Get PDFTourism development is one of the most promising ways out of the economic crisis. Thanks to tourism, many countries have achieved significant improvements in the rates of economic development and livelihoods. Ukrainian citizens are peculiar investors of foreign countries, which is one of the most painful issues in the domestic tourism industry. According to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, in 2000, the number of Ukrainian citizens who traveled abroad was 13422320 people, while in 2017 this number increased to 26437413 people. The number of foreigners who visited Ukraine in 2017 increased significantly, compared with 2000. However, the peak of tourists fell in 2008 (25449078 people). In addition to the situation in the country in the field of tourism, an important component in the functioning of the tourism business is the personnel, namely the professional culture of the tourism manager. Professional activity, as a category of culture, encompasses not only its productive component, but also information.The culture of professional activity is a set of basic professional knowledge, skills and abilities, readiness for the construction and solution of innovative tasks, practical experience, nonlinear thinking, as well as the steady ownership of information technologies. In general, it can be noted that the professional culture of the manager of international tourism includes such components as: professional outlook, professional behavior, professional skills. The world-famous concept of a specialist is based on the principles of humanism, universal morality, respect for people, involves a combination of the value orientation of a person of an open society with patriotism. With regard to professional behavior, the main thing for the manager of international tourism in this regard is the communicative culture, as the ability to communicate with people most valuable in the field, where the main is personal contact, communicative culture is a prerequisite for the effective functioning of professional activity.У статті розглянуто сучасний стан ринку туристичних послух в Україні, як ефективного шляху виходу країни на новий економічний рівень . Get PDFThe article outlines obstacles to the implementation of inclusive learning into the education system of Ukraine at different levels of management: macro, meso, and micro levels. It has been noted that the inclusive learning is being introduced with regard to the experience of Germany, Finland, Austria, Sweden, etc. Social policy in relation to people with special educational needs based on the principles of equality and tolerance has been identified as a prominent feature. The article highlights the peculiarities functioning and management of the general secondary education institution with inclusive education in the context of the Ukrainian school reform regarding the observance of values, principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the regulatory base of Ukraine. It has been mentioned that the introduction of inclusive education in the education system has been the purpose of meeting the requirements of society concertning socialization of children with special educational needs. The significance of the implemented all-Ukrainian experimental program "Social Adaptation and Integration into the Society of Children That Require Correction of Physical and / or Mental Development by Introducing Inclusive Education" at school I-III. No. 168 Obolonsky district of the city of Kyiv. The article presentd the stages of its implementation; and it is suggested that they should be followed by managers of educational institutions.An integral model of balanced child development under the conditions of inclusive learning has been developed. The external and internal conditions are determined for the purpose of creating a safe educational environment for the development of the personality of children with special educational needs. The proposed components of psychological and pedagogical support and management in the general secondary education institution with inclusive learning contribute to the formation of value references and standards of behavior of concerned parties. У статті окреслено перешкоди щодо впровадження інклюзивного навчання в систему освіти України. Висвітлено особливості функціонування та управління закладом загальної середньої освіти з інклюзивним навчанням в умовах реформування української школи щодо дотримання цінностей, принципів Конвенції ООН «Про права дитини», нормативної бази України з метою задоволення потреб суспільства щодо соціалізації дітей з особливими освітніми потребами.Розроблено рекомендації задля створення безпечного освітнього середовища для забезпечення розвитку особистості дітей з особливими освітніми потребами та управління закладом загальної середньої освіти з інклюзивним навчанням щодо формування ціннісних орієнтирів і стандартів поведінки зацікавлених сторін

Get PDFThe article deals with the problem of collaboration and group interaction during the production of a musical composition. The terms “music band”, “pedagogic technology” and “interpretation” are revealed. Based on author’s experience, the technological dimensions in the activity of student’s folk music band are shown. These dimensions are aimed at performance of musical compositions during collective interactions. According to this problem the four main stages are market out, such as familiarization with a musical composition, technical mastering, realization of artistic content and music performance. It is stressed, that performance interpretation covers all possibilities of musician. Thus for the sake of realization owns ideas it is necessary to have professional skills. Among them we point out creative thinking, performance skills, including ensemble mastering, possibilities, specifically good ear for music, and psychological stability, i.e. the high level of self-regulation during public performances. The main part of the article shows theoretical grounds, methodological recommendation and practical advice as for formation of collective thinking and common masterly performance. It is stressed, that necessary condition of good activity of student group is implementation of methods and tasks directed at development of creative individuality of every folk music band member, improvement of masterly performance and increasing of psychological stability during the performances. It is pointed out that team work during permanent cooperation creates band performance style and makes the conditions for generalization of masterly performance and development of creative potential, intuition and artistic feeling.У статті висвітлене питання колективної співтворчості та командної взаємодії у процесі роботи над музичними творами в навчальному колективі. Розкриті сутнісні поняття «ансамбль», «педагогічна технологія», «інтерпретація». Спираючись на практичний досвід автора статті, представлені технологічні аспекти в роботі студентського народно-інструментального ансамблю, спрямовані на виконавську реалізацію музичних творів у процесі колективної взаємодії. У зв’язку із означеним питанням охарактеризовані основні етапи: ознайомлення із музичним твором, опанування технічних труднощів, реалізація художнього змісту, концертне виконання. Get PDFThe article actualizes the issue of the future primary school teacher’s training for the use of media at foreign language lessons. It is characterized as a dynamic process that confirms a certain readiness of a future specialist to use media in professional activities for the active students’ subject-subject cognitive activity. The result of this training is the future teacher’s readiness to perform the specified activity. The structural components of the future specialist’s readiness for the implementation of the specified type of activity are determined and described by the author. Motivational, cognitive, technological and reflexive components build the structure of the future primary school teacher’s readiness for the use of media at foreign languages lessons. All of them are interdependent and complementarity. The process of formation of structural components of readiness during the future primary school teacher’s professional training is analyzed in the paper. It is considered on the basis of Bloom’s taxonomy (taxonomy of the organization of cognitive personality skills). Diagnostic tools to measure the level of formation of structural components of readiness are also offered. They are criteria, indicators and levels. A personal purposeful criterion, a knowledgeable criterion, a methodical criterion, an evaluative resultant criterion determine the formation of each separate component of the future primary school teacher’s readiness for the use of media at foreign language lessons. The formation of each component of readiness is measured according to the defined indicators that are mentioned by the author. The level of the formation of each component of the future primary school teacher’s readiness for the use of media at foreign language lessons is measured according to the reproductive, sufficient and productive levels.У статті актуалізовано питання підготовки майбутнього вчителя початкової школи до застосування медіазасобів на уроках іноземних мов. Визначено та описано структурні компоненти готовності майбутнього фахівця до здійснення зазначеного виду діяльності. Get PDFModern educational institutions require qualified teachers who can provide the educational services of proper level. The problem of providing educational institutions with pedagogical staff has been relevant for a long time, till nowadays. It can be solved by a consecutive marketing program, elements of which can be found on the school websites.The author carried out a general analysis of the websites of Ukrainian schools (both public and private ones) and concluded that there is a solid lack of information, which should be aimed specifically for young graduates. The author believes that during the process of development of marketing program, the governance of schools ought to orientate it not only based on necessities of consumers of educational services, but also made it suitable for teachers who in future can apply for work in these institutions. According to the author, the pages of websites devoted to the personnel policy of schools should also contain the requirements to the possible candidates for vacant places in these institutions. It is also important to place the information about working conditions - material and technical support of the educational institution. This will allow young specialists to make conclusions about the possibility of realizing their knowledge and practical skills. The author believes that young specialists are interested in the information concerning the projects in which an educational institution is involved. Such information indicates the level of development of the institution and possible perspectives for its employees. The author suggests the use of the "reverse" orientation of the marketing activities of the school regarding employees, which will encourage its attractiveness for young professionals, and will also help the educational sphere in its competition for highly skilled workers.Сучасні школи потребують кваліфікованих педагогів, здатних надавати якісні освітні послуги. У вирішенні цього питання може допомогти послідовна маркетингова програма, елементи якої знаходять відображення на сайтах шкіл. Автор пропонує використовувати «зворотнє» орієнтування маркетингових дій школи на співробітників, яке сприятиме її привабливості для молодих фахівців, допоможе у конкурентній боротьбі за висококваліфікованих педагогів

Get PDFThe article deals with the specific aspects of the teaching activity of the French teacher of philosophy Alain (Emily-Auguste Chartier). The scholar emphasized the importance of the influence of family education in the formation of the individual and added the necessity of strict education. According to Alain`s theory, school helps the child to reveal their natural abilities independently of their family ties. The main literary genre (propos), which the scientist used to write his ideas, is highlighted. The scientist underlined the usefulness of writing such works as essays and reflections on the given topic, where students learn to express their thoughts correctly and intelligently, overcome the fear of public speaking. The philosopher added that a class also influence on educational process, that is why he preferred the absence of additional learning material on the walls as they distract student’s attention. It is defined that children develop their natural abilities, learn to cope even with those tasks that initially cause rejection and a desire to retreat, due to hard-working nature. It is emphasized that studying of masterpieces, taking into consideration the experience of previous generations, their knowledge about human nature, the relationship between personality and the surrounding world is very important for formation of healthy and intellectual society. The basic principles of teaching, which were guided by the French teacher, such as the principle of diligence, the principle of freedom of thought, the principle of respect and detailed analysis of the works of famous scholars and writers, and the principle of the connection of learning with life, are determined. These principles are possible only with the presence of a teacher who has professional qualities, the desire to direct his students to work and the aspiration to learn and study the necessary information for their adult life.У статті розглянуті особливості викладацької діяльності французького викладача філософії Алена (Еміля-Огюста Шартьє). Наголошено на важливості впливу як сімейного виховання у становленні особистості, так і шкільного, який допомагає дитині самостійно розкрити свої природні здібності. Get PDFThe article presents the theoretical and practical solutions to the problem of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process of teaching economics and mathematical modeling of students of economic and mathematical specialties. It is determined that mathematical modeling with maximum use of its potential enables to identify and solve professional problems of different nature: clearly define the purpose of the research, quickly find possible variants of its achievement, develop appropriate models of economic objects or phenomena and, based on these models, create effective algorithms and programs of optimal ways to solve actual problems. It was established that the electronic study courses of disciplines "Econometrics", "Economic and mathematical modeling" are a complex of educational and methodological materials created for the organization of individual and group training using information and communication technologies, which are aimed at teaching economic and mathematical modeling of students of economic and mathematical specialties. Based on the outlined possibilities of using the e-learning course, as well as its didactic functions, the structure of the electronic training course for the academic disciplines "Econometrics", "Economic-mathematical modeling" on the basis of the Moodle platform was developed and described. The peculiarities of using MS Excel are considered in the example of the task of studying the dependence of the employment rate of the population of Ukraine on the influence of the selected factors. Different stages of construction and research of the econometric model are described: identification of variables, model specification, parametrization and verification on the statistical significance of the obtained results. The prospect of further scientific research is outlined through the effectiveness of the use e-learning courses in order to improve the additional professional competences of future specialists in economic and mathematical specialties.У статті подано теоретичне та практичне вирішення проблеми особливостей впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у освітній процес навчання економіко-математичному моделюванню студентів економічних та математичних спеціальностей. Визначено, що математичне моделювання при максимальному використанні його потенціалу дає можливість виявити та вирішити професійні проблеми різного характеру: чітко визначати мету дослідження, швидко знаходити можливі варіанти її досягнення, розробляти відповідні моделі економічних об’єктів чи явищ і на основі даних моделей створювати ефективні алгоритми і програми оптимальних шляхів розв’язання актуальних завдань. Установлено, що електронний навчальні курси дисциплін «Економетрика», «Економіко-математичне моделювання» є комплексом навчально-методичних матеріалів, створених для організації індивідуального та групового навчання з використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, які спрямовані на навчання економіко-математичному моделюванню студентів економічних та математичних спеціальностей. Спираючись на окреслені можливості застосування електронного навчального курсу, а також його дидактичні функції, розроблено та описано структуру електронного навчального курсу навчальних дисциплін «Економетрика», «Економіко-математичне моделювання» на базі платформи Moodle. Розглянуто особливості застосування MS Excel на прикладі задачі залежності рівня зайнятості населення України від впливу обраних факторів. Охарактеризовано різні етапи побудови та дослідження економетричної моделі: ідентифікації змінних, специфікації моделі, параметризації та перевірки на статистичну значущість отриманих результатів. Окреслено перспективу подальших наукових розвідок через доведення ефективності використання електронних навчальних курсів задля поліпшення додаткових фахових компетентностей майбутніх фахівців економічних та математичних спеціальностей

But, on the basis of a theoretical analysis of the works by foreign and Ukrainian scientists it has been proved that the studying of foreign languages at early age is aimed at preschool children’s speech development of in the most favorable period for them. The theoretical and methodical bases of preschool children’s speaking skill formation are examined. The emphasis is on the main methodological stages of the foreign language learning process. The essence of the concept "method", which means the means to achieve any goal and the solution of a specific task is considered. The author of the article defines the types of exercises and tasks, characterizes their functions for preschool children’s speaking skills teaching foreign language communication. The importance of using the native language in classes has been proved, since gaming activities are organized, the tasks, ways of their performance are explained in the native language.It is determined that the main purpose of preschool education in foreign languages is to formulate children’s idea of a foreign language as a means of communication, as well as the development of elementary skills of foreign communication. Get PDFThe article deals with the issue of honoring Borys Grinchenko's pedagogical and artistic work by Canadian teachers; Borys Grinchenko's handwritten magazine, «What does our school prepare for?» about the effectiveness of his teaching, was put into circulation; the model of cultural competences formation for students of the University and high school, is drawn up. The principle of dialogism and creativity are the basis of the author's concept. According to this, on the basis of the heuristic method, the following dialog task was introduced: to simulate the imaginary dialogue between excursionists and participants of the master-class and the workshop with B. Grinchenko according to the question / answer scheme.In accordance with the principle of dialogism on the basis of the research method, the traditional method of problem issues was used: «What steps did B. Grinchenko rise to success? What are the ways to bring education to the people? What skills do I need to have to become a publisher?»; innovative techniques «Steps to success» and «Pyramid of Achievements». Accordingly, models of schemes are represented in the form of steps and pyramids. The innovative type of work – the search task was implemented: «Complete the scheme with a word that summarizes Grinchenko's contribution as a teacher and publisher to the education of his native people». Answers of the first-year students were divers via personal imagination skills, which were stimulated by B. Grinchenko’s many-sided talent and confirmed the using of «Steps to success» technique.The article analyzes the results of the cultural competences formation for students of the University during the interactive excursion «Smart Museum of Borys Grinchenko», master-class and workshop were held.It is recommended for students undergoing pedagogical practice, to share knowledge about the pedagogical and educational heritage of Borys Grinchenko.У статті напрацьовано модель методичної системи формування загальнокультурної компетентності студентів Університету. В основу авторської концепції покладено принципи діалогізму та креативності. Згідно з принципом діалогізму на основі евристичного методу впроваджено діалогічне завдання: змоделювати уявний діалог екскурсантів та учасників майстер-класу з Борисом Грінченком за схемою питання / відповідь. Відповідно до обраного принципу креативності реалізовано інноваційні прийоми: «Сходини успіху» та «Піраміда досягнень», інноваційний вид роботи – пошукове завдання. Апробовано інноваційну форму роботи – інтерактивну екскурсію «Smart museum of Boris Grinchenko». У статті проаналізовано результати формування загальнокультурної компетентності студентів-першокурсників Університету, виявлено політ їхньої образної уяви, спричинений багатогранністю обдаровання Бориса Грінченка
