Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Legalitas Usaha dan Hak Cipta (HKI) untuk Memanajemen Bisnis Wirausaha Mahasiswa
No full textKewirausahaan memiliki kaitan erat dengan kegiatan praktik langsung dan dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja yang memiliki jiwa dan sikap kewirausahaan yang mampu berpikir kreatif dan inovatif. Berwirausaha tidak hanya memikirkan laba dan rugi, namun juga harus mementingkan keamanan dan kenyamanan para pelaku usaha. Sebuah usaha baiknya memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Hak Cipta (HKI) agar usahanya dapat dilindungi dari pihak yang tidak berwenang atas usaha tersebut. Legalitas usaha merupakan sebuah jati diri perusahaan untuk melegalkan usahanya sehingga dapat diakui oleh masyarakat. Pada kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan legalitas usaha dan Hak Cipta (HKI) yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas PGRI Palembang ini diikuti oleh 40 (empat puluh) orang yang terdiri dari 9 (Sembilan) kelompok mahasiswa dari dua universitas yaitu Universitas PGRI Palembang dan Universitas Indo Global Mandiri pemenang hibah P2MW kemendikbudristek tahun 2024. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami pentingnya legalitas usaha dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya, selain itu kegiatan ini juga untuk memantau mahasiswa memenuhi syarat luaran yang ditetapkan oleh tahun 2024. Metode kegiatan yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksaanaan kegiatan dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap awal atau langkah persiapan yang dilakukan yaitu observasi awal, menyusun rencana kegiatan dan menyiapkan bahan. Langkah kedua yaitu pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan tahapan yaitu merumuskan masalah dan solusi dan sosialisasi. Langkah akhir yaitu evaluasi dengan tahapan yaitu monitoring kegiatan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Drivers’ Experiences of Traffic Police Corruption and the Implications for Governance Reform: Case Study of Madagascar’s National Police and Gendarmerie
Get PDFThis study explores drivers’ experiences of traffic police corruption in Madagascar, focusing on operations within the National Police and Gendarmerie. Using qualitative research methods, the study conducted in-depth semi-structured interviews with 30 drivers from diverse socio-economic backgrounds who regularly interacted with traffic authorities in urban and rural regional in Madagascar. The interviews aimed to explore drivers’ perceptions, personal experiences, and coping strategies for navigating traffic encounters caused by corruption. The results indicate that drivers face frequent bribery demands from traffic police, especially in cases of minor infractions, where bribery is considered an effective means to avoid legal penalties. The study also highlights the role of power dynamics and lack of accountability in these corrupt practices. Informal networks of drivers and police contribute to a cycle of mutual reinforcement. Drivers’ responses also reveal a widespread erosion of trust in both the national police and gendarmerie, which are seen as a barrier to effective policing and public safety. The study underscores the need for reform of law enforcement practices, enhanced oversight, increased public awareness, and highlighting the critical role of the government in reducing corruption and improving traffic law enforcement in Madagascar
Additional Freshwater Fishes of Simeulue Island, with Special Reference to the Presence of Sharp-Nosed River Mullet Cestraeus oxyrhyncus (Actinopterygii: Mugilidae)
Get PDFThis study reports new records of freshwater fish species from Simeulue Island, Aceh Province, Indonesia. A biodiversity survey conducted in July 2021 revealed five additional fish species not previously documented on the island, including Acentrogobius sp., Giuris margaritaceus, Cestraeus oxyrhyncus, Poecilia reticulata and Clarias sp. The survey also confirmed the presence of introduced species, such as Nile Tilapia Oreochromis niloticus and Guppy Poecilia reticulata, highlighting the need for monitoring and managing non-native species in the region. The discovery of C. oxyrhyncus, currently classified as Data Deficient, accentuates the importance of further research to determine its threats, ecology, population size, and trends. This study contributes to the understanding of freshwater fish diversity on Simeulue Island and emphasises the importance of conservation efforts to protect the biodiversity of small islands in Indonesia.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Pelatihan Konsep Ideal Gizi Anak di Desa Waru Kabupaten Bogor
Get PDFThis article discusses the process of community empowerment through training on the ideal concept of nutrition for children at Posyandu Badra 1, Waru Village, Bogor Regency. The ideal concept in community empowerment is a long-term program by monitoring the activity calendar, such as the community as the beneficiary, so that the output of the community can grow and develop by living independently after consistently attending nutrition classes. This research method uses qualitative research because food independence is an individual taste for each child. This research wants to see how the community is consistent in providing the best nutrition for children during the golden age period for 0-2 years by looking at the community's consistency in attending nutrition classes with 10 people for 21 days. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effectiveness of the CSR Health program in Community Empowerment in Waru Village. The results of this research article are that only 2-3 people in the community who took the nutrition class consistently attended the nutrition class until the end by look at the documentation of ideal concepts in child nutrition through a shared calendar. This research was quite effective for the first time a Community Empowerment Health CSR Program was held in Waru Village, Bogor Regency
KLASIFIKASI CITRA SPESIES BUNGA DI INDONESIA BERBASIS CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK TRANSFER LEARNING
Get PDFIndonesia memiliki sekitar 20.000 spesies bunga dengan berbagai bentuk, warna, dan struktur, yang menjadikan klasifikasi manual bunga menjadi tantangan, terutama karena kemiripan warna antarspesies. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model klasifikasi bunga menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) berbasis MobileNetV2 dengan teknik transfer learning. Dataset diambil dari Katalog Varietas Unggul Florikultura tahun 2015 oleh Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pertanian, mencakup 11 jenis bunga dengan total 2137 citra, yang dibagi menjadi data latih, validasi, dan uji. Model CNN tanpa transfer learning menghasilkan akurasi 42% pada data uji, sedangkan penerapan transfer learning meningkatkan akurasi menjadi 73%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik transfer learning, khususnya dengan MobileNetV2 menggunakan bobot ImageNet, memberikan peningkatan akurasi yang signifikan, yakni 52% lebih baik dibandingkan metode tanpa transfer learning. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model berbasis transfer learning dapat diimplementasikan untuk klasifikasi citra bunga secara efisien dan optimal, serta dapat digunakan pada perangkat berbasis smartphone

Get PDFThe problem in learning fine arts is that it is considered as unimportant learning so that it has a low interest perspective. Students assume that fine arts is an extracurricular activity so that learning does not require more focus and is done casually.. Based on the Learning Outcomes (CP) set, fine arts learning at the basic education level examines the elements of rupa and design principles in the environment around students. This study aims to determine the learning interest of grade V elementary school students in learning fine arts. In addition, this study also aims to describe the factors that influence interest in learning fine arts. The method used in this research is a combination method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The instruments were observation, questionnaire, and interview. The subjects of this study were the homeroom teacher of grade V elementary school and 10 grade V students. Data collection on interest in learning fine arts learning was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires of interest in learning to grade V students and information on factors that influence interest in learning was obtained by observing and interviewing teachers. The results of this study indicate that based on indicators of student interest in learning fine arts obtained 66% with high indicators. Perluasan Pasar Batik Berorentasi Export Melalui Pewarna Alam Di Kota Jepara
Get PDFIndonesian batik has been designated as one of the world's cultural heritages by the United Nations (UN) under the United Nations Education (UNESCO). Batik owned by the Indonesian people was originally only found on the island of Java, but now it has developed and spread throughout Indonesia, with different characters in each region. This study uses a qualitative study with field studies and observations. If we look at the technique of making batik, it is divided into two, namely batik with a writing technique and batik with a stamping technique. Batik products that use factory-made (synthetic) colors may not be exported to the Netherlands. The same decision is also used by countries such as America, Germany, Malaysia, however, batik is also becoming increasingly global and foreign consumers prefer natural colors even though they have a price. which is more expensive, but has its own characteristics so that consumers are more interested in natural dyes and ignore the high price. This research aims to examine and explore the use of natural dyes in the process of making Jeapara batik, this is due to the natural wealth in Indonesia and is able to provide significant benefits for craftsmen. Kreativitas Versus Dehumanisasi Seni Desain: Keterampilan Manusia di Tengah Tantangan Kecerdasan Buatan dalam Era Digital
Get PDFThis article examines the significant changes experienced by digital design artists in the era of artificial intelligence (AI), especially related to transformations in the creative process, originality and human values in art. The main problem of this research is that the current development of AI technology with all its advances can create works of art quickly and with high quality, which previously could only be done by artists. This raises concerns among artists regarding the potential for commodification of works of art, loss of emotional elements and a decrease in the value of originality due to automatic processes that are less personal. But on the other hand, AI also opens up new opportunities in artistic exploration, allowing artists to integrate traditional techniques with technological innovations to speed up the creation process. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the main aim of this research is to investigate artists' views regarding the use of AI, both as a partner and as a threat. The analysis results show that AI influences the role and identity of artists, especially in maintaining emotion and meaning in digital art. It is hoped that these findings can provide an understanding of the balance between technology and human expression in art, as well as answer ethical and aesthetic challenges in the context of art that continues to develop
Teacher's Training on Classroom Instructional Design
Get PDFRealizing on the importance of administering a systematic plan prior to the teaching and learning process, teachers might be oriented to any instructional design or model in education. This article discussed on the teacher’s real experiences on preparing such systematic plan after participating at particular training. An interview with one of the teachers of English in one of Senior High School in Palembang was conducted. As the consideration to collect the data, the teacher selected has joined a classroom-instructional-design training before. The results of the interview showed that most of the aspects of classroom instructional design are given during the training. In addition, the five components of learning as well as the procedure in designing the instruction were well given. The guidance and materials given on the training were believed to be that beneficial on the implementation of teaching and learning process.
