    Teori Hukum Islam Kontemporer dan Pendekatan Sistem dalam Implementasi Ekonomi Keuangan Syariah

    In practice, there are 2 (two) factors that influence the implementation of muamalah or business transactions, namely: whether to gain profit or loss. Conversely, if the risk is an attempt to gain profit on one side, while the other party is harmed, then this violates Islamic law and results in Gharar. Economic exploitation in the form of usury or interest on money and transactions whose clarity is still unknown or called Gharar, is absolutely prohibited by Islamic law. First, it covers aspects of worship, such as laws that regulate human relations with al-Khaliq; second, it covers laws related to the family (al ahwal a sy-syahsyiyah), such as marriage, divorce, reconciliation, wills, inheritance, and hadhanah; third, it covers aspects of muamalah (civil law), namely laws related to relations between humans, such as sales transactions, pawning, grants, debts, loans, mudharabah, joint ventures, luqathah, and so on, which are intended to maintain harmony and order; and fourth, covering economic aspects, such as issues related to the development of wealth and its utilization, such as zakat law, baitul maal, ghanimah assets, and fa'i; taxes, and things that are forbidden, such as usury, hoarding wealth, and consuming the wealth of orphans

    Pengaruh Terapi Reminiscence terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Kecemasan Lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Inakaka Provinsi Maluku

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reminiscence therapy on reducing anxiety levels in the elderly. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest and posttest nonequivalent control group. The sampling technique used total sampling to obtain 35 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire consisting of 14 questions and standard operating procedures for reminiscence therapy. The results of the paired sample t-test in the control group showed that there was no difference between anxiety levels in the pre-test and post-test. In the treatment group, there was a significant difference in reducing anxiety levels. The results of the study using an independent sample t-test showed that there was an effect of reminiscence therapy on reducing anxiety levels in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Inakaka Social Home in Maluku Province

    This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Technology (Fintech) adoption and Blockchain Technology implementation on stock price volatility in digital banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), focusing on Bank Jago (ARTO), Bank Neo Commerce (BBYB), and Bank Harda Internasional (BBHI). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Classical assumption tests, including the Shapiro-Wilk test and the ARCH/GARCH model, were conducted to ensure the validity of the regression model. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that the adoption of Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on stock price volatility. Conversely, the use of Blockchain Technology has a negative effect on stock price volatility

    This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing Problem Based Learning (PBM) with a Cognitive Learning Theory perspective on the learning understanding of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 2 Banyuning. Using a qualitative approach, exploring student involvement in the learning process, effectiveness of PBM, and comparison of results with a control group that did not implement PBM. The results showed significant differences between the experimental and control groups, with the experimental group showing a better increase in learning understanding. This research contributes to a practical understanding of the effectiveness of PBM with a cognitive approach in improving grade 4 students' overall understanding of learning

    This research reviews and synthesizes studies on brand perception, consumer behavior, and the influence of political and social factors on brand relationships, highlighting key themes such as brand resentment, boycott movements, and the role of social media. Brand resentment emerged as a significant driver of negative consumer actions towards brands perceived as not aligned with personal values, as illustrated by the Starbucks case in France, where political issues fueled consumer resentment. The boycott movement as a form of brand hatred, particularly against Israeli products, demonstrates how social media mobilizes consumer sentiment and shapes brand perception among certain demographics, such as Muslim consumers. The influence of social media influencers is also crucial, as their credibility and authenticity can significantly affect brand trust, especially in politically charged contexts. In addition, the phenomenon of consumer hostility reveals how personal and national sentiments influence cross-cultural purchasing behavior, thus complicating the consumer-brand relationship. Research on media responses to terrorism underscores the importance of ethnicity and affiliation in shaping public perceptions of brands. Overall, the findings emphasize the need for companies to strategically navigate these complex dynamics, develop strong ethical stances, and engage meaningfully with consumers on relevant issues to foster loyalty and mitigate potential backlash, ultimately enhancing corporate reputation in diverse markets

    This study aims to determine the learning attitudes towards the mathematical concept comprehension ability of seventh-grade students of SMPIT Asy-Syifa. This study uses a quantitative approach using a simple linear regression test. Data collection was carried out by administering questionnaires and tests on mathematical concept comprehension abilities. Data analysis techniques used are product moment correlation, significance test and determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between learning attitudes and the mathematical concept comprehension ability of seventh-grade students of SMPIT Asy-Syifa

    Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Sanggar Musik Gita Loka (SMGL)

    The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing communications strategy of Sanggar Musik Gita Loka (SMGL) in attracting the interest of prospective new students as well as awareness, using the SOSTAC analysis method modeled by Paul R. Smith (2022) with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the use of social media Instagram and Facebook at Sanggar Musik Gita Loka was successful in attracting the interest of prospective new students as well as awareness, although the percentage was not as high as conventional promotional tools. The results of this research reveal that overall Sanggar Musik Gita Loka (SMGL)' has succeeded in implementing the SOSTAC strategy in attracting prospective new students even though it has not yet 100% met the target

    Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a crucial strategic approach for managing a company's interactions with customers to foster long-term loyalty. This study is a systematic literature review of recent studies from 2020 to 2024 that examine the relationship between CRM and customer loyalty. It maps the study's position within the existing literature. The results indicate that CRM contributes significantly to customer loyalty by increasing satisfaction and trust. However, there is variation in the influence of CRM components. The study also reveals that most studies focus more on the direct relationship between CRM and loyalty, exploring intervening factors and customer dynamics within the digital ecosystem

    Prototipe Sistem Smart Box untuk Keamanan Penerimaan Paket Online Shopping

    This research aims to design a tool with a smart box system that is used by package owners to be able to automatically receive packages and temporarily store packages safely. This tool uses an ESP-32Wroom microcontroller which will process input from the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, HX-711 loadcell and Keypad. The courier can only open the box by inputting the code on the 4 x 4 keypad on the box. When the receipt is successfully entered, the door lock solenoid on the box will be ON and the box will open and the package will be stored in the box. After the package is put into the box by the courier, the package will move to another room below which can be closed automatically, and only the owner of the package box has access to open the box. Equipped with an ESP-32 Camera which can take pictures or photos of the package before putting it in the box. This device is integrated with Internet of Things technology where notifications about package status can be received and monitored in real-time remotely by the package recipient

    Prospek Penjualan Ikan Hias di Pasar Ikan Hias Tegallega Kota Bandung Jawa Barat

    This research aims to analyze the sales prospects of ornamental fish at the Tegallega Ornamental Fish Market, Bandung City. The research method used in this research is the survey method. The type of data used is primary data obtained by interviews using questionnaires and field observations, and secondary data obtained by collecting institutional data and the results of scientific publications. The number of samples in this study was 40 people spread across Tegallega, Bandung City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical parameters used to analyze ornamental fish sales prospects include financial parameters such as profit, B/C, Break Even Point, and Payback Periods. The results of the research show that the sale of ornamental fish at the Tegallega Ornamental Fish Market, Bandung City has good prospects and is feasible. This is indicated by meeting the eligibility criteria for all financial parameters. The results of the analysis of sales prospects for ornamental fish using data for 1 year of sales show that sales at the Tegallega Ornamental Fish Market are classified as good, as profits are positive with a value of Rp. 129,720,000; B/C value is more than 1 with a value of 1.4; Break Even Point value of IDR 110,275,542 or sales volume of 3,958 head/year; and the Payback Period value is less than 1 year, namely 0.55 years
