The results of the research reveal that the criminal responsibility of political party individuals for criminal acts of corruption is Article 20 Paragraph (l) and (2) of Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes. Penalties that can be imposed on individuals from political parties who are proven to have legally committed criminal acts of corruption, if the political party is considered a corporation and it can be proven that there is a flow of funds into the political party's coffers through the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (FTRAC). Dissolution of political parties as an additional form of punishment can be carried out. Regarding the authority of two judicial institutions to dissolve political parties, the two judicial institutions can do the same thing for different reasons or other options, namely the division of authority where the criminal justice system is only a recommendation considering that the penalty for freezing or dissolving a corporation is only an additional penalty, whereas freezing or dissolving remains the authority of the Constitutional Court

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between compliance in consuming blood supplement tablets and the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. This study used cross sectional design. The population of this study were students of SMK Batik 2 Surakarta with a total of 165 students. The sample in this study was selected using simple random sampling method as many as 60 respondents. The inclusion criteria were adolescent girls who were not menstruating and aged 15-18 years. Data on adherence to consumption of blood supplement tablets were collected by conducting interviews and filling out questionnaires on adherence to consumption of blood supplement tablets. Data on the incidence of anemia was obtained by checking hb levels using the cyanmethemoglobin method. Relationship analysis using Chi-Square test. The results showed that there were 30 people (53,6%) adolescent girls who were not anemic. In addition, the number of young women who did not adhere to the consumption of blood supplement tablets who were anemic was also high, as many as 26 people (46,7%). The results of the Chi-Square test is that there is no relationship between adherence to consumption of blood supplement tablets and the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta

Implementasi Teori Belajar Humanistik terhadap Optimalisasi Hasil Belajar IPA di Sekolah Dasar

    Get PDF
This research aims to improve the optimization of natural science (science) learning outcomes for grade 6 elementary school students through the implementation of humanist learning theory.  This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches to understand holistically. A quasi-experimental design was used with two groups of students as research subjects. The experimental group received intervention with a humanism learning model that focused on the application of humanism theory. Meanwhile, the control group followed conventional learning. Data collection involves pre-test, post-test. Data analysis includes T tests for quantitative data and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The research results show a significant increase in student learning outcomes who follow the humanism learning model, along with positive changes in students' perceptions and experiences of science learning

The success of the project depends on human resources and heavy equipment, which is also beneficial in the agriculture, forestry and mining sectors. Heavy equipment users must understand their use efficiency, maintenance costs, and specifications to maximize profits. Proper selection of heavy equipment is critical, as mistakes can hamper projects. The trend of using heavy equipment has a significant effect on infrastructure development, speeding up the process and improving quality. The most optimized and productive period to complete this project is approximately 110 days, this project uses operational vehicles for production such as the following: vibration roller, tandem roller, motor grader, asphalt finisher, dump truck, wheel loader, hydraulic excavator, pneumatic tired roller. The project requires operational vehicles for production as follows: 2 pneumatic tired rollers, 2 hydraulic excavators, 8 dump trucks, 2 motor graders, 2 wheel loaders, 2 vibration rollers, 3 tandem rollers, 2 asphalt finishers

This study aims to describe how the application of the discovery learning model through differentiated learning to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects of data building material in class IV Elementary School. This research is a class action research (PTK) consisting of two cycles, where the data taken in the form of observation data through teacher observation sheets in applying the discovery learning model through differentiated learning and observation sheets of student learning outcomes in the form of post tests. This research was conducted with 4 stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted at SDN 27/IX Sebapo from January to February 2024. The results of this study indicate an increase in student math learning outcomes as seen from the student learning outcomes test sheet in the pre-action student learning outcomes of 35%. Experienced an increase in cycle I meeting 1 to 39%, then experienced an increase again in cycle II meeting 2 to 58%, and increased again in cycle II meeting 1 which was 69%, then increased again in cycle II meeting 2 to 88% with category A (very good). Based on the findings of the research results, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes on flat building material in class IVb SDN 27/IX Sebapo can increase after applying the discovery learning model through differentiated learning

Analisis Daya Dukung Pondasi Tiang Menggunakan Metode Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) (Studi Kasus: Jembatan Rengas, Kabupaten Batang Hari)

Foundation as an important element to bear loads and transfer them to the ground. Foundation design considers various aspects, especially soil conditions, to ensure the bearing capacity and stability of the structure. The Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) method is a testing technique used to assess the bearing capacity of pile foundations through dynamic load analysis. The analysis is performed using the "Case Method" for axial bearing capacity calculation, which is then analyzed using CAPWAP software, in accordance with ASTM D4945 (Standard Test Method for High Strain Dynamic Testing of Deep Foundations). The research was conducted at the construction site of the Rengas Bridge in Batanghari District, Jambi. The results show that the actual bearing capacity (Ru) of piles A1-P8 and A1-P9 are 137 tons and 270 tons, respectively, while the skin friction (Rs) values are 37 tons for A1-P8 and 103 tons for A1-P9. Additionally, the tip resistance (Rt) for piles A1-P8 and A1-P9 are 100 tons and 167 tons, respectively. The results indicate that pile A1-P9 has a higher bearing capacity compared to pile A1-P8, both in terms of skin friction and tip resistance, suggesting a significant difference in load-bearing capacity between the two piles
