Pemasaran Produk Sayur Kelompok Wanita Tani Kecamatan Tanah Sareal, Kota Bogor di Era Pandemi Covid-19
AbstrakKesadaran masyarakat terkait kesehatan khususnya di perkotaan semakin meningkat. Hal tersebut mendorong masyarakat atau konsumen untuk mengkonsumsi sayuran sebagai bagian dari hidup sehat. Kondisi ini tentu menjadi peluang pasar hortikultura, sehingga mendorong para Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) perkotaan di Kecamatan Tanah Sareal melakukan pemasaran khususnya produk sayuran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti tertarik mendeskripsikan secara kualitatif kegiatan pemasaran produk sayuran KWT di Kecamatan Tanah Sareal. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan, survei, wawancara, maupun studi pustaka. Metode pendekatan analisis data yang dipakai adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilnya, terdapat empat KWT di Kecamatan Tanah Sareal yang melakukan kegiatan pemasaran komoditas hortikultura. Keempat KWT tersebut adalah KWT Puspasari, KWT Srikandi, KWT Kentagor Mandiri, dan KWT Griya Amanah. Kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh keempat KWT yaitu; pertama, mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi kesempatan pasar. Kedua, menganalisis segmen pasar hortikultura dan memilih target pasar. Ketiga, sudah merencanakan dan menerapkan bauran pemasaran yang memberikan nilai bagi pelanggan dan sesuai dengan tujuan dari organisasi. Keempat, KWT sudah menganalisis kinerja kelompok wanita tani. Upaya mengembangkan kegiatan pemasaran KWT di Kecamatan Tanah Sareal adalah memperhatikan sumber daya manusia dalam menangani sub unit pemasaran, mengembangkan keterampilan administrasi pemasaran, memperluas segmen pasar dan memperhatikan kondisi pasar.AbstractPublic awareness related to health, especially in urban areas, is increasing. This encourages people or consumers to consume vegetables as part of a healthy life. This condition is certainly an opportunity for the horticultural market, thus encouraging urban Women Farmers Groups (KWT) in Tanah Sareal District to do marketing, especially vegetable products. Based on this, researchers are interested in qualitatively describing the marketing activities of KWT vegetable products in Tanah Sareal District. Researchers conducted observations, surveys, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. As a result, there are four KWTs in Tanah Sareal District that carry out marketing activities for horticultural commodities. The four KWTs are KWT Puspasari, KWT Srikandi, KWT Kentagor Mandiri, and KWT Griya Amanah. The marketing activities carried out by the four KWTs are; first, identify and evaluate market opportunities. Second, analyze the horticultural market segment and select the target market. Third, have planned and implemented a marketing mix that provides value to customers and is in line with the goals of the organization. Fourth, KWT has analyzed the performance of women farmer groups. Efforts to develop KWT marketing activities in Tanah Sareal District are paying attention to human resources in handling marketing sub-units, developing marketing administration skills, expanding market segments and paying attention to market conditions.Â
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN OBYEK WISATA DI TAMAN WISATA ALAM TELAGA WARNA
TWA Telaga Warna is a Nature Conservation Area which is mainly intended for tourism and nature recreation. TWA Potential of Telaga Warna is not yet known with certainty, given its intangible nature and has recently experienced a decrease in the number of visitors. For this reason, it is necessary to know the potential and strategies for developing tourism objects in TWA Telaga Warna. The method used in this research is based on the analysis of the area of operation of the object of natural tourist attraction (ADO - ODTWA), the index of the feasibility of an object and the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). Based on the research, it was found that TWA Telaga Warna has potential tourism objects that are worth developing (77.55%) and the TWA Telaga Warna development strategy is the SO strategy, namely maximizing the strength (strength) owned and maximizing the opportunity (opportunity) by preserving the natural good flora. , fauna, natural beauty and water availability of TWA Telaga Warna are the satisfaction of visitors, making infrastructure so that visitors can enjoy natural panoramas and easy access to information, and making tour packages at TWA Telaga Warna in collaboration with the hotel
Inventory of butterfly species (Lepidoptera: Papilionoidea) in several habitat types in University of Bangka Belitung
Butterflies (Papilionoidea) are Lepidoptera which have various ecological roles in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem and can be found in various types of habitats ranging from forest to urban areas. This research was conducted from March to June 2020 in four types of habitat, namely, rubber gardens, secondary forest, agroecosystem hatchery, and swamp forest using the Pollard transect method and the sweeping net technique for five days in each habitat type. The relationships between environmental factors and the number of species and individuals were analyzed with the Pearson correlation test. The number of individual butterflies obtained was 913 butterflies of 27 species from five families (Nymphalidae, Pieridae, Lycaenidae, Hesperidae, and Riodinidae). The highest diversity was found in rubber gardens (19 species) followed by secondary forest (17 species), swamp forest (12 species) and agroecosystem hatchery (10 species). The highest species diversity index was found in swamp forests, while the lowest was in the agroecosystem hatchery habitat. The types of butterflies found in all habitats are Eurema sari, Mycalesis horsfieldi and M. mineus. The most abundant butterfly family is Nymphalidae. The Pearson correlation test analysis results showed a relationship between environmental factors and the number of species and individuals found.Keywords: Diversity, butterflies, Papilionoidea, habitat ABSTRAKInventarisasi jenis kupu-kupu (Lepidoptera: Papilionoidea) di beberapa tipe habitat di Universitas Bangka Belitung Kupu-kupu (Papilionoidea) merupakan Lepidoptera yang memiliki berbagai peran ekologis dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem serta dapat ditemukan di berbagai macam tipe habitat mulai dari kawasan hutan hingga perkotaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2020 di empat tipe habitat yaitu, kebun karet, hutan sekunder, hatchery agroekosistem, dan hutan rawa dengan menggunakan metode transek Pollard dan teknik sweeping net selama lima hari di masing-masing tipe habitat. Hubungan faktor lingkungan dengan jumlah spesies dan jumlah individu dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Pearson. Jumlah individu kupu-kupu yang diperoleh sebanyak 913 ekor yang terdiri dari 27 spesies yang berasal dari lima famili (Nymphalidae, Pieridae, Lycaenidae, Hesperidae, dan Riodinidae). Keanekargaman tertinggi didapatkan di habitat kebun karet (19 spesies) selanjutnya diikuti hutan sekunder (17 spesies), hutan rawa (12 spesies) dan hatchery agroekosistem (10 spesies). Indeks keanekaragaman jenis paling tinggi ditemukan di hutan rawa, sedangkan yang paling rendah pada habitat hatchery agroekosistem. Jenis kupu-kupu yang ditemukan di seluruh habitat yaitu Eurema sari, Mycalesis horsfieldi dan M. mineus. Famili kupu-kupu yang paling melimpah Nymphalidae. Hasil analisis uji kolerasi pearson, menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara faktor lingkungan dengan jumlah spesies dan individu yang ditemukan.Kata kunci: keanekaragaman, kupu-kupu, Papilionoidea, habita
Determinan Produksi Padi Pada Kelompok Tani Rukun Tani di Desa Ciampea Udik Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor
Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki maksud mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi padi di Kelompok Tani Rukun Tani, Desa Ciampea Udik, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data memakai uji hipotesis dan uji asumsi klasik, teknik pengolahan data menggunakan alat SPSS versi 20 yang menghasilkan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis determinan secara segmental, komponen produksi, luas lahan, biaya pupuk, biaya pestisida, dan varietas padi berdampak secara signifikan terhadap produksi padi. Peubah yang tidak berdampak secara parsial terhadap produksi padi yaitu faktor produksi tenaga kerja. Secara simultan faktor produksi luas lahan, beban pupuk, beban pestisida, tenaga kerja, dan varietas padi memberikan dampak secara signifikan terhadap produksi padi Kelompok Tani Rukun Tani di Desa Ciampea Udik. Produksi padi pada Kelompok Tani Rukun Tani di Desa Ciampea Udik sebesar 85,4% ditentukan oleh luas lahan, beban pupuk, beban pestisida, tenaga kerja dan varietas padi.AbstractThis study aims to determine the factors that influence rice production in the Rukun Tani Farmer Group, Ciampea Udik Village, Ciampea District, Bogor Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis using hypothesis testing and classical assumption test, data processing technique using SPSS version 20 which produces multiple linear regression. The results of segmental determinant analysis, production components, land area, fertilizer costs, pesticide costs, and rice varieties have a significant impact on rice production. The variable that does not have a partial impact on rice production is the labor production factor. Simultaneously the production factors of land area, fertilizer load, pesticide burden, labor, and rice varieties have a significant impact on the rice production of the Rukun Tani Farmer Group in Ciampea Udik Village. Rice production in the Rukun Tani Farmer Group in Ciampea Udik Village was 85.4% determined by land area, fertilizer load, pesticide load, labor, and rice varieties
Effectiveness of caporite to reduce concentration of iron and mangan in Ciliwung river water as raw water PDAM
The water of the Ciliwung river used as raw water for PDAM Depok contains iron and manganese, which levels were quite high and exceeded the quality standard. The purposes of the research are to determine the effectiveness of caporite to reduce levels of iron and manganese to reach levels that meet the standards of Government Regulation Number 82 of 2001. The sample used in this study was the water of the Ciliwung river used as a source of raw water for PDAM Depok with two different water treatment plant (WTP) locations, location 1 in Legong WTP and location 2 in Citayam WTP. Raw water was taken using a submersible water pump located at the bottom of the Ciliwung river. The analytical method used as a reference for determining iron levels was based on the FerroZine Rapid Liquid Method 1970, and for manganese levels was based on 1- (2-Pyridylazo) -2-Naphthol PAN Method 1977, both methods using the Spectrophotometric method. The results showed that iron and manganese levels were quite high, exceeding the standards of Government Regulation No.82 of 2001 with a maximum standard of iron content is 0.3 mg/L, and a maximum standard of manganese level is 0.1 mg/L. After adding a certain dose of chlorine to Ciliwung river water in the Legong and Citayam WTPs, it was found that chlorine effectively reduced Fe and Mn levels because it was able to reduce levels up to 80% and meet the quality standards.Keywords: Caporite, Iron, Manganese, Ciliwung River, RegulationABSTRAKEfektivitas kaporit untuk menurunkan kadar besi dan mangan dalam air sungai Ciliwung sebagai air baku PDAMAir sungai Ciliwung yang digunakan sebagai air baku PDAM Depok terdapat zat besi dan mangan dengan kadarnya cukup tinggi serta melebihi ambang baku mutu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas kaporit dalam menurunkan kadar besi dan mangan sehingga memenuhi standar baku mutu Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 82 Tahun 2001 untuk kelas 1. Sampel air yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari 2 titik lokasi Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) yang berbeda, yaitu dari IPA Legong dan IPA Citayam. Sampel air baku diambil dengan menggunakan pompa air submersible (pompa celup) yang berada di dasar sungai Ciliwung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan eksperimen jar test di laboratorium. Metode analisis untuk menentukan kadar besi mengacu pada FerroZine Rapid Liquid Method tahun 1970 dan mangan berdasarkan 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-Napthol PAN Method tahun 1977 dengan menggunakan metode Spektrofotometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kadar besi dan mangan yang cukup tinggi hingga melebihi standar yang telah ditetapkan dalam PP No.82 Tahun 2001 dengan kadar Fe maksimal 0,3 mg/L dan kadar Mn maksimal 0,1 mg/L. Setelah dilakukan penambahan bahan kimia kaporit ke dalam sampel air sungai Ciliwung dari IPA Legong dan Citayam, dengan dosis 10 mg/L untuk penurunan Fe dan 30 mg/L untuk penurunan Mn dapat efektif menurunkan konsentrasi Fe dan Mn hingga 80%, dan memenuhi standar baku mutu yang digunakan.Kata Kunci: Kaporit, Besi, Mangan, Sungai Ciliwung, Baku Mut
PERDAGANGAN ILEGAL KUKANG (Nycticebus spp.) DI JAWA BARAT BERDASARKAN INFORMASI MEDIA SOSIAL 2019-2020
Slow lorises in the one of Indonesia's protected primates. Slow lorises are nocturnal (active at night) animals that move very slowly with a variety of habitat types. Slow lorises are also the second most popular primate animal as a pet. The high level of illegal slow loris trade in Indonesia is thought to be due to low knowledge and awareness of the community and driven by economic factors due to the high interest in traded animals. This study aims to obtain data on the types, conditions or body parts of slow lorises traded and to map the hotspots for illegal online slow loris trade in the West Java. Testing data on the illegal online slow loris trade uses primary and secondary data. Data on the online illegal trade in slow lorises was obtained through social media observations, data analysis is carried out in quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study show that lorises in a dead (dead) condition are more common, and the hotspots for the illegal trade of slow lorises in the West Java region through social media are Ciamis, Pangandaran, Indramayu, Kuningan, Tasikmalaya, Depok, Bandung, and Bogor Â
JENIS TUMBUHAN SUMBER PAKAN LEBAH (Trigona sp.) DI DESA MIRRING POLEWALI MANDAR SULAWESI BARAT
The presence of feed and its availability is one of the keys to the successful management of Trigona sp. The presence and availability of feed can be seen from the diversity of feed-producing plants (pollen, nectar, resin). Mirring Village is one of the villages in Polewali Mandar which has the potential for Trigona sp. This study aims to identify and analyze the diversity of feed sources for Trigona sp. in Mirring Village. This research is quantitative research with purposive method. The results showed that there were 42 types of plant sources for bee Trigona sp. found in coastal areas as many as 3 species  with INP 88.99 – 102.30 and H' 0.99, residential areas there are 30 species with INP 3.15 - 56.20 and H' 3.1, and in mountainous areas there are 18 type with IN 4.77 – 47.22 and H' 2.40. Based on the results for residential and mountainous areas, it is sufficient to provide a source of food, while the enrichment of plant species diversity as a source of food for Trigona sp bees is best carried out in coastal area
PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGELOLAAN TAMAN WISATA ALAM TELAGA WARNA KABUPATEN BOGOR, PROVINSI JAWA BARAT
The existency of conservation areas and surrounding communities is an inseparable part. The interaction of the people with the forest area is influenced by the perception of local community surrounding the forest. This study was aimed to describe the community's knowledge about the Nature Tourism Park (NTP) and community perceptions of the management of NTP. This research was conducted in May - June 2020 in Tugu Utara Village, Cisarua District, Bogor. Data obtained through field observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, and were analyzed quantitatively by describing the percentage of people's understanding of the management of NTP. The results show that the community has high knowledge of the NTP concept, function and role of NTP, NTP management and community participation in NTP management and the community has a good level of understanding about the existence and role and function of NTP for the community, a good understanding of the active role of the community. in the management of TWA and the importance of building cooperation in the management of NTP. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to increase the role and participation of the local community in the effort to utilize the potential of the area and its preservation
EFEKTIVITAS KONSENTRASI EKSTRAK BIJI SIRSAK GUNUNG (Annona montana Macf.) TERHADAP MORTALITAS RAYAP TANAH (Coptotermes curvignathus Holmgren., Rhinotermitidae
One of the insects that cause a lot of damage are termites. Forms of damage that can be caused by termites include damage to building components that made of wood and the contents of the building in the form of furniture, books, cloth, and even securities. One example of a termite species that is dangerous as a pest is Coptotermes curvignathus. Mountain soursop seeds have bioactive compounds that are very cytotoxic, so they have potential as insecticides. This research Used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of controls and 5 treatments (P1) 20%, (P2) 40%, (P3) 60%, (P4) 80% (P5) 100% mountain soursop seed extract. The parameters observed were retention, termite mortality, and weight reduction in the test sample. Mountain soursop seed extract is effective as an insecticide against subterranean termites. The concentration of mountain soursop seed extract 40% (P2) causes termite mortality of 100% and a decrease in sample weight by 0.43%. Mountain soursop seed extract has the potential to be developed as an anti-termite species Coptotermes curvignathus Holmgren. The retention value produced in the test sample based on SNI 03-5010.1-1999 shows that the mountain soursop seed extract with a concentration of 20% (P1) meets the standard retention of interior wood use, while extracts with a concentration of 40% (P2) meet the standard of retention of exterior wood use.Keywords: Mountain soursop seeds, Retention, mortality, weight decrease, Subterranean TermiteABSTRAKRayap banyak menimbulkan kerugian seperti rusaknya komponen bangunan yang terbuat dari kayu, beserta isi bangunannya seperti furnitur, kertas, bahan kain dan lain-lain. Salah satu contoh spesies rayap yang berbahaya sebagai hama adalah Coptotermes curvignathus. Biji sirsak gunung memiliki senyawa bioaktif bersifat sitotoksik yang sangat kuat, sehingga memiliki potensi sebagai insektisida. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri dari 6 perlakuan yaitu (P1) 20%, (P2) 40%, (P3) 60%, (P4) 80% (P5) 100% dan kontrol. Parameter yang diamati meliputi retensi, mortalitas rayap, dan penurunan berat sampel. Ekstrak biji sirsak gunung efektif sebagai insektisida terhadap rayap tanah. Konsentrasi ekstrak biji sirsak gunung 40% (P2) menyebabkan mortalitas rayap sebesar 100% dan penurunan berat contoh uji sebesar 0,43%. Ekstrak biji sirsak gunung berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai anti rayap tanah jenis Coptotermes curvignathus Holmgren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak biji sirsak gunung dengan konsentrasi 20% (P1) memenuhi standar retensi penggunaan kayu interior, sementara ekstrak dengan konsentrasi 40% (P2) memenuhi standar retensi penggunaan kayu eksterior
KOMPONEN KIMIA KAYU TRUBUSAN JATI UNGGUL NUSANTARA (Tectona grandis Linn.f.) PADA BAGIAN PANGKAL, TENGAH DAN UJUNG
Chemical Component of Copies Superior Teak (Tectona grandis Linn.f)in Base, Center and Edge StemTeak (Tectona grandis, Linn. f) is one of the plants that is able to make a real contribution in providing wood raw materials in the timber industry. The limited availability of quality teak wood on the market so that the craftsmen use superior teak wood. The amount of the superior teak wood has not been known yet. Therefore, a study was carried out on the level of wood chemical components of five-year-old superior teak wood based on the height of the stem (base, middle and end), so that the suitability of wood usage can be known. Based on the results of the study the levels of chemical components in wood superior teak of age five years, the highest levels of extractive substances found at the end of the stem by 8.56%, the highest percentage of levels of holocellulose and cellulose found in the middle part of the stem with a content of 63.95% and 39.99%, the percentage of hemicellulose content 29.66% and the highest percentage of lignin content found in the base part with levels of 30.52%. This superior teak wood can be used as construction materials such as plywood, woodworking wood, lamina wood and artificial boards.Keyword: Tectona grandis, Thrubus, Extractive Subtances, Holocellulose, Cellulose, Lignin.ABSTRAKTanaman Jati (Tectona grandis, Linn. f) merupakan tanaman yang berkontribusi di bidang industri perkayuan. Terbatasnya ketersediaan kayu jati berkualitas di pasaran mengakibatkan industri perkayuan menggunakan kayu jati unggul. Kayu trubusan jati unggul tersebut belum diketahui bagaimana komponen kimianya. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian mengenai kadar komponen kimia kayu trubusan jati unggul yang berumur lima tahun berdasarkan ketinggian batang (pangkal, tengah dan ujung), sehingga dapat diketahui kesesuaian penggunaan kayu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kadar komponen kimia pada kayu trubusan jati unggul umur lima tahun, rata-rata kadar zat ekstraktif tertinggi terdapat pada bagian ujung batang sebesar 8,56%, persentase tertinggi kadar holoselulosa dan selulosa terdapat pada bagian tengah batang dengan kadar 63,95% dan 39,99%, persentase kadar hemiselulosa 29,66%, dan persentase tertinggi kadar lignin terdapat pada bagian pangkal dengan kadar 30,52%. Kayu trubusan jati unggul ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan konstruksi seperti kayu lapis, kayu pertukangan, kayu lamina dan papan buatan.Kata Kunci: Tectona grandis, Thrubus, Zat Ekstraktif, Holoselulosa, Selulosa, Lignin
