Analisis Kriminologi Kasus Kristen Gray: Pelanggaran Peraturan Pandemi dan Penyalahgunaan Izin Tinggal Keimigrasian di Indonesia
Get PDFThis journal tries to discuss the Kristen Gray case from the perspective of a criminological approach. Criminology is a scientific discipline that is used to understand and overcome crimes that occur in society by studying the origins, causes and impacts of criminal behavior as well as the justice system for these criminal acts. Kristen Gray is a foreign citizen who comes from the United States, she became controversial because of statements on her personal social media which promoted and invited other foreign nationals to follow her, where she lives in Bali cheaply but can feel luxury in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic crisis and stating that Indonesia is a country that is friendly to the LGBT community or people, meanwhile in Indonesia itself, this issue is still very taboo. After being checked by immigration officers, it was discovered that he was also working in Indonesia, namely selling electronic books and opening a consulting service on how to enter Indonesia in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic illegally, at which time human movement was strictly restricted to reduce the spread of this virus. Based on this, he and his LGBT partner were finally deported from Indonesia for allegedly violating Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law no. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration, which in essence he is suspected of not complying with the laws currently in force in Indonesia and disrupting public notifications. The case of Kristen Gray was studied using theories in criminology, namely Opportunity Theory, Hedonistic Psychology Theory, and Differential Association Theory. Differential Association Theory is used as the reason why Kristen Gray's case must be immediately handled by local immigration authorities

Get PDFThis study aims to explore the role of Catholic Religious Education Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in Private High School RK Serdang Murni Lubuk Pakam. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a qualitative approach. A total of 12 informants consisting of students, Catholic Religious Education teachers, and school principals were involved in this study. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data processing show two main things. First, there was an increase in learning motivation in class XI IPS students at RK Serdang Murni Lubuk Pakam Private High School. Second, the role of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher is very important and influential in increasing student learning motivation. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that Catholic Religious Education Teachers continue to play an active role in increasing the learning motivation of class XI IPS students at the Private High School RK Serdang Murni Lubuk Pakam, and continue to use the same approach in dealing with these students

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of accountability and transparency on the quality of financial reports at the Tebo Regency National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS). This research uses quantitative methods. The analytical methods used are descriptive statistics, data quality testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear tests and hypothesis testing. The data for this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sample in this study was 32 amil who were tasked with managing zakat at the Tebo Regency National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) using a Purposive Sampling sampling technique. The results of this research show that the accountability variable partially has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports, and the transparency variable also partially has a significant effect on the quality of financial reports. And simultaneously the variables of accountability and transparency have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports at the Tebo Regency National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS)

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of instagrammable, memorable tourist experience and destination image on revisit intention to Sayang Heulang Beach in Garut Regency. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data is taken through a questionnaire that has gone through rigorous testing to ensure its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with SEM PLS 3.0. The research results show that there is a direct effect of the instagramable variables, memorable tourist experience and destination image on revisit intention. This means that interest in revisiting (revisit intention) can be built or influenced by instagrammable photo spots and facilities that support tourist activities so as to provide good memories and a unique destination image

Both use data from the past to predict what will happen in the future, therefore both techniques are referred to as time series methods. This method comparison was chosen to determine which method is most appropriate for predicting sales. This choice is based on the smallest error resulting from both methods which is known through the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) calculation. Forecasting broiler chicken feed and carcasses can help farmers improve carcass quality, increase feed use, and increase profits. Forecasting can also make and find out whether there is a link between the price of broiler chickens and the price of broiler chicken feed

Discipline in the workplace is significantly and beneficially influenced by leadership, rewards, and punishment. Work motivation influences work discipline positively but not significantly. Workplace motivation is not a moderator of how leadership, rewards, and punishment influence workplace discipline
Analisis Kinetika Pertumbuhan Mikroalga Spirulina Sp. Menggunakan Pemodelan Richard dan Gompertz pada Fotobioreaktor Algaetree
Get PDFAlgaetree is a closed cultivation system with a photobioreactor type created by Gadjah Mada University in collaboration with the Indonesian Institute of Arts Yogyakarta. The aim of this research was to see the effectiveness of the growth kinetics of the microalgae type Spirulina sp. The research was carried out by carrying out variations in data sampling at 3 (three) points where microalgae grow in Algaetree. The dose was 10 ml using the sampling method, then 2 ml was taken to be examined using a microscope and the number of microalgae cells found on the haemocytometer was counted. The microalgae cells were studied and counted on 4 haemocytometer columns, then the number of cells was accumulated and the standard deviation and growth kinetics were calculated using Microsoft Excel and Python software. As a result, it was found that the highest cell number of microalgae on the Algaetree was 69166.67 cells/ml, with a standard deviation of 4249.18, while the maximum growth kinetics of microalgae on the Algaetree with the Richard model and the Gompertz model, the most significant value was the Richard model, namely (miumax ) 1.9958, curve fitting parameter (A) 6.8700, stationary phase (V) 397.43, and r-square (R^2) close to 1, namely 0.9674. This value shows that there is a match between the data processed and the cultivation system used. The results of the cultivation process can be seen that the kinetics of microalgae growth is quite significant, meaning that spirulina type microalgae can grow well in a tool called Algaetree. In the next process, Algaetree can be used as a reference object for comparing microalgae growth from a closed cultivation system with an open cultivation system

Get PDFKarya Mulya Cooperative is a cooperative that provides soybean raw materials for tofu and tempeh craftspeople in Sepande Village, Sidoarjo Regency. This study aims to determine the optimal amount of soybean raw material inventory that should be carried out by Koperasi Karya Mulya, the optimal frequency of purchasing raw materials, the right time to purchase raw materials, the optimal total ordering cost made for the procurement of soybean raw materials, and the implementation of an effective and efficient warehouse management system. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by describing the control of raw material inventory carried out by cooperatives through data obtained and then analyzed. Data analysis used includes Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (ROP), Safety Stock (SS), and FIFO methods. Based on the results of the analysis using the EOQ method, Koperasi Karya Mulya should order an optimal raw material frequency of 6,459.14 tons with a purchase frequency of 210 times, ROP 7.009,25 Â tons, Safety Stock of 5.857,81 tons and total storage costs of Rp427,272,734.03

Get PDFThis research aims to compare the performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk with PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. This type of research data is secondary data obtained from the idx.co.id page. The data analysis used is liquidity ratio analysis which consists of the current ratio and quick ratio; solvency ratio consisting of debt to asset and debt to equity ratios; as well as profitability ratios consisting of profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity. The research results show that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is superior in terms of profitability, while PT Mandom Indonesia is superior in terms of liquidity and solvency
