Kearifan Bayan Budiman Melalui Pembelajaran Bermuatan Konservasi Budaya
No full textAbstrak: Bahasa Indonesia dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui konservasi budaya. Namun, pembelajaran tersebut harus disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan kearifan Bayan Budiman dan (2) pembelajaran bermuatan konservasi budaya dan wujud produk konservasi budaya generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, mengumpulkan data melalui observasi praktik pembelajaran, analisis hasil pekerjaan peserta didik, dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis secara tematik melalui reduksi, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi, lalu disajikan dalam narasi temuan yang diperkuat dengan triangulasi sumber untuk memastikan validitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hikayat Bayan Budiman memiliki kearifan pada nilai budaya, sosial, agama, dan pendidikan. Hasil selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa wujud konservasi budaya melalui 25 cerpen terintegrasi hikayat dan 8 cerpen secara eksplisit menyebutkan tokoh-tokoh hikayat sebagai bagian cerpen alih wahana. Konservasi budaya peserta didik menunjukkan hal yang positif dengan berbagai strategi seperti integrasi dan eksplisit, tetapi perlu adanya keberlanjutan supaya peserta didik dapat mengonservasi hikayat ke media yang lain

Get PDFKehidupan masyarakat tidak lepas dengan watak yang menjadi ciri khas masing-masing individu. Watak dapat ditemukan pada karya sastra prosa. Saat ini, masyarakat memilih sastra siber sebagai pilihan untuk membaca karya sastra, satu diantaranya berupa alternative universe. Terdapatnya kesamaan ragam sifat tokoh cerita yang dapat ditemukan pada individu di dunia nyata, sehingga dapat dianalisis tindakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan psikologi humanstik berupa kebutuhan bertingkat berupa kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan cinta dan memiliki, serta kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik baca dan catat serta studi pustaka sebagai prosedur penelitian. Hasil penelitian berupa terdapatnya 28 data dengan 12 data yang dicantumkan berupa empat data terkait kebutuhan rasa aman dengan kategori penenangan, kepastian, kenyamanan, dan keamanan, empat data mengenai kebutuhan cinta dan memiliki dengan kategori saling mencintai, saling memiliki, kehangatan, perhatian, dan mencintai seseorang, serta empat data tentang kebutuhan aktualisasi diri dengan kategori pengembangan kompetensi, berdoa, dan bersyukur. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat mengenai psikologi sastra terkhususnya psikologi humanistik serta dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi bahan ajar sastra
The Legal Standing of Pancasila in the Practice of Judicial Review of Legislation Against the Constitution in Indonesia
Get PDFThis article examines the legal position of Pancasila in the practice of judicial review of legislation in Indonesia, particularly in relation to the 1945 Constitution. Drawing upon Hans Kelsen's Stufenbau theory and its further development by Hans Nawiasky, the study places Pancasila at the apex of the normative hierarchy as the grundnorm or staatsfundamentalnorm. Through doctrinal legal research, the article analyzes how Pancasila functions not only as a symbolic foundation of the state but also as a meta-juridical norm that guides the formation, interpretation, and evaluation of statutory law. The analysis shows that although the Constitutional Court has applied Pancasila both as the state foundation and as part of the Constitution through its inclusion in the Preamble, such dual treatment risks weakening its role as the highest legal norm. This article argues that in order to maintain the status of Pancasila as the grundnorm, judicial review should refer to it as the highest normative reference, not simply as a textual component of the Constitution. This perspective ensures a more substantive and coherent legal framework that upholds the foundational principles of the Indonesian legal system.

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the impact of environmental costs and environmental performance on financial performance. The population in this study are non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022-2023. A purposive sampling method was used to select samples and resulted in a total sample of 98 companies based on predetermined criteria. Environmental costs, which arise from natural resource management policies, emission control, and waste management, can influence company profitability. On the other hand, environmental performance that reflects the extent to which the company implements the principles of social and environmental responsibility (CSR) can affect the company's financial results. This study uses a quantitative approach with regression analysis method to test the relationship between these variables
Optimasi Infrastruktur Wi-Fi dan Manajemen Bandwidth di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Menggunakan Teknologi Mikrotik
No full textThe increasing demand for reliable and high-performance Wi-Fi networks in educational institutions necessitates efficient infrastructure management. However, many schools still face issues such as poor signal strength and inefficient bandwidth allocation. This study aims to optimize Wi-Fi network infrastructure and bandwidth management using Mikrotik technology, addressing these limitations through strategic access point (AP) placement, Queue Tree-based bandwidth allocation, and real-time monitoring. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining quantitative performance measurements and qualitative user feedback. Results show significant improvements, with signal strength increasing from -83 dBm to -34 dBm, download speeds reaching 41.52 Mbps, and reduced latency in high-traffic areas. These findings suggest that proper infrastructure design and bandwidth management strategies can enhance network stability and efficiency in educational environments. This study contributes to the field by providing a practical model for Wi-Fi optimization in schools, potentially benefiting similar institutions globally
Perancangan Ui/Ux Website Safe Tangkinspec Dengan Design Thinking: Case Study Pertamina Integrated Terminal Kendari
Get PDFThis study aims to design a web-based User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for the Safe Tangkinspec system as a digital solution for the inspection process of tanker vehicles at PT Pertamina Integrated Terminal Kendari. The previous inspection process, which relied on manual procedures using physical documents (hardcopy), was prone to human error, document loss, high operational costs, and delays in record-keeping. The Design Thinking methodology was applied through five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This approach allowed for the identification of user needs and the development of a web-based solution with key features including digital forms, history tracking, schedule notifications, and a real-time dashboard. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a score of 88%, categorized as “Excellent,” demonstrating that the interface is intuitive and effective for operational staff, and supports sustainable digital transformation in the energy sector. This research provides a practical contribution to the development of user-centered digital interfaces within the context of industrial infrastructure
Interfaith Marriage in Indonesia: Judicial Interpretation of Surabaya District Court Decision No. 916/Pdt.P/2022/PN.Sby in the Perspective of Human Rights and Islamic Law Compilation
Get PDFThis article examines the legal reasoning and implications of the Surabaya District Court Decision No. 916/Pdt.P/2022/PN.Sby, which granted an application for interfaith marriage registration. Using a normative juridical and library research method, the study analyzes primary legal sources such as the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974, Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), the Qur’an, and relevant Constitutional Court rulings, alongside secondary literature on human rights and family law in Indonesia. The findings reveal a deep legal tension: while Law No. 1/1974 and KHI prohibit interfaith marriage on religious grounds, the Population Administration Law (No. 23/2006) and subsequent judicial practices provide loopholes through civil registration upon court approval. From a human rights perspective, the decision was justified by invoking constitutional guarantees of freedom of religion and the right to form a family. However, from the standpoint of Islamic law and prevailing religious norms, the marriage lacks legal and spiritual validity. This study contributes to scholarly debates on legal pluralism, judicial activism, and the intersection between state law, religion, and human rights in Indonesia. It argues that inconsistent judicial interpretations not only undermine legal certainty but also raise broader questions about the harmonization of national law with religious doctrines in a plural society

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the importance of learning the age limit of marriage for women from the perspective of Islamic law, by highlighting the implications for the protection of women's rights and family welfare. In Islamic law, marriage is not only a form of legalization of the relationship between a man and a woman, but also as an institution that aims to create a harmonious and prosperous domestic life. However, the age limit for marriage is often a matter of debate, especially in relation to aspects of health, education, and social welfare. This study uses a literature study method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, which analyzes various sources from fiqh books, Islamic legal regulations, and empirical research related to the impact of early marriage on women. Data is collected through literature review of journals, books, and relevant legal documents. The results of the study show that the age limit for marriage for women in Islamic law has flexibility, but still considers the aspects of maturity (rusyd) and benefits. These findings reveal that early marriage has a negative impact on women's reproductive health, education, and welfare, so there is a need for a deep understanding of the urgency of marriage age limits. In conclusion, learning about the age limit of marriage from the perspective of Islamic law is very important to increase public awareness and ensure that marriage is carried out in more ideal conditions and benefits for women and a more stable domestic life
Boneka Tangan Sebagai Media Dakwah (Studi: Komunitas Kampung Dongeng Lampung Tengah)
Get PDFPenelitian ini berada dalam disiplin ilmu dakwah, dengan fokus pada penggunaan boneka tangan sebagai media dakwah oleh Komunitas Kampung Dongeng di Lampung Tengah. Masalah utama yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah efektivitas penggunaan boneka tangan dalam menyampaikan pesan moral dan agama, terutama di tengah pengaruh budaya luar yang semakin kuat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Teori yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah Teori Pembelajaran Sosial yang dikembangkan oleh Albert Bandura. Teori ini menunjukkan bahwa boneka tangan dapat menjadi alat dakwah yang inovatif dan efektif, yang mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan emosional audiens serta mempermudah pemahaman ajaran Islam. Boneka berperan sebagai model yang menyampaikan nilai-nilai secara konkret dan menarik, sehingga audiens dapat belajar melalui observasi dan interaksi secara efektif. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana implementasi, tantangan, dan keefektifan penggunaan boneka tangan dalam dakwah oleh Komunitas Kampung Dongeng Lampung Tengah, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk memaksimalkan dampak pesan agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa boneka tangan berhasil menarik perhatian, membangun hubungan emosional, dan menyampaikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan cara yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti pentingnya dukungan komunitas yang konsisten, pengelolaan durasi pertunjukan, dan menjaga konsistensi suara boneka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap disiplin dakwah dengan menunjukkan potensi boneka tangan sebagai media dakwah yang kreatif, interaktif, dan efektif untuk pendidikan agama, serta memberikan wawasan untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam praktik dakwah kontemporer
Program Perwiritan Ibu-Ibu Al-Mukhlisin dalam Pencegahan Stunting Keluarga Karyawan Konveksi Di Kecamatan Medan Denai
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the role of the Kaum Ibu Al-Mukhlisin religious gathering program in preventing stunting among families of garment factory workers in Medan Denai District. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of ten active members of the group, including five core administrators and five mothers working as garment factory employees. The results show that the program has had an initial positive impact on raising awareness among mothers regarding stunting prevention. Internally, socialization activities have been implemented with a participation rate of 60%, although comprehension of the educational material remains uneven. Externally, challenges persist in family nutrition patterns, mothers’ understanding of stunting, and children’s growth conditions. Nevertheless, behavioral changes observed among the factory-working mothers such as increased attention to children’s nutrition and home cleanliness indicate the initial success of the educational initiatives integrated into religious activities. Therefore, the perwiritan (Islamic women’s gathering) has significant potential as a strategic community-based platform to support stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Program Perwiritan Kaum Ibu Al-Mukhlisin dalam upaya pencegahan stunting di kalangan keluarga karyawan konveksi di Kecamatan Medan Denai. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari sepuluh anggota aktif perwiritan, yaitu lima orang pengurus inti dan lima orang ibu yang bekerja sebagai karyawan konveksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program perwiritan telah memberikan kontribusi positif awal terhadap peningkatan kesadaran ibu-ibu dalam mencegah stunting. Secara internal, kegiatan sosialisasi telah berjalan dengan tingkat partisipasi mencapai 60%, namun pemahaman terhadap materi edukatif masih terbagi rata. Sementara itu, secara eksternal masih ditemukan tantangan dalam pola konsumsi gizi, tingkat pemahaman tentang stunting, serta kondisi pertumbuhan anak yang belum optimal. Meskipun demikian, perubahan perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh ibu-ibu karyawan konveksi, seperti meningkatnya perhatian terhadap asupan gizi anak dan kebersihan lingkungan, menjadi indikator keberhasilan awal dari program edukasi yang dikemas dalam bentuk kegiatan keagamaan. Dengan demikian, perwiritan memiliki potensi sebagai sarana strategis dalam mendukung program pencegahan stunting berbasis komunitas.
