MENGEMBANGKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR MELALUI LOCUS Of CONTROL dan SELF ESTEEM
Full text linkIn this paper, the research aims to find the learning motivation of someone by developingsefl-award and self-control locus that known “Self esteem†and “Locus of controlâ€. It consists of two parts, namely self esteemdan locus of control. Self esteem uses one's knowledge abouthimself and judges himself.It can classified into very high, high, medium, low and very low.While the locus of control is howself control of someone to events happened. There are two forms of characteristics of individuals based on the tendency of the locus control. Both are internal and external forms.Someone who has an internal locus of control,the factor of ability and effort seems dominant. Therefore, if an individual with experience of failure of internal control locusof they will blame himself for the lack of effort made. Similarly, the success, they will feel proud of the results of his efforts.Individuals who have characteristics with High self-estream can be described that the individualsare active and able to express themselves well.They excel academically and succeed in social relations. they can take criticism well, believe in the perception and himself,have belief of himself not only by his imagination. Because they have the ability, social skills, and the quality of high self-esteem, then they are not susceptible to the judgment of others regarding their nature and personality, either positive or negative.it is easy for them to adjust to the new environment.They have low levels of anxiety and insecurity. They have the power for balanced surviving

Full text linkThis article aims to determine the role of spirituality in improving teacher performance in terms of organizational
commitment, psychological, and organizing behavior of teachers, which the teacher is in direct contact with students in the process of education and learning in schools. Spirituality is considered as a means to promote integrity, motivation and job satisfaction, and is considered a significant contribution to the success of their work. Someone who is guided by the spirituality that produces good moral habits and good nature were also more likely to be honest, loyal, trustworthy and have integrity. Through theories are constructed and formulated research paradigm, spirituality has a very significant role in influencing the performance of teachers through organizational commitment, psychological and organizing behavior.

Full text linkThe main differences of shariah institution and conventional can be indentified in the two system--application of loss and profit sharing; interest. Loss and profit sharing as an alternative system, or mechanisme to alter the ribawi system. In this context, the research applies a grounded theory. The result shows that their perception toward profit and loss sharing in islamic bank, essentially is based on individual experience. It is also a foundation for their choice toward islamic bank. Data informs that consumers interest to choose islamic bank because of profit and loss sharing.

Aplikasi Akad Tabarru’ Wadi’ah dan Qard di Perbankan Syariah
Full text linkThe economic transaction in Islam is not always to orientate on commercial, and profit-oriented activity. It is namely with tabbaru‟—all of agreement intentionally related to non-profit. The „aqd can be an activity of which gives or borrows something. In fact, especially in Islamic Bank, that „aqd is consistently maintained in the tabbaru‟ principles. The existed-cost in conserving, is obviously as an avoindance-compentation. The paper will examine the wadi‟ah concept and qard in Islamic Bank.
