    Analisis Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar Mahasiswa Kependidikan dan Nonkependidikan Peserta Program Kampus Mengajar

    This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the Teaching Campus Program with a focus on the basic teaching skills possessed by education and non-education students in Jambi City. The research subjects consisted of 4 students from education and non-education study fields who are students of the Teaching Campus Program in Jambi City placed in junior high schools. The analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and finally conclusion drawing. Furthermore, triangulation was used to test the validity of the research data. The results of the study indicate that in the implementation of the Teaching Campus Program, especially teaching practice, students require basic teaching skills. Then, it was found that there were differences in abilities between education and non-education students which occurred due to the lack of training in basic teaching skills and knowledge related to pedagogical learning and microteaching. Furthermore, obstacles experienced by education students during the program were the lack of school infrastructure that hindered students in developing learning variations, different obstacles experienced by non-education students who had obstacles in teaching practice and conversion

    The purpose of this research is to describe how H. M Taufan Pawe uses B. J. Habibie as a symbol of his leadership and uses it to build his image. This research uses qualitative research methods with data analysis from literature related to this research. The results of this research reveal that the use of the B. J. Habibie symbol is manifested in physical development in the form of monuments and buildings that touch the community directly. The use of the name B. J. Habibie is intended to build the image of H. M. Taufan Pawe by utilizing government media and establishing relationships with external media as a means of channeling information to the public

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui target dan kebutuhan belajar siswa kelas sebelas dari Jurusan Teknik Program dan Penyiaran Televisi, 2) untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris yang sesuai untuk siswa kelas sebelas dari Jurusan Teknik Program dan Penyiaran Televisi berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Ini adalah studi Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D). Siswa kelas sebelas dari Jurusan Program TV dan Teknik Penyiaran SMK Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi menjadi subjek penelitian. Data untuk evaluasi materi dan analisis kebutuhan dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Guru bahasa Inggris diwawancarai menggunakan panduan wawancara untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan pada data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari evaluasi materi dan analisis kebutuhan. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan pada data kualitatif dari wawancara. Kebutuhan target mencakup tujuan pembelajaran, kebutuhan, keinginan, dan kekurangan siswa. Posisi guru, proses pembelajaran, masukan pembelajaran, dan lingkungan semuanya merupakan bagian dari kebutuhan pembelajaran. Tiga unit bahan pendidikan dalam bahasa Inggris telah dibuat. Tiga komponen dalam desain setiap unit adalah pengantar, pelajaran utama, dan penguatan. Pelajaran utama unit ini menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, yang dimodifikasi oleh Stoller (2002). Penilaian ahli kemudian digunakan untuk menilai kesesuaian materi yang dibuat dalam hal bahasa, presentasi, tata letak, dan konten. Sumber daya tersebut dikategorikan dengan tepat berdasarkan temuan pendapat ahli karena mereka mencakup komponen pembelajaran dan tema yang relevan dengan program studi siswa. Skor rata-rata untuk ketiga unit yang dikembangkan adalah 3,94, masuk dalam rentang "sangat baik" 3,75 < x ≤ 4

    The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3). The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The respondents of this research are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang took 108 samples using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the SEM-PLS Version 3.0 application. The results of this research found that partially the work motivation and work discipline variables did not have a significant influence on job satisfaction, but the work environment variables had a significant influence on job satisfaction among PT employees. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang. On the other hand, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction variables have a significant influence on performance, but work discipline variables do not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang. Interveningly, the variables of motivation and work discipline do not have a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction, only work environment variables have a significant influence on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at PT.     The objectives of this study were to identify the process of making tofu, analyze internal and external factors, and formulate a strategy for the development of tofu agro-industry. The methods used include SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that internal strengths include entrepreneurial experience and product quality, while weaknesses include lack of human resources and simple technology. External opportunities include high consumer purchasing power, while threats include unstable raw material prices. The proposed strategies include improving product quality, branding, optimizing strategic locations, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. This research provides benefits for students, companies, and universities, and suggests an increased role for MSE organizations, workforce training, and investment in waste management technology. By utilizing existing strengths and opportunities, the tofu agro-industry in Tambakagung Village can be developed effectively and sustainably, contributing to the local economy and job creation

    The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of career development, work environment and self-efficacy on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah in Batam City. Data were collected using a questionnaire and distributed to 142 respondents. Statistical data analysis uses SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling partial least squares) and uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect. The research results show that career development directly has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, but not significantly on job satisfaction. The work environment directly has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but not significantly on organizational commitment. Self-efficacy directly has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, but does not mediate the effect of career development on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment and self-efficacy on organizational commitment

    This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the 2024 Regional Election Voting Committee (PPS) in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency. The population of this study was the entire Voting Committee (PPS) in Bajubang District, totaling 30 people. The data collection method for this research is through the use of questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation of the Bajubang District Voting Committee (PPS), then analyzed using a simple linear regression analyst. The research results prove that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture variables on the performance of the Voting Committee (PPS) in Bajubang District by 60%

    This study aims to examine the determination of leadership, competency and workload through job stress on the performance of nurses at Santa Elisabeth Hospital in Batam City. The design used in this research is a quantitative approach, the population in the study is 278 people and the sample is 164 people, the questionnaire is distributed via a Google Form link with an estimate of data collection for one month, after the data is collected it will then be processed and analyzed further. The research results show that leadership and competence have no significant effect on job stress. Meanwhile, job stress, leadership, competency and workload have a significant effect on nurse performance. Meanwhile, job stress does not interfere with the influence of leadership, competence and workload on nurse performance. The magnitude of the influence of leadership, competence and workload on job stress is 46.8%. Meanwhile, leadership, competence and workload on performance are 54.1%

    The aim of this research is to identify and determine significant factors from structural deficiencies and project organizational systems as contributors to construction accidents which can be used as tools/instruments for construction safety audits. This quantitative research was processed using the Bayesian Belief Networks (BBN) method and modeled using the free download Hugin Lite 9.1 software. Based on the research results, the factor that contributes most significantly based on prediction simulations developed using the Bayesian Belief Networks model using Hugin Lite 9.1 free download software is a deficiency in the project organization system from the contractor's side with the largest 3 (three) probability values, namely risk identification and assessment by contractors who do not adequate 82.52%, construction implementation procedures incorrect 75.62% and lack of knowledge related to construction safety 70%
