Get PDFThis study aims to identify and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, attitudes and knowledge on the behavior of filling out medical records in the Outpatient Polyclinic and Emergency Room at Mitra Plumbon Cibitung Hospital. The research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach and analysis is carried out using SmartPLS. The results of the research show that individual characteristics, attitudes and knowledge each have a direct and significant influence on the behavior of filling out medical records in the Outpatient Polyclinic and Emergency Room at Mitra Plumbon Cibitung Hospital. Simultaneously, individual characteristics, attitudes and knowledge variables influence the behavior of filling out medical records with a contribution of 79.8%. However, individual experience and understanding of policies and procedures do not show a significant influence on the completeness and correctness of filling out medical records

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of BOPO and NPL on ROA in state-owned banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2023 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and panel data regression analysis using the Eviews tool. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2023 period. The research results show that simultaneously, BOPO and NPL have a significant effect on ROA in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2023 period, but partially BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA, while NPL has no significant effect on ROA in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2023 Period

The research results showed that the position of MSME Mokey was categorized as high in utilizing internal and external conditions with a total of IFE 3.9 and EFE 3.8 and the results of analysis using the QSPM method showed that there were 7 strategies that MSME Mokey could use to increase sales and maintain the business

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of digital media promotion on increasing sales of healthy jengkol (jukolat) in a group of jengkol sellers. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test approach. The population and sample were 18 respondents of healthy jengkol sellers (Jukolat). The independent variable is the use of digital media promotion, while the dependent variable is the increase in sales before and after using digital media promotion. The instrument in the study was a questionnaire related to the parameters of each variable using a Likert scale with a score of 1-5 then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study prove that the use of digital media promotion has an effect on increasing sales of healthy jengkol (jukolat), where the better the seller utilizes digital promotional media, the more it will increase sales and income

Get PDFBlack orchid (Coelogyne pandurata Lindl.) is a typical Borneo plant that grows wild in the forest. Kersik Luway Nature Reserve, West Kutai, East Kalimantan, is one of the habitats of this plant. Frequent forest fires and the difficulty of breeding cause the scarcity of this plant. The solution is to do in vitro culture using black orchid leaf explants. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in black orchid growth through tissue culture on MS and VW media. The media used were MS, MS + 2,4-D, VW, and MS + VW media with 6 replicates, so there were a total of 24 samples. This type of research is an experiment conducted in the laboratory. Data from observations for 10 weeks were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of observations for 10 weeks showed that there was no callus growth. Based on the chi-square test calculation, the value of the significant level < chi count (0.05 < 0.92), there is no significant difference in the growth of black orchids through tissue culture on all media. MS and MS + VW media had the most shrinkage (6 explants). MS + 2,4-D media had the most yellowing (2 explants). MS and MS + 2,4-D media experienced the most root growth (2 explants). Overall the best media is MS media

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the most effective type and dosage of nitrogen fertilizer in cocoa nurseries and to evaluate the level of nitrogen absorption by cocoa seedlings with various types and dosages of nitrogen fertilizer. This study was conducted at the Experimental House of the Plantation Crop Cultivation Study Program, Pontianak State Polytechnic. The method used was a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK). The experiment consisted of 10 treatments, each repeated 3 (three) times, resulting in a total of 30 experimental units. Each unit consisted of two plants, resulting in a total of 60 plants. The parameters observed in this study included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, and nitrogen absorption. The type and dosage of nitrogen fertilizer significantly affected plant height, leaf area, and nitrogen absorption. The highest nitrogen absorption rate in cocoa plants was obtained with nitrate fertilizer at a dose of 2.07 g N, resulting in an absorption value of 10.51%. Urea, ZA, and Calcium Nitrate fertilizers at a dose of 1.38 g N were found to be the most effective and recommended, as the use of smaller amounts of fertilizers produced results that were not significantly different compared to the use of Urea, ZA, and Calcium Nitrate at a dose of 2.07 g N
