    The Effect of Interest Rates, Economic Growth and Inflation on Profitability in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

    This study aims to analyze the impact of interest rates, economic growth, and inflation on the profitability of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets. (ROA). The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements and macroeconomic data from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) during the period 2020-2022. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that the analysis shows that interest rates have a negative and significant impact on the profitability of mining companies. This is consistent with financial theory, which states that an increase in interest rates raises the cost of capital and reduces company profits. Economic growth has a positive and significant impact on the profitability of mining companies. When the economy grows, the demand for mining products increases, which positively impacts the revenue and profitability of the company. Inflation has a negative but insignificant effect on the profitability of mining companies. Although inflation can increase operational costs, mining companies may be able to offset the impact of inflation through adjustments in product selling prices. Mining companies are expected to manage macroeconomic factors more effectively to enhance their profitability, and the companies should develop risk management strategies, diversification and expansion, cost management in inflationary conditions, and macroeconomic analysis to formulate business strategies that are more adaptive and responsive to changing economic conditions.     Business Ethics in Fintech and Missappropriation of Donation Funds: A Case Study of Kitabisa.com Crowdfunding Platform

    The misuse of funds on the Kitabisa.com crowdfunding platform highlights major challenges in maintaining public trust, accountability, and business ethics within Indonesia’s fintech ecosystem. While the platform has facilitated social solidarity by connecting donors and recipients, cases of fund misuse indicate gaps in governance and oversight. This issue is particularly significant given the increasing popularity of crowdfunding-based fintech in Indonesia as part of digital financial innovation influenced by digital capitalism. This study aims to analyze the causes of fund misuse through the lenses of moral judgment, moral identity, and applicable regulations, while addressing the exploitative aspects of digital capitalism. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through document analysis, including news articles, media reports, and academic literature. The findings reveal that weaknesses in recipients' moral judgment and moral identity, a lack of strict reporting mechanisms, and the pressures of digital capitalism are key factors contributing to fund misuse. Furthermore, Indonesia's crowdfunding regulation fails to provide adequate oversight of fund recipients, focusing more on platform operators, which opens opportunities for misuse by recipients. This study offers practical recommendations, including regulatory reinforcement, stricter sanctions, the development of moral education programs for recipients, and the integration of blockchain technology to ensure transparency. These findings are relevant for policymakers, platform developers, and the public in building a more ethical, transparent, and sustainable fintech ecosystem.     ANALISA PERBANDINGAN METODE CELLULAR AUTOMATA ANN DAN MARKOV UNTUK PREDIKSI TUTUPAN LAHAN DI KOTA BLITAR

    ABSTRACT The development of urban areas in Blitar City, which is triggered by population growth and mobility, has caused changes in land cover, especially the reduction in rice fields due to land conversion for housing and infrastructure. As land cover changes occur significantly, it is necessary to develop methods to predict land cover, one of the methods is Cellular Automata (CA). The objectives of this study are to determine the results of land cover classification and prediction in 2024 by utilizing Sentinel 2A image data and comparing its accuracy with field data. The CA methods used are the CA ANN and CA Markov methods. To predict land cover in 2024, land cover data for 2016 and 2020 is needed. From the results of Sentinel 2A image processing for 2016, 2020, and 2024 using the supervised classification maximum likelihood method, 5 land cover classes were obtained including residential class, industrial/commerce/office building class, rice field class, garden class, and urban forest/ green belt/city park. The results of the 2024 classification show that the land cover area for the residential class reached 41.97%, industrial buildings 3.33%, rice fields 43.00%, gardens 0.44%, and urban forests/green belts 11.26%, with results Accuracy tests on field validation data produced an overall accuracy value of 96.07% and kappa of 94.92%. To test the accuracy of land cover prediction results against field validation data, the CA-ANN method produces an overall accuracy value of 74.51% and kappa 65.57%, while the CA-Markov method produces an overall accuracy value of 68.63% and kappa 57.80 %. Accuracy test of image classification results in 2024, the CA-ANN method produces an overall accuracy value of 72.54% and kappa 63.73%, while the CA-Markov method produces an overall accuracy value of 64.70% and kappa 53.40%. The accuracy test results show that the accuracy obtained by the CA-ANN method is classified as substantial suitability, while the accuracy obtained by the CA-Markov method is classified as medium suitability. This shows that in this study the CA-ANN method has better results for land cover prediction because it has a better level of accuracy than the CA-Markov method. Keywords : Cellular Automata ANN, Cellular Automata Markov, Supervised Classification, Land Cover   ABSTRAK Perkembangan wilayah perkotaan di Kota Blitar yang dipicu oleh pertumbuhan penduduk dan mobilitas menyebabkan perubahan tutupan lahan, terutama dengan berkurangnya lahan persawahan akibat alih fungsi lahan untuk pemukiman dan infrastruktur. Adanya perubahan tutupan lahan yang terjadi secara signifikan, maka diperlukan pengembangan metode untuk melakukan prediksi tutupan lahan, salah satu metodenya adalah Cellular Automata (CA). Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil klasifikasi dan prediksi tutupan lahan tahun 2024 dengan memanfaatkan data citra Sentinel 2A serta membandingkan keakuratannya dengan data lapangan. Metode CA yang digunakan adalah metode CA ANN dan CA Markov. Untuk melakukan prediksi tutupan lahan tahun 2024 diperlukan data tutupan lahan tahun 2016 dan 2020. Dari hasil pengolahan data citra Sentinel 2A tahun 2016, 2020, dan 2024 dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi terbimbing maximum likelihood, diperoleh 5 kelas penutupan lahan di antaranya kelas pemukiman, kelas bangunan industri/ perdagangan/perkantoran, kelas sawah, kelas kebun, dan kelas hutan kota/jalur hijau/taman kota. Hasil klasifikasi tahun 2024 menunjukkan bahwa luas untuk kelas pemukiman mencapai 41,97%, bangunan industri 3,33%, sawah 43,00%, kebun 0,44%, dan hutan kota/jalur hijau 11,26%, dengan hasil uji akurasi terhadap data validasi lapangan menghasilkan nilai Overall Accuracy sebesar 96,07% dan kappa 94,92%. Untuk uji akurasi hasil prediksi tutupan lahan terhadap data validasi lapangan, metode CA-ANN mempunyai nilai Overall Accuracy 74,51% dan kappa 65,57%, sedangkan untuk metode CA-Markov menghasilkan nilai Overall Accuracy 68,63% dan kappa 57,80%. Uji akurasi terhadap hasil klasifikasi citra tahun 2024, metode CA-ANN menghasilkan nilai overall accuracy 72,54% dan kappa 63,73%, sedangkan metode CA-Markov menghasilkan nilai overall accuracy 64,70% dan kappa 53,40%. Hasil uji akurasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa akurasi yang diperoleh oleh metode CA-ANN tergolong ke kesesuaian substansial, sedangkan akurasi yang diperoleh oleh metode CA-Markov tergolong ke kesesuaian menengah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini metode CA-ANN mempunyai hasil yang lebih baik untuk prediksi tutupan lahan karena mempunyai tingkat akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode CA-Markov.     Masifnya penggunaan gawai berakses internet di ruang kelas menimbulkan ketergantungan siswa terhadap gawai dan berdampak pada kurangnya produktivitas siswa dalam belajar. Di era Google misalnya, akses online di kelas membuat siswa cukup sering mengajukan pertanyaan ke Google dibandingkan dengan membaca buku. Berdasarkan hasil survei lapangan, guru sekolah menyatakan bahwa kasus siswa yang asyik bermain ponsel ketika guru sedang menjelaskan materi pembelajaran sering terjadi, sehingga siswa tidak mendengarkan dan tidak mengerti materi yang dijelaskan. Maka, penggunaan media belajar yang dapat membuat siswa kembali fokus belajar sangat membantu untuk diterapkan di kelas, seperti halnya Paper Mode Quizizz, fitur yang menciptakan lingkungan belajar terfokus dan bebas dari potensi gangguan gadget. Pelatihan penggunaan Paper Mode ditujukan untuk membantu guru dengan mudah memanfaatkan fitur tersebut dalam menciptakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang meninggalkan kebiasaan penggunaan ponsel saat belajar. Melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama dua hari, guru-guru di SMA Negeri 2 Semarang telah mengenal fitur-fitur Quizizz, termasuk Paper Mode di mana sebelumnya mereka hanya memanfaatkan Quizizz untuk membuat kuis. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari angket umpan balik yang diberikan di mana sebanyak 95% peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka dapat memahami materi dengan baik, dengan penyampaian yang urut dan sistematikanya jelas.     KURIKULUM MERDEKA IN TWO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS: ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN EFL CLASSROOM

    Components in the curriculum are altered and developed as the curriculum progresses. The developments are crucial aspects of the curriculum. Every change and progress that happens during the development of it should be investigated. Thus, there is a need for more research and literature that focus on the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and its impact on English Education in Indonesia. The lack of research about Kurikulum Merdeka happens because it is a new program that requires more studies and investigations. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in two different Senior High Schools, its impact on the teaching and learning English process, and a comparison of the implementation curriculum in the two schools. The research used qualitative research design. The Interview was the instrument used to gain the data in this research. The result found that the first school mixed the 2013 and Kurikulum Merdeka. The second school fully implemented and Profil Pelajar Pancasila. The difficulties of implementing it were related to English course time allocation and students’ different interests in learning English. This study implies that teachers can prepare themselves to avoid problems and difficulties found in this research by finding solutions and strategies when encountering similar difficulties during teaching and learning.     Heart disease and ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) disease are serious can threaten human health and even life, the attacks of these two diseases can come suddenly without us realizing it, the symptoms are similar to ordinary diseases, the aim of this research is created based on AI (artificial intelligence) which is able to provide a quick response when a disease attacks us by looking for signs of physical changes or early symptoms in the body, examples of these symptoms are changes in skin color or finger nails which can indicate the presence of a serious disease, the method used is a combination of two detection methods using forward chaining and the heart disease detection system using the image processing method, the application created is able to detect disease symptoms and measure the level of accuracy of the detection results, so that the patient or doctor is able to measure the severity of the disease, from the experimental results it can be concluded that this system can recognize with an accuracy of above 80%, this application doesn't replace the doctor as a medical expert but is used for recognize early symptoms and carry out  prevention processes  disease becomes more serious

    Consumer behavior is all activities and psychology that motivate these activities before buying, purchasing products and services, using, consuming, after doing these things or evaluation activities. The factors that influence consumer behavior are mainly cultural factors, which include culture, subculture and social class. Two social factors are reference group, family, role, and status. Three personal factors consisting of age and stage, financial situation, work, lifestyle and personality. And finally, psychological factors include motivation, perception, knowledge, beliefs and attitudes. This research aims to analyze consumer behavior. Consumer behavior in this research is thought to be influenced by e-commerce and lifestyle. This research method was carried out using a descriptive quantitative analysis approach with primary data measured using a Likert scale. The research was conducted in the Bojonegoro University environment. This research was conducted on students of the economics faculty at Bojonegoro University. The sampling technique is based on a representative sample size, namely between 50-100 samples. Data analysis was carried out using several stages, namely testing data instruments, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial data analysis, e-commerce and lifestyle have a significant positive influence on consumer behavior. Meanwhile, e-commerce and lifestyle simultaneously influence consumer behavior. Then based on the R2 value of 0.888, it shows that e-commerce and lifestyle contribute to influencing consumer behavior by 88.8%.   Keywords: E-commerce, Lifestyle, Consumer Behavio

    ANALISIS PERUBAHAN TUTUPAN LAHAN TAHUN 2013-2022 DI KOTA SEMARANG MENGGUNAKAN GOOGLE EARTH ENGINE

    ABSTRACT Population growth, urbanization, policy changes, economic activities, agriculture, infrastructure development, and climate change are some of the factors that can lead to land cover changes. This necessitates serious monitoring to determine the extent of land changes occurring. Semarang City is one of the cities that has undergone significant land changes. This can be seen from the substantial areas that have undergone land-use conversion. This study aims to observe land cover changes in Semarang City using Landsat 8 TOA satellite imagery analyzed through the Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform. GEE is an alternative for image processing as it simplifies the process of image analysis compared to conventional desktop-based image processing methods. The classification is performed using a machine learning algorithm with the Classification and Regression Trees (CART) method tha available in GEE. The accuracy of the classification is tested using the confusion matrix calculation. The results obtained show the accuracy of land cover change testing for the years 2013, 2016, 2019, and 2022, with kappa accuracies reaching 96.7%, 93.78%, 94.54%, and 96.04%, respectively. The effectiveness of image processing on the GEE platform shows that GEE can be used as a fast and efficient alternative for image processing. Based on the research findings, it is shown that residential areas experience significant increases every year. Therefore, the increase in residential areas has a significant impact on the surrounding environment, such as increasing urban temperatures, which reduces the comfort level of residents, especially in Semarang City.  Keywords : Land Cover, Landsat 8 Satellite Imagery, Google Earth Engine   ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan populasi, urbanisasi, perubahan kebijakan, aktivitas ekonomi, pertanian, pengembangan infrastruktur, dan perubahan iklim adalah beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan tutupan lahan. Hal ini memerlukan pemantauan yang serius untuk melihat seberapa besar perubahan lahan yang terjadi. Kota Semarang merupakan salah satu kota yang telah banyak mengalami perubahan lahan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya wilayah yang telah beralih fungsi lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan tutupan lahan di Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan data citra satelit Landsat 8 TOA yang di analisis menggunakan platform Google Earth Engine (GEE). GEE menjadi alternatif pengolahan citra karena memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan pengolahan dan analisis citra dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional pengolahan citra berbasis desktop. Klasifikasi dilakukan dengan algoritma machine learning menggunakan metode Classification and Regression Trees (CART) yang tersedia di GEE. Uji akurasi klasifikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan confusion matrix. Hasilnya diperoleh uji akurasi perubahan tutupan lahan pada tahun 2013, 2016, 2019 dan 2022, akurasi kappa masing-masing mencapai 96,7%, 93,78%, 94,54%, dan 96,04%. Efektifitas pengolahan citra di platform GEE menunjukkan bahwa GEE dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pengolahan citra yang cepat dan efisien.     The many aisles with various types of goods in Borma Setiabudi make appropriate signage and wayfinding systems as well as visual identity very necessary so that visitors can find the goods they want easily. This is important for managing visitors, especially new visitors who are trying to find the items they are looking for when shopping. This research aims to analyze the visual identity contained in the signage that has been installed in Borma Setiabudi using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through direct observation in Borma complete with documentation of the signage. This research produces a comparison of existing signage in Borma Setiabudi with the criteria and regulations for making signage, apart from that, it also includes a comparison of relevant research results which also discuss visual identity and signage systems for other shopping centers in the Bandung area. This research resulted in the need for a plan to create a signage system that complies with regulations and standards in Borma because the existing signage does not meet the existing criteria.
