Full text linkThis research aims to adapt, test and evaluate the validity and reliability of the adaptation of the Indonesian version of the Breakup Distress Scale measuring tool. The research was carried out by adapting instruments using international measuring instrument adaptation guidelines from the International Test Commission (ITC). Data collection was carried out online using Google form, using convenient sampling techniques. Based on the calculation results, the adaptation of the Indonesian version of the Breakup Distress Scale meets the criteria and is quite good
Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Anggota DPRD se-Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening
Full text linkThis research aims to determine whether there is a direct influence of knowledge, compensation, organizational commitment and work motivation on performance and a direct influence of knowledge, compensation and organizational commitment on work motivation. As well as the indirect influence of knowledge, compensation, organizational commitment on performance through work motivation. The samples from this research were members of the Riau Islands Provincial Council. A total of 152 questionnaires were distributed and all were returned, using a probability sampling technique. The results of the research can be concluded that the variables, knowledge and organizational commitment have a significant positive direct effect on performance. Meanwhile, compensation and work motivation variables have a positive and insignificant direct effect on performance. The indirect effect of the knowledge variable, compensation on performance through work motivation has a significant positive effect and organizational commitment on performance through work motivation has an insignificant effect. The coefficient of determination R square adjusted for knowledge, compensation, organizational commitment and work motivation on performance is 0.200 and knowledge, compensation, organizational commitment and work motivation is 0.27

No full textThis research aims to develop strategy input for developing the potential economic value of environmental services at the Tane'Olen Tourism Object using the TCM (Travel Cost Method) method approach. The research was conducted using a combined research approach model between quantitative research and qualitative research. The data collected was processed quantitatively and described qualitatively (The Explanatory Sequential Design). The results of the research show that the programs that are necessary in the sustainable management of the Tane'Olen Object are meeting the needs of: promotion of arts and culture, adequate infrastructure, maintained environmental quality, development of community empowerment, sustainable conservation of the Tane'olen forest, preservation of local wisdom, improvement Setulang Village PAD and improving community welfare, all elements of these needs are in quadrant III; These 8 (eight) sub-elements of needs are the basis for managing the Tane'Olen Object

Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the strategic role of public relations management (PR) in improving the quality of education in schools through various communication mechanisms and community involvement. PR has an important role as a liaison between schools and the community in building trust, disseminating information, and creating a more transparent and participatory educational environment. This study uses a library research method by reviewing various academic literature, scientific journals, and policy documents relevant to PR management in educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that effective communication strategies, both through digital media, routine meetings, and institutional publications, have a positive impact on the image of the school and increase community involvement in the educational process. In addition, well-managed PR can strengthen the relationship between schools and various stakeholders, including the government, the business world, and social organizations, thus supporting the development of more sustainable education programs. The impact of the implementation of optimal PR management is also seen in increasing student learning motivation, active participation of parents in education policies, and improving the quality of teaching through teacher training programs and the provision of more adequate educational facilities. Thus, the role of PR in education is not just an administrative function, but also a strategic element that contributes to creating a more inclusive, innovative, and quality education ecosystem
Perhitungan Kinerja Simpang tidak Bersinyal akibat Hambatan Samping (Studi Kasus Jalan Kampung Lalang Km 7,5)
Full text linkResearch aims to evaluate the performance of the unsignalized intersection at Jalan Kampung Lalang KM 7.5 using the PKJI 2014 method to understand the impact of side barriers on traffic efficiency and safety. The problem is focused on unsignalized intersections often become congestion points and sources of accidents due to the absence of clear and effective traffic arrangements. The analysis showed that the highest traffic volume occurred on Sunday with 2571.4 vehicles/hour. The intersection capacity value was recorded at 4146 skr/hr with a degree of saturation of 0.62. The traffic delay on the major road is 5.254 seconds/skr, while the delay on the minor road reaches 13.269 seconds/skr. The geometric delay of the intersection was recorded at 4.414 sec/skr, and the total delay of the intersection was 11.297 sec/skr. Queuing opportunities ranged from 16.044% to 33.575%. With a degree of saturation < 75, this intersection falls into service category C, which indicates that traffic flow is still stable even though drivers are restricted in their choice of speed

Full text linkThis research aims to analyze traffic congestion in Medan City, especially on Jalan Gatot Subroto KP Lalang, Jalan Flamboyan Raya, Jalan KH. Sheikh Abdul Wahab Rokan Medan. The method used to analyze the performance of a road section is the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines. The results of calculations in this study conclude that the Gatot Subroto KP Lalang road has a class E service level, namely the traffic volume is approaching or at capacity, the flow is unstable, the speed sometimes stops , and it is recommended to provide traffic signs, increase parking spaces, carry out regular control of traders and socialize public transport drivers so that they do not stop anywhere on the road shoulder. The overall traffic flow shows significant changes with the degree of saturation (DS) on Jalan Syeikh Abdul Wahab Rokan still in the stable flow category, however on Jalan Gaharu the volume is above capacity and the queues are long (congested). The condition of the segments of Jalan Syeikh Abdul Wahab Rokan and Jalan Gaharu had a negative impact after a change in traffic direction with a significant increase in the degree of saturation (DS), dominated by vehicles entering and exiting Jalan Gaharu, many drivers going against the direction of the traffic flow, and there were vehicles who park in inappropriate places

For software testing, there are several methods used by testers to evaluate software, namely Black Box Testing and White Box Testing. In this research, the testing method used is Black Box by applying the Equivalence Partitioning technique to evaluate the TaxApp android-based application on CV. Shanjaya Group Webbing. The research stages are determining system function, designing test cases, conducting testing, and drawing final conclusions. Based on the results of black box testing, it was found that the application runs according to its function, namely that users can access the application, manage payment data and categories and the application can print reports per period. The results of the research obtained an application that is able to carry out the recording process more easily and reduce the error rate in recording data, and the data is automatically saved and can be viewed at any time and anywhere

Developing Media for Sex Education for Intectual Disability Students
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi media pembelajaran untuk pendidikan seks yang ditujukan bagi siswa dengan disabilitas intelektual. Metode yang digunakan adalah model Borg & Gall,, dengan 3 (tiga) tahap pelaksanaan, yaitu: pendahuluan, pengembangan produk, dan uji coba. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SDLB) di Kota Jambi, dengan validasi ahli dan uji coba yang melibatkan 6 (enam) orang siswa. Media dibuat menggunakan Canva, dengan fokus pada topik seperti kesadaran tubuh dan bagian tubuh pribadi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media mencapai skor validitas 78% dan skor kepraktisan 100% menurut umpan balik pendidik. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media yang menarik secara visual dan mudah diakses yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kognitif dan emosional unik siswa dengan disabilitas intelektual efektif dan praktis untuk menyampaikan konten sensitif seperti pendidikan seks

Full text linkThe aim of this research is to examine how culture, organizational commitment and empowerment of the OKU Regency DPRD Secretariat influence employee performance. This research is descriptive in nature and uses quantitative and associative methods in the sampling process. The sampling technique was random, totaling 57 people, including employees of the DPRD Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, which is the population in this study. This research uses multiple linear regression to test variables that are thought to influence improving employee performance at the OKU Regency DPRD Secretariat. The results of this research show that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of organizational culture, empowerment and commitment on employee performance variables at the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency DPRD Secretariat, but partially only organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Ogan Regency DPRD Secretariat.
