This research aimed to develop teaching materials for writing skills with the Follow the Line Method as a solution to the difficulties in writing Arabic sentences for students at the elementary level. There are difficulties in writing Arabic sentences among non-Arabic students, especially students in the beginning stages. These difficulties cause many mistakes in writing Arabic letters and sentences even though most of them do not know how to write Arabic sentences. The method used in this research was the research and development method using the ADDIE model. The techniques employed for data collection included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The population in this research consisted of fifth grade students, with a sample size of 33 students. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Development of teaching materials for writing skills with the Follow the Line method using the ADDIE model, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. 2) The use of the developed teaching materials proved effective in its application. Judging from the results obtained from Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed), the value (0.000) was smaller than 0 = (0.05), indicating a difference between the average results of students in the pre-test and post-test. The theoretical result of this study is that learning to write Arabic for beginners with the Follow the Line Method makes it easier for students to write Arabic letters and words

PENGARUH PARADIGMA MAZHAB FIKIH DALAM KAJIAN HADIS
This paper is about the historical process of the formation of fiqh Madhdhab, which was followed by the paradigm of thought that began to occur between Ahl al-Hadith and Ahl al-Fiqh, where both have their positions on the development of knowledge in the classical period. After the first century of Hijri during Umawiyyah rule, several Western history writers have stated in various literatures that they wrote, that Ahl al-Hadith appear to be in opposition to the government. The position of the government at that time is closer to the Islamic jurists who is a maker and controllers of laws in the government. Looking at the practice of law-making that happened at that time, how were the relations between Ahl al-Hadith and Ahl al-Fiqh according to some experts? There are dialogues and several theories resulting from the dialectics, accompanied by criticism of the groups who abuse their closeness to the government to falsify hadith for the benefit of their groups, due to their fanaticism. This research uses descriptive-analytical-critical nature, through a sociological-historical approach.AbstractThis paper is about the historical process of the formation of fiqh Madhdhab, that was followed by the paradigm of thought that begin to occurr between Ahl al-Hadith and Ahl al-Fiqh, where both have their own positions on the development of knowledge in the classical period.
Animal Rights In Islam: Sarra Tlili's Criticism of the Anthropocentric Reading of the Qur'an
This study raises the theme of criticism of anthropocentric readings implemented in the Qur'an, as Sarra Tlili often voices in his various scientific works and seminars. As commonly known, anthropocentrism (the dominant paradigm of the modern age) is receiving widespread criticism because it is considered the root of the global environmental crisis and various forms of violence against animals. Anthropocentric reading of the Qur'an itself has given birth to a biased view of nature and non-human animals so that they are only assessed from the aspect of their use for human interests (instrumentalism) as God's golden children (favoritism). As an alternative, Tlili (re)promotes theocentrism and ecocentrism which are considered more in line with the cosmology of the Qur’an. This research itself uses the hermeneutic verstehen method and active reading techniques which are carried out on various works of Tlili regarding the research theme. This research concludes that it is necessary to reinterpret some of the core concepts in the Qur'an as Tlili did so that it does not give rise to biased views of nature and various forms of violence against non-human animals
Pentingnya Peran Keluarga Dalam Membentuk Identitas Dan Peran Gender Pada Anak Usia Dini
The role of father and mother in the family is very vital in a child's growth. They are tasked with caring for children, being children's friends, providing teaching about values and norms, especially those related to gender roles, acting as role models for children, and also as breadwinners to meet the family's economic needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to explain how parents contribute to shaping the gender identity of young children (5-6 years). The research informants were parents with young children, and data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and related documentation. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the development of children's gender identity in the family context, as well as how the role of parents can influence this development. By the age of five, gender stereotypes begin to emerge. The results of this research provide guidance for parents in helping children achieve a healthy gender identity, by understanding the values, norms and gender roles associated with their gender.Â
The Issues of Recognition of the Anamburung Customary Law Community in East Sumba
The system of living together creates culture, as each member of the group feels bound to one another. Indigenous communities are groups of people who interact in social relations with a common culture, territory, and identity. In East Sumba, the lack of recognition and protection through the Permendagri has led to differences in perception between indigenous peoples and the government regarding customary land and state assets. Over three decades, national development focusing on economic growth has resulted in disputes between the government, business actors, and indigenous communities. The Permendagri has not yet addressed the dispute resolution process, and no local regulation exists for the transfer of unregistered customary land, creating a legal vacuum. This study uses socio-legal research methods to examine the reality of dispute resolution of customary land rights between the government and the Anamburung Customary Law Community of East Sumba. The research concludes that disputes over customary land rights in this community involve various historical, social, and legal factors, and the lack of socialization regarding customary land status and boundaries allows powerful groups to claim land as state property without community consent
