    Pengembangan Chatbot Cerdas sebagai Solusi Otomatisasi Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru di SMP Ar-Rohmah

    Penerimaan Murid Baru (PMB) merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam manajemen sekolah yang membutuhkan sistem informasi yang cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses oleh calon siswa maupun orang tua. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan waktu sering menjadi kendala dalam memberikan layanan informasi secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang mampu memberikan informasi PMB secara otomatis, interaktif, dan real-time di lingkungan SMP Ar-Rohmah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Hingga saat ini, penelitian telah mencapai tahap implementasi awal, di mana prototipe chatbot telah berhasil dibangun dan siap untuk diuji lebih lanjut. Chatbot ini dikembangkan menggunakan platform pemrograman berbasis Natural Language Processing (NLP) agar mampu memahami dan merespons pertanyaan pengguna secara kontekstual.     Evaluasi Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Cici AI menggunakan Metode End-User Computing Satisfaction

    Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Cici AI dengan menerapkan kerangka End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Tujuan utama adalah menguji pengaruh lima dimensi kualitas sistem Content (CTN), Accuracy (ACR), Format (FRT), Ease of Use (EOU), dan Timeliness (TML) terhadap kepuasan pengguna (Satisfaction/STF) pada konteks pengguna Cici AI di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis EUCS yang disebarkan secara online kepada pengguna Cici AI mengguanakn rumus lemeshow (n = 97). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan prosedur bootstrapping untuk menguji signifikansi jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model menjelaskan proporsi varians kepuasan pengguna. Secara parsial, kemudahan penggunaan (EOU) berpengaruh positif dan paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Format penyajian informasi (FRT) juga berkontribusi signifikan positif, demikian pula ketepatan waktu/respons sistem (TML). Sebaliknya, variabel Content (CTN) dan Accuracy (ACR) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan dalam sampel ini. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa bagi pengguna Cici AI di Indonesia faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan usability dan performa layanan (kemudahan, tata tampilan, kecepatan respons) lebih menentukan kepuasan dibandingkan mutu konten atau akurasi output secara mutlak. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan prioritas perbaikan pada desain antarmuka, alur interaksi, dan optimalisasi latency/throughput sistem untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya meliputi perluasan sampel, analisis segmentasi pengguna, serta studi longitudinal untuk menilai dinamika kepuasan seiring maturitas fitur A

    Interactive Web and Open Data for Optimizing Village With A Design Science Research and Technology Acceptance Model

    Penelitian ini merespons rendahnya pemanfaatan open data serta keterbatasan interaktivitas pada profil potensi desa dengan merancang dan mengevaluasi sebuah website desa interaktif. Pendekatan Design Science Research (DSR) digunakan untuk menghasilkan prototipe sistem yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan, sedangkan evaluasi penerimaan dilakukan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) mencakup Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), dan Behavioral Intention (BI). Uji pengguna menunjukkan rerata konstruk berada pada kategori tinggi: PU = 4,23, PEOU = 4,11, ATU = 4,18, dan BI = 4,09. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengguna menilai prototipe sistem bermanfaat, mudah digunakan, menumbuhkan sikap positif, serta mendorong intensi penggunaan dan rekomendasi. Secara substantif, integrasi open data ke dalam antarmuka yang responsif melalui peta interaktif dan visualisasi meningkatkan keterbacaan serta transparansi informasi publik desa. Hasil evaluasi selaras dengan prediksi TAM, yakni kemudahan penggunaan berkontribusi pada peningkatan persepsi kebermanfaatan yang pada gilirannya memperkuat niat menggunakan. Implikasi praktis mencakup pedoman implementasi platform desa berbasis data, sementara kontribusi teoretis memperluas bukti penerapan DSR dan TAM pada konteks tata kelola desa digital

    The growing pursuit of sustainable agricultural development has driven efforts to combine renewable energy systems with Internet of Things (IoT) technology to improve efficiency and productivity in farming operations. This research focuses on the design and realization of a smart farming system powered primarily by solar energy. IoT-based sensing devices are integrated to continuously monitor parameters such as soil moisture, ambient temperature, and humidity, enabling automated irrigation management that conserves both water and energy resources. The photovoltaic (PV) module supplies stable electrical power, while collected data are transmitted to a cloud platform for remote access through a mobile interface. Experimental evaluation indicates that the proposed system decreases energy usage by approximately 35%, improves irrigation precision by 28%, and boosts crop yield by 20%. These outcomes demonstrate that the synergy between solar power and IoT technology plays a vital role in achieving sustainable agricultural systems and advancing the global objectives of energy transition and climate change mitigation

    Manajemen stok dan bahan baku yang efisien sangat penting untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional bisnis di industri minuman. Ketidakmampuan mengelola stok dapat menyebabkan kekurangan bahan baku, pemborosan, dan tingginya biaya operasional. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, digunakan metode buffer stock untuk menyimpan cadangan stok tambahan yang dapat menghindari gangguan dalam proses produksi, sekalipun terjadi perubahan pasokan maupun permintaan. Selain itu, penerapan strategi First Expired First Out (FEFO) diperlukan untuk memantau kualitas bahan baku yang memiliki masa simpan terbatas, guna menghindari kerugian akibat produk kedaluwarsa. Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap manajemen inventaris bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan beralih ke sistem digital, pemantauan stok dapat dilakukan secara akurat dan real time, sehingga memudahkan pemilik usaha untuk mengelola stok secara lebih fleksibel dan responsif terhadap perubahan permintaan pasar. D'Fans Coffee, salah satu UMKM di Medan, masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual yang berisiko terjadi kesalahan, terutama ketika volume transaksi tinggi. Kesalahan pencatatan ini dapat mengakibatkan perbedaan antara data yang tercatat dan kondisi aktual di gudang, sehingga mengganggu kelancaran operasional.     From Files to Databases: The Dynamics of Digitalization of Personnel Management in the Public Sector of Education

    This research aims to examine the implementation of digital systems in personnel management in regional educational institutions, focusing on the organizational adaptation process and the challenges faced during the transition from manual to digital systems. Using a qualitative approach of case studies, data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with staff, and internal agency documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of applications such as SIMPEG and Srikandi has significantly changed the pattern of personnel services, especially in digital archiving, online leave applications, and employee data validation. However, digitalization also faces various obstacles, ranging from limited networks and upload capacity to digital literacy gaps between generations of employees. Emerging adaptation strategies include intergenerational collaboration, informal mentoring, and the use of dual technologies (cloud and local devices) to anticipate systemic constraints. This study shows that the success of staffing digitization depends not only on infrastructure but also on the readiness of work culture, internal collaboration, and responsive strategies of bureaucratic actors. These findings make a theoretical contribution to the study of digital transformation in the public sector and have practical implications for local governments in designing inclusive and sustainable digitalization policies

    The rapid growth in the number of motor vehicles within the Universitas Nurul Jadid environment has created several challenges in parking management, including vehicle queues at entry and exit gates, manual parking data recording, and limited system capabilities in ensuring vehicle security and continuous monitoring. Conventional parking systems that rely heavily on human operators are considered ineffective and inefficient, particularly in supporting integrated and data-driven parking management. This study aims to design and develop an automatic parking gate system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies at Universitas Nurul Jadid. The proposed system utilizes RFID cards as user identification media, an ESP32 microcontroller as the main controller, vehicle detection sensors, and a servo motor as the actuator for opening and closing the gate. User identity data and parking activity records are transmitted in real time via an internet connection to an IoT server and presented through a web-based monitoring dashboard. The research method employed is an engineering approach, which includes requirements analysis, system design, hardware and software implementation, and functional system testing. The test results indicate that the system is capable of performing fast and accurate user identification, automatically operating the parking gate, and recording and displaying parking data in real time. The implementation of this system has been proven to improve parking service efficiency, reduce vehicle queues, and support safer and more structured parking management.     Empowering Students' Digital Literacy through Google Classroom: A Case Study of Library-Based Learning in Indonesian School

    This study aims to explain the implementation of the Digital Literacy Movement through Google Classroom in the school, analyze the challenges faced, and evaluate its impact on students' digital literacy skills. The research subjects included the head librarian, literacy assistant teachers, librarians, and 11th-grade students. The method used was a descriptive qualitative case study. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation, and interviews, with thematic analysis employing triangulation of sources, techniques, and theories. The study's results indicate that the digital literacy program, implemented through Google Classroom, is effective, with the library serving as both a digital content provider and a learning facilitator. Challenges faced include limited devices, unstable internet connectivity, and student distractions during online learning. Nevertheless, this program successfully increased students' reading interest, critical thinking skills, and collaborative abilities. This research contributes to the development of library-based digital literacy theory and offers a practical model that can be adapted by schools in 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas. However, this study was limited to a single school context and a short research period, so further research is needed in broader and more diverse contexts

    Digital Transformation in Islamic Religious Education: Trend or Necessity in the Post-Pandemic Era

    The rapid digital transformation following the COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped the landscape of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), creating both opportunities and challenges in teaching religious values. This study aims to examine whether digitalization in PAI serves merely as a temporary adaptation or as a sustainable pedagogical strategy for value-based education. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected from two Islamic educational institutions: one elementary school and one secondary school. This was achieved through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation of digital learning materials. The findings reveal that teachers’ low digital literacy significantly hinders the effective integration of technology, while digital media use has improved learning flexibility, accessibility, and engagement. Furthermore, digitalization has transformed teaching methods, encouraging more reflective and contextual approaches to Islamic values education. The study presents new empirical evidence on how digital transformation influences pedagogical practices, underscoring the necessity for ongoing teacher training and institutional policy support to foster meaningful and sustainable innovation in religious education

    TRANSFORMATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS THROUGH THE INTEGRATION OF ISLAMIC DIGITAL ETHICS VALUES

    This study explores the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the integration of Islamic Digital Ethics values at Pesantren Syamsul Jinan, Besuki, Situbondo. The research aims to describe how pesantren, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, adapt to the digital era without losing their spiritual and moral foundations. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with field research methods, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving kyai, teachers, and students.The findings reveal that Pesantren Syamsul Jinan has successfully implemented digital-based learning innovations such as the use of multimedia tools, Islamic digital applications, and online learning systems. However, these developments are always accompanied by the internalization of Islamic values such as honesty, responsibility, and digital ethics based on the principle of adab al-ma‘lumat (ethics of information). Teachers play a central role in guiding students to apply ethical principles in digital interactions and to use technology as a medium of da’wah and learning. The integration of Islamic Digital Ethics in the pesantren’s PAI learning process contributes significantly to the moral development of students, ensuring that technological advancement supports—rather than undermines—their Islamic character. Challenges such as limited digital facilities and variations in teachers’ technological skills still exist, but the institution continues to strengthen digital literacy and ethical awareness. This study concludes that Pesantren Syamsul Jinan represents a model of adaptive Islamic education, combining traditional pesantren values with modern technological competencies. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for other Islamic boarding schools in integrating digital transformation with Islamic ethics, forming a generation of students who are digitally literate, morally grounded, and spiritually intelligent
