THE INFLUENCE OF MADRASAH PRINCIPAL\u27S LEADERSHIP STYLE ON TEACHER WORK MOTIVATION AND PERFORMANCE: LITERATURE REVIEW
This study aims to analyze the influence of madrasah principals’ leadership styles on teachers’ motivation and performance. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature study. The discussion covers four leadership styles: authoritarian, charismatic, laissez-faire, and democratic. The findings indicate that the authoritarian style tends to reduce teachers’ motivation and long-term performance, while charismatic leadership can enhance both through inspiration and emotional support. The laissez-faire style is effective for independent teachers but may weaken motivation for those who require guidance. Meanwhile, the democratic style provides the most positive impact as it encourages participation, creativity, and a sense of ownership in the workplace. Therefore, an appropriate leadership style plays an essential role in improving teachers’ motivation and performance in madrasah settings.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur. Pembahasan mencakup empat gaya kepemimpinan: otoriter, karismatik, laissez-faire, dan demokratis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa gaya otoriter cenderung menurunkan motivasi dan kinerja jangka panjang, sedangkan kepemimpinan karismatik mampu meningkatkan keduanya melalui inspirasi dan dukungan emosional. Gaya laissez-faire efektif bagi guru yang mandiri, tetapi dapat melemahkan motivasi bagi guru yang membutuhkan arahan. Adapun gaya demokratis memberikan dampak paling positif karena mendorong partisipasi, kreativitas, dan rasa memiliki dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian, gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi serta kinerja guru di lingkungan madrasah.

Pendampingan Eco Masjid: Optimalisasi Fungsi Ri‘ayah Melalui Pemeliharaan Fasilitas dan Pemasangan Tempat Sampah Terpilah di Masjid Sirojul Muttaqin Buring Kota Malang
Abstract
This community service program addresses the suboptimal ri\u27ayah (physical maintenance) function at Masjid Sirojul Muttaqin, evidenced by poorly maintained facilities and the absence of a waste segregation system, which diminished congregants\u27 comfort. The initiative aimed to optimize the mosque\u27s function through facility maintenance and the installation of segregated waste bins. Employing a Community Service Learning approach with a Direct Service Model, activities included a thorough cleaning, facility inventory, repair of minor damages, and strategic placement of organic and inorganic waste bins. The results showed a significant improvement in the mosque\u27s cleanliness and orderliness. Congregants responded positively, indicating increased comfort. The program successfully enhanced the physical environment and fostered awareness of mosque maintenance. For long-term impact, sustained commitment from the mosque management and congregants is essential.

Abstrak
Program pengabdian masyarakat ini menjawab belum optimalnya fungsi ri\u27ayah (pemeliharaan sarana prasarana) di Masjid Sirojul Muttaqin, yang ditandai dengan fasilitas yang kurang terawat dan tidak adanya pemilahan sampah, sehingga mengurangi kenyamanan jamaah. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi masjid melalui pemeliharaan fasilitas dan pemasangan tempat sampah terpilah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Community Service Learning berbasis Direct Service Model, kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pembersihan menyeluruh, inventarisasi fasilitas, perbaikan kerusakan ringan, serta pemasangan tempat sampah organik dan anorganik di titik strategis. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada kebersihan dan kerapian lingkungan masjid. Jamaah memberikan respons positif yang menandakan meningkatnya kenyamanan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kondisi fisik masjid dan menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pemeliharaannya. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan komitmen aktif dari takmir dan jamaah.

APLIKASI BERBASIS WEB LAYANAN SIRKULASI PERPUSTAKAAN: INTEGRASI STRUK DIGITAL DAN REMINDER MESSAGES
Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk layanan sirkulasi perpustakaan dengan fitur struk digital dan reminder messages otomatis melalui WhatsApp maupun email. Aplikasi dirancang untuk memudahkan pemustaka dalam memperoleh bukti transaksi serta mengingatkan tanggal jatuh tempo pengembalian buku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan skala Likert dan persentase validasi, serta deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan masukan dari ahli dan responden. Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor 91% dari ahli materi, 90% dari ahli media, dan 96% dari uji coba lapangan, sehingga aplikasi termasuk kategori sangat valid dan layak digunakan. Evaluasi media juga memperlihatkan bahwa aplikasi memiliki kinerja yang baik, mudah digunakan, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan perpustakaan.
The objective of this research was to develop a web-based application for library circulation services equipped with digital receipt features and automatic reminder messages delivered via WhatsApp and email. The application was designed to facilitate library users in obtaining transaction proofs and receiving notifications of book return due dates. The research employed a research and development method using the ADDIE model, which consisted of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were analyzed descriptively using a quantitative approach with Likert scales and validation percentages, as well as a qualitative approach based on input from experts and respondents. Validation results showed scores of 91% from material experts, 90% from media experts, and 96% from field testing, indicating that the application was highly valid and feasible for use. Media evaluation further demonstrated that the application performed well, was easy to use, and supported the improvement of library service quality.
KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN DASAR TERINTEGRASI BUDAYA MADURA MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KEPARIWISATAAN: Integrated Basic Education Curriculum of Madurese Culture through the Implementation of Tourism Learning Models
Basic education in Indonesia faces crucial challenges in balancing national standards with contextual needs and preserving local identity. Madurese culture is one of the learning resources that can be integrated into the elementary school curriculum because students need to be introduced to their identity as part of a social or ethnic community. This scientific article examines the potential for integrating Madurese culture into the elementary school curriculum as an effort to strengthen students\u27 character and preserve cultural heritage. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a library method or literature study to apply a tourism-based learning model that can integrate Madurese local culture. Data were collected through internet searches for relevant and reliable journal articles, as well as sources from reference books related to the topic. Core values of Madurese culture, such as piety, kinship ethics (Bung-Sabung Rosok), work resilience (Ta\u27tako\u27 Mate, Tape Tako\u27kalaparan), morality (Bhupa\u27 Bhebu\u27 Guru Rato), and adherence to norms and ethics (Andhap Asor), were identified as the main foundations. The proposed integration model emphasizes a contextual approach through the implementation of a tourism-based learning model that is adapted to class levels and geographical conditions.
Pendidikan dasar di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan krusial dalam menyeimbangkan standar nasional dengan kebutuhan kontekstual dan pelestarian identitas lokal. Budaya Madura merupakan salah satu sumber belajar yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum jenjang pendidikan dasar, karena peserta didik perlu dikenalkan dengan identitasnya sebagai bagian dari komunitas sosial atau suku bangsa. Artikel ilmiah ini mengkaji integrasi budaya Madura ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar sebagai upaya memperkuat karakter peserta didik dan melestarikan warisan budaya. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dan studi pustaka untuk mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran berbasis kepariwisataan yang dapat mengintegrasikan budaya Madura. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencarian di internet pada artikel-artikel jurnal yang relevan dan terpercaya, serta bersumber dari buku-buku referensi yang terkait dengan topik riset. Temuan artikel adalah nilai-nilai inti budaya Madura, seperti ketakwaan, etika kekerabatan (Bung-Sabung Rosok), ketangguhan kerja (Ta\u27tako\u27 Mate, Tape Tako\u27kalaparan), moralitas (Bhupa\u27 Bhebu\u27 Guru Rato), serta ketaatan terhadap norma dan etika (Andhap Asor), diidentifikasi sebagai fondasi utama. Model integrasi yang diusulkan adalah pendekatan kontekstual melalui implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis kepariwisataan yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kelas dan kondisi geografis.

ANALISIS STANDAR PEMBIAYAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SMAN 1 KLARI KARAWANG: Analysis of Standard Financing in Improving Education Quality at SMAN 1 Klari Karawang
This article aims to analyze the implementation of education financing at SMAN 1 Klari Karawang from a legal perspective and strategies for improving education quality through effective and efficient financing. It uses a qualitative approach and case study method with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the management of financing at SMAN 1 Klari is in accordance with the law, particularly Government Regulation No. 57 of 2021 and Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation No. 18 of 2023. The evidence is that the Education Unit Operational Assistance (BOSP) funds are managed transparently through ARKAS (School Activity and Budget Plan Application), although various obstacles are still encountered, such as delays in fund distribution and budget constraints. Meanwhile, to improve the quality of education through funding standards, SMAN 1 Klari implements strategies for efficient use of internal assets, maintains the effectiveness of programs even though their quality is not optimal, and involves voluntary support from parents and the community. In conclusion, SMAN 1 Klari has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability, and participation in the management of education costs, which has ultimately become the key to improving the quality of education at the school.
Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi pembiayaan pendidikan di SMAN 1 Klari Karawang dari perspektif perundang-undangan serta strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui efektivitas dan efisiensi pembiayaan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan pembiayaan di SMAN 1 Klari sesuai dengan perundang-undangan, khususnya PP Nomor 57 Tahun 2021 dan Permendikbudristek Nomor 18 Tahun 2023. Buktinya adalah dana Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (BOSP) dikelola secara transparan melalui ARKAS (Aplikasi Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah), meskipun masih dijumpai berbagai kendala seperti keterlambatan penyaluran dana dan keterbatasan anggaran. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui standar pembiayaan, SMAN 1 Klari menerapkan strategi efisiensi penggunaan aset internal, menjaga efektivitas program meski kualitasnya tidak maksimal, serta melibatkan dukungan sukarela dari orang tua dan masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, SMAN 1 Klari telah menerapkan prinsip transparan, akuntabel, dan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan biaya pendidikan, hingga akhirnya menjadi kunci peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN BUDI PEKERTI PADA BAB HAJI DAN QURBAN SISWA KELAS V SDN PANDAAN 1
Abstract : This research is motivated by the existence of a variety of learning models that have been used by teachers in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SDN Pandaan 1. To further optimize the teacher applies the mind mapping learning model to improve student learning outcomes.
This research was conducted with the following objectives: 1) to describe the planning and implementation of the application of the mind mapping learning model in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics subjects at SDN Pandaan 1. 2) to describe the evaluation of the application of the mind mapping learning model in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SDN Pandaan 1.
This research is included in qualitative research. This research uses data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis uses data condensation analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The subject of this research is the fifth grade students of SDN Pandaan 1, as many as 24 people consisting of 11 boys and 13 girls.
This study is classified as qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Finally, data validity is tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The subjects of this study are 24 fifth-grade students at SDN Pandaan 1, consisting of 11 boys and 13 girls.
The results of this study: 1) The planning stage for the application of the mind mapping model in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti subjects at SDN Pandaan 1 includes, teachers preparing teaching modules, learning materials, and learning models that will be used. 2) The implementation stage of the mind mapping model in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti subjects at SDN Pandaan 1 is carried out in three stages, namely: preliminary activities which include conditioning students, greetings, prayers, attendance. Core activities which include, the teacher explains the material, students pay attention to the instructions for making mind mapping given by the teacher, students work on the task of making mind mapping. Closing activities, namely the teacher summarizes the learning material that has been learned previously, provides motivation to students, and does prayer together, then ends by saying greetings. 3) The learning evaluation stage using the mind mapping model in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti subjects can improve student learning outcomes. The assessment technique used is by looking at the three aspects, namely: cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and psychomotor aspects.

IMPLEMENTASI NILAI AGAMA MELALUI SIRAH NABAWIYAH DENGAN METODE STORYTELLING PADA LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI: Implementation of Religious Values Through Sirah Nabawiyah Using the Storytelling Method in Early Childhood Education Institution
In the era of globalization, the development of science and technology has caused a tendency to decrease religious values and the lack of knowledge of children about the exemplary story of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. This article aims to describe the implementation of religious values through Sirah Nabawiyah using the storytelling method at one of the early childhood education institutions abroad, namely Tadika Bijak Bestari Malaysia. This article uses a qualitative approach and narrative research type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the interactive model of Miles, Hurbeman and Saldana. The results showed that the storytelling method can improve the application and instill religious values in early childhood. Religious values that can be exemplified from Sirah Nabawiyah such as fairness, patience, steadfastness, sincerity, and always obeying the commands of Allah SWT. Supporting factors for the implementation of the storytelling method at Tadika Bijak Bestari are teacher qualifications, active participation of students, and supporting facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are lack of parental support, the influence of social media and time constraints. This research can be followed up with comparative research that compares the effectiveness of the storytelling method between classes in early childhood education institutions.
Di era globalisasi, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menyebabkan kecenderungan penurunan nilai agama dan minimnya pengetahuan anak tentang kisah teladan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai agama melalui Sirah Nabawiyah dengan metode storytelling pada salah satu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di luar negeri, yaitu Tadika Bijak Bestari Malaysia. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Hurbeman dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode storytelling dapat meningkatkan penerapan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai agama pada anak usia dini. Nilai agama yang bisa diteladani dari Sirah Nabawiyah seperti adil, sabar, tabah, ikhlas, dan senantiasa taat kepada perintah Allah SWT. Faktor pendukung implementasi metode storytelling di Tadika Bijak Bestari adalah kualifikasi guru, partisipasi aktif anak didik, serta sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya dukungan orang tua, pengaruh media sosial dan keterbatasan waktu. Penelitian ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan penelitian komparatif yang membandingkan efektivitas metode storytelling antar kelas di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.

METODE SYAWIR SEBAGAI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN FIQIH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SANTRI PESANTREN MAHASISWA AL-HIKAM: The Syawir Method as a Fiqh Learning Strategy to Improve the Critical Thinking Skills of Students at the Al-Hikam Student Boarding School
Critical thinking is one of the important things for the students of the Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang to have, especially in learning fiqh, because fiqh is the knowledge of shari\u27ah amaliyah law obtained through ijtihad with a critical thinking process in an environment that is engineered in such a way as to become a Learning Society. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study type of research, and data mining using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection, data presentation, and conclusion are the data analysis techniques used in this research. The research results show that: (1) The implementation of the Syawir method includes good planning, measurable implementation, and evaluation. (2) The supporting factors are the provision of good infrastructure, asatidz, and support from various participant backgrounds from Salaf students and alumni. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of activity and self-confidence of some students, as well as the limited time for carrying out Syawir.
Exploring the Role of Principal Behavior in Shaping Teacher Performance
This research aims to examine the role of the principal\u27s behavior in shaping teacher performance at Nurul Jadid High School. The main focus of the research is to understand how principal behavior, such as effective communication, appreciation of teachers, and ongoing coaching, influences the quality of teacher work. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers at Nurul Jadid High School, then analyzed using regression analysis to determine the relationship between principal behavior and teacher performance. The research results show that positive principal behavior, especially effective communication and giving appreciation, has a significant influence on improving teacher performance. Apart from that, structured coaching helps improve the quality of teaching. Participative leadership has also been proven to increase collaboration between teachers. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of school principals in creating a positive work environment to improve the quality of education. Recommendations are given to school principals to continue to build open communication, provide regular appreciation, and carry out ongoing coaching to support teacher professional development
Kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Performa Guru: (Contribution of Madrasah Principal\u27s Managerial Competence in Improving Teacher Performance)
Kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Hal ini mendorong penulis untuk menganalisis peran kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana kompetensi manajerial berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, dengan sumber yang diambil dari buku dan artikel relevan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui berbagai sumber yang representatif, seperti artikel penelitian dan media online yang relevan.
