Get PDFLiver cirrhosis is a pathological condition of the liver that defines the end stage of hepatic fibrosis. Liver cell damage will lead to disruption of the liver structure and increased vascularization, causing enlargement of blood vessels in the gastric and esophageal areas. Liver cirrhosis is often caused by history of infection with hepatitis B virus or hepatitis C virus. Other causes include a family history of liver disease, excessive alcohol consumption, and a history of autoimmune disease. Providing a liver diet as one of the standardized Nutrition Care Process (NCP) for this disease aims to achieve and maintain optimal nutritional status without burdening liver function. The purpose of the case study is to find out the process of standardized nutritional care process for patients with autoimmune and liver cirrhosis through providing a liver diet. The case study was conducted in September 2023 at patients in Hospital X Surabaya. After monitoring and evaluation, the patient’s energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrates intake domains increased even though they had not yet reached the fulfillment target (<80%), the patient’s biochemistry domain was not received because the monitoring time was short, the patient’s physical/clinical condition continued to improve until the third day. The progress of the patient’s recovery over three days always increases. Starting with the stabilized appetite, the food intake received by patient increases so the patient’s physical and clinical condition continues to improve
Potensi Batang Pisang sebagai Media Filter pada Pengolahan Air Limbah Laundry
Get PDFBanana stems have the potential to be used as filter media in the laundry wastewater treatment process. Laundry wastewater will contain hazardous substances that have the potential to pollute the environment if it is not treated adequately before disposal. Considering the fact that banana stems have a high hygroscopic capacity and cellulose content which is capable of absorbing inorganic chemicals, the use of banana stems as a filter media is considered a realistic option. The research method used is the filtration reactor method, and there are differences in the amount of time invested and the thickness of the banana stem, which can range from 20 to 40 centimeters. There were differences in the decrease in the parameter values of pH, COD, TSS, phosphate, and MBAS with variations in the thickness of the banana stem media. The largest decrease in pH observed occurred at a media thickness of 40 centimeters. Based on the research results, it was found that there was variation in the extent to which parameters were reduced overall. A one-day soak is the most effective way to reduce the severity of these properties. In addition, research findings show that banana stems are not effective enough in processing laundry wastewater
Penerapan Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk Meningkatkan Berpikir Kreatif dan Prestasi Belajar
Get PDFThe aim of this research aims to describe the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve creative thinking and learning achievement. The research design used action research and continued with quasi experiments. The action cycle is carried out in 3 cycles. Quasi experiments use one experimental class and one control class. The subjects of this research were 27 class A students in the even semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling, then class C was selected, totaling 28 people as the experimental class, while class B was 27 people as the control class. Data collection uses observation sheets and tests. Data analysis uses observational analysis of the application of learning models, analysis of creative thinking and learning achievement using the t test. The results of this research show that the application of the project based learning (PjBL) model can improve creative thinking, increase achievement and effectively improve learning achievement in media and learning resource development courses

Get PDFSexual violence is a serious threat that often makes children victims, especially young children. Children are included in a vulnerable group, so children must receive special protection for their physical and mental needs. One of them is protection from the threat of sexual violence. Based on the data obtained, the number of incidents of sexual violence against children in Indonesia continues to increase, even though various efforts have been made by the government. One effort that can be made by parents and educators is by providing sex education. The aim of the research is to analyze and examine journals related to the influence of sex education on sexual violence in early childhood. This research is a quantitative research with a literature review method using the Google Scholar and PubMed databases, study year 2018-2022 using JBI critical appraisal with a Quasi- experimental study based on PRISMA and the number of articles accepted was (n=8). The results of the research show that various sexual education methods such as modified engklek games, picture stories, audio visuals, picture books, songs, snakes and ladders media, busy books, and role play methods can influence and increase children's knowledge of preventing sexual violence

Get PDFThis research aims to develop subject specific pedagogy as an effort to strengthen the profile of Pancasila Students in Elementary School Phase C mathematics subjects and to determine the feasibility of subject specific pedagogy as an effort to strengthen the profile of Pancasila Students in Elementary School Phase C mathematics subjects. This research is a type of development research which is research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The research was carried out at SDN 55/I Sridadi, Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency with the target subjects being teachers and students. This data can be obtained through the results of validation questionnaires which are assessed by validators, namely experts, media, material experts and language experts. The results of the research show that the development of subject specific pedagogy as an effort to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in Phase C elementary school mathematics subjects as a whole is suitable for use in the learning process in elementary schools
The Impact of Macroeconomic Indicators and Bank Spesific Factors on Comercial Bank NPLs in the Province of South Sumatera
Get PDFNon-Perfoming Loan or non-performing loan is a ratio that can affect the stability of the banking financial system if NPLs are not managed properly, it will cause chaotic financial conditions and will cause economic problems.The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of macroeconomic indicators and bank-spesific factors on the Non Perfoming Loan ratio of commercial banks in Lampung Province. The study made use of time series data from 2010QI – 2022QIV. The type of data used is secondary data obtain from the Central Bureua of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The independent variabeles are macroeconomic indicators such inflation, exchange rate, BI rate, as well as bank-spesific factors such as LDR, with Non-Perfoming Loan serving as the dependent variable. This study employs multiple liniear analysis methods as well as traditional assumptions. The findings revealed that macroeconomic variables and bank specific indikators both affect NPL, with LDR having a partially negative effect on NPL. The exchage rate has a positive effect non-perfoming loans, while inflation and the BI rate have no effect.Â

Get PDFThe aims of the study were to determine: (1) the effect of labor on economic growth in Jambi Province; (2) the effect of investment on economic growth in Jambi Province, and (3)tThe effect of labor and investment on economic growth in Jambi Province. The type of data used in this study is published secondary data, namely in the form of time series for 14 years in Jambi Province from 2010-2023. The source of the data obtained is from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Jambi Province. This study uses multiple linier regression analysis. Data analysis prerequisite test used normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used is the coefficient of determination R square, the F test and the t test. The results of this study indicate that partially: (1) labor has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Jambi Province; (2) investment has a significant positive effect on economic growth in Jambi Province; and (3) simultaneously labor and investment have a significant effect on economic growth in Jambi Province

This research uses literature review techniques with a descriptive qualitative approach. Search for literature using the Google search engine and Google Scholar with the keywords "marketing communications", "brand image awareness", "factors influencing brand image awareness", "brand image and marketing communications". The literature sought is journals, books, conference proceedings, and so on to be analyzed critically and explain what is found in each piece of literature. The research results show that the factor that influences brand image is implementing marketing communication strategies. A marketing communications strategy can create marketing information that provides value according to a comprehensive company plan. The factors that influence a good marketing strategy are marketing communication, where marketing communication is not only about promotion, but there are important elements or communication mix, namely advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations and direct marketing. These five elements can influence the brand image of a company so that the company can increase sales of a product

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the influence of trust and performance appraisal justice variables on employee commitment which is mediated by job satisfaction among health workers in West Jakarta. The data collection method used in this research was a survey using a questionnaire distributed via a Google form link as a data collection tool, and the sample used was 140 people. Data processing methods include test instruments such as validity and reliability tests using SPSS. The results of this research conclude that the job satisfaction variable is able to mediate the influence of the trust variable and the performance appraisal justice variable on employee commitment among health workers in West Jakarta
