The relationship between Kosovo and Serbia has been characterized by hypertension for many years. This disagreement has led to ongoing political and diplomatic disputes between two sides. In a 20th century, contained by Yugoslavia but declared independence in 2008 because of conflicts with Serbians. Serbia never consents the decision and sees the Kosovo as an integral part of Serbia. Furthermore, Kosovo accepted as heart of Orthodox Church therefore the place is very significant according to Serbian’s national identity. In the background, the conflict took place and committed a war crime because of the independence of Kosovo unacceptable to Serbia. In addition that, ethnic tensions between the majority Albanian population in Kosovo and the minority Serb population have also contributed to the ongoing tensions. In the past, tensions have increased to violent conflicts. NATO’s intervention has virtually not stopped the violence and the UN Interim Administration Mission (UNMIK) established in Kosovo. After years, the observation does not change in Serbia, but in comparison the area has stabilized. Kosovo’s independence is recognized by more than 100 countries, including the United States and most of European nations. But Serbia, Russia, China and other several countries have never recognized. Nevertheless, Kosovo’s status remains an open question in international politics. However, related topics between two country seems as to normalize in recent years but tension rises again after Russia and Ukraine war started because most people liken Kosovo and Ukraine in fact their leaders. There was the same violence on the borders of Ukraine as the Serb soldiers in Yugoslavia before. Kosovo’s concerns will be understandable once the present situation in Ukraine has been analysed. The war sparked the tension in the Balkan region that already exists. Movement of Russia concerns the worry in Kosovo because Putin frankly said that; Ukraine belongs to Russia and never think separate. Keep in view the similar attitude of Serbia and Russia, Kosovo has begun to anticipate for any move

IMPLEMENTING EUROPEAN ENVIRONMENTAL LAW STANDARDS IN KOSOVO
As the environment increasingly emerges as a global concern, international entities like the European Union have set forth minimum standards to address cross-border environmental impacts. Even though these standards are binding only for the EU Member States, they are also being followed from the potential candidate states like the Republic of Kosovo as a path towards their accession in the European Union organization. This article analyses exactly this issue, the harmonization and implementation of European Union Legal Instruments in the national level. The article offers a three dimensional analysis of the Environmental National Legislation, respectively its adoption and harmonization with EU standards, its implementation and lastly its criminalization in order of guaranteeing its application

The article argues that similar to other new EU member states such as Poland and Hungary, they might face similar rule of law issues once they become part of the EU if significant rule of law reforms does not take place in the region. Therefore, considering the importance of the rule of law as a core value of the European Union (EU) identity according to the EU Court of Justice, the study assesses to what extent this part of EU identity is present in the Western Balkan countries. On the one hand, the article evaluates the potential risks that the Western Balkans countries might face in light of the binding and not-binding instruments adopted by the European Union for protecting the rule of law. On the other hand, it sheds some light on the state of play of the implementation of the rule of law in the region according to its new definition provided by the EU Cour

The need to unify the administrative terminology in RNM, Albania and Kosovo respectively, throughout the Albanian language has been ascertained for a long time, but there has been a special stress for the use of the Albanian language in the administration of RNM. The translators very often, but sometimes even the compilers of administrative texts face great challenges during the selection of relevant terms, because have been confronted with different varieties in these three states. A very serious issue has been which form or model should be takes as basis: what is being used in Albania, in Kosovo or the meticulous translation from Macedonian? In order to end these challenges, the only solution is for the administrative terminology in the Albanian language to be unified and later on also of other fields. To give arguments regarding the need for the unification of the terminology, I have analyzed the terms by describing how they are in explanatory dictionaries (in the dictionaries of modern Albanian language and modern Macedonian language), afterwards how they are translated in Albanian-Macedonian dictionaries, later on how they are translated in Macedonian-Albanian dictionaries and for comparison I have put also the Albanian-Serbo-Croatian dictionaries and vice versa, since its regarding international terms or terms that are the same in the Slavic languages. The need to unify the administrative terminology in RNM, Albania and Kosovo respectively, throughout the Albanian language has been ascertained for a long time, but there has been a special stress for the use of the Albanian language in the administration of RNM.
