Pengaruh Penyuluhan Vulva Hygiene Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Perilaku Pencegahan Keputihan Patologi pada Remaja Putridi MTs Nurul Huda Tahun 2022
Get PDFAccording to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2018, around 75% of women in the world will experience vaginal discharge at least once in their lifetime and as many as 45% will experience it twice or more, while 25% of women in Europe experience vaginal discharge. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a one group pre test post test design design. The population in this study were 34 young women. The sampling technique used total sampling, where the research was conducted by filling out a questionnaire, analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study showed that of the 34 respondents, the majority of respondents had poor knowledge before being given vulva hygiene counseling, namely 17 respondents (50%), the majority had good knowledge after being given vulva hygiene counseling, namely 20 respondents (58.8%), the majority respondents had poor behavior before being given vulva hygiene counseling, namely as many as 21 respondents (61.8%), the majority had good behavior after being given vulva hygiene counseling, namely as many as 21 respondents (61.8%) and there was an influence between vulva hygiene counseling on knowledge and behavior prevention of pathological leucorrhoea in young women at MTs Nurul Hud

Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic brought multi-sector changes in Indonesia not only in the fields of education and the economy, but also affected the democratic system in Indonesia in the implementation of the simultaneous Pilkada which was planned to be held in September 2020 postponed for up to 3 months. By continuing to carry out the Pilkada it was proven that the organizer, namely the KPU, issued regulations regarding campaigns during the Covid-19 pandemic so as not to trigger new clusters, which in the end made the candidates, including Idris-Imam, consider his marketing strategy so that he could win the contest that took place in Depok City. The aim of this paper is to describe the marketing strategy for the 2020 Depok Mayor and Deputy Mayor elections, this is interesting to review because of its implementation in the Covid-19 era. This study used a qualitative method whose analysis used descriptive data whose data were obtained from informants from the Idris-Imam winning team, members of the social media division and members of the winning team, while also using a number of articles or documents related to this paper. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used by Idris-Imam follows the marketing concept of Nursal (2004): 1) Push Marketing, in marketing Idris-Imam interacts directly with the public from door to door by applying applicable rules, 2) Pull Marketing, the covid-19 pandemic is not an obstacle for Idris-Imam optimizes many social media platforms to disseminate its activities to gain public attention, 3) Pass Marketing, in marketing cooperates with religious figures and influencers to gain support to strengthen Idris-Imam reputation in public

Get PDFThe problem of stunting is one of the determinants of the quality of human resources because it has a fatal impact on increasing infant and child mortality rates. Stunting causes sufferers to get sick easily and have a body posture that is not optimal as an adult. Indirectly this is caused by a lack of knowledge of nutrition. Efforts to increase knowledge can be made by implementing a local food-based nutritional care program which is carried out by providing intensive counseling, accompanied by recommendations for local food menus and demonstrations of local food menus so that it can increase maternal nutritional knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine changes in mother's nutritional knowledge before being given local food-based nutritional care. This type of research is a pre-experimental one group pre-test-post test design. The population was 30 toddlers aged 0-23 months who experienced stunting during the July period in the East Kabaena Islands and a sample of 27 people. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Knowledge data obtained using a questionnaire. The results of this research showed that from 27 samples the average knowledge score about nutrition was 5.2 and after implementing nutritional care the score was 10.2. The conclusion of this study is that local food-based nutrition care can improve maternal nutrition cognitive (knowledge)

Get PDFThe aims of this study are to gather empirical evidence on the impact of financial information on investment decisions involving abnormal share returns, as well as evidence of the occurrence of abnormal share returns during financial information publication, and to distinguish between abnormal share returns occurring before and after the publication of the financial information by the company. As a sample for this study, there will be 63 companies included in the Compass 100 Index by 2023. A Wilcoxon rating test, a sample t test, and simple regression are used to test three research hypotheses. The findings of this study suggest that investment decisions are not affected by the level of disclosure of corporate financial information. However, this study also shows abnormal stocks. This study shows that abnormal stock returns before and after the publication of financial information by the company are different

Alphabetical filing, chronological system, and numerical filing methods are employed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of letter management. Evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) indicates that the system meets standards with a score of 78.9, falling into the "Acceptable" category, with a grade of "A-" and an "Excellent" rating. This research was conducted at a Honda dealer at the Muara Bulian National Housing community who bought the BEAT motorcycle in 2022. In Research, researchers took a sample of 66 people. Population in research entire society who bought a Motor Beat in 2022. The results of this research showed that the Muara Bulian National Housing Society stated good of the quality of the Motor Beat product. Society considered that the price of the Motor Beat Beingwas in the affordable category, and society considered that purchasing decision a Beat motorbike was appropriate, and product quality and price influenced the decision to purchase a Beat motorbike by 77.0
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Keterampilan Lokal dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif dan Pariwisata di Kampung Pelangi Semarang
Get PDFThis study aimed to explore the role of local skills in community empowerment in Kampung Pelangi Semarang, a tourist destination that has developed a community-based creative economy. The findings revealed that local skills such as handicrafts, painting, traditional performing arts, and culinary arts play a central role in economically empowering the community and promoting local cultural identity. Effective empowerment strategies included skills training, business assistance, and the formation of creative business groups that facilitated collaboration and product marketing. However, key challenges faced were limited access to capital, limited marketing reach, competition with mass products, and a lack of appreciation for the uniqueness of local skill products. To overcome these challenges, this study recommends strong synergy and collaboration among the community, government, academics, and the private sector. The government plays a role in providing access to capital, training, and business assistance. The private sector can be involved in expanding market opportunities. Academics can provide assistance and further studies. Additionally, local leadership and efforts to promote appreciation for local skills are crucial. To ensure sustainability, economic, social, and environmental aspects need to be considered in developing local skills. Product diversification, value addition, equal participation, and environmentally friendly production practices need to be adopted. The limitation of this study is its focus on a single case study in Kampung Pelangi Semarang, thus limiting the generalization of findings. Additionally, this study did not explore the environmental impact of creative economy and tourism activities in depth

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the factors that influence traders' income when selling shrimp at Parit 1 Kuala Tungkal Market. This research uses a qualitative approach. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Secondary data was obtained from data contained in Pasar Parit 1 Kuala Tungkal. Data analysis in this research uses the SWOT analysis method. The results of the research show that the internal and external factors from the resulting SWOT analysis show that shrimp sales show quadrant I, which means that the shrimp business in the Kuala Tungkal 1 trench market is very strong and has the opportunity to get maximum income, in other words the shrimp business can build the trader's economy in the long term . long. The dominant factor that influences traders' income in selling shrimp at Parit 1 Kuala Tungkal Market is a lot of capital to start a business with working hours for trading activities of 13 hours, two in the morning and in the afternoon. Apart from that, the longer it takes to run a business, the longer the business is run, the more regular customers there will be and lastly, the business location is strategic and easy to reach by both pedestrians and two-wheeled vehicles
Implementation of Guidance and Supervision Functions for Land Deed Officials at the Tangerang District Land Office
Get PDFIn the Tangerang Regency area, the task of fostering and supervising the Land Deed Official is carried out by the Tangerang Regency Land Office with the hope that the implementation of the Land Deed Official's professional duties can be achieved optimally and minimize violations of the law in carrying out their duties. For this reason, it is necessary to know the extent to which the implementation of the guidance and supervision function of the Land Deed Officials in Tangerang Regency is carried out. This research was using normative juridical research, library law research supported by interviews, with the nature of analytical descriptive research which is expected to obtain a systematic and detailed description of the problems to be studied, then it can be concluded in this study that the guidance and supervision of Land Deed Officials in Tangerang Regency has not been implemented properly and optimally. This is due to the factor that the area in Tangerang Regency is very large and has more than 400 Land Deed Officials which is not comparable to the guidance and supervision resources owned by the Tangerang Regency Land Office personnel. Another factor that becomes an obstacle is the rules that tend to be weak, do not provide strict sanctions, such as the existence of a Land Deed Official who does not submit reports on the making of his deed on a regular basis. Suggestions and recommendations for this research are in the form of perfecting rules and provisions for stricter sanctions as well as scheduling systematic guidance and supervision by the Tangerang District Land Office
