Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of environmental carrying capacity in slum areas in Banyuwangi City and to develop a mitigation concept for slum areas in Banyuwangi City. The method used is an overlay analysis of environmental carrying capacity to assess the suitability of environmental carrying capacity and the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority of mitigation steps based on seven slum indicators. The results of the study showed that around 81% of slum areas in Banyuwangi City were assessed as being in accordance with environmental carrying capacity, while the other 19% were not in accordance in almost all villages with the largest area, namely Sobo Village

No full textThis research aims to analyze the condition of the Mata Kucing Tourist Forest as one of the natural tourist attractions in Batam City, Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative analysis approach and a SWOT analysis tool, this research evaluates the internal and external factors that influence the management and development of the Mata Kucing Tourism Forest area. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and observations. The research results show that the area has strengths in its strategic location, adequate facilities and attractive natural environment. However, several weaknesses such as lack of promotion and sufficient supervision are challenges. Opportunities for development include the use of public transport, affordability and animal diversity. The threat is mainly related to the prices of food and drinks in tourist forests. Based on the SWOT analysis, a development strategy is proposed to exploit internal strengths and external opportunities while overcoming internal weaknesses and anticipating external threats

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of cash holding, bonus plan and company size on income smoothing with auditor reputation as a moderating variable on the Indonesia Most Trusted Companies 2016-2022 Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI), with a purposive sampling technique research sample of 10 companies. . The data analysis used is the Last Squares Dummy Variable (LSDV) and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) techniques. The research results show that partially the cash holding variable has a positive and insignificant effect on income smoothing. Bonus plan, company size and auditor reputation have a positive and significant effect on income smoothing at Indonesia Most Trusted Companies CGPI. In moderation, the auditor reputation variable cannot moderate the relationship between cash holding and income smoothing, but the auditor reputation variable can weaken and strengthen the relationship between bonus plans and income smoothing and company size and company size with income smoothing in the Indonesia Most Trusted Companies CGPI

To get the right supplier, the company selects several suppliers who have product criteria that match the company's needs. So far, supplier selection has been carried out by PT. ABC only uses intuition based on experience working with the supplier and the prices offered. In this incident, a method was proposed that could assist in selecting suppliers according to PT's needs. A B C. An effective way to choose a supplier is to use a decision support system, so that you get the right supplier according to your needs. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one method that can be applied. This method is used by weighting the criteria and sub-criteria. The research results found that quality criteria were priority criteria with a weight of 0.380. Sub criteria with their respective weights: H1 = 0.555; K1 = 0.600; P3 = 0.454; S2 = 0.648; D1 and D2 = 0.425. The selected alternative supplier is PT. X which makes it a priority supplier

Get PDFRegional economic development is a process that aims to increase the yield of existing resources, create new jobs, and advance economic activities. This study is quantitative descriptive, using GDP data based on constant prices and economic growth of NTB province as well as Indonesia's GDP and economic growth during the period 2018-2022. The analysis was carried out using the Location Quotient (LQ) technique. The LQ value for the agricultural sector shows that the food crops sub-sector reached 2.33, horticultural crops 1.20, livestock 1.50, agricultural and hunting services 1.29, and fisheries 1.02. The flagship sector has an LQ value of 1.75, while mining and quarrying reaches 2.16. For the large trade and retail sectors, the LQ value is 1.02, transportation and warehousing 1.40, real estate 1.02, government administration 1.52, education services 1.49, health services 1.68, and other services 1.19. The agricultural sector in West Nusa Tenggara is the base sector, and this increase in income will drive demand for goods in the base sector, thus encouraging investment in the sector. The business sector of West Nusa Tenggara Province is divided into 4 classifications of each of these sectors, including: Superior Sector: There are Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sectors, Mining Sector, Large Trade and Retail Sector; car and motorcycle repair, real estate sector, government administration sector, defense and compulsory social security, education services sector, health services sector and social activities, and other sectors

The research method used is a qualitative method with a semiotic analysis approach. The research results show that this film effectively depicts the dynamics of emotional violence through various cinematic elements. The female characters in this film often experience manipulation, emotional control and verbal abuse which are interpreted through semiotic signs. This representation provides deep insight into the complexity of emotional violence and its impact on victims. The film "Story of Kale: When Someone's in Love" has succeeded in becoming an example of media that represents emotional violence against women, and plays an important role in increasing public awareness and understanding of this issue

The 5 (five) strategies applied in this research are the Ottawa Charter (1986), namely a supportive environment, policies with a health perspective, community movements, individual abilities/skills, and reorientation of health sector services.
