Get PDFThe use of the Kopana Top Gas Brand Gas Regulator makes cooking easier for consumers, alleviating concerns about safety. This, in turn, reduces the risk of unexpected accidents such as fires resulting from gas leaks or gas cylinders losing gas due to loose regulator installation. Not all products offer a safety guarantee, leaving consumers unaware of potentially significant risks. This lack of awareness can make it challenging for consumers to distinguish between products that provide genuine benefits and those that may be less reliable. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine the impact of the Brand Awareness variable, Brand Trust, and promotional activities on the purchasing decisions regarding the Kopana Top Gas Brand Gas Regulator. The study employed a questionnaire distribution method with 60 respondents selected randomly from a population of 150 potential respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS version 26 program, involving three testing stages: instrument validation, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that the variables brand awareness, brand trust, and promotion collectively influence the purchasing decision of the kopana top gas brand gas regulator. specifically, brand trust emerges as the most influential factor in shaping purchasing decisions

Get PDFOnline-based transportation is rife amidst the condition of the public transportation system in urban areas and in the City of Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, which needs to be better organized. Offering high flexibility and accessibility, affordable costs, multilevel comfort, and even security guaranteed by the company, it is undeniable that people who need to make a switch move under the pretext of consumer freedom to choose better. Social jealousy cannot be contained, especially for conventional transportation (Angkot) already operating. Gradually the number of online-based transport fleets is increasing, and of course, it affects the income of Angkot drivers. Therefore, reviewing the performance from the passengers' perspective tries to see to what extent the Angkot can meet expectations. The analysis used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). In addition, the statistic tests whether public transportation drivers have decreased income due to the increasing prevalence of online-based transportation. Respondents of public transportation passengers (users) were 400 people and 91 public transportation drivers. The results show that Online Transportation's presence hurts public transportation drivers' income levels. A decrease in the level of income of the drivers indicates this difference. The average daily income before online transportation was Rp. 151,000 - Rp. 200,000 and Rp. 51,000 - Rp. 100,000 after. On the other hand, for users, the results of the CSI analysis show that the Fare Variable is considered Satisfied for the user. At the same time, Safety, Comfort, Regularity, Smoothness, and Accuracy are rated Normal/Neutral. The Dissatisfied Variables are Safety and Pollution. In the IPA analysis, seven attributes are in Quadrant II, which means that users rate public transportation as 'Keep Up The Good Work', and six attributes are in Quadrant I, which means they need serious attention and 'improvement'. While the other 16 attributes are in quadrants III and IV, namely 'Low Priority' and 'Possible Overkill'

Pengaruh Pelayanan Online oleh Disdukcapil Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Kota Cimahi
Get PDFPublic services, especially the quality or level of service provided by government employees to the community, is often one of the problems that often arise in public relations with local governments. Service standards that must be offered by the government as a provider of public goods and services have increased. The Cimahi City Population and Civil Registry Office is a local government organization that has the responsibility of making residence documents for various kinds of goods needed by the community. The research objective is to find out the effect of online services by Disdukcapil on community satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with a total of 31 respondents. The analysis technique used statistical analysis through regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that online services (X) have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction (Y). The remaining 14.3% is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. This shows that the better the online services provided by officials at the Population and Civil Registration Service, the more people's satisfaction will increase

The results show that religious education at the Faculty of Tarbiyah of the Institute of Islamic religion (IAI) Dar Aswaja Rokan Hilir has not achieved satisfactory levels of success

Get PDFThis study aimed to determine the effect of frozen semen storage on sperm quality. quality of Simmental cattle spermatozoa at 5° C. This research was conducted laboratory at the UPTD Laboratory of the Livestock Breeding Center of the Jambi Provincial Food Crops Horticulture and Livestock of Jambi Province, from July 10 to August 22, 2023. August 22, 2023. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in the study. with 5 treatments and 5 replications so there were 25 experimental units. Treatment PO (control) = direct thawing, P1 = storage for 15 minutes, P2 = storage for 30 minutes. storage for 30 minutes. P3 = storage for 45 minutes, P4 = storage for 60 minutes. storage for 60 minutes. The variables observed were spermatozoa motility, spermatozoa viability, spermatozoa abnormality. The results of analysis of variance showed that the storage of frozen semen of Simmental cattle at 5 ° C with different times had a significant effect (P 0.05) on spermatozoa abnormality. Based on the research results obtained It is concluded that storage of frozen semen inside at 5 ° C can maintain the quality of frozen semen of Simental cattle with a storage time of 45 minutes

No full textIn an organization, good coordination is needed with regard to the abilities and expertise of employees, so that by itself the employee's duties can be carried out properly with full responsibility. That way it will create job satisfaction and give effect to the work effectiveness of each employee. One of the most important organizational components is coordination and work effectiveness. In an effort to achieve work effectiveness, the Food and Agriculture Office of the City of Cimahi has tried various efforts which basically cover four management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The four management functions are carried out by the Food and Agriculture Service of Cimahi City with the aim of integrating the efforts of each individual and work unit within the Service in order to achieve the expected goals. The research objective was to find out the effect of coordination on work effectiveness in the Food and Agriculture Service of Cimahi City. Quantitative research methods were used in this study where employees of the Cimahi City Food and Agriculture Service became the population with a sample of 78 people. The technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study were obtained by analysis of the coefficient of determination test known that the R-Square coefficient value was 0.836 or 83.6%, so it can be concluded that the effect of the independent variable, namely coordination on work effectiveness in the Food and Agriculture Service of Cimahi City, was 0.836 or 83.6% . In addition, the remaining 16.4% was influenced by other factors that were not present in this study

This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach involving Islamic Religious Education teachers, counseling teachers, and students. The techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation is used to systematically observe and document a symptom or phenomenon that occurs in research subjects. Observation is a data collection method in which researchers make direct observations of schools by paying closer attention to how children behave, regulations that apply, and activities that are carried out. Students' spiritual intelligence will increase and develop by implementing the values of Islamic Religious Education which have been carried out continuously in daily life. Islamic Religious Education Teachers instill spiritual intelligence by aligning Islamic Religious Education values and strategies so that Islamic values can be well instilled so that the intelligence of students in complying with regulations with sanctions from the school runs as a whole
