Get PDFThis research aims to identify factors that influence employee performance at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara. A dynamic work environment, transformational leadership is a leadership model that is considered effective in inspiring, motivating and improving employee performance. This model has several characteristics that make it successful in a kinetically changing world of work. This research adopts an explanatory quantitative approach with the variables studied being transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of this research reveal that employee satisfaction influences employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Employee satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has an effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment also has an effect on employee performance at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of standard operating procedures (SOP), information technology, and supervision on employee performance at PT. Fore Coffee Malang. This study utilizes a quantitative data method with multiple linear regression, obtained from primary data of respondents. Sampling is carried out through purposive sampling technique involving 48 employees at PT. Fore Coffee Malang. Data analysis involves scale range, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing such as t-test and F-test. The results of the research indicate that standard operating procedures (SOP) and information technology have a positive and significant impact, while supervision has a positive but insignificant impact on employee performance at PT. In conclusion, the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), information technology, and effective supervision can influence employee performance, with the potential to enhance company productivity

Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the influence of various concentrations of Eco-Enzyme and NPK fertilizer on the growth of Liberika Tungkal Jambi coffee seedlings and to determine the optimal concentrations of Eco-Enzyme and NPK fertilizer for the growth of Liberika Tungkal Jambi coffee seedlings. The study utilized a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 6 treatment levels, as follows: P0 = No Eco-Enzyme (100% Inorganic Fertilizer), P1 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 50 mL. + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, P2 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 100 + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, P3 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 150 mL. + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, P4 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 200 mL. + 50% Inorganic Fertilizer, and P5 = Eco-Enzyme Concentration 250 mL.+ 50% Inorganic Fertilizer. The observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, total leaf area, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, and root shoot ratio.The research findings indicate that the application of Eco-Enzyme and NPK fertilizer had an impact on the growth of 6-month-old Liberika Tungkal Jambi coffee seedlings, particularly in terms of the number of leaves and total leaf area. The concentration of Eco-Enzyme at 50 mL.+ 50% Inorganic Fertilizer yielded the best growth results for the coffee plants

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of washed coarse aggregate and unwashed coarse aggregate on the compressive strength of concrete. In this research, the method used was making concrete test objects in the laboratory of the Indonesian Technocrat University. This research was carried out on 8 cylindrical test objects measuring 15 x 30 cm. Of the 8 test objects made, 4 test objects used washed coarse aggregate and 4 test objects used unwashed coarse aggregate. The tests carried out were concrete compressive strength tests at concrete ages of 7, 14, 21 days. The results of the compressive strength of concrete with washed coarse aggregate, the results of conversion calculations for 28 consecutive days were 244.76 Kg/cm2, 212.19 Kg/cm2, 249.88 Kg/cm2, and 226.99 Kg/cm2. The results of the compressive strength of concrete with aggregate rough unwashed, the results of conversion calculations for 28 consecutive days were 229.64 Kg/cm2, 176.27 Kg/cm2, 179.05 Kg/cm2, and 185.86 Kg/cm2. Based on data from research that has been carried out, it can be seen that concrete that uses washed coarse aggregate material has a stronger compressive strength than concrete that uses unwashed coarse aggregate

Get PDFA dam is a construction structure built to hold back the flow of water from upstream to downstream. Geographically, the Situ Lembang Dam is located in Kertawangi Village, Cisarua District, West Bandung Regency, the Situ Lembang Dam has a length of 350 m. One of the problems with dams is seepage. Seepage is defined as the property of a porous material that allows fluid in the form of water to flow through the pore cavity. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of variations in hydrostatic height on seepage that occurs in the dam body. The material forming the dam body is a type of organic clay. Almost all of the instrumentation equipment at 'Situ Lembang' no longer functions. This research uses laboratory simulations to review seepage patterns and seepage discharge against variations in hydrostatic height. Seepage discharge (Qf) is calculated using 3 methods, namely the Dupuit method, Schaffernak method, and Cassagrande method. The hydrostatic height variations reviewed are H10, H15, and H20

Get PDFThe research aims to investigate the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in ninth-grade students at SMP Budi Murni 2 Medan to assess the improvement in students' learning activeness in the subject of Catholic Religious Education. This study utilizes a qualitative approach and employs three data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data processing technique involves the use of source triangulation analysis and techniques. The targets of this research are ten ninth-grade students from SMP Budi Murni 2 Medan, one PAK (Pendidikan Agama Katolik) teacher, one Deputy Principal, and two peer teachers. The research findings include the following: First, the implementation of the learning model by the teacher in ninth-grade at SMP Budi Murni 2 Medan follows the five steps in the Catholic Religious Education subject at the school. Second, the evidence indicates an improvement in the learning activeness of ninth-grade students when the teacher applies the Problem Based Learning model in the subject of Catholic Religious Education

Get PDFThe largest proportion of health workers in the hospital is nurses which is 50.79%. One of the performance indicators is seen from the provision of nursing care in the hospital, seen from the nursing care documentation for the last 3 years in 2020 by 30%, in 2021 by 40.3% and in 2022 by 50.8%. The purpose of this research was to analyse nurses performance in the aspects of quality, quantity, used of working time, teamwork and incentives. This research used a qualitative research approach method with a case study design. interviews, observation and documentation were conducted on 5 informants to produce accurate and complete data. Data analysis in this research was carried out by triangulation. The results of this research found that nurses' knowledge of SOPs was good. Incomplete documentation of the initial study on medical history was 40% and physical examination was 60%. Nurses’ activity time were still classified as low direct activities by 19.5%, indirect activities by 32.6%, personal activities by 28.9% and non-productive activities by 19.5%. Providing financial incentives in the form of Eid Mubarak THR, while non-financial incentives in the form of awards and praise have not been implemented. Teamwork is less effective due to the lack of pharmacists and nutritionists in collaboration. The performance of nurses in inpatient rooms are less effective because in the implementation of nursing SOPs there are still nurses who are not in accordance with SOPs, incompleteness in filling out the initial nursing review documentation, nursing activity time are still low, financial and non-financial incentives are not implemented and teamwork is less effective due to the lack of involvement between pharmacists and nutrition professionals in collaboration

This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in the Simpang IV Sipin Community Health Center working area, Jambi City from 14 to 20 December 2022.
