungkandang Kota Malang yang penulis lakukan setiap hari Rabu, bulan Mei hingga Agustus 2023, tepatnya setelah shalat Maghrib hingga masuk waktu Isya’. Kegiatan pendampingan ini menggunakan metode Service Learning (SL) dengan tiga unsur utama, yaitu Civic Engagement, Practical Experience dan Academic Study. Ada tiga temuan: Pertama, kegiatan pendampingan terdiri dari dua tahap, yaitu persiapan (fase tahammul) dan penyampaian (fase Ada’). Kedua, dampak kegiatan pendampingan ini meliputi perubahan domain kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik pada peserta pendampingan. Ketiga, kegiatan pendampingan Kajian Tafsir Juz ‘Amma Tematik menjadi salah satu variasi dari Living Qur’an yang selaras dengan kearifan lokal Indonesia. Dikarenakan Juz ‘Amma memuat Surat-Surat yang familiar dengan kehidupan umat muslim di Indonesia, sehingga berpotensi direplikasi oleh para dosen yang diberi kepercayaan untuk mengisi kajian tafsir di berbagai masjid, mushalla, dan majlis ta’lim lainnya.     Pelatihan Public Speaking dan Pengasahan Rasa Percaya Diri

    Abstract The Muhadharah activity is an effort to foster the self-confidence of santri However, santri often lack self-confidence when they are going to appear in the activity. The purpose of this service is to try to increase the santri\u27 self-confidence in showing themselves in public. This service was carried out at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Singosari Islamic Boarding School in November-December 2023 with the target of the service being the administrators and santri who are assigned to the muhadharah activity. The results of the service show that the muhadharah activity which is carried out once a week on Friday night after the Isha prayer is very important for training the courage and self-confidence of santri with tasks including being the host, khatib/khatibah, qori\u27/qori\u27ah, istimbat, entertainment, and commentator. Before appearing, students are given one week to create a speech text and prepare everything needed when appearing in the muhadharah activity. To build the self-confidence of the santri, what needs to be considered is a sense of love, a sense of security, role models, knowledge, and relationships. The administrator at the end of the activity delivers directions or evaluations of the activity, for students who are not responsible for their duties will be given a warning and must be accountable for it in the following month. Namun, sering kali para santri kurang percaya diri saat akan tampil dalam kegiatan tersebut. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk mengupayakan peningkatan rasa percaya diri santri dalam unjuk diri di depan umum. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Singosari pada bulan November-Desember 2023 dengan sasaran pengabdian adalah pengurus dan santri yang bertugas pada kegiatan muhadharah. Hasil pengbadian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan muhadharah yang dilaksanakan setiap seminggu sekali pada malam Jum’at setelah salat isya’ sangat penting untuk melatih keberanian dan rasa peracaya diri santri dengan tugas di antaranya menjadi pembawa acara, khatib/khatibah, qori’/qori’ah, istimbat, hiburan, dan komentator. Sebelum tampil santri diberi waktu satu minggu untuk membuat teks pidato dan mempersiapkan segala sesuatu yang dibutuhkan saat tampil dalam kegiatan muhadharah. Untuk membentuk kepercayaan diri santri yang perlu diperhatikan adalah rasa cinta, rasa aman, model peran, berpengetahuan, dan hubungan. Pengurus di akhir kegiatan menyampaikan arahan atau evaluasi dari kegiatan tersebut, bagi santri yang tidak bertanggung jawab dengan tugasnya akan diberikan teguran serta harus mempertanggung jawabkannya di bulan berikutnya.
