Leadership qualities of future psychologists – the key to professional success
No full textУ статті розкрито значення лідерських якостей студентів-психологів, сформованих під час навчання, у досягненні успіху в майбутній професійній діяльності; визначено відмінність лідерських якостей майбутніх психологів від лідерських якостей фахівців інших професій, що базуються на гуманністичних цінностях, етичності, конфіденційності, недирективності; рефлективності та самопізнанні; емоційному інтелекті; відрізняються функціями лідерства; рівнем впливу на людину. Сформульовано поняття “лідерські якості майбутніх психологів” як інтегративні особистісно-професійні характеристики студента-психолога, що виявляються у здатності організовувати й надихати інших, спрямовувати групову діяльність, приймати відповідальні рішення, гармонізувати міжособистісні стосунки на основі емпатії, рефлексії, етичності та високого рівня емоційного інтелекту з метою особистісного розвитку та психічного благополуччя людей; стилем комунікації, заснованим на умінні слухати, фасилітації групових процесів, створенні умов для саморозкриття інших. Для виявлення здатності до лідерства студентів-психологів наведено результати опитування тесту “Діагностика мотивації успіху й страху невдачі” та тесту на визначення рівня самооцінки. Доведено, що участь у позааудиторних заходах, студентському самоврядуванні, сприяють розвитку емоційних здібностей, особистісних, комунікативних і професійних компетентностей, а отже, формуванню лідерських якостей студентів-психологів та їхнього успіху у майбутній професійній діяльності.
The article reveals the importance of leadership qualities of psychology students, formed during their studies, in achieving success in their future professional activities; the difference between the leadership qualities of future psychologists and the leadership qualities of specialists in other professions, based on humanistic values, ethics, confidentiality, and non-directiveness; reflectivity and self-knowledge; emotional intelligence; differ in leadership functions; level of influence on a person. The concept of “leadership qualities of future psychologists” is formulated as integrative personal and professional characteristics of a psychology student, manifested in the ability to organize and inspire others, direct group activities, and make responsible decisions, harmonize interpersonal relationships based on empathy, reflection, ethics and a high level of emotional intelligence for the purpose of personal development and mental well-being of people; a communication style based on the ability to listen, facilitate group processes, and create conditions for the self-disclosure of others. To identify the leadership abilities of psychology students, the results of the survey of the test “Diagnostics of motivation for success and fear of failure” and the test for determining the level of self-esteem are presented. It has been proven that participation in extracurricular activities and student self-government contribute to the development of emotional abilities, personal, communicative, and professional competencies, and therefore the formation of leadership qualities in psychology students and their success in future professional activities

Assessment of the impact of military actions on soils
No full textУкраїна володіє унікальним ґрунтовим покривом, оскільки понад 60% її території займають чорноземні ґрунти, які мають високий рівень родючості. Військові конфлікти завдають значної шкоди навколишньому середовищу, зокрема ґрунтовому покриву. Наслідки бойових дій включають механічне руйнування ґрунтів, забруднення важкими металами, нафтопродуктами, вибуховими речовинами та іншими токсичними сполуками. Такі процеси суттєво змінюють фізико-хімічні властивості ґрунтів, порушуючи їх структуру, водний баланс і біологічну активність. Забруднення, спричинене військовими діями, може зберігатися протягом тривалого періоду, ускладнюючи використання земель для сільського господарства та інших видів господарської діяльності. Важливим завданням екологічної безпеки є оцінка рівня деградації ґрунтів у зонах бойових дій та розробка заходів для їх ремедіації. Системний підхід до вивчення впливу військових дій на ґрунти включає проведення геохімічних досліджень, моніторинг рівня забруднення, розробку технологій очищення та відновлення екосистем. У статті проведено аналіз основних факторів, що впливають на стан ґрунтів внаслідок військових дій. Зокрема, розглянуто хімічне, фізичне та біологічне забруднення, а також наслідки застосування вибухових речовин та бронетехніки. Окрім цього, досліджено вплив пожеж, що виникають унаслідок обстрілів, на деградацію ґрунтів, поширення токсичних речовин і порушення балансу екосистем. Результати огляду показують, що військові дії призводять до довготривалої деградації ґрунтового покриву, зниження родючостіта збільшення ризиків для здоров’я людей та біорізноманіття. Окрім цього, військові дії можуть сприяти змінам у складі ґрунтових мікроорганізмів, що впливає на природні процеси ґрунтоутворення та колообіг елементів.
Ukraine has a unique soil cover, as more than 60% of its territory is occupied by chernozem soils, which have a high level of fertility. Military conflcts cause signifiant damage to the environment, particularly to the soil cover. The consequences of hostilities include mechanical destruction of soils, contamination with heavy metals, petroleum products, explosives, and other toxic compounds. These processes signifiantly alter the physicochemical properties of soils, disrupting their structure, water balance, and biological activity. Pollution caused by military actions can persist for a long time, complicating the use of land for agriculture and other economic activities. An important task of environmental security is to assess the level of soil degradation in combat zones and develop measures for their remediation. A systematic approach to studying the impact of military actions on soils includes conducting geochemical studies, monitoring pollution levels, and developing technologies for cleaning and restoring ecosystems. The article analyzes the main factors affcting soil conditions as a result of military actions. In particular, chemical, physical, and biological pollution are examined, as well as the consequences of using explosives and armored vehicles. Additionally, the impact of fies caused by shelling on soil degradation, the spread of toxic substances, and ecosystem balance disruption is studied. The review results show that military actions lead to long-term soil degradation, reduced fertility, and increased risks to human health and biodiversity. Moreover, military actions can contribute to changes in the composition of soil microorganisms, which affcts natural soil formation processes and the biogeochemical cycle of elements
