Fenomena Calon Tunggal dan Arah Gerak Partai Politik Pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kabupaten/Kota 2024
The purpose of this article is to analyze the phenomenon of single candidates and the direction of motion of political parties supporting and supporting single candidates in the 2024 Regency / City Regional Head Elections after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024. This research was conducted by qualitative method with new institutionalism approach specifically rational choice institutionalism. The data collected consists of secondary data, namely KPU data processing, journals, and books. Data analysis techniques include data collection and descriptive interpretation. Theoretical analysis include power elite theory by Wright Mills. The results of the study state that the Constitutional Court Decision No. 60 / PUU-XXII / 2024 provides an opportunity for each political party to carry regional head candidates referring to the Constitutional Court's indicators, but after the decision, there are still findings of single candidates. This single candidate is caused by the buildup of a coalition of political parties, dominated by “the top leaders” or the upper class with “polical” specifications which basically have resources, the tendency of political parties to form coalitions with the winning party of the previous Pilkada or electoral-based so as to increase the potential to win political contestation. The elite group or “the top leaders” carry out dualism of roles, namely elite actors behind the scenes or as local leaders of political parties and in front of the public space or running for public office
Analisis Opini Publik Tentang Cuaca Ekstrem Menggunakan Naïve Bayes dan K-Nearest Neighbor
Letak Indonesia yang berada di khatulistiwa dapat menyebabkan rentan terhadap fenomena cuaca ekstrem yang dapat memberikan ancaman. Cuaca ekstrem merupakan fenomena fisik atmosfer pada waktu tertentu dalam jangka waktu yang pendek dan juga bersifat ekstrem. Youtube dapat menjadi sebuah media untuk publik dalam menyampaikan opini kepada pemerintah dalam menghadapi cuaca ekstrem. Analisis sentimen merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengekstraksi, menganalisis, dan memproses data tekstual secara otomatis guna mengidentifikasi sentimen dalam suatu opini. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen opini komentar publik di youtube mengenai cuaca ekstrem dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Multinomial dan K-Nearest Neighbor. Dataset diambil dari komentar di youtube mengenai cuaca ekstrem yang berjumlah 1030 komentar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Naïve Bayes Multinomial lebih unggul dengan akurasi 81%, presisi 76%, recall 63%, dan F1-Score 69% dibandingkan metode K-Nearest Neighbor yang hanya mencapai akurasi 51%, presisi 38%, recall 69%, dan F1-Score 69%. Berdasarkan hasil ini, metode Naïve Bayes Multinomial direkomendasikan untuk analisis sentimen opini publik tentang cuaca ekstrem
A Framework for Developing Augmented Reality Applications Based on the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC)
Augmented Reality (AR) applications have experienced significant growth in recent years. Despite this growth, the development methodologies for AR applications remain underexplored in academic research. Most existing approaches rely heavily on the general Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) This gap highlights the need for a more tailored development framework to effectively guide the creation of AR applications. To address this gap, this study proposes a specialized framework for developing AR applications. The framework refines and extends the MDLC methodology by integrating key elements tailored to AR-specific requirements. The proposed framework was tested through an extensive empirical study involving 10 development teams over the course of 2024. Each team utilized the framework to design and build an AR application tailored to their respective domains. The usability of the resulting applications was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS), a widely recognized metric for assessing user experience. The results were highly encouraging, with the average SUS score across all applications exceeding 70%, indicating a "good" level of usability. This outcome demonstrates the effectiveness of the framework in enabling the development of high-quality AR applications that meet user needs
Evaluasi Kinerja Portal New Student UIGM Berdasarkan Perspektif Mahasiswa Menggunakan Metode Use Questionnaire dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)
This study evaluates the performance of the New Student Portal at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) Palembang from the students’ perspective. The respondents include 295 active students from the Faculty of Computer Science who have used the portal for at least one semester. A quantitative approach was used with Probability Sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS 4.0, based on the USE Questionnaire, which includes indicators of Usefulness, Ease of Learning, Ease of Use, and Satisfaction. Results show that usability scored 84.25%, information quality 84.45%, and service quality 81.33%, all of which significantly and positively influence user satisfaction. The study also offers recommendations to improve the portal’s quality and serve as a reference for future research
SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN SISWA BARU MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PADA TK PERMATA HATI BEKASI
TK Permata Hati Bekasi still relies on a manual system for new student registration, using paper-based forms and brochures as the primary sources of information. This method is considered inefficient, time-consuming, prone to data recording errors, and makes it difficult for parents to obtain accurate and up-to-date information quickly. In line with the advancement of information technology, there is a need for a system that supports digitalization to improve work efficiency and information services. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for new student registration. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which includes the stages of requirements planning, system design, development, and implementation. The developed system features an online registration form, document upload functionality, applicant data management, and registration confirmation notifications. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions work as expected by users. The results of this study indicate that the system can improve the efficiency of the registration process, provide easy online access for parents, and assist school administration in managing student data in a systematic, fast, and accurate manner. Therefore, this system is expected to serve as a digital solution that supports the student registration process at TK Permata Hati Bekasi
Analisis Sentimen Pelanggan Pempek Cek Ida Terhadap Penilaian Produk Menggunakan Layanan GoFood Pada Aplikasi Gojek Dengan Klasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM)
This study aims to analyze customer review sentiments towards Pempek Cek Ida products ordered through the GoFood service on the Gojek application by utilizing the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. This study has two main objectives: classifying customer review sentiments into positive and negative categories, and evaluating the accuracy of the applied classification model. The data used in this study consisted of 135 customer reviews collected manually through data crawling in the period 2020–2022. This research framework uses the SEMMA (Sample Explore, Modify, Model, Access) method. The analysis process begins with a preprocessing step, including cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, filtering, and stemming, to prepare the raw data. The data is then weighted using the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method before being classified using the SVM algorithm. Model evaluation is carried out using a confusion matrix to calculate accuracy, precision, and recall, and validation using K-Fold Cross Validation. The results of the study show that the SVM algorithm has good performance in classifying review sentiments with a high level of accuracy with an accuracy level of 70.88. This research provides strategic benefits for Pempek Cek Ida in understanding customer perceptions, improving product quality, and making service improvements based on customer sentiment data. In addition, this research also contributes to the development of the application of machine learning-based sentiment analysis methods in the culinary sector
PEMBINAAN DAN PENINGKATAN SKALA USAHA IRT-UM MELALUI PEMANFAATAN PEWARNA ALAM BENANG, KAIN DAN PURUN PADA KELOMPOK USAHA PERAJIN DI DESA BURAI, KECAMATAN TANJUNG BATU, KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR, SUMATERA SELATAN
Penguatan usaha Industri Rumah Tangga Usaha Mikro (IRT-UM) menjadi bagian strategis dalam membangun ekonomi rakyat yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan usaha tersebut sangat bergantung pada keterampilan dan pengetahuan para pelaku usaha. Program Pembinaan Industri Rumah Tangga Usaha Mikro berbasis Kemitraan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mitra IRT-UM Burai Indah dan Purun Warna Warni (Purwani) di Desa Burai, Tanjung Batu, Ogan Ilir, melalui pelatihan di berbagai aspek, seperti tata kelola kelembagaan, manajemen keuangan, digital marketing, branding, packaging produk, fotografi produk, serta produksi pewarna alami. Program ini melibatkan 40 peserta perajin kain songket dan purun dengan metode kombinasi penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa, baik dalam Pelatihan Digital Marketing, Tata Kelola Kelembagaan dan Manajemen Keuangan, maupun Branding dan Packaging yang dilaksanakan terhadap Mitra Burai Indah dan Purwani di Desa Burai menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Evaluasi kuisioner sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan yang konsisten pada berbagai aspek, seperti tata kelola kelembagaan, manajemen keuangan, digital marketing, branding, packaging, serta fotografi produk, dimana pada masing-masing pelatihan memiliki hasil kuesioner yang secara konsisten menunjukan hasil skala diatas 4,0 (Sangat Memahami), baik pada Mitra Burai maupun Perwani. Tata Kelola Pemerintahan dalam Resolusi Konflik Masyarakat Adat: Pendekatan Manajemen Konflik berbasis Komunitas terhadap Penyelesaian Konflik Agraria Suku Anak Dalam
Konflik agraria yang melibatkan Masyarakat Adat Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) di Batanghari merupakan fenomena yang kompleks, melibatkan perusahaan perkebunan, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat adat. Konflik ini tidak hanya berkaitan dengan sengketa lahan, tetapi juga menyangkut hak-hak adat yang terabaikan dalam kebijakan pembangunan. Pendekatan berbasis kekuasaan yang bersifat represif dan top-down terbukti tidak efektif, bahkan sering memperburuk konflik. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi resolusi konflik menggunakan pendekatan manajemen konflik berbasis komunitas, dengan fokus pada problem-solving dan partisipasi aktif komunitas dalam menghasilkan solusi yang adil dan berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan ini, upaya penyelesaian konflik melibatkan penguatan modal sosial, seperti kepercayaan, norma, dan jaringan, untuk meningkatkan kohesi sosial di komunitas SAD. Proses ini juga melibatkan persuasif komunikasi, pengurangan stereotip, dan penghormatan terhadap nilai-nilai lokal yang selama ini menjadi landasan masyarakat adat. Studi ini menemukan bahwa kolaborasi yang setara antara pemerintah, perusahaan, dan komunitas adat merupakan langkah penting dalam menggeser paradigma dari pendekatan kekuasaan ke pendekatan partisipatif. Pendekatan ini berhasil menciptakan rasa memiliki terhadap solusi yang dihasilkan dan mendorong integrasi sosial yang lebih kuat di kalangan masyarakat SAD. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana akademik dan kebijakan terkait resolusi konflik berbasis komunitas, dengan menegaskan pentingnya melibatkan masyarakat adat sebagai aktor utama dalam penyelesaian konflik agraria. Pendekatan ini menawarkan model keberlanjutan yang tidak hanya menyelesaikan konflik, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi masyarakat adat dalam pembangunan daerah.

Analisis Perbandingan User Experience pada Aplikasi Gojek dan Maxim terhadap Mahasiswa Universitas IGM menggunakan Metode User Experience Questionnaire
Everything is changing with the transformation of the digital world, including app-based online motorcycle taxi services. These services have become a major innovation that simplifies users' transportation needs. In Indonesia, Gojek and Maxim are among the popular applications, including within the environment of Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) Palembang. Their popularity has drawn attention to understanding the competition and the value they offer. Using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, a comparison between Gojek and Maxim reveals the strengths and weaknesses of each. This method evaluates aspects such as attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The UEQ questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis results showed that Gojek scored positively on 5 variables (attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, novelty) and neutral on 1 variable (stimulation). Meanwhile, Maxim scored positively on only 1 variable (perspicuity) and above average on 5 variables. The comparison indicates that Gojek significantly outperformed Maxim in 4 variables with higher average scores, making it superior in delivering a better user experience compared to Maxim
Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Terhadap NewLecturer di Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Dalam Mendukung Aktivitas Akademik
The development of information technology in the era of globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education. The use of technology in education aims to facilitate academic management in higher education. Universitas Indo Global Mandiri utilizes this technology through an academic information system called NewLecturer. This system is designed to support lecturers in various academic activities such as filling in grades, viewing schedules, uploading learning materials, and printing Lecture Minutes (BAP). Previously, the Lecturer.uigm.ac.id system was used; however, it had limitations in sharing learning materials, so it required integration with the E-Learning System. With the launch of Newlecturer in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, lecturers can now access various academic services on one platform. However, since its implementation, there has been no measurement related to the level of lecturer satisfaction with the NewLecturer system. This study aims to analyze the quality and level of lecturer satisfaction with the system using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable input for the evaluation and development of the NewLecturer system, aiming to improve the quality of academic services at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri
