Pelatihan Teknik Khitobah Bahasa Arab di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hamidy Banyuanyar Pamekasan
Abstract
This community service aims to improve the skills of students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hamidy Banyuanyar Pamekasan in composing and delivering Arabic sermons, as well as encouraging social change among students. The main focus of this service is improving public speaking skills and delivering da\u27wah messages effectively. The method used in this service is service learning by applying the scientific field of Arabic language sermon techniques based on practice, which involves sermon simulations and group discussions to improve students\u27 speaking techniques. The results of this service show an increase in students\u27 speaking skills, as well as the emergence of social awareness and local leaders who are active in da\u27wah. In addition, discussion groups were created based on da\u27wah practices and sharing knowledge. This service concludes that the development of practice-based speaking skills can improve students\u27 da\u27wah abilities, while active participation encourages positive social change in the madrasah environment and society.

Abstrak
Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan murid Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hamidy Banyuanyar Pamekasan dalam menyusun dan menyampaikan khutbah Bahasa Arab, serta mendorong perubahan sosial di kalangan murid. Fokus utama pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum dan penyampaian pesan dakwah secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah service learning dengan menerapkan bidang keilmuan teknik khitobah bahasa arab berbasis praktik, yang melibatkan simulasi khutbah dan diskusi kelompok untuk memperbaiki teknik berbicara murid. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berbicara murid, serta munculnya kesadaran sosial dan pemimpin lokal yang aktif dalam dakwah. Selain itu, tercipta kelompok-kelompok diskusi yang berbasis pada praktek dakwah dan berbagi ilmu. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan keterampilan berbicara berbasis praktik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dakwah murid, sementara partisipasi aktif mendorong perubahan sosial positif di lingkungan madrasah dan masyarakat.

THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL STAFF ON IMPROVING STUDENT SERVICE QUALITY AT MTSN 1 BONDOWOSO
Educational staff hold a strategic role as the primary support in creating a conducive, effective, and efficient learning environment. This study aims to examine the role of educational staff in improving the quality of student services at MTsN 1 Bondowoso. This research employs a qualitative approach. The method used for data collection is the participatory observation method, in which the researcher observes the speech and service strategies of educational staff through recording and note-taking techniques, complemented by interviews. Once the data were collected, the researcher conducted data analysis, including transcription, reduction, classification, tabulation, validation, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the quality of student services at MTsN 1 Bondowoso through the drumband activity involves three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage includes systematic program design, guidance by professionals, learning of music notation, recruitment based on students’ interests and potential, effective distribution of musical instruments, and structured talent development. In the implementation stage, the drumband serves as a strategy for improving service quality through Qirab Devile and Display performances, which integrate Islamic values, discipline, teamwork, and meaningful learning. Meanwhile, the evaluation highlights the strategic role of the activity in holistic education, training effectiveness, member selection and coaching, parental involvement, team coordination, and the tangible contribution of educational staff to the program’s success. Thus, the drumband activity has proven to be an effective medium for enhancing the quality of educational services and fostering comprehensive student character development
E-CERTIFICATES IN SCHOOLS TO IMPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE EFFECIENCY IN THE SOCIETY 5.0 ERA
The era of Society 5.0 has brought many changes in various aspects of life, including in the management of educational administration, namely certificate. E-certificate or electronic certificate are digital documents that serve as proof of graduation. This study uses a literature review method, where the researcher collects information from sources such as books, articles, the internet, and other sources related to the title. Through his study, it can be seen that the use of technology in e-certificate management is supported by several technologies, such as blockchain, QR codes, the web, electronic signatures, and cloud storage. E-ijazah as a form of administrative digitization presents several important benefits, including, 1) operational efficiency, 2) security and accountability, and 3) accountability. In addition, the implementation of e-certificates has advantages as well as challenges that must be faced. The advantages are security and authenticity, transparency and accountability, and process efficiency. Meanwhile, the challenges faced are a) infrastructure readiness, b) compliance with regulations, and c) adoption by stakeholders.

Abstrak
Era Society 5.0 membawa banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk dalam pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan yaitu ijazah. E-ijazah atau ijazah elektronik merupakan dokumen bukti kelulusan yang disajikan secara digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dimana peneliti mengumpulkan informasi dari sumber bacaan seperti buku, artikel, internet, maupun sumber informasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan judul. Melalui penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan e-ijazah didukung oleh beberapa teknologi seperti blockchain, QR code, web, tanda tangan elektronik, maupun penyimpanan cloud. E-ijazah sebagai bentuk digitalisasi administrasi menawarkan beberapa manfaat penting, yaitu 1) efisiensi operasional, 2) keamanan dan akuntabilitas, dan 3) akuntabilitas. Selain itu, implementasi e-ijazah memiliki keunggulan sekaligus tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Keunggulan tersebut yaitu, keamanan dan keaslian, transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta efisiensi proses. Sedangkan tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu, a) kesiapan infrastruktur, b) kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, dan c) adopsi dari stakeholder.

Pemanfaatan Media Digital sebagai Penguat Motivasi Belajar dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam: Digital Media Utilization as a Motivation Enhancer in Islamic Education Learning
Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana media digital dapat memperkuat motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Pertanyaan utama yang dibahas adalah bagaimana media digital, sebagai produk perkembangan teknologi, mampu berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik dalam konteks PAI. Berposisi sebagai kajian teoretis, artikel ini menganalisis konsep motivasi dalam pendidikan Islam serta memadukannya dengan perspektif pedagogi digital kontemporer. Pembahasan dilakukan melalui telaah literatur mengenai motivasi belajar, teori pendidikan Islam, dan pemanfaatan media digital, khususnya terkait unsur multimedia, interaktivitas, dan gamifikasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media digital efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar karena mampu menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik, bermakna, dan sesuai dengan karakter generasi digital. Peningkatan Kesadaran Anti Perundungan pada Remaja Melalui Seminar “Santri Keren Tanpa Bully”
Abstract
Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Tajinan Malang has male and female students, the majority of whom are aged 12-18 years. The students have different family and aregional backgrounds. There social lift mast be carried out away from parental supervision. The interaction that occur require a strong filter so that bullying dose not occur in Islamic boarding schools. All parties are aware of the importance of socialization as a means of providing students with knowledge and a filter to prevent bullying in Islamic boarding schools. This event activity also an effort made to create a child-friendly Islamic boarding school. That comfortable and fun Islamic boarding scool for students to study. this socialization activity also received support from all Islamic boarding school residents who attended and participated in making the event and adminidtrasion by asking questions to the presenters. This is a from of active and interracitive response and students attention when gaining knowledge about students awareness of anti-bullying actions.

Abstrak
Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tajinan memiliki santri putra dan putri yang mayoritas berusia 12-18 tahun. Para santri memiliki latar belakang keluarga dan daerah yang berbeda-beda. Kehidupan sosial mereka harus dilakukan dengan jauh dari pantauan orang tua. Interaksi yang terjadi memerlukan filter yang kuat supaya tidak terjadi bullying di pesantren. Seluruh pihak menyadari pentingnya sosialisasi sebagai bekal pengetahuan santri dan filter untuk tidak melakukan bullying di pesantren. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini juga merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mewujudkan pesantren ramah anak. Pesantren yang aman, nyaman, dan menyenangkan untuk belajar para santri. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini juga mendapat dukungan dari seluruh warga pesantren yang hadir dan ikut serta dalam mensukseskan acara tersebut. Adanya kegiatan sosialisasi juga mendapat antusiasme yang tinggi dari para santri serta para pengurus dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada pemateri. Hal tersebut merupakan wujud respon yang aktif dan interaktif serta perhatian santri ketika mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai kesadaran santri terhadap tindakan anti bullying.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: CONCEPTS AND ITS URGENCY
Human resource management (HRM) plays a strategic role in determining the success of educational institutions since educational quality is highly influenced by the performance and competence of teachers and educational staff. This article aims to analyze the concept, implementation, and urgency of human resource management in improving educational quality, particularly in Islamic educational institutions. The study employs a qualitative approach through a literature review of relevant national and international sources. The results reveal that HRM in education functions not only administratively but also encompasses professional and spiritual dimensions. Its implementation includes workforce planning, competency-based recruitment, continuous training, objective performance appraisal, and fair reward systems. In the context of Islamic education, HRM should be grounded in the values of sincerity, trustworthiness, responsibility, and cooperation (ta‘awun). Current challenges in HRM involve teachers’ readiness for the digital era, inadequate welfare, and weak career development systems. This study concludes that strengthening HRM through professionalism, welfare, and work spirituality is crucial in building excellent and character-based educational institutions. An effective and value-oriented HRM system can produce competent, loyal, and highly ethical educators, which in turn contributes significantly to the enhancement of national education quality.

Abstrak
Manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) memiliki peran strategis dalam menentukan keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan, karena kualitas pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dan kompetensi tenaga pendidik serta tenaga kependidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, implementasi, dan urgensi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, khususnya pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan terhadap berbagai buku dan jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang relevan
Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa MSDM dalam pendidikan tidak hanya berfungsi secara administratif, tetapi juga mencakup dimensi profesional dan spiritual. Implementasi MSDM mencakup perencanaan tenaga kerja, rekrutmen berbasis kompetensi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, penilaian kinerja objektif, dan pemberian penghargaan yang adil. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, MSDM harus berlandaskan nilai-nilai keikhlasan, amanah, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama (ta‘awun). Tantangan utama MSDM saat ini terletak pada kesiapan tenaga pendidik menghadapi era digital, rendahnya kesejahteraan, serta lemahnya sistem pengembangan karier. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan MSDM melalui profesionalitas, kesejahteraan, dan spiritualitas kerja menjadi kunci dalam membangun lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan berkarakter. MSDM yang efektif dan berbasis nilai mampu menghasilkan tenaga pendidik yang kompeten, loyal, serta berintegritas tinggi, sehingga berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan nasional.

ANALYSIS OF ASN BKPSDM JOB PERFORMANCE IN PLANNING AND DEVELOPING EDUCATORS AND EDUCATION PERSONNEL IN MUARO JAMBI REGENCY
This study aims to analyze the job performance of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Muaro Jambi Regency in carrying out the functions of planning and developing human resources (HR) in education, particularly teachers and educational personnel. The study focuses on the effectiveness of teacher formation planning, the implementation of competency development, and the implementation of a merit system in education HR management. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results show that the performance of BKPSDM ASN has met education management standards in several aspects, especially in the administration of teacher requirement planning and the implementation of competency development programs. However, there are several limitations, such as gaps in the digital literacy of civil servants, suboptimal mapping of school performance-based training needs, and a lack of innovation in the implementation of educational human resource development. This study concludes that the job performance of ASN BKPSDM contributes significantly to the effectiveness of managing teaching and education personnel, but still requires systemic strengthening through data integration, competency improvement, and alignment of performance indicators with education quality standards.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis job performance Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dalam melaksanakan fungsi perencanaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pendidikan, khususnya guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Kajian difokuskan pada efektivitas perencanaan formasi guru, pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi, serta implementasi sistem merit dalam pengelolaan SDM pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ASN BKPSDM telah memenuhi standar manajemen pendidikan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama administrasi perencanaan kebutuhan guru dan pelaksanaan program pengembangan kompetensi. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa keterbatasan seperti kesenjangan literasi digital aparatur, kurang optimalnya pemetaan kebutuhan pelatihan berbasis kinerja sekolah, serta minimnya inovasi dalam implementasi pengembangan SDM pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa job performance ASN BKPSDM memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, namun masih memerlukan penguatan sistemik melalui integrasi data, peningkatan kompetensi, dan keselarasan indikator kinerja dengan standar mutu pendidikan
Pemberdayaan Remaja Masjid Melalui Revitalisasi Kepengurusandi Masjid Al-Huda Kota Batu
Abstract
The mosque functions as a central hub for Muslim worship and social activities. It plays a strategic role in community development, particularly in nurturing the younger generation as prospective future leaders. However, for more than 27 years, Al-Huda Mosque in Batu City located in Junrejo District, Dadaprejo Village experienced a vacancy in the management of the mosque youth organization (Remaja Masjid/Remas), with all activities being handled entirely by the takmir (mosque management board). This community service program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving collaborative planning, action, observation, and reflection with local stakeholders. The program resulted in the revitalization of the mosque youth organization, increased youth participation, and the establishment of sustainable mosque activities. This initiative fosters leadership regeneration and social change by emphasizing participatory strategies to revive a previously inactive religious youth organization.

Abstrak
Masjid berfungsi sebagai pusat utama bagi ibadah muslim dan kegiatan sosial. Memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan komunitas, khususnya dalam membina generasi muda sebagai calon pemimpin masa depan. Namun, ternyata selama kurun waktu lebih dari 27 tahun, Masjid Al-Huda di Kota Batu kecamatan Junrejo, kelurahan Dadaprejo ini mengalami kekosongan dalam pengelolaan remaja masjid (Remas), dan seluruh kegiatan ditangani sepenuhnya oleh pengurus takmir. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini melibatkan perencanaan, aksi, observasi, dan refleksi secara kolaboratif dengan para pemangku kepentingan lokal. Program ini menghasilkan reformasi Remas, peningkatan partisipasi remaja, dan kegiatan masjid yang berkelanjutan. Inisiatif ini mendorong regenerasi kepemimpinan dan perubahan sosial, dengan menekankan strategi partisipatif untuk menghidupkan kembali organisasi remaja keagamaan yang sempat vakum.

Pendampingan Program Eco Masjid Untuk Mewujudkan Tempat Ibadah Ramah Lingkungan
Abstract
This community service activity is a concrete form of community service through structured empowerment programs. One of the problems currently faced by the community is low environmental awareness, including in the management of houses of worship. This program, titled "Eco Masjid Program Assistance to Create Environmentally Friendly Places of Worship," is implemented as an effort to create mosques that not only function as centers of worship but also serve as role models in the application of environmentally friendly principles. The implementation method includes observing community needs, socializing the eco-mosque concept, and implementing programs such as waste management, reforestation, efficient water use, and the provision of environmentally friendly facilities. The results of the activity show an increase in congregational awareness of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and environmental sustainability, the establishment of a simple waste management system, and the creation of a greener, more comfortable, and healthier mosque atmosphere. Thus, the eco masjid program is expected to become a model for sustainable management of environmentally-based houses of worship and inspire other mosques to apply similar principles.

Abstrak
Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan bentuk nyata pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui program-program pemberdayaan yang terstruktur. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat saat ini adalah rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan rumah ibadah. Program ini bertajuk Pendampingan Program Eco Masjid Untuk Mewujudkan Tempat Ibadah Ramah Lingkungan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya menciptakan masjid yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pusat ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai teladan dalam penerapan prinsip ramah lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi kebutuhan masyarakat, sosialisasi konsep eco masjid, serta implementasi program seperti pengelolaan sampah, penghijauan, pemanfaatan air secara efisien, dan penyediaan fasilitas ramah lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran jamaah terhadap pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan, terbentuknya sistem pengelolaan sampah sederhana, serta terciptanya suasana masjid yang lebih hijau, nyaman, dan sehat. Dengan demikian, program eco masjid diharapkan dapat menjadi model keberlanjutan pengelolaan rumah ibadah berbasis lingkungan serta menginspirasi masjid lain untuk menerapkan prinsip serupa.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Inovasi Wisata Air Dam Cokro Untuk Keberlajutan Pariwisata Desa Ngenep Karangploso
Abstract
This assistance aims to provide empowerment in carrying out water tourism innovations for parties involved in Cokro Dam water tourism. This empowerment process uses the Asset Basic Comminty Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the mentoring show that empowering tourism managers will not be successful if there is no cooperation and active participation from the mentoring subjects and all assets related to Cokro Dam tourism; The implementation of assistance to the tourist side runs optimally, because the journey can produce many positive impacts that are beneficial for Cokro Dam water tourism in the future. The implementation of innovation in service and marketing must continue to be improved by the Cokro Dam tourist attraction to ensure that this tourist attraction remains busy with visitors and becomes a tourist attraction for the local community and outside the area.

Abstrak
Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemberdayaan dalam pelaksanaan inovasi wisata air bagi para pihak yang terlibat dalam wisata air Bendungan Cokro. Proses pemberdayaan ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan pengelola wisata tidak akan berhasil apabila tidak ada kerja sama dan partisipasi aktif dari subjek pendampingan serta seluruh aset yang terkait dengan wisata Bendungan Cokro. Pelaksanaan pendampingan pada sisi kepariwisataan berjalan secara optimal, karena proses yang dilakukan mampu menghasilkan berbagai dampak positif yang bermanfaat bagi wisata air Bendungan Cokro di masa depan. Penerapan inovasi dalam pelayanan dan pemasaran harus terus ditingkatkan oleh objek wisata Bendungan Cokro guna memastikan destinasi wisata ini tetap ramai dikunjungi serta menjadi daya tarik wisata bagi masyarakat lokal maupun dari luar daerah.
