Harnessing the Power of Digital Collaboration: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing in Enhancing Innovative Work Behaviour
No full textThis study investigates the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) utilization and digital collective synergy on the Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) of teachers in Islamic elementary schools (SDI). The study aims to fill the gap in understanding how knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between ICT utilization, digital collective synergy, and IWB. A quantitative approach was employed, using a structured survey distributed to 144 teachers selected through multistage cluster sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesized relationships. The findings reveal that ICT utilization and knowledge sharing significantly contribute to enhancing IWB, while digital collective synergy does not have a direct impact. However, knowledge sharing proved to be a key mediator between ICT utilization and IWB. These results suggest that fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging knowledge sharing among teachers can enhance their innovative capabilities. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating ICT and knowledge-sharing initiatives in teacher development programs. This research contributes to the understanding of how technology and collaboration influence innovation in education, offering insights for policymakers and educational leaders to create more effective learning environments
The Influence of Practical Facilities on the Quality of Learning at State Vocational Schools
Full text linkVocational education plays a crucial role in preparing skilled workers amidst the demands of Industry 4.0; however, limited practical facilities often hinder the quality of learning. This study examines the impact of practical facilities on the quality of learning in State Vocational High Schools in Blora Regency, based on data indicating that approximately 38% of facilities in several vocational schools do not meet the standards. This quantitative study, employing an ex post facto approach, involved 196 teachers as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, and simple and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 29.0. The study’s results showed that practical facilities had a positive and significant impact on learning quality, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.926 (robust) and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.857, indicating that practical facilities explained 85.7% of the variance in learning quality. This study suggests that improving practical facilities can significantly enhance the quality of learning. Educational institutions are expected to provide adequate practical facilities, enabling them to create a more effective learning environment and support the improvement of student competence in relevant fields
Parenting Trends in the Digital Era: A Bibliometric Analysis from an Islamic Perspective in Muslim-Majority Societies
Full text linkThis study analyzes global parenting trends from an Islamic perspective using a bibliometric approach to explore digital parenting, emotion regulation, and parental stress in the modern technological era. Data were collected from the Scopus database, including peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2023. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to map citation patterns, keyword relationships, and geographic distribution of publications. The results indicate that parenting research is still predominantly dominated by Western countries, focusing mainly on psychological and social aspects without considering the spiritual dimension. In the Islamic context, parenting not only addresses the emotional and physical needs of children but also aims to instill the values of monotheism and noble morals. Islamic digital parenting emphasizes the importance of parental supervision and guidance to ensure technology use aligns with Islamic values. Emotion regulation teaches patience, compassion, and effective communication based on the Qur’an and Hadith, while parental stress can be managed through the concepts of tawakal (trust in God), dhikr (remembrance), and support from religious communities. This bibliometric study reveals a significant gap in research on Islamic parenting, particularly concerning the integration of Islamic teachings with the challenges of parenting in the digital age. Therefore, this study recommends developing a structured framework for Islamic digital parenting and identifying priority areas for future empirical research. Furthermore, the findings can inform the development of policies and parenting education curricula grounded in Islamic values to support Muslim families in navigating contemporary challenges
UNDERSTANDING THE 7 KEY PROHIBITIONS IN ISLAMIC TRADE PRACTICES
Full text linkThis paper aims to identify and analyze the seven main prohibitions in Islamic trade practices: riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), tadlis (deception), maysir (gambling), ghabn (exploitation), najsh (price manipulation), and jahalah (ignorance). The research employs descriptive and qualitative methods, focusing on an extensive review of relevant literature as the primary source of data. The findings indicate that violations of these prohibitions result in economic injustice and social harm, undermining the principles of fairness and balance advocated by Islamic teachings. By understanding and avoiding these forbidden practices, Muslim business practitioners can promote a just and Sharia-compliant economic system. The study highlights the importance of education and awareness to ensure the integration of Islamic principles into business activities

Full text linkThe financial system in Indonesia continues to progress, especially in financial institutions based on Sharia. Sharia Microfinance Institutions actors develop along with an increase in turnover which is influenced by member perceptions of a product. The product that is often used by MSME players is a business capital financing product that can assist in capital. However, some people still cooperate with conventional financial institutions that have elements of ribawi which are prohibited by Islam in the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah because they are considered detrimental to one party. Therefore, the presence of BMT is needed because it can be an alternative solution for business people who need additional capital without worrying about usury. This study aims to describe the perception of members on business capital financing products in empowering MSMEs at BMT Ummat Sejahtera Abadi Nalumsari Branch. This study applies a type of field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data obtained in this study is in accordance with the facts that occurred at BMT Ummat Sejahtera Abadi Nalumsari Branch obtained through observation, interviews with branch heads, marketing employees and 5 members on business capital financing products and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and verification and conclusions. Member perceptions related to business capital financing products available at BMT Ummat Sejahtera Abadi Nalumsari Branch obtained good results, evidenced by an increase in the number of members by 1,34% and progress on the business being carried out. This perception is influenced by the quality of service and the price of a product that can be calculated because the margin or service provided tends to be low
SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: FINANCIAL LITERACY, TECHNOLOGY, AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FOR MSMEs REPORTING QUALITY
No full textMicro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often struggle to produce quality financial reports due to limited financial literacy, inadequate use of technology, and weak corporate governance practices. These limitations hinder transparency, reduce accountability, and restrict access to external funding. This study aims to explore the contribution of financial literacy, technology adoption, and corporate governance to the quality of financial reporting among MSMEs. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the study analyzed 13 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. The review followed the PRISMA protocol and applied a thematic analysis framework based on Agency Theory. The findings reveal that while each factor such as financial literacy, technology, and governance have a positive impact, their integration plays a more significant role in improving the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of MSME financial reports. The study concludes that a combined approach involving knowledge, digital tools, and internal control mechanisms is essential to strengthening the trust of external stakeholders and enhancing the financial credibility of MSME
THE EFFECT OF CONTENT CREATOR ENDORSEMENTS ON MSME CONSUMERS' PURCHASING DECISIONS
Full text linkIn the digital era, marketing strategies have shifted from conventional media to more dynamic and interactive social media. One of the strategies that is growing rapidly is the use of endorsements by content creators to influence consumer purchase decisions. This study aims to find out the extent of the influence of content creator endorsements on purchase decisions on MSME products. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method and involved 75 respondents, which were determined based on the Malhotra formula (at least five times the number of indicators). The results showed that endorsements had a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.705. These findings indicate that collaboration with content creators can be an effective and efficient promotional strategy for MSMEs in reaching a wider market through social media
Students Perception towards Movie to Enhance Speaking Skills Ability in British Accents
Full text linkThis research aims to find out students’ perceptions of movie towards speaking skills ability in British accents at SMA N 6 Purworejo. This research used descriptive qualitative design. The subject in this research was class X-4 students of SMA N 6 Purworejo with a total number of 34 students. An interview required to collect data from the participants, it is used to get information from students. The questions of interviews of this research consisted of 10 questions. The results showed that students prefer learning English with movie and this 1917 movie can made students understand British accents but cannot enhance their speaking skill ability. The data proved that the students’ perception towards movie had positive reaction and all statements from students can be used as evidence. The researchers suggested that students should often use learning media to enhance their speaking skills ability, especially movies, they are easy and practical because it can help students when practicing speaking
Pengembangan Sistem Identifikasi Ancaman Keamanan pada Sistem Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru dengan Framework Laravel
Get PDFPerkembangan transformasi digital yang semakin pesat telah digitalisasi mendorong institusi pendidikan mengadopsi sistem Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PMB) berbasis web. Namun, sistem ini rentan terhadap berbagai serangan siber seperti SQL Injection, XSS, dan bot attack. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan keamanan berbasis Laravel yang mampu mendeteksi dan menangkal ancaman tersebut secara otomatis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), melalui tahap studi pendahuluan, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Middleware yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur validasi input, deteksi pola serangan berbasis regex, pembatasan permintaan, logging aktivitas, serta geo-tracking. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan middleware mampu mendeteksi dan memblokir seluruh simulasi serangan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, tanpa menurunkan performa sistem secara signifikan. Evaluasi pengguna juga menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan terhadap sistem PMB yang lebih aman dan tangguh. Strategi Efisiensi Pembiayaan Langganan Daya dan Jasa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah: Studi Kasus MI Mathlabul Ulum
Full text linkThis study explores the financial efficiency strategies employed by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in managing subscription-based utility and service costs, with a case study at MI Mathlabul Ulum in Sumenep, East Java. Using a qualitative field research approach, data were collected through interviews and direct observation to examine the school's management of electricity, water, internet, and cleaning services. The findings reveal several key challenges: heavy dependence on BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds, lack of real-time energy monitoring systems, absence of periodic service evaluations, and limited managerial capacity among school leaders. Despite these issues, incremental improvements such as LED usage and service price negotiation have begun to emerge. The study concludes that structured financial planning, implementation of monitoring systems, and capacity-building for school administrators are critical for improving cost efficiency and ensuring the sustainability of educational services. The research highlights the urgent need for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to adopt strategic financial management practices in order to enhance the quality and competitiveness of Islamic primary education in Indonesia
