The novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF presents a variety of emotional classifications found in each character. The purpose of this study is to reveal the classification of emotions contained in  the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique began by reading the novel Layangan Putus. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in the study uses a literary psychology approach, namely the initial data needs to be  read repeatedly to find the data in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. The theory used is Daniel Goleman's Theory which proposes a classification of emotions consisting of anger emotions, sadness emotions, fear emotions, pleasure emotions, love emotions, shock emotions, irritation emotions, and embarrassment emotions. The technique of presenting the results of data analysis is descriptive by presenting data in the form of explanations or descriptions. The results of this study resulted in a classification of emotions divided into eight types of emotions, namely anger emotions, sadness emotions, fear emotions, pleasure emotions, surprised emotions, irritated emotions, and embarrassment emotions. There are positive and negative impacts on the emotional classification of Kinan characters in  Mommy ASF's novel Layangan Putus,  namely independence and rigidity, understanding of self, and priorities for children. Meanwhile, the negative impacts are psychological trauma, impact on children, and social pressure

This study aims to analyze elementary school teachers' perceptions of the role of school committees in curriculum implementation as an effort to improve educational quality. The background to this research stems from the challenges of uneven distribution of educational quality in Indonesia, despite the implementation of various policies. This study employed a qualitative approach with thematic analysis based on the Braun & Clarke model. Thirty-five teachers participated in the study, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using NVivo 12 software. The findings suggest that school committees play a crucial role in channeling parental aspirations, enhancing transparency and accountability in budget management, and fostering effective communication between schools and the community. However, obstacles exist, such as differing visions, weak coordination, low public literacy regarding the committee's role, and a non-participatory formation process. Nevertheless, the committees have proven to support the implementation of school programs and expand educational social networks. This study's original contribution lies in emphasizing teacher voice as a key indicator in assessing the effectiveness of participatory governance. These findings offer strategic implications for enhancing collaboration among schools, parents, and the community in improving the quality of elementary education

Principals, as leaders and managers, often undergo rotation and transfer to maintain organizational efficiency. Although the impact of principal turnover on teachers and education staff has been extensively researched, the effect of rotation and transfer on principals remains largely unknown. This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect impacts experienced by principals, particularly in terms of their psychological aspects and leadership competencies. This study used a qualitative case study approach. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that principal rotation and transfer have a positive impact on the principal's psychological well-being and competency. Psychological impacts include increased motivation and work enthusiasm, which in turn improve work quality. Meanwhile, competency impacts include improvements and positive developments in four principal competencies: personality, managerial, supervisory, and social competencies. The implications of this study suggest that principal rotation and transfer can be an effective leadership development strategy to improve the quality of education in schools. Furthermore, it is important to consider psychological aspects and competencies in every decision regarding principal turnover
