Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of waste management policies at the Cimahi City Environment Agency (DLH) using a qualitative method with a descriptive nature. Data was collected by observation, documentation and interview techniques. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) the implementation of waste management policies in Cimahi DLH City has been carried out properly in accordance with Cimahi City Regional Regulation No. 6/2019. However, not all of it can be carried out effectively because not all waste at the TPS can be transported to the TPA every day, this is due to weather factors, infrastructure and inadequate infrastructure. (2) The lack of human resources at DLH Cimahi City is due to the limited recruitment of employees according to staffing regulations. To overcome this, employee training is carried out; (3) Implementation of waste management policies carried out by DLH Cimahi City, namely the Maggotization program, namely the decomposition of organic waste by utilizing maggot larvae and several ways of managing waste, namely through the Cimahi People's Movement to Sort Waste (Gerak Ompipah) and also Together Reducing Waste (Barengas) ; (4) The strategy for disseminating information on the application of waste management policies in Cimahi City is carried out through education and outreach from DLH Cimahi directly to the public
Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dalam Pembuatan E-KTP di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan
Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the quality of public services in making E-KTP at the South Cimahi District Office. The method in this study uses a type of quantitative approach method. This study uses informants, namely the public who are given services and employees who provide services. The results of this study concluded that public implementation in the South Cimahi sub-district had inhibiting factors, namely the lack of infrastructure and human resources. There is an empathy dimension with indicators of friendly manners, respect for what has been implemented, non-discrimination and prioritizing the interests of service users, but there are indicators regarding the unfriendliness of service employees who have not realized what the community expects in serving the community. The assurance dimension with indicators of certainty and timely guarantees has been realized what the community wants. This is proven by the absence of public complaints regarding indicators on the assurance dimension. The responsiveness dimension with indicators that are timely, precise, fast, responds to complaints and is thorough has been implemented. This is evidenced by the absence of complaints from the public about indicators on the responsiveness dimension. The reliability dimension has indicators of expertise, clear service standards, accuracy and ability that have been implemented, but the indicators of employee expertise in using assistive devices for services have not gone according to the expectations of service users. The tangible dimension has been implemented with indicators of the use of convenience aids, appearance and convenience, but there are indicators that have not been fully implemented regarding the convenience of service places

Get PDFOnline review factors have a crucial role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. Online Customer Reviews are reviews that have been recorded by the e-commerce feature as opinions or comments felt by e-commerce buyers. These factors can influence Purchase Decisions. Positive online reviews can have an impact on other buyers as references who can then decide to purchase the desired product. This research method uses quantitative research involving a sample of 96 respondents using questionnaires. Then, the data obtained will be analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that Online Customer Review is able to influence Purchase Decisions by getting a determination of influence contribution of 36.5%

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, liquidity, and profitability on company value with dividend policy as an intervening variable in primary consumer goods companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This study used quantitative methods. The samples used were a number of 25 companies with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test with SPSS 25 program and sobel test. Investment Decision Variables are calculated by Market to Book Value of Assets (MBVA), Liquidity is calculated by Current Ratio (CR), Profitability is calculated by Return On Asset (ROA), Company Value is calculated by Price Book Value (PBV), while Dividend Policy is calculated by Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR). The results showed that investment decisions have a positive and significant influence on dividend policy, liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy, profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on company value, liquidity has a negative and significant influence on the value of the company, profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the company, dividend policy is unable to mediate the influence between investment decisions on company value, dividend policy is unable to mediate the effect between liquidity on company value, and dividend policy is unable to mediate the effect between profitability on company value

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorse and information quality on purchase decision mediated by customer trust among tiktok shop users in Siulak Mukai. The sample of this research was 260 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using SEM Amos 22. The results of the research show that there is a significant direct influence between celebrity Endorse and information quality on customer trust and purchase decision among tiktok shop users. There is a partial influence of the mediating impact of customer trust between celebrity endorse and information quality on purchase decision on tiktok shop users. This shows that customer trust can be built through good celebrity endorsers and quality information so that customers use online platforms to find their needs and desires and do not switch to other competitors

Get PDFThis research aims to find out the trend of scientific publications on the topic of mental hospital service quality over the last three decades, including the description of the network structure of previous researchers and their institutions. The approach method used in this research is the bibliometric analysis method. Bibliometric analysis methods are used to provide an overview of the progress and development of knowledge in studying certain research topics. In carrying out bibliometric analysis, this research uses data from journals or articles indexed by Scopus and visualizes it using the VOSviewer application version 1.6.20. Data collection in this study used keywords by entering the query: ((TITLE-ABS-KEY("psychiatric hospital") AND TITLE-ABS-KEY("service") AND TITLE-ABS-KEY(quality))). A search yielded 681 documents discussing the topic of mental hospital service quality from 1973 to 2023. The most dominant subject area was the theme "medicine" with 555 articles. As a result of the research, the most publications on the topic of mental hospital service quality in 2020 were 38 articles. The country that has published the most on this topic is the United States with 155 articles, while the researcher with the greatest productivity is Dr Hermann Spießl Bezirksklinikum Regensburg, a researcher from Germany who has published 9 scientific articles. The development of publications was analyzed based on keywords (co-words). The results were that there were 8 clusters formed from the network visualization results
Gambaran Perilaku Caring Perawat pada Pasien Pre Operasi di Ruang Rawat Inap Bedah Rumah Sakit Palembang
Get PDFAnxiety is a response given by an individual to a threat. The situation of a person who is waiting for an operation schedule shows an event that is full of uncertainty, it can cause fear and anxiety, it is necessary for nurses to apply caring behavior which is the focus of nursing practice. This study aims to determine the description of nurses' caring behavior for pre-operative patients in the surgical inpatient room at a hospital in Palembang. The research design used in this research is descriptive. The data collection technique was purposive sampling with a total of 79 respondents. From the research results, it was found that more nurses had positive caring behavior, namely 70 respondents stated that nurses' caring behavior was positive with a percentage of 88.6% and 9 respondents stated that nurses' caring behavior was negative with a percentage of 11.4%. The conclusion is that more nurses have positive caring behavior for preoperative patients in the Palembang Hospital Surgical Inpatient Room

School climate and commitment are considered important for improving teacher performance. The quality of teacher performance influences the quality of educational outcomes. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach technique. The sample was 60 teachers, the sampling technique used was total sampling, and the entire group of teachers was used as the population. Descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests are data analysis techniques used in this research. The results of this research show that school climate and commitment can improve teacher performance, so this research focuses on how teachers can improve their performance through school climate and commitment. Meanwhile, job satisfaction as a mediator variable has no influence on the commitment variable on teacher performance
Pengaruh Sosial Ekonomi terhadap Perilaku Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Muara Bulian
Get PDFMuara Bulian District is a sub-district in Batang Hari Regency which has the largest population, namely 71.589 people. Based on data from the Batang Hari Regency Environmental Service, waste production in 2022 in Batang Hari Regency will reach an average of 132 tons per day, of which 63,25% of the waste produced will come from household waste. Socioeconomics is thought to be a factor that influences household waste management behavior. The research location was carried out in Muara Bulian sub-district. Primary data was obtained using a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS with logistic regression testing. Based on the results of research and data processing using logistic regression, it was found that the gender and knowledge variables had a significant influence on household waste management behavior. Meanwhile, the variables age, education, employment and income do not have a significant influence on household waste management behavior
