Full text linkThe study aims to reveal increase in the ability to determine KKM with small group discussion for Teachers of mathematics SMKN 1, SMKN 4, SMK PGRI 2 Jambi city. This study tested the hypothesis “by using a small group discussion to improve the ability of teachers in the subjects of mathematics sets of minimal completeness criteria (KKM)â€. This research conducted action research in the format of school, this action conducted in two circles such as: action planning, implementation of act, observation, evaluation and reflection. The method used is a small group discussion. The result of research first action that known the teachers ability to set up the mark of KKM improved in pretest 53.8 to 79 or 49% increasing . The result of second action showed the significant mark is average 93% to 94%. This research reveals that hypothesis is accepted. This implies that in order to improve the ability of teacher to set up KKM in SMK by using small discussion is sought. keyword: Small-Group Discussio

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to describe and influence of extra-curricular activities and learning attitude towards learning outcomes on economic subjects students at SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. As for the sample totaled 151 students by using proportional random sampling technique. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the presence of extra-curricular activities will educate students in attitude in the learning process and improve the students' interests and talents in order to obtain the results of learning more than ever.Keyword : Extracurricular Activities, Attitudes Learning, Learning Outcomes

Post-sale service provided is training service maintenance, repair and maintenance (product service support), maintenance of full (full maintenance contract) and the provision of spare parts (part support).Primary data is the main data needed in research and obtained from respondents who became the object of this research. The collection is done by means of a detailed questionnaire. The source is a consumer PT. Jaya Indah Motor as much as 100 respondents.The statement declared that "the higher the influence of Sales at PT Jaya Indah Motor (X), then the higher the purchasing decisions of consumers (Y)" is acceptable, because the variable is positive and influential Sales significantly to consumer purchasing decisions with a value of koefiseien regression of 0.471. It is proved by the results of the analysis of the test t indicating a value t calculate t value table > 5.197 1.660 and level of significance the probability α significance 0.000 < = 0.05.Key word: sales, purchasing, consumer
