Variasi Waktu Pengadukan dan Rasio Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) Terhadap Pengolahan Limbah Cair Industri Tahu
Full text linkLiquid waste from the tofu industry contains various organic and inorganic substances which can reduce water quality. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) as a coagulant in reducing pollution parameters in liquid waste from the tofu industry. In this study, experiments were carried out with three variations of PAC doses (75 mg/L, 150 mg/L, and 225 mg/L) and different stirring times (10, 15, and 20 minutes) using the jar test method. The jar test method is a standard laboratory technique used to determine the optimal dose of coagulant needed to remove turbidity from wastewater. The results show that a PAC dose of 225 mg/L with a stirring time of 20 minutes is the optimal condition, reducing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from 996 ppm to significantly lower. The initial conductivity of 1971 µs decreased after the addition of high doses of PAC and longer stirring times. The pH parameter increased from 4 to 5. Although still acidic, this increase indicates a reduction in acidity, which can be useful in reducing negative impacts on the aquatic environment. The color of the wastewater becomes clearer and the odor decreases, indicating a decrease in organic compounds and dissolved substances. The temperature remained stable at 28ºC before and after treatment. This research confirms that PAC is effective in improving the quality of wastewater from the tofu industry through the coagulation mechanism, producing cleaner and clearer water with a significant reduction

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of market value added (MVA), return on equity (RoE), and return on assets (RoA) on stock returns. This relationship is tested with corporate valuation as a mediating variable. This study focuses on 12 plantation sub-sector entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2024. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The quantitative approach includes regression analysis and Sobel's test for mediation. The research findings show that MVA, RoE, and RoA have a significant effect on corporate valuation, but do not indicate an effect on stock returns. Furthermore, corporate valuation is not able to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between market value added (MVA), return on equity (RoE), and return on assets (RoA) with stock returns in 12 plantation sub-sector entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024

Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status, food intake, and anemia status with the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in adolescent girls. The approach used a cross-sectional design involving 58 female students of SMP Negeri 1 Campalagian. Data were collected through anthropometric measurements, hemoglobin level examinations, and 24-hour recall interviews for food intake. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that 75.9% of respondents experienced CED. Nutritional status and fat intake are important factors in the prevention of CED in adolescent girls

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of cold storage time on broiler chicken breast meat soaked in cabbage fermentation liquid on microbiological quality. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. If the treatment used has a significant effect on the variable, then it is continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test. The treatment used was cold storage of broiler chicken breast meat that had been soaked in cabbage fermentation liquid, namely without cold storage (P0), storage for 2 days (P1), storage for 4 days (P2), storage for 6 days (P3) and storage for 8 days (P4). The results of the analysis of variance showed that cold storage had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on total microbes, total lactic acid bacteria, and total Escherichia coli. It was concluded that cold storage (±4°C) of broiler chicken breast meat soaked in fermented cabbage (Brassica oleracea) liquid for up to 8 days was able to maintain total microbes and lactic acid bacteria (LAB). The total microbes are still below the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and the total Escherichia coli has exceeded the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) limit

Full text linkThis research aims to understand the role of persuasive communication of live streamer TikTok account @avoskinbeauty in increasing Avoskin's direct selling. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study, involving in-depth interviews with live streamers and live streaming coordinator, as well as analysis on the content of the live streaming session. The AIDDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action) was applied as an analytical framework. The results showed that direct selling on the live streaming of the TikTok @avoskinbeauty account for the period February 15, 2025 - February 28, 2025 experienced significant fluctuations due to influence of several factors such as big campaigns, discount subsidies, flash sales, and persuasive communication skills of live streamers

Full text linkThis study aims to evaluate scientific evidence on the role of nutrition in women's reproductive health through a comprehensive literature analysis. The research method used is a literature review, which examines articles from PubMed, NCBI, Google Scholar, and other international databases during 2015–2025 that meet the following criteria: full-text, open access, international journals SINTA 3-5, and discussing the relationship between nutrition and women's reproductive health. The results show that optimal nutritional status plays a central role in women's reproductive health through hormonal regulation, ovarian function, and endometrial readiness. Appropriate nutritional interventions can improve natural fertility and the success rate of assisted reproductive technologies. A personalized nutritional approach based on an individual's metabolic profile is needed to optimize reproductive health

Full text linkThis study aimed to determine the characteristics of compound myop astigmatism disease at the JEC Orbita Makassar Eye Clinic. The design of this study was cross-sectional and samples were taken from medical record for the period April 2022.4 – 2024.4. The results showed that the majority of compound myop astigmatism sufferers were women of productive age between 17 and 25 years and were students and housewives (IRT). Prolonged screen exposure (computer vision syndrome) is the most likely risk factor for compound myopic astigmatism suffered by patients

This study used a quantitative approach involving 96 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using three measuring instruments: the teamwork competency scale (TCS), the social agile practice scale, and the technical agile practice scale. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that social agile practices had a significant influence on team performance. However, technical agile practices did not have a significant influence on team performance in an information technology startup
