    IMPLEMENTASI METODE SIMA’AN Al-QUR’AN DALAM MENINGKATKAN HAFALAN SANTRI PUTRI PONDOK PESANTREN MAHASISWA AL-HIKAM MALANG

    The Qur\u27anic sima\u27an method is used to maintain and strengthen the memorization of the Qur\u27an, so that the memorization is maintained and smooth. In sima\u27an activities, memorizers can mark verses that have similar sounds, making it easier for them to remember and compare. Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang applies this method to help tahfidz students maintain their memorization. This study aims to describe the implementation of the sima\u27an Al-Qur\u27an method in improving the memorization of female tahfidz students in this pesantren, as well as identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation with data sources from ustadzah, administrators, and female tahfidz students. Analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and data validity is guaranteed by source triangulation. The results showed that the sima\u27an method was applied through ziyadah sima\u27an, muraja\u27ah, and joint sima\u27an activities. Supporting factors include self, parental support, ustadzah guidance, the role of administrators, strong intentions, and remembering the time of sima\u27an. The inhibiting factors include lack of accuracy, looking at the Mushaf when memorizing, laziness, the influence of cellphones, rushing, difficulty managing time, and mutasyabihat verse

The Prophet\u27s hadiths include moral and behavioral principles that are considered important to learn and apply in everyday life. This concept is an important focus in research, with the aim of understanding how character is formed, the types of character that exist, and how this character can be applied in everyday life, especially from the perspective of tarbawi hadith. This research aims to provide parents, educators and students with a better understanding of the moral values ​​taught by the Prophet through hadiths, with the hope that they will be able to implement these teachings in the practice of their daily lives.     Abstract : This research examines how the interest of fifth-grade students (class VC) at MI Almaarif 02 Singosari in table tennis is influenced by factors such as enjoyment in playing, teacher quality, and facilities. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that student interest is influenced by internal factors (attention, liking, enjoyable activities) and external factors (teacher quality, facilities, family & environmental support).     DEVELOPMENT OF THE ALIBABA MEDIA GAME ASSISTED WITH THE MAKE A MATCH MODEL IN ARABIC LANGUAGE LEARNING TO IMPROVE THE VOCABULARY MASTERY OF CLASS IV PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

    This study aims to determine the development of alibaba game media assisted by make a match model in Arabic language learning to improve vocabulary mastery of fourth grade students at MI Salafiyah Kranggan. The research method used is research & development (RnD) with a mix method research approach. This research uses the ADDIE from Dick & Carey development model with a sample of class IV A and IV B students totaling 49 students and 9 teachers. The results showed success in vocabulary mastery using alibaba game media.  The alibaba game learning media assisted by make a match model also provides interactive quizzes and interesting games. The use of alibaba game learning media also has disadvantages from the aspect of its need for smartphones, and the production procedure requires video editing. Therefore, teachers are advised to improve their skills in using digital technology and interesting interactive learning

    In this digital era, many jobs use management information systems, especially in terms of education. Teachers must be able to balance between technology and education. But now there are still many teachers who are minimal in using technology. This study aims to determine the effect of management information systems on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Tasikmalaya. The method in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach that is descriptive and associative. The number of samples is 25 respondents. For the technique of analysis the data used regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between management information systems (X) and teacher performance (Y) at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Tasikmalaya. This is evidenced by the r count of 0.866 while the r table at a significant level of 5% is 0.404. This means that the hypothesis is accepted that there is a significant positive effect of management information systems (X) on teacher performance (Y). While the calculation results of the coefficient of determination is 74.9%. This means that the management information system contributes 74.9% to teacher performance and 25.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

    This research aims to determine the school principal\u27s strategy in implementing the literacy program at SMP Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam. Data collection with technique observation, interviews and documentation , data analysis using data reduction, triangulation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that literacy activities in schools are reading silently for 10 minutes before the first lesson begins so that students make visits to the library during breaks and when teachers are free to teach. English Program activities take turns in each class , the material is adapted to basic English competencies and is appointed by the English teacher in the class. The use of 3 wall-mounted media is filled in by students every two weeks. The wall paper given by the students is selected to be displayed on the wall magazine . The integrated literacy program with the curriculum is a program from the Education Department. Campaigns about school activities are delivered via social media. Some students\u27 interest in borrowing books is high and some are not used to borrowing books from the library. Supporting factors for literacy in schools are libraries, appreciation from teachers, support from parents at home and existing facilities at school and the use of reading corners in the school environment. Books in the library are available For fulfill the literacy program school . The principal provides support with the literacy program at the school. The inhibiting factors for literacy activities are teacher supervision and students\u27 interest in reading, because there are also students who cannot yet read. School literacy movement team once a year. The people involved in the literacy movement team are: especially all teachers Indonesian language teacher and English teacher. The activities carried out by the school create a literate learning environment. Keywords: Principal Strategy; Literacy; SMPN 2 Lubuk Pakam.    ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pendekatan yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah untuk menerapkan program literasi di SMP Negeri 2 Lubuk Pakam. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi; kemudian diproses dengan metode reduksi data, triangulasi, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan litersi di sekolah adalah membaca senyap selama 10 menit sebelum pembelajaran pertama dimulai sehingga peserta didik melakukan kunjungan ke perpustakaan yang dilakukan pada saat jam istirahat dan jam kosong guru mengajar. Kegiatan English Program bergiliran setiap kelas, materi disesuaikan dengan kompetensi dasar Bahasa Inggris dan ditunjuk oleh guru Bahasa Inggris di kelas. Pemanfaatan 3 buah mading diisi oleh peserta didik setiap sekali dua minggu. Mading yang diberikan peserta didik dipilih untuk dipajang di majalah dinding. Program literasi terintegrasi dengan kurikulum merupakan program dari Dinas Pendidikan. Kampanye tentang kegiatan yang ada di sekolah disampaikan melalui media sosial. Minat peserta didik meminjam buku ada yang tinggi dan ada yang belum terbiasa meminjam buku ke perpustakaan. Faktor pendukung literasi di sekolah adalah perpustakaan, apresiasi dari guru,  dukungan orang tua di rumah serta fasilitas yang ada di sekolah serta pemanfaatan pojok baca yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Buku di perpustakaan tersedia untuk memenuhi program literasi sekolah. Kepala Sekolah memberi dukungan dengan program literasi yang ada di sekolah. Faktor penghambat kegiatan literasi adalah pengawasan guru dan minat membaca peserta didik, karena ada juga peserta didik yang belum bisa membaca. Tim gerakan literasi sekolah satu kali dalam setahun.  Orang-orang yang terlibat dalam tim gerakan literasi merupakan seluruh guru terutama guru Bahasa Indonesia dan guru Bahasa Inggris.     IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENJAMINAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS DI MAN 2 LEBONG

    The development of the Educational Quality Assurance System (SPMP) is important to create independence in educational institutions, to foster a culture of quality awareness, to reduce dependency on the government, and begin to focus on meeting the needs of students and society as well as adapting to changes in times, environments, and Science and Technology (IPTEK). This research aims to describe the implementation of SPMP and quality improvement at MAN 2 Lebong. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the research show that: first, the SPMP at MAN 2 Lebong is implemented through 5 cycles, namely (1) Educational Quality Mapping; (2) Planning for Educational Quality Improvement; (3) Implementation of Educational Quality Fulfillment; (4) Monitoring and Evaluation; (5) Establishment of New Standards and Preparation of Quality Improvement Strategies. Second, quality improvement at MAN 2 Lebong refers to the School Work Plan (RKS) that has been prepared and involves all members of the madrasah, coordinated directly by the head of the madrasah along with the madrasah quality development team. Keywords: Quality of Education; Education Quality Assurance System; Islamic Senior High School.   ABSTRAK Pengembangan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (SPMP) penting untuk menciptakan kemandirian pada lembaga pendidikan, menumbuhkan budaya kesadaran mutu, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pemerintah, serta mulai berfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan siswa dan masyarakat serta beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman, lingkungan, dan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi SPMP dan peningkatan mutu di MAN 2 Lebong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, SPMP di MAN 2 Lebong diimplementasikan melalui 5 siklus, yaitu (1) Pemetaan Mutu Pendidikan; (2) Perencanaan Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan; (3) Pelaksanaan Pemenuhan Mutu Pendidikan; (4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi; (5) Penetapan Standar Baru dan Penyusunan Strategi Peningkatan Mutu. Kedua, peningkatan mutu di MAN 2 Lebong mengacu pada Rencana Kerja Sekolah (RKS) yang telah disusun dan melibatkan seluruh anggota madrasah, yang dikoordinasikan langsung oleh kepala madrasah bersama tim pengembangan mutu madrasah.     MODEL DUKUNGAN INSTITUSIONAL DALAM DINAMIKA MOTIVASI INTRINSIK, BIMBINGAN DOSEN, DAN KUALITAS PUBLIKASI PENELITIAN

    Research publications are an important aspect of a student\u27s academic journey. Publications can broaden knowledge horizons, share research findings, and strengthen academic reputation. The aim of this research is to build a conceptual model of institutional support for students research publications by examining the influential interactions between the variables of institutional support, students\u27 intrinsic motivation, lecturer guidance, and the quality of research publications. Based on these four variables, six hypotheses were formulated. This quantitative research method uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the hypothesis model. A total of 124 postgraduate students from IAIN Curup were involved as participants to fill out questionnaires which have been proven to be valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS application to evaluate measurement models and structural models. The research results show that institutional support and lecturer guidance significantly increase the intrinsic motivation and quality of student research and publications. Support from educational institutions significantly increases students\u27 intrinsic motivation, which in turn improves the quality of research and publications. Institutional support also directly improves the quality of research. High-quality faculty-student relationships significantly increase intrinsic motivation and academic quality. In addition, institutional support for lecturers increases the effectiveness of teaching and guidance. These findings confirm the conceptual model of institutional support that has been developed and tested in increasing intrinsic motivation, lecturer guidance, and the quality of student publications. Keywords: Lecturer Guidance; Institutional Support; Publication Quality; Intrinsic Motivation.   ABSTRAK Publikasi penelitian merupakan aspek penting dari perjalanan akademik mahasiswa. Publikasi dapat memperluas cakrawala pengetahuan, berbagi temuan penelitian, dan memperkuat reputasi akademik. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun model konseptual dukungan institusi terhadap publikasi penelitian mahasiswa dengan memeriksa interaksi yang berpengaruh di antara variabel dukungan institusi, motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa, bimbingan dosen, dan kualitas publikasi penelitian. Berdasarkan keempat variabel tersebut, enam hipotesis dirumuskan. Metode penelitian dengan kuantitatif ini menggunakan Model Persamaan Struktural Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) untuk mengevaluasi model hipotesis. Sebanyak 124 mahasiswa pascasarjana dari IAIN Curup terlibat sebagai peserta untuk mengisi kuesioner yang telah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS untuk mengevaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan institusi dan bimbingan dosen secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan kualitas penelitian serta publikasi mahasiswa. Dukungan dari institusi pendidikan secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kualitas penelitian dan publikasi. Dukungan institusi juga secara langsung meningkatkan kualitas penelitian. Hubungan dosen-mahasiswa yang berkualitas tinggi secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan kualitas akademik. Selain itu, dukungan institusi untuk dosen meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran dan bimbingan. Temuan-temuan ini mengkonfirmasi model konseptual dukungan institusi yang telah dikembangkan dan diuji dalam meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, bimbingan dosen, dan kualitas publikasi mahasiswa.     Problematika pembelajaran santri yang terjadi pada saat ini dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah santri dihadapkan dengan jam pembelajaran full day di sekolah formal yang saling berbenturan dengan jadwal pembelajaran madrasah diniyah. Selain itu, dampak yang dialami lainnya adalah kesulitan santri dalam memahami materi pengajian yang telah diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran pengasuh Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Hikmah dalam mengatasi problematika tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data melibatkan pengasuh, walisantri, dan santri Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Hikmah. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa problematika, termasuk jadwal pembelajaran santri yang saling berbenturan, kesulitan walisantri dalam berkegiatan dan diajak berkomunikasi, serta hambatan santri dalam memahami materi pengajian. Dengan adanya peran pengasuh dapat mengatasi problematika tersebut dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran santri dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Diniyah.     Many prominent and renowned philosophers and scientists in their respective fields were born by the Islamic civilization. With his book Al-Hawi fi al-Ṭibb, al-Razi, one of the Islamic scholars, had a great influence in the world of science. Although he adhered to the theocentric and anthropocentric paradigms, he rejected the "prophetic understanding", which caused great problems and accusations of being al-mulḥid (atheist). This study aims to fulfill the author\u27s desire to know and investigate the origins of the idea, al-Razi\u27s perspective on the integration of religion and science, especially in the field of medicine, and its influence on the progress of science today, especially in the field of health and medicine. Data were taken from reference books and scientific journals. The data collection method used reading, note-taking, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research on his thoughts on prophethood and revelation are problematic but do not eliminate the divine nuances in his work in the field of medicine, the tendency towards communication and integration, where science and religion have the same goal, that Ar-Razi\u27s work and treatment techniques contribute to modern society
