Pengelolaan Koleksi Audiovisual Di Era Digital: Studi Kasus Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia
In the digital era which is increasingly developing rapidly, access to information and knowledge is no longer limited by time and space. Digital transformation, which involves converting physical data into digital format, has changed the way people access information, especially in managing audiovisual collections in national libraries. The aim of this research is to find out the steps in managing audiovisual collections in national libraries. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Research activities were carried out at the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. These results provide an understanding and explanation of the steps in managing audiovisual in the current digital era through the stages of checking library materials, inventory, classification, cataloging and other completeness such as adding labeling and tagging in managing audiovisual collections and with the advancement of technology this opens up opportunities for more efficient and easily accessible collection management, but on the other hand, this also raises various new challenges in terms of preservation, security, and copyright
Pengelolaan Arsip Personal Berbasis Digital Dengan Pendekatan Records Continuum Model Di IAIN Curup
This study aims to determine how personal archives are managed at IAIN Curup including the challenges and practices implemented. This study also aims to determine the role of archivists in the personal archive management system, and analyze the stages of digital-based personal archive management with the records continuum model (RCM) approach at IAIN Curup. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions according to research needs as results and discussions. The results of the study indicate that personal archive management at IAIN Curup is still very dependent on manual systems, is in the early stages of digitalization with challenges in infrastructure and management. The results of the study also show that archivists at IAIN Curup have a major role in managing institutional archives. Personal archive management carried out by archivists is related to institutional archives which are also personal documents or archives. Personal archive management with the records continuum model approach at IAIN Curup is expected to optimize digital archive management so that it can support operations and administration more efficiently in the future. Staff competency enhancement, technological infrastructure development, and information system integration are important steps to achieve more efficient and sustainable archive management
Digital Innovation and Curriculum Reform in Islamic Boarding Schools of Serambi Mekah: Balancing Tradition and Modernity
Pesantren as traditional Islamic educational institutions, are increasingly challenged to balance the preservation of religious values with technological adaptation in the era of Society 5.0. This study investigates how pesantren in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra, implement digital educational innovations while maintaining their core identity. Guided by the central question—how do pesantren integrate technological advancements into their educational practices without compromising their traditional foundations? this research adopts a narrative-based grounded theory approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis in six selected pesantren. Findings reveal three key areas of innovation: integration of the national and pesantren curricula, incorporation of digital technologies into the learning process, and the development of extracurricular programs tailored to students’ talents and interests. Some pesantren have established specialized units such as the Diniyyah Research Center and Diniyyah Robotic, introduced native speakers in language programs, and facilitated research, literacy, and tech-based learning activities. These developments reflect not only adaptive capacity but also the emergence of a contextual and forward-looking Islamic education model. The study contributes to a nuanced understanding of how pesantren navigate transformation while upholding their educational and spiritual heritage in response to 21st-century demands
Digital Accessibility Management For Students In an Inclusive School: A Case Study in Indonesia
Inclusive education in Indonesia still faces challenges in ensuring adequate digital accessibility for students with special needs. This study aims to identify digital accessibility management strategies in inclusive schools using the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC) management approach. The research was conducted at SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Jember using qualitative methods through semi-structured interviews and document analysis, which was processed with ATLAS.ti 9 software. The results showed that planning includes analyzing students' needs, organizing a special team, implementing digital training for teachers and students, and evaluation through student progress reports and regular meetings with parents. The findings reveal that the application of digital technology increases students' independence and motivation, although it still faces obstacles such as limited resources. This study recommends continuous training and policy support to strengthen digital accessibility in inclusive schools
Analysis of Student Administrative Service Management at Institut Agama Islam Negeri Curup
Efficient student administrative services are fundamental to academic success and institutional effectiveness in higher education. This case study investigates the implementation, challenges, and proposed solutions related to student administrative services at IAIN Curup, a religious-based higher education institution in Indonesia. Data were collected from four administrative staff and twelve students through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed using an interactive model to capture emerging themes. Findings reveal persistent challenges despite structured procedures and digital tools, including delays, inconsistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), limited technological capacity, and communication breakdowns. These issues are analyzed through the lenses of service quality models, particularly SERVQUAL, and change management theory, which highlight gaps in reliability, responsiveness, and institutional adaptability. Participants emphasized the urgent need for integrated, user-friendly digital systems, ongoing capacity building, and enhanced leadership engagement—key components of successful digital transformation initiatives. Moreover, inclusive decision-making and transparent communication emerged as organizational enablers of sustainable service reform. This study contributes to the limited scholarship on administrative management in religious higher education settings by revealing how procedural, technological, and cultural dimensions intersect to affect service delivery. Framed within the global shift toward digitalization in higher education, the findings underscore the importance of adaptive leadership and strategic innovation in sustaining administrative transformation. Future research should further explore the long-term organizational impacts of these reforms
Managerial Role of the Principal in the Implementation of School Digitalization at SMP Negeri 1 Kajen
Digital transformation in education demands not only technological adaptation but also strategic and visionary leadership. This study examines how the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Kajen implements key managerial functions planning, organizing, resource mobilization, and supervision in advancing school digitalization. Framed by transformational leadership theory and Kotter’s change management model, the analysis highlights leadership practices across stages of change. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis with triangulation to ensure credibility. Digitalization, defined as the integration of LMS, CBT, and the SIDIK application, was aligned with institutional goals through proactive planning. Organizational adjustments included team-based coordination and task delegation, while digital tools were supported by continuous teacher training. Although monitoring relied on reflective observation, it lacked systematic data use. Despite challenges such as limited digital competence and resistance to change, the principal employed inclusive strategies mentoring, collaboration, and phased implementation to build trust and capacity. The study concludes that effective digital leadership requires adaptive, inclusive, and reflective management to sustain and scale transformation
Exploring the Professional Development of Generation Z Teachers: A Qualitative Case Study on Enhancing Digital-Based Learning in Elementary Schools
This study explores the development of professionalism among Generation Z (Gen Z) teachers in enhancing the quality of digital-based learning in elementary schools. The research focuses on their adaptability, digital competence, and innovative teaching strategies in the context of rapidly evolving educational practices. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with Gen Z teachers at SD Muhammadiyah and analyzed to reveal patterns of digital pedagogy. The findings indicate that Gen Z teachers demonstrate strong digital literacy, actively employing interactive presentation applications, online learning platforms, and educational social media to enrich the learning process. Their professionalism is reflected in their commitment to self-directed learning, collaboration with colleagues, and reflective teaching practices. Supporting factors for professional development include institutional support, participation in teacher learning communities, and continuous training opportunities. However, challenges remain, particularly limited school facilities and students’ diverse adaptability to digital environments. This study contributes to the discourse on teacher professionalism by emphasizing the pivotal role of Gen Z teachers in advancing digital pedagogy. It concludes that Gen Z teachers possess considerable potential to improve learning quality through digital innovation, yet sustained institutional support is crucial to maximize their impact
Analisis Sikap Moderasi Beragama Pada Kisah Nabi Ibrahim dalam Al-Quran
This paper aims to describe the attitude of religious moderation of the prophet Ibrahim in the Qur'an. There are 9 suras that are used as the focus of the study, namely: Al-Baqarah 124, An-Nisa 125, Al-An'am 74 - 79, Ibrahim 35 - 41, Maryam 41 - 50, Al-Anbiya '55 - 67, Asy-Syuara' 83 - 87, Ash-Shaffat 99 - 102 and Shad 45 - 48. 87 from various tafsir books that have appeared in Indonesia, namely the book Tafsir Al-Mishbah by Muhammad Quraish Shihab, Al-Azhar's tafsir by Buya Hamka, the tafsir of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and the tafsir of Hidayatul Insan Bi Tafsiril Qur'an by Marwan Hadidi bin Musa. Furthermore, to find out the value of religious moderation contained in the verses that tell the story of the prophet Ibrahim, researcher used library research, with an effort to dig up data in depth from various Indonesian tafsir books thematically. The results of the study show that the values of religious moderation in the story of the Prophet Ibrahim are: a high national commitment to love his homeland, the value of tolerance, the value of monotheistic dialogue, the value of love for the homeland, anti-violence, persuasive communication and open dialogue (deliberation).Abstrak. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sikap moderasi beragama nabi Ibrahim dalam Alquran. Ada 9 surah yang dijadikan sebagai fokus penelitian, yaitu: Al-Baqarah 124, An-Nisa 125, Al-An’am 74 – 79, Ibrahim 35 – 41, Maryam 41 – 50, Al-Anbiya’ 55 – 67, Asy-Syuara’ 83 – 87, Ash-Shaffat 99 – 102 dan Shad 45 – 48. 87 dari berbagai kitab tafsir yang muncul di Indonesia, yaitu kitab Tafsir Al-Mishbah karya Muhammad Quraish Shihab, tafsir Al-Azhar karya buya Hamka, tafsir Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dan tafsir Hidayatul Insan Bi Tafsiril Qur’an karya Marwan Hadidi bin Musa. Selanjutnya mengetahui nilai moderasi beragama yang terdapat pada ayat-ayat yang mengisahkan nabi Ibrahim. menggunakan library research, dengan upaya menggali data secara mendalam dari berbagai kitab tafsir Indonesia secara tematik. Untuk mengambil perbandingan keempat kitab tafsir digunakan metode muqarran (komparatif). Menyelami makna dari ayat yang dibahas menggunakan pendekatan tekstual dan kontekstual, jika diperlukan akan menggunakan teori fazlurrahman yaitu double movement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, nilai sikap moderasi beragama dalam kisah Nabi Ibrahim adalah: komitmen kebangsaan yang tinggi untuk mencintai tanah airnya, nilai toleransi, nilai dialog ketauhidan, nilai cinta tanah air, anti kekerasan, komunikasi persuasif dan dialog terbuka (musyawarah)
Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Audio Visual terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Ulasan Karya Fiksi pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Kota Jambi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audio visual (video animasi cerita rakyat) terhadap kemampuan menulis teks ulasan karya fiksi pada kelas VIII SMP N 11 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII I SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi tahun ajaran 2023/2024, berjumlah 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang diterpakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan instrumen tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik inferensial yaitu untuk menguji keberhasilan dengan hasil belajar sebelum dan hasil belajar sesudah melakukan tindakan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data, uji homogenitas data, dan uji hipotesisâ€. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada hasil pretest siswa memperoleh rata-rata 74,83 dan hasil postest siswa memperoleh rata-rata 80,14. Adapun hasil analisis Paired Samples Test (uji t test) hasil belajar siswa setelah diberi perlakuan (penggunaan media audiovisual dalam pembelajaran menulis teks ulasan karya fiksi) menunjukkan nilai sig (2 tailed) = 0,087 > 0,05 berarti Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa setelah diberi perlakuan (Penggunaan media audio visual pada pembelajaran menulis teks ulasan karya fiksi siswa kelas VIII SMP N 11 Kota Jambi)
Efektivitas Penggunaan Bahan Ajar Berdiferensiasi Berbasis Digital dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Pidato Persuasif Untuk Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP: Indonesia
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas bahan ajar berdiferensiasi berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks pidato persuasif pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMP. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar ini meningkatkan kompetensi menulis secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan 25,57% pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Fitur interaktif, personalisasi konten, dan kemudahan navigasi diapresiasi oleh peserta didik, sementara guru melihat fleksibilitas bahan ajar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran individual. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam infrastruktur digital, penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa bahan ajar berdiferensiasi berbasis digital adalah pendekatan inovatif untuk mengakomodasi keberagaman gaya belajar dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran abad ke-21.
