Get PDFThis study aims to determine the feasibility level and teacher response test and student response test of project-based learning worksheets on food preservatives material developed based on the results of expert judgment and student responses based on the results of field trials. The form of this research is research and development (Research & Development) which adopts the ADDIE development model. The subject of this research is a project-based learning worksheet that was tested on 30 students of SMPN 2 Maya Island. The data collection instruments used were feasibility questionnaire, learner response questionnaire and teacher response questionnaire. The results of data processing show that the student worksheets developed are feasible to use in learning in terms of the percentage of material feasibility, language, and graphics, namely 97.2%; 94.02%; and 94.4%, respectively. The results of the percentage of learner response questionnaires on material aspects, language aspects and graphical aspects. Based on the three aspects of learner response, the percentage of feasibility of project-based learning worksheets on food preservatives is 89.9% which is included in the very high category. The results of the calculation of the percentage of teacher response questionnaires from 3 integrated science subject teachers amounted to 94.98% which is included in the very high category

The type of data collected is secondary data sourced from Jambi in the Jambi Province Central Statistics Agency (CSA) figures in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the agricultural sector of Jambi Province. The research results show that the area of rice harvested land has a significant and positive effect, while agricultural sector labor does not have a significant and negative effect on rice production during the 2010-2022 period

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the shape and closeness of the relationship between slaughter weight and carcass weight with yield grade and rib eye muscle area in kacang goats. The material used in the research was 30 male kacang goats at the Mat Beken livestock business with 15 age groups I2 (2 -2,5years), and 15 I3 (3 -3,5 years). The tools used are knives, machetes, ropes, "WeiHeng" hanging scales with a capacity of 50 kg with an accuracy of 0.01 kg, digital cake scales with a capacity of 10 kg with an accuracy of 0.001 kg, transparent plastic, grid paper, number label paper, latex gloves. , calipers with an accuracy of 0.01 mm and writing tools. The variables observed were slaughter weight, carcass weight, rib eye muscle area, fat depok percentage, back fat thickness. Data analysis was carried out using correlation and regression analysis. To determine the form of relationship between slaughter weight and carcass weight (Independent Variables) with yield grade and rib eye muscle area (Dependent Variables) in kacang goats. Multiple linear regression was used, while to determine the relationship between slaughter weight and carcass weight with yield grade and rib eye muscle area, simple linear regression was used. To determine the accuracy of the regression formula in estimating yield grade and rib eye muscle area, the deviation percentage is used. The results of a simple correlation analysis showed that there was a very significant relationship (P<0.01) between slaughter weight and yield grade and rib eye muscle area for I2-aged Kacang goats, while the age of I3-aged Kacang goats for slaughter weight and yield grade had a correlation. significant (P<0.05), there was a very significant relationship between carcass weight and yield grade and rib eye muscle area for I2 and I3 goat ages (P<0.01). The results of multiple analysis showed that slaughter weight and carcass weight with yield grade and rib muscle area for I2 and I3 age goats had a very significant relationship (P<0.01). Based on the results and discussion it could be concluded that slaughter weight and carcass weight can be used as an estimate of yield grade and rib muscle area of kacang goats

Get PDFThis study aims to prove the influence of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and financial intelligence on the understanding of accounting students at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. the theory of planned behavior is used to test the relationship between each variable, namely the independent and dependent variables. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The number of respondents used in this study were 155 respondents who were taken using the purposive sampling technique for accounting students at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The test used in the study is the validity test, the reliability test is used for the feasibility questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and financial intelligence have a positive and significant effect on understanding accounting. This research contributes to providing a reference for increasing students' understanding of accounting through the levels of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and financial intelligence

In addition, infrastructure also plays an important role in economic growth. To be able to realize this, the performance of employees has an important role. One component of improving employee performance in both government and private institutions is competence. So that it is necessary to develop human resources in order to improve employee performance, one of which is the PUPR Office in Cimahi City. This study aims to find out the effect of competence on performance in the PUPR Office of Cimahi City. In this study, the explanatory research method was used with a sample of 43 people. The analysis technique used is statistical analysis by means of regression, determination, correlation and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the competency variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a determination value of 85.7%. The significance of the hypothesis test is 0.000 <0.05.

Get PDFThe Hospital Information System (SIMRS) is a system that integrates the collection, processing, reporting and use of data information needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services through better management at various levels of health services. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the hospital management information system (SIMRS) at Mitra Sejati General Hospital with the Human Organization Technology (HOT) Fit Model method. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with the Hot-Fit model method. The results of this study are that when viewed in terms of the human aspect, it is still not optimal, there are still many obstacles that occur in the field including the absence of an RME obligation, The organizational aspect is good, the hospital management has conducted training and is always holding retraining. The technological aspect is satisfactory enough for HR. Another obstacle that often occurs is related to the discipline of human resources for data input that is not in real time, SIMRS which is applied at Mitra Sejati General Hospital still has application deficiencies, the hospital management does not provide support in the form of repairs or strengthening the hospital network. Suggestions for hospitals need to develop medical records, HR discipline, develop existing SIMRS and improve network constraints

Get PDFThe Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) aims to accelerate the process of registering land parcels throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. This is also applied by Dr. Kelurahan. Soetomo City of Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of the PTSL policy in Dr. Soetomo City of Surabaya, taking into account the theory of public policy implementation according to George C. Edward III, there are 4 (four) indicators, namely communication, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structure. This research method is to apply a type of qualitative approach. Data comes from both primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and data trackingonline. Data analysis was carried out using reduction, triangulation, and concluding as well as verification methods. The results of the study show that communication in the PTSL program has not been realized properly, as a result of the socialization delivery that has not been maximized. The resources in the PTSL program have been maximally realized, starting from people, budget, as well as facilities and infrastructure. Disposition has also been maximized, with good employee attitudes. The bureaucratic structure is good with a neat flow, but it is not strong enough because some employees are not placed according to their expertise. Implementation of PTSL policy in Kelurahan Dr. Soetomo City of Surabaya has thus been implemented well, but not optimally. due to communication factors and bureaucratic structures that are not running according to goals and plans

Family planning is an effort made by humans to intentionally regulate pregnancy in the family not against the law and Pancasila morals for family welfare. Through the family planning program there will be control over population growth so as to increase the level of health and welfare for families.This study aims to determine the effect of counseling using Balanced Family Planning Counseling Strategies (SKB KB) on the mother's behavior (knowledge, attitude and motivation of the mother) in choosing contraception.The type and research design used in this study was a pre-experimental study with a non-equivalent pretest and posttest one group design. The population in this study were all women of childbearing age aged 15-49 years at the Kuala Keritang Assistant Health Center. The sample size in this study used the Lameshow formula as many as 42 respondents at the Kuala Keritang Assistant Health Center, the sampling technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and data processing using the SPSS program. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate analysis using the paired t test statistical test. The results showed that there was an effect of counseling using Balanced Family Planning Counseling Strategy (SKB KB) on mother's knowledge (p = 0.000), mother's attitude (p = 0.000), and mother's motivation (p = 0.000) in choosing contraception
