    The level of independence of children that is often found today is still relatively low in carrying out daily activities. Independence itself was taught during the time of the Prophet in his personal life. It is important to teach independence education to young children according to the tarbawi hadith perspective. Library research is the method carried out in this research. The results of this research are that it is very important to teach independence education to young children so that they have the habit of not depending on other people, trying to achieve what they want and having an independent mentality that encourages them to help others. The implications of this research are to open the eyes of educators and parents in intensifying children\u27s independent activities. Independence education needs to be taught to children for their continuation and readiness to face the challenges that will be faced both in terms of academics and in the social environment. Self-reliance education has also been applied by the Prophet SAW since he was a child to adolescence, starting from herding goats owned by others to becoming a trader with his uncle in his teens. Independence has a positive impact on one\u27s life starting from practicing self-confidence, Help someone overcome the problems faced, not easily discouraged, have high sympathy and empathy, easy to get along and socialize in a new environment.     The implementation of Islamic education by educational units cannot be separated from various problems that arise, both problems related to the quality of education and its management. This article discusses the problems of Islamic Religious Education that occur at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ittihad Belung District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The results of this research show that there are two problematic factors, namely: first, internal factors which include facilities and infrastructure, students, educators, and curriculum; second, external factors which include the role of student parents, community involvement and government concern. So the solution and development offer is to complete the necessary facilities/facilities; increasing the competence of educators (teachers); developing students\u27 learning motivation; develop and implement learning objectives optimally; and establishing good cooperation with parents, the community and the governmen

    Abstract Dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) can provide health benefits to the human body as an antidote to free radicals, besides that, the fruit also has solid waste in the form of skin. Dragon fruit peel waste is usually only thrown away as waste that has little economic value. Soft candy is a food that is really liked by children with its attractive color appearance. The purpose of this service is to determine the prospects for using dragon fruit peel as a basic ingredient for making soft candy in improving business for the people of Ngetal village, Pogalan subdistrict. The target of this service is also aimed at the students of the Nuruttaqwa Islamic Boarding School in forming an attitude of independence in terms of talent interests. The process of making this soft candy includes cooking, pouring, coating with sugar, adding gelatin and packaging. The benefits that can be obtained from this service are increasing creativity in the business sector. To process dragon fruit peel waste into a natural dye base for making soft candy, it can reduce dragon fruit peel waste in the environment and increase the entrepreneurial spirit. Abstrak Buah naga (Hylocereus polyrhizus) dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh manusia sebagai penangkal radikal bebas, di samping itu buah tersebut juga memiliki limbah padat berupa kulit. Limbah kulit buah naga biasanya hanya dibuang sebagai sampah yang kurang bernilai ekonomis. Soft candy merupakan salah satu makanan yang sangat disukai oleh anak-anak dengan tampilan warna yang menarik. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prospek pemanfaatan kulit buah naga sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan soft candy dalam meningkatkan usaha bagi masyarakat desa Ngetal kecamatan Pogalan. Sasaran pengabdian ini juga tertuju pada para santri Pondok Pesantren Nuruttaqwa dalam membentuk sikap kemandirian dalam hal minat bakat. Proses pembuatan permen lunak ini meliputi pemasakan, penuangan, pelapisan dengan gula, penambahan gelatin dan pengemasan. Keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh dari pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan kreativitas dalam bidang usaha. Untuk mengolah limbah kulit buah naga menjadi bahan dasar pewarna alami pembuatan soft candy, dapat mengurangi limbah kulit buah naga di lingkungan dan meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan.     This article analyzes the development of organizational culture at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Lamongan which holds the title of Madrasah Adiwiyata. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively with a case study design. The findings of the article show that the organizational culture at MAN 1 Lamongan was developed through three areas: First, in the artifact area, prominent Islamic symbols are displayed, such as Islamic boarding schools, places of worship, calligraphy, Islamic posters; implementation of a curriculum that is integrated with the environment; and environmentally conscious practices, such as recycling and tree planting. Second, in the area of ​​values, promoting the values ​​of discipline, honesty, deliberation, responsibility and moderation, along with the Adiwiyata values ​​of sustainability and social responsibility. Third, in the Assumption area, all of these values ​​are based on the belief in the Islamic faith in the form of monotheism, especially in the context of actualizing the role of humans as servants of Allah and caliphs on earth. Artikel ini menganalisis pengembangan budaya organisasi pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Lamongan yang menyandang predikat Madrasah Adiwiyata. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Temuan artikel menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi pada MAN 1 Lamongan dikembangkan melalui tiga wilayah: Pertama, pada wilayah artefak. Ditampilkan simbol-simbol Islam yang mencolok, seperti pondok pesantren, tempat ibadah, kaligrafi, poster Islami; penerapan kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan lingkungan; dan praktik kepedulian lingkungan, seperti daur ulang dan penanaman pohon. Kedua, pada wilayah nilai-nilai. Mempromosikan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan, jujur, musyawarah, tanggungjawab dan moderat, bersamaan dengan nilai-nilai Adiwiyata tentang keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Ketiga, pada wilayah Asumsi. Semua nilai-nilai tersebut dilandasi keyakinan akidah Islam berupa tauhid, terutama dalam aktualisasi peran manusia sebagai hamba Allah dan khalifah di bumi. Abstrak Kontruktivistik  menganggap  bahwa  ilmu  itu  tidak  didapat  secara  pasif,  sebaliknya  dibangun  secara  aktif oleh individu.gagasan yang dimiliki oleh guru tidak dengan mudah disalurkan pada siswa secara  langsung melainkan  siswa  yang  harus  dapat  berfikir  secara  kreatif  dan  inovatif  dalam  membentuk  gagasan  dalam individu.     Abstract : Factors that cause learning disorders that lead to the slow learner type have characteristics in terms of the factors that cause, among others: limited cognitive capacity, memory or low memory, impaired and less concentration the attention span of slow learning children is relatively short and low concentration power. Based on the context of the study, the focus of the study is : what are the factors that cause learning disorders-slow learner Grade I students in MI KH.A Thohir Pulungdowo-Tumpang; the purpose of this study is to determine what are the factors that cause learning disorders – slow learner Grade I students in MI KH.A Thohir Pulungdowo – Tumpang. This study the approach used by researchers is a qualitative approach by using the type of observational research to describe the results of research in writing based on the results of interviews, or from something observed by researchers while in the field as well as centralized interviews which to develop existing theories and researchers can also produce a new theory from the results. The results of this study have presented data on the causes of learning disorders - slow learner that leads to low cognitive factors along with a serious impact on the intellectual abilities of children with learning disorders that lead to slow learner because slow learner children have low concentration, lack of persistence in abstract thinking and on learning outcomes and negative labels given will impact the loss of self-confidence and low self-esteem.     ABSTRACT The issue of religious character in students is an issue that is increasingly receiving attention in the world of religious education. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students of SDN 4 Karangbener. Sampling in this study was done with the saturated sample technique. The research instruments used in this research are the religious character questionnaire and the Islamic religious knowledge test. From the results of the simple linear regression test above, there is a positive influence between PowerPoint-based Islamic Religious Education learning on improving students\u27 religious character. This positive effect means that the use of PowerPoint in Islamic learning contributes to the improvement of student\u27s religious character, although the contribution is relatively small. This means that when this learning method is applied, there is a tendency for improvement in students\u27 religious character. Pendidikan agama memainkan peran penting sebagai sarana untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai ajaran hidup dan kehidupan kepada anak, dengan tujuan membentuk karakter dan kepribadian yang lebih baik menuju arah yang lebih positif dan mulia. Permasalahan karakter religius pada siswa merupakan isu yang semakin mendapat perhatian dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya pendidikan agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Karangbener. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini di lakukan dengan Teknik sampel jenuh. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket karakter religius dan tes pengetahuan agama Islam. Dari hasil uji regresi linier sederhana di atas, terdapat pengaruh positif antara pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis PowerPoint terhadap peningkatan karakter religius siswa. Pengaruh positif ini bermakna bahwa penggunaan PowerPoint dalam pembelajaran agama Islam berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan karakter religius siswa, meskipun kontribusinya relatif kecil.     ABSTRAK This Article\u27s Objective is to see the role of Daqizh Islamic boarding schools which have flexible methods as a solution for memorizing the Qur\u27an who are also students. This research uses a qualitative approach with field research methods, and data is collected through participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that Daqizh Islamic boarding schools have an important role as a forum for developing tahfidz Al-Qur\u27an, especially for someone who is also a student. With its characteristic of being flexible and adapting to lecture activities, however, for students who are determined to maintain their memorization, the Daqizh Islamic boarding school is very wide open to be able to facilitate them. Tujuannya ditulis artikel untuk melihat peran pesantren Daqish yang mempunyai metode fleksibel sebagau solusi para penghafal Qur\u27an yang sekaligus menyandang sebagai mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodefield research, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren daqizh mempunyai peran penting sebagai wadah pengembangan tahfidz Al-Qur\u27an khususnya bagi seseorang yang sekaligus menyandang sebagai mahasiwa. Dengan ciri khasnya yakni fleksibel dan menyesuaikan dengan kegiatan perkuliahan, namun tetap bagi para mahasiswa yang memang sudah bertekad untuk menjaga hafalannya, maka pesantren daqizh sangat membuka lebar untuk bisa mengfasilitasi mereka Keywords: Development, Islamic Boarding School, Tahfidz, Al-Qur\u27an.

    INCORPORATING WAYANG BEBER AS ENGLISH TEACHING MATERIALS TO PROMOTE ISLAMIC VALUES IN BUILDING STUDENTS’ CHARACTERS

    Integrating English language teaching with cultural contents is significantly pivotal in preserving its values of the local culture. Ironically, it has not gained much attention regarding the integration of Pacitan’s local wisdom in English language teaching. Furthermore, English language teaching involves learning not only grammar and vocabulary, but it is also essential to learn about cultures. Additionally, enhancing students’ character development by merging local wisdom into English learning materials can promote Islamic values to safeguard the harmony and tolerance in local community. Wayang Beber, as one of Pacitan’s local wisdoms, stipulates that its values can both enrich educational contents and encourage essential character traits among students. This paper employs library research to gain deep understanding about the depiction of Wayang Beber as one of learning materials utilized in English language teaching. The results of the research denote that integrating local culture, Wayang Beber, not only the local culture can be preserved but also learning materials can be more various and interesting

    This research aims to develop a "Month Spinner" educational media for first-grade elementary students focusing on learning time in a yearly context. The ADDIE method was employed, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, and questionnaires from experts and users. The research findings indicate that this media is highly feasible and practical, with media expert validation at 98%, material expert validation at 89%, practicality tests by teachers at 93%, and students at 96%. This media is suitable for early grade learning, aiding comprehension of monthly sequences in a year
