Get PDFSyfillis cases in Southeast Asia in 2015 amounted to 3 million. The areas that have the highest rates of syphilis transmission are Sub-Saharan Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia. Studies conducted in Africa show that there are 30% positive antenatal syphilis cases and 50% result in infant death in congenital syphilis. This research is a type of quantitative research with an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all prospective brides and grooms in Keritang District, the working area of the Kotabaru Community Health Center in 2023, as of January, as many as 36 people who had bridal injections (catin) at the Community Health Center. The sampling technique used in the research was accidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and data processing using the SPSS program. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test formula with a confidence level of 95% (0.05). The results of the study revealed that the level of knowledge of the prospective bride and groom (catin), the attitude of the prospective bride and groom (catin) and the support of health workers had a value of each variable less than 0.05 or a significance value of p<0.05, which indicated that there was a significant relationship of these three variables in prospective brides (catin) regarding syphilis in the working area of the Kotabaru health center, Keritang District, Inhil Regency, Riau in 2023

Get PDFThis study aims to explore the influence of poverty on maternal mortality and female life expectancy in Jambi Province in 2024. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive and analytical research design, this study analyzed secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Health Office, as well as primary data through surveys and interviews. The results showed that high poverty levels significantly affect maternal and women's health. The maternal mortality rate in Jambi Province reached 200 per 100,000 live births, with higher rates found among poor families compared to better-off families. Life expectancy for women in poor areas is also lower, at around 68 years, compared to 74 years in better-off economic groups. These findings underscore the need for more effective policies to improve access to health services and quality of life among poor families
Pemanfaatan Sampah Organik dan Tempurung Kelapa Menjadi Briket Ramah Lingkungan
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of producing environmentally friendly briquettes using organic waste and coconut shells as the main ingredients. 3 (three) briquette compositions, including: (1) 25% organic waste, equivalent to 75% coconut shell; (2) 75% organic waste, 25 percent coconut shell; and (3) 50% organic waste, 50 percent coconut shells. The research method used to analyze the water content, ash content and heating value of briquettes is a quantitative research method. The results of this research show that organic waste and coconut shells can be converted into environmentally friendly briquettes. Briquettes with a mixture composition of 75%:25% have a reduced ash percentage. Meanwhile, mixed briquettes containing 25%:75% have a low water content, meaning more coconut shell, the lower the water content and the better the properties of the briquettes

The research results show that the variables power distance, individualism, masculinity, long term organization have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in financial management. Meanwhile, the uncertainty advoidance variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance in financial management in the Kupang City Government

Risk knowledge has a positive and significant effect on credit decision making. Increasing one's knowledge of risk, has an impact on increasing decisions to take credit. There is not enough evidence to state that Financial Behavior has a positive effect on Credit Decision Making. Financial Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Risk Knowledge

Get PDFThe MT Haryono highway in Malang City is a type 4/2 UD collector road which connects various places in both the economic and educational sectors in Malang City. The large number of activities that occur on this road result in a buildup of vehicles and high side obstacles, causing traffic jams during rush hours. To overcome this problem, an analytical study using the MKJI 1997 method is needed. The results of the analysis are the value of the degree of saturation for current road conditions >0.80, namely 0.94 at the service level (E) of unstable flow. Therefore, 2 (two) alternatives are given to reduce the DS value, the second alternative is recommended, namely changing the road type to a one-way road so that a DS value of 0.67 is obtained at a stable flow service level (C). Analysis of the performance of the MT Haryono Road section after alternative improvements for the next 5 years is still at a stable service level, with a DS value in 2028 of 0.76 at service level (D)
