The Implementation of Multistrategy Approach in Improving Arabic Language Skills at Medan Health Polytechnic Nursing
The research aimed to develop learning strategies that would meet the needs of nursing students through a multi-strategy approach. This study employed a quantitative method to measure the impact of the multi-strategy approach in learning Arabic at Medan Nursing Poltekkes. An experimental approach was utilized, with pre-test and post-test assessments administered to students using a questionnaire to test alternative hypotheses. Data from experiments and literature were analyzed using statistical tests such as T-Test. This study demonstrated that the multi-strategy approach led to a significant improvement in Arabic language skills among students at Medan Health Poltekkes, with the average skill level increasing to 96.85 from the previous 45.14. All students managed to reach the "complete" skill level, with 100% of the "very high" level. The significance test indicated that the difference between the pre-test and post-test had a very low significance value (0.000), underscoring the positive impact of this multi-strategy approach. The integration of online learning applications and multimedia provides variations in teaching methods and increase learning motivation, while the use of reading material that is relevant to the field of nursing and emphasis on Arabic literacy prepares students for the challenges of communication in the world of multicultural work. By integrating various learning methods such as multimedia, language games, and direct interaction with teaching material, students can develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Direct and dynamic interactions between teachers and students are also the key in deepening understanding and increasing self -confidence in using Arabic
Analysis of Speaking Skill Learning Difficulties in Students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program at State Islamic Institute
Speaking skill (maharah kalam) is one of the four main skills that must be mastered by students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program at Islamic universities. The main goal of learning speaking skill is to develop the ability to speak in Arabic fluently, effectively, and accurately. Students are expected to be able to express thoughts, feelings, and information clearly and relevant in a variety of communication contexts. But in reality, there are still students who encounter obstacles in the learning process of speaking skill so that the expected goals are not achieved, as happened to PBA IAIN Ternate students. For this reason, this article discusses the difficulties of students in learning speaking skill at PBA IAIN Ternate with those explored from the results of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, where the data obtained through questionnaires and interviews are processed by library triangulation. The results show that students of the PBA IAIN Ternate study program are still experiencing difficulties in learning speaking skill, from linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. In the linguistic aspect, it can be seen in the difficulty of understanding vocabulary, stringing sentences, and difficulty in capturing information from the interlocutor. Meanwhile, on the non-linguistic side, it can be seen in the students' lack of confidence in communicating. This affects the achievement of the learning goal of speaking skill, which emphasizes communication skills using Arabic

That way, it will produce a theory on using digital media from an Islamic point of view. So that the Muslim generation, in particular, can keep pace with technological developments and digital literacy capabilities. This research method uses qualitative research with a library research approach. The primary reference is based on Tafsir al-Mishbah, equipped with books and accredited journals. Through this method, it can be found how to explain the verses of the Qur'an about the concept of digital literacy. The study found that terms related to digital literacy can be expressed through the terms iqra', kitabah, and qalam. Furthermore, the principles of digital literacy in Tafsir al-Mishbah are also found, including the use of digital media (QS. al-Qalam: 1, QS. al-Alaq: 1); the use of digital media (QS. al-Baqarah: 263, QS. al-Isra: 28, QS. an-Nisâ: 9 and 63); information selection (QS. al-Hujurât: 6, QS. an-Nūr: 11); content dissemination (QS. al-Hujurât: 12, QS. an-Nūr: 15); maintaining privacy (QS. an-Nūr: 27-28); and creativity in creating content (QS. Village Women's Leadership in Encouraging Gender-Responsive Budgeting Planning
Gender-responsive planning and budgeting (PPRG) is one of the main strategies for integrating a gender perspective into development, particularly in the planning and budgeting stages. By adopting PPRG, we recognize that women and men have different needs, issues, and perspectives that must be accommodated to achieve equitable access, participation, control, and benefits (APKM). This is crucial to realizing gender justice and equality in society. However, the implementation of gender mainstreaming is often difficult due to various factors that hinder its effectiveness. One of the main factors that is very influential is the customs and culture that are still very patriarchal. This patriarchal culture is deeply rooted in many regions, including Bone Bolango District, hindering women's participation in decision-making processes and budget planning. This study aims to identify and analyze the leadership roles of village women in the planning and budgeting process and evaluate their effectiveness in promoting gender-responsive budgeting planning in Bone Bolango District. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with female village heads and BPDs in Bone Bolango District and the head of the women's empowerment, child protection, population control, and family planning office of Bone Bolango District as key informants. The analysis found that women's involvement in leadership positions in the village has a positive impact on policies that are more inclusive and gender-equitable, especially in budget planning. Women's leadership provides a more sensitive perspective on issues experienced by women and other vulnerable groups. However, despite this, there are still significant challenges faced such as limited technical capacity, lack of understanding of gender-responsive budgeting, and a strong patriarchal culture
Analisis Sentimen di Youtube Terhadap Kenaikan UKT Menggunakan Metode Support Vector Machine
Students and the general public usually have different responses to the increase in Single Tuition Fees (UKT) at universities. Protests, complaints, and support for this increase may be expressed through various social media platforms, such as YouTube. Using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, this study analyzes comments on the YouTube platform related to the increase in UKT. Comment data is divided into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The evaluation results show that the SVM model achieves an accuracy of 0.88; it also demonstrates good ability to recognize negative sentiment with a precision of 0.83, recall of 0.90, and f1-score of 0.86. For neutral sentiment, the model shows a precision of 0.86, recall of 0.75, and f1-score of 0.80. Nevertheless, the SVM model achieves perfect scores for precision, recall, and f1-score of 1.00 for positive sentiment. Although the SVM model has proven effective in analyzing sentiment towards the increase in UKT on YouTube, further improvements are needed to enhance accuracy in identifying neutral sentiment
