Get PDFThe title of this research is "The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Performance of the Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) of the 2024 Elections in Batang Hari District." This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) of the 2024 Elections in Batang Hari District. To achieve this research objective, simple linear regression analysis is used as the analytical tool. This is done because this research only applies one independent variable, namely organizational culture. Additionally, t-test and coefficient of determination are also utilized in this study. In the t-test analysis, the organizational culture variable influences the performance of the Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) of the 2024 Elections in Batang Hari District individually (partially). In the Coefficient of Determination test, organizational culture influences the performance of the District Election Committee (PPK) of the 2024 Elections in Batang Hari District by 76.96%. Meanwhile, 23.1% of the influence on the performance of the Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) of the 2024 Elections in Batang Hari District is affected by other variables not examined in this stud

Get PDFThe prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy is around 95% due to iron deficiency (iron deficiency anemia). Anemia is the second main cause of maternal death, accounting for around 12.8% of maternal deaths due to postpartum hemorrhage. One way to overcome anemia in pregnancy is to consume dragon fruit regularly, in addition to consuming Fe tablets that have been given by midwives or health workers. Giving dragon fruit juice is effective in increasing Hb levels in pregnant women. The research design used in this study was a pre-test and post-test with control group design in the Kota Baru Health Center Working Area, Indragiri Hilir Regency. A population of 230 pregnant women with a sampling technique using simple random sampling obtained 32 respondents (16 intervention groups and 16 control groups). Data analysis used the independent t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of giving dragon fruit juice on changes in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the Kota Baru Health Center Working Area, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Dragon fruit can be used as a supplement to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women to treat anemia

No full textPlastic waste is most commonly found around us and is a source of pollution in the environment, both on land and in water. paving is formed into a rectangle with a press made manually. This paving can be used as a path in the plantation or at home because it is made from recycled waste that pollutes the environment. Methods used Experimental method. The optimum compressive strength value is obtained in sample 2 of LDPE plastic type and decreases in sample 1 of PET type The decrease in compressive strength value occurs because PET plastic type dries quickly. The optimum compressive strength value in LDPE plastic type of 3.341 MPa can also be caused because it is easy to fuse when heated and dries long so that it can be molded easily. The compressive strength value in the 33% variation decreased because the plastic shreds overlapped with other plastic shreds, reducing its compressive strength. The type of waste plastic pet compressive strength produced is smaller than other types and dries easily so it is difficult to mold, the average weight of 1.089 gr / cm3 is heavier than other types of plastic, for specific gravity in water heavier mixed variation 33% with an average of 0.266 gr / cm3 and for the smallest weight type HDPE with an average of 0, 181 gr/cm3, For all types of testing does not meet the minimum requirements of SNI 03-0691-1996 as a paving block with quality D with the required average compressive strength of 10 Mpa and a minimum compressive strength of 8.5 Mpa, in this test the highest compressive strength is in the type of LDPE sample 2 of 3.341 Mpa and for the lowest in the type of PET sample 1 of 0.248 Mpa

The techniques used in collecting data were questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire used in this research was 36 questions consisting of 10 questions regarding employee performance, 10 questions about leadership style, 8 questions about job satisfaction and 8 questions about organizational commitment. Interviews are used as supporting data in this research, especially regarding employee conditions and comfort. The results of the research reveal that simultaneously and partially there is a significant and positive influence between the variables of leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at the MPM Motor Kupang Honda Dealer

However, in the midst of the development of MSMEs, Covid-19 emerged which hampered the development of all sectors, including MSMEs. In this regard, the aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of MSME development strategies after the Covid-19 pandemic, where in this research samples were taken from CV. Our Food Creations. The research method used is qualitative type with descriptive analysis. The approach used is a case study approach. Then, data collection techniques for primary data are through observation, interviews and documentation carried out directly, while for secondary data through the MSME website. The data testing process uses the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategic) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategic) analysis methods which are combined or matched with the creation of SWOT diagrams and tables. The results obtained are that there are 18 alternative growth-oriented development strategies, so that CV. Get PDFThe circulation of narcotics has become an exceedingly complex and worrisome issue in the context of immigration-related crimes in Indonesia. This article presents a criminological analysis of the role of narcotics in immigration-related crimes with the aim of understanding their impact on national security and sovereignty. The literature analysis method was employed to gather and evaluate data related to this issue. The results reveal that the circulation of narcotics in immigration areas has serious repercussions on social stability and can be exploited by international networks for the purpose of drug trafficking. Tight monitoring at immigration checkpoints, rigorous law enforcement, and collaboration among agencies and internationally are pivotal in addressing this narcotics circulation. This article provides profound insights into the role of narcotics in immigration-related crimes and underscores the importance of collective efforts in combating this threat

No full textIndonesia is one of the countries with the highest number of K-Pop fans in the world with the most fans from young women. K-Pop idol devotees can feel that their idol is attached to them to form a parasocial relationship. Parasocial relationship is a one-way and pseudo relationship that is formed between a character or celebrity and the audience or fans. This study aims to obtain an overview of the parasocial relationships of early adult female K-Pop idol worshipers in Indonesia and the influence on their developmental tasks. Participants in this study were six young adult women who had parasocial relationships with one or more K-Pop idols. This study used a qualitative approach, with the data collection process through semi-structured interviews and using thematic analysis methods to process the data. The results of the study showed that all participants had a parasocial relationship with idol figures. The parasocial relationships that are formed have an impact on their developmental tasks, namely social relations, their perspectives towards problems and coping strategy. Even so, all participants can understand reasonable limits as well as the positive and negative impacts that are felt so they don't overdo it
Dampak Penggunaan dan Pengolahan Tanah dalam Usahatani Sayuran Terhadap Infiltrasi Tanah Andisol di Kabupaten Kerinci
Get PDFAndisol is a volcanic soil with a medium texture and a high organic matter content, so it is generally loose. However, the majority of vegetable farmers in Kayu Aro Barat District, Kerinci Regency carry out intensive soil cultivation in intensive land use (planting throughout the year, 2-3 times/year). Unfortunately, the role of tillage in soil and water conservation (SWC) is almost non-existent and even detrimental. One approach in SWC is the application of conservation tillage to control soil compaction so that soil infiltration is maintained. The research aims to determine the rate and capacity of Andisol soil infiltration and several factors that influence it, due to differences in the intensity of land use and cultivation in vegetable farming in Kebun Baru Village, Kayu Aro Barat District. The research used an exploratory-descriptive survey method. Observation and soil sampling points were determined using purposive stratified random sampling covering flat to sloping land, intensive land use and cultivation (planting 2-3 times/year + land cultivation 2 times/year), semi-intensive (planting 1-2 times/year + land cultivation once/year), and non-intensive (planting 1-2 times /year + land cultivation once/2 years), each land is planted with potatoes every year with various planting patterns. Soil infiltration rate was measured using a Double Ring Infiltrometer, and infiltration capacity was estimated using the Horton Equation. Soil infiltration rate and capacity are respectively 26.5 cm/hour (very fast) and 8.12 cm/hour (as is the infiltration capacity of loam-textured soil in general) on flat land with intensive land use and cultivation; much larger than other fields. On the other hand, the infiltration rate and capacity were 6.68 cm/hour (medium) and 2.27 cm/hour respectively (smaller than the infiltration capacity of silty loam soil in general), and the smallest, on sloping land that was used and cultivated not intensively. It is necessary to educate farmers to cultivate the land as necessary according to the characteristics of the soil and plant needs, to maintain the sustainability of soil function and building sustainable vegetable farming in West Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency
