Penyuluhan Moderasi Beragama Berbasis Komunitas sebagai Transformasi Sosial di Kawasan Candi Sumberawan Singosari Malang
Abstract
This community-based religious moderation program was conducted around Sumberawan Stupa Temple in Singosari, Malang, as a response to potential conflicts and intolerance in a multireligious area. The program addresses religious diversity (Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholic, and local beliefs) and ritual activities at the temple that risk social friction. The primary goal was to enhance public understanding of religious moderation principles, tolerance, and radicalism prevention through participatory methods. Activities included interactive lectures, group discussions, inspirational videos, and conflict resolution simulations. Pre- and post-program questionnaires revealed a 35% increase in participants\u27 understanding (average score rose from 52 to 87). Interviews and observations highlighted heightened awareness of the importance of interfaith dialogue. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16 on peace and justice, the program proved effective in fostering social harmony, though long-term mentorship is required to sustain its impact.

Abstrak
Program moderasi beragama berbasis komunitas ini dilaksanakan di sekitar Candi Stupa Sumberawan Singosari, Malang, sebagai respon terhadap potensi konflik dan intoleransi di wilayah multireligius. Program ini mengatasi keragaman agama (Islam, Hindu, Buddha, Katolik, dan aliran kepercayaan lokal) serta aktivitas ritual di candi yang berisiko menimbulkan gesekan sosial. Tujuan utama adalah meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang prinsip moderasi beragama, toleransi, dan pencegahan radikalisme melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Kegiatan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, penayangan video inspiratif, dan simulasi resolusi konflik. Hasil kuesioner pra- dan pasca-program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 35% (rerata skor naik dari 52 menjadi 87). Wawancara dan observasi mengungkap peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya dialog antaragama. Selaras dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ke-16 tentang perdamaian dan keadilan, program ini efektif membangun kerukunan sosial, meskipun pendampingan jangka panjang diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dampak.

UPAYA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAMDALAM MENINGKATKAN SPIRITUAL QUOSTIENT SISWADI SMP IBNU SINA MOJOKERTO: Efforts Of Islamic Religious Education Teachers In Improving Students\u27 Spiritual Quotient At Ibnu Sina Middle School, Mojokerto
Teachers are human figures whose presence and role are expected in education, as resources that occupy positions and play important roles in life. Spiritual Intelligence or Spiritual Quostient is an awareness that not only recognizes existing values but also creatively discovers new values. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Activities that increase students\u27 Spiritual Quostient include congregational Dhuhur prayer, congregational Dhuha prayer, Quranic recitation, and reciting the Asmaul Husana (the Beautiful Names of Allah). (2) Efforts made by teachers to increase students\u27 Spiritual Quostient through good planning in congregational Dhuhur prayer, starting from preparation, implementation, and the results of student changes. Teachers feel an increase in students\u27 spiritual intelligence, seen from the students\u27 increased enthusiasm in participating in this congregational Dhuhur prayer activity. The existence of Dhuhur prayer activities can increase students\u27 spiritual intelligence with the following indicators: (a) Students are orderly and disciplined in congregational prayer (b) Self-awareness to worship increases (c) Improves good relations between teachers and students (d) A sense of responsibility arises in students
Persepsi Guru Mengenai Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Terhadap Karakter Pancasila Di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap karakter Pancasila di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang bersifat non test. Berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar (0,001) < α (0,01), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan demokratis (X) terhadap karakter Pancasila (Y). Kesimpulannya bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (X) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap karakter Pancasila (Y) di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa untuk meningkatkan karakter Pancasila perlu meningkatkan indikator-indikator gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, karena semakin meningkatnya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah maka semakin meningkat juga karakter Pancasila peserta didik
IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS MASYARAKAT DALAM PROSES RESILIENSI ORGANISASI DI MADRASAH DINIYAH ITTIHADUL MUBALLIGHIN KOTA MALANG
This study aims to describe the implementation of Community-Based Education Management (CBEM) and analyze its impact on organizational resilience at Madrasah Diniyah Ittihadul Muballighin, Malang City. CBEM is a managerial approach emphasizing institutional autonomy and community participation. This research employed a qualitative case study method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed: (1) the reactivation of the madrasah was driven by community awareness of religious education needs; (2) the institution is managed autonomously using local resources; (3) relationships with stakeholders enhance the institution\u27s adaptive capacity; and (4) the curriculum is contextualized to the community\u27s characteristics. These findings suggest that CBEM contributes significantly to the resilience of non-formal educational institutions
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT AT STATE ISLAMIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
This study aims to analyze the application of transformational leadership management by madrasah principals and its contribution to the realization of an excellent madrasah at MTs N 2 Kota Kediri. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of transformational leadership practices in the natural context of madrasahs. The research subjects included the principal, teachers, staff, and students who were selected purposively based on their direct involvement in the leadership and educational management processes. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman\u27s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that transformational leadership at MTs N 2 Kota Kediri is carried out in an integrated manner with managerial functions and is based on religious values. The madrasah principal acts as a driver of change through exemplary behavior, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and consistent individual attention. The application of this leadership has an impact on strengthening the school culture, increasing teacher motivation and commitment, creating a safe and conducive learning environment, and developing the character and achievements of students. This study concludes that transformational leadership management contributes significantly to building an excellent madrasah that not only emphasizes academic achievement but also character building, educator quality, and educational quality sustainability.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah serta kontribusinya terhadap terwujudnya madrasah unggul di MTs N 2 Kota Kediri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dalam konteks alamiah madrasah. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala madrasah, guru, staf, dan murid yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan keterlibatan langsung dalam proses kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional di MTs N 2 Kota Kediri dijalankan secara terintegrasi dengan fungsi manajerial dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai religius. Kepala madrasah berperan sebagai penggerak perubahan melalui keteladanan, motivasi inspiratif, stimulasi intelektual, dan perhatian individual yang konsisten. Penerapan kepemimpinan tersebut berdampak pada penguatan budaya sekolah, meningkatnya motivasi dan komitmen guru, terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang aman dan kondusif, serta pengembangan karakter dan prestasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen kepemimpinan transformasional berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun madrasah unggul yang tidak hanya menekankan capaian akademik, tetapi juga pembinaan karakter, kualitas pendidik, dan keberlanjutan mutu Pendidikan.

Tafsir Al-Qur’an Surah Ibrahim Ayat 4 dan Relevansinya dengan Media Dakwah Digital: Tafsir Al-Qur\u27an Surah Ibrahim Verse 4 and Its Relevance to Digital Dakwah Media
This study discusses the relevance of QS. Ibrahim verse 4 to the practice of da\u27wah in the digital era through the tafsir al-tsaqafī approach. The verse emphasizes the principle of bi lisāni qoumihi—that every delivery of da\u27wah messages must be adapted to the language, culture, and social context of the recipient community. Language is a medium of da\u27wah, and in this digital era, da\u27wah media has developed rapidly and da\u27is have used social media in their da\u27wah practices. Therefore, it is necessary to study the text of the Qur\u27an that explains the basis of da\u27wah media. This study uses a library research method by examining QS. Ibrahim verse 4 in the tafsir of Ibn Kathir and Al-Misbah, to examine the relationship between the text of revelation and the reality of digital da\u27wah. The results of the study show that digital da\u27wah is a logical continuation of conventional da\u27wah which demands the adaptive ability of da\u27is in using social media as a communicative and ethical da\u27wah medium. QS. Verse 4 of Ibrahim not only emphasizes the importance of language in conveying religious messages, but also fosters critical awareness that knowledge and da\u27wah must be grounded in divine values, communication ethics, and an understanding of digital culture. Pelatihan Pembuatan Batik Cap bagi Santriwati Untuk Menanamkan Nilai Kreativitas dan Kecintaan Budaya Lokal di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’arif Tuban
Abstract
This community service initiative was motivated by the limited access of female students at the Darul Ma\u27arif Islamic Boarding School in Tuban to local creative and cultural activities, as well as the suboptimal use of cardboard waste as a learning medium. This activity aims to increase creativity, love for local culture, and ecological awareness through training in making stamped batik from recycled cardboard. The approach used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a participatory-educational strategy through stages of socialization, technical training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge and skills in batik making, the growth of creativity and cooperation, and the emergence of a group of female students who are ready to become drivers of cultural activities at the Islamic boarding school. In conclusion, this program effectively empowers female students and supports the preservation of local culture while utilizing waste productively.

Abstrak
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya akses santri putri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ma’arif Tuban terhadap aktivitas kreatif dan budaya lokal, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan limbah kardus sebagai media pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, kecintaan terhadap budaya lokal, dan kesadaran ekologis melalui pelatihan pembuatan batik cap berbahan kardus daur ulang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan strategi partisipatif-edukatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan batik, tumbuhnya kreativitas dan kerja sama, serta munculnya kelompok santri putri yang siap menjadi penggerak kegiatan budaya di lingkungan pesantren. Kesimpulannya, program ini efektif dalam memberdayakan santri putri serta mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal dengan memanfaatkan limbah secara produktif.

PENGEMBANGAN LAYANAN RESERVASI RUANG ONLINE PERPUSTAKAAN PUSAT UIN MAULANA MALIK IBRAHIM
Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pengelolaan ruangan perpustakaan di Perpustakaan Pusat UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. Pengelolaan ruang yang kurang maksimal tersebut disebabkan oleh minimnya kesigapan pustakawan, sehingga berdampak pada terkendalanya peminjaman ruangan oleh pemustaka. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut, diperlukan website yang bersifat mandiri. Adapun website yang telah tersedia masih menggunakan plugin Slims 9 yang hanya memungkinkan pemustaka untuk melakukan peminjaman melalui pustakawan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, apabila pustakawan tidak berada di tempat, maka peminjaman ruangan oleh pemustaka menjadi terhambat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat website mandiri dengan menggunakan Framework Nextjs dan basis data PostgreSQL. Penggunaan keduanya ditujukan untuk reservasi ruangan secara daring sehingga dapat diakses oleh pemustaka dan pustakawan secara real-time. Penyusunan website ini berisi halaman awal dan halaman admin, untuk halaman awal berisi “Home”, sedangkan laman “Ruangan” berisi “Cek Ruangan” dan “List Ruangan”, “Kontak” dengan logo WhatsApp, dan prosedur peminjaman bagi pemustaka. Kemudian terdapat tombol “Admin” untuk login admin, “About”, dan halaman admin yang berisi “Home”, “Request”, dan “History”. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode Agile yang memiliki tahap Plan, Design, Develop, Test, dan Deploy. Website peminjaman ruangan ini divalidasi oleh dua validator ahli materi, dua validator ahli media, dan sebelas responden uji lapangan. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi menghasilkan skor 4,19. Adapun hasil validasi oleh ahli media menghasilkan skor sebesar 4,85. Hasil uji validitas oleh responden pada uji lapangan skala kecil menghasilkan skor 4,16 untuk aspek materi dan 4,35 pada aspek media, sedangkan hasil uji validitas oleh responden pada uji lapangan skala besar menghasilkan skor 4,302 pada aspek materi dan skor 4,4475 pada aspek media. Secara keseluruhan, semua skor tersebut berada pada kategori sangat valid. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa website yang dihasilkan mampu membantu tugas pustakawan dalam mengelola peminjaman ruang oleh pemustaka
THE ROLE OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF TEACHING PERSONNEL
This study aims to examine the role, programs, and leadership strategies of principals in improving the quality of educators in Islamic elementary schools (SDI) in Malang City. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the collected data, as well as checking the validity of the data through creativity, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that the role of the principal includes several aspects, namely as an educator, manager, supervisor, administrator, leader, innovator, and motivator. The principal\u27s programs include program formation, assignments, bringing in expert speakers, and conducting further studies and comparative studies. The strategy for developing the quality of educators involves awards, supervision, training, seminars, workshops, and education and training. Supporting factors for principal leadership in improving the quality of educators include high enthusiasm and cooperation, while inhibiting factors are differences in educator character and lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This study provides important insights into how principal leadership can improve the quality of educators through various roles, programs, and appropriate strategies as well as the support and challenges faced.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran, program, dan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik di sekolah dasar Islam (SDI) di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan dari data yang terkumpul, serta melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data melalui credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah meliputi beberapa aspek, yakni sebagai pendidik, manajer, supervisor, administrator, pemimpin, inovator, dan motivator. Program kepala sekolah antara lain pembentukan program, penugasan, mendatangkan narasumber ahli, serta melaksanakan studi lanjut dan studi banding. Strategi pengembangan mutu pendidik melibatkan penghargaan, supervisi, pelatihan, seminar, workshop, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan. Faktor pendukung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik antara lain semangat dan kerjasama yang tinggi, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah perbedaan karakter pendidik dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidik melalui berbagai peran, program, dan strategi yang tepat serta dukungan dan tantangan yang dihadapi.

This article explores the relationship between Sufism and modern psychology, particularly in supporting mental health and spiritual harmony. Sufism, as a branch of Islamic spirituality, offers a holistic approach through practices such as tazkiyatun nafs, muraqabah, and dhikr to achieve inner peace and balance. This approach aligns with modern psychological concepts, such as emotional regulation and mindfulness, which emphasize the importance of emotional balance and life meaning. Through a literature review method, this article finds that Sufi principles can be adapted into psychological therapy to address stress, anxiety, and inner conflicts. By bridging Islamic spirituality and psychology, this article opens opportunities for deeper integration in creating holistic and value-based therapeutic approaches.
