There are various kinds of driver behavior in Tanjungbalai city such as aggressive driving, illegal racing, against the direction and many more which are generally dominated by workers with different professions and students. A person's attitude and pattern of thinking will be influenced by that pattern of thinking, which usually results in certain patterns of behavior. Most traffic accidents occur due to human error, such as traffic violations. Every year, 1.35 million people die from traffic accidents worldwide. This means that every 24 seconds one person loses their life on the roads around the world. A person can violate traffic laws due to intentionality, ignorance, or ignorance of the applicable rules. This study explains, which means testing hypotheses to explain the causal relationship between variables. This type of research was chosen because the goal to be achieved was to explain the relationship and effect of the questionnaire as the main data collection tool. Field research requires tools to support it. The following tools and materials were used by researchers including stationery, cameras (documentation) and survey forms Traffic Accident Analysis. No full text
Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has become increasingly important in the financial performance of companies because sound governance functions as an internal and external control mechanism that ensures companies operate in a healthy, transparent manner, and are oriented towards the interests of all stakeholders. This research aims to examine journal papers that discuss how Good Corporate Governance will influence the financial performance of banking institutions. This study employs the systematic literature review (SLR) method with samples consisting of secondary data from various journal publications that have been collected through the Google Scholar database. The journals used as data in this research are publications released from 2021-2025 that investigate the influence of GCG on banking financial performance. The results of the research employing systematic literature review demonstrate that GCG's impact on financial performance is dependent on several aspects, namely the method of drawing conclusions (partial and simultaneous), the proxy variables employed, the control variables utilized, and the differences in the time periods used by researchers

Problematic financing is one of the main challenges faced by Islamic banks, as it directly affects financial stability, customer trust, and compliance with Sharia principles. Disputes arising from problematic financing require not only legal certainty but also substantive justice grounded in Islamic economic values. This study aimed to analyze disputes arising from problematic financing in Islamic banks from the perspectives of sharia law and Islamic economics, using Decision Number 1352/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Trk as a case study. The research used a normative legal method with a case study approach by analyzing court decisions, laws and regulations, and literature on sharia law and Islamic economics. The results showed that the settlement of problematic financing disputes in this decision referred to formal aspects of positive law and basic principles of sharia contracts, but did not fully reflect the principles of justice, public benefit, and risk sharing as emphasized in fiqh muamalah and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. From the perspective of Islamic economics, the applied dispute-resolution mechanism had the potential to create an imbalance between the bank's and the customer's interests. This study highlighted the importance of a more comprehensive integration of positive law, sharia principles, and Islamic economic considerations to resolve problematic financing disputes in Islamic banking. Mathematics learning difficulties in elementary school children remain a critical issue due to their impact on cognitive development, academic readiness, and emotional regulation. This study emphasizes the importance of instructional approaches that align with children’s cognitive developmental stages, particularly for those who have not yet fully reached concrete operational thinking despite having adequate intellectual potential. This study aimed to describe the cognitive and affective profile of a child with mathematics learning difficulties and to analyze changes in conceptual understanding following the implementation of the Concrete–Pictorial–Abstract (CPA) approach in two-digit arithmetic. A qualitative case study design was employed, involving psychological assessment, observation of learning behavior, cognitive testing, error analysis, and a four-stage CPA intervention. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of difficulty, thinking processes, and learning changes before and after the intervention. The findings showed an increase in calculation accuracy from 41.6% to 83%, accompanied by reduced mathematics anxiety, increased learning engagement, and the emergence of basic mental calculation strategies. Follow-up results indicated an 80% retention of skills, suggesting that the conceptual understanding developed through the CPA stages was relatively stable. Overall, this study highlights the role of a developmentally appropriate, concrete visual abstract learning sequence in supporting both cognitive and affective aspects of mathematics learning in children with specific learning difficulties. Further research is recommended to explore the application of this approach in broader educational contexts
